Kay Stewart: Waitress was nice but never offered more water or coffee. If I'm paying $2.50 for a cup a coffee I expect at least a refill. My breakfast was okay but the omelette my friend got was the worst! It was the Mom omelette and resembled a dry "yolk only" crepe with overcooked diced vegetables. We won't return.

Kevin Osborn: Today 4/6/23 3:45pm was the worst day we have had coming to Rich's. We never had a complaint until today. The food was great. The SERVICE was the worst we have ever had. We were never brought a second cup of coffee nor my husband a second glass of water. The waitress we had was too busy visiting with another customer that was sitting at the bar. To top it off none of the other servers didnt ask if we needed anything. She didn't even ask how our food was. We will go somewhere else on Thursday afternoons. We r regular customers that eat there at least twice a week. I do hope this gets read by Management.
Jessica Aleman: Nice, quick place to have a good breakfast. The coffee is hot and the service is fantastic. Even when they are busy we always have great service. Everyone is so welcoming and kind.

Depends upon the restrictions of the patron, many items from which to choose. This is a casual, home cooking restaurant, featuring country style meals and the world's best pies.Kid-friendliness: Children not a problem. No alcohol served here. Kid friendly food available. As a fairly regular customer, I think the 2nd dining room may be more comfortable with fewer distractions for the kids.Parking: Disabled parking near front door. Regular parking has many spaces but this is a busy place.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair, accessible with dedicated parking at the front door. Adjacent to accessible gas station and convenience store.Dietary restrictions: Servers are friendly and will check for ingredients, i.e., msg, onion, garlic, green peppers, etc. Any requests will be cordially considered. I do NOT know about gluten-free items.
