Zach Wheaton: Bought 100 dollar water pipe the cheaply manufactured piece slowly leaks water where 2 pieces of glass touch on the bottom. Haven't had piece longer then 12hrs and they refuse to do anything. Avoid their glass at all costs!!!!!

Bob Vance: Okay, I don't usually say this but this place is a 10/10. Literally some of the best customer service I've experienced in any industry and it's a local smoke shop. These people are beyond friendly and accommodating and always help me find what I need. The selection is deceivingly massive from what the place looks like outside and they have pretty much something for everyone. I'm beside myself with how great this place is for being such a small chain. Couldn't recommend more.

Whitney White: I purchased a 3Chi cart. Didnt even use it because the cart was broken before I bought it. Im not even asking for a refund, just asked them to switch out the cart. The only thing they can do is give me a little discount to buy a new one. I can get glass else where and order carts directly from the company. Very disappointed.

Used to be one of my favorite places but they won't let me pay here anymore so I will no longer even try. Johnny Poo: By far one of the best Prudent and Moral shops I visited. I was able to talk to five of the staff, and each one was very respectable. I would like to say that this shop has been here for a long time(my first visit was bout 17 years ago last visit in late April) and will for sure be around for a long time. Always stocked with a new product and such a wide selection(even if you have four legs and a tail) They have expanded the shop to add a different vibe( decorative stuff, houseplants, and gemstones oh boy there's more than just that) and it works! I was able to find a nice stone to use as a sweet paperweight. Not one bad experience, and love the staff. so nice had to run back in to ask for a burger joint recommendation. After a short discussion between 2 of the staff and I, they sent me to a very nice place 5 min north of them with great food for good prices. Cant wait for my next visit!
phatoe dunn: Absolutely one of my favorite stores to ever stop at whenever I have free time I make sure to always come in and today I got helped by a fella named Ryan and all I have is good things to say! He was charasmatic, funny, and all around the spirt of 20 past 4 I even got to see Big Ball Billy, absolutely a magical adventure anytime I stop in and I couldn't recommend this store enough!!!
Ahh N3d Halp Detwiler: Highly recommend for the great customer service!!! Went in asking for pieces by description (since I dont know the names of them) and they showed us their product and recommended great upgrades. Found out I have an outdated piece but they showed us replacement parts and even found some great travel pieces. Definitely coming back for more!!!

Over the entire quarantine I have come in and used my boyfriend's credit card with NO issues. I have never had this issue and was completely disappointed with the service.

Ryan Cook: I have visited this store twice in the past 2 months. During my first visit I noticed that the store had a wide variety of items to choose from but a lot of empty space and when I asked why that was I was informed that the store had just opened. After toady (my second visit) I left in awe. Everything looked stocked completely as well as the stores overall cleanliness is top notch. So much so that I was able to see my reflection in every glass surface. Even though they did not have the specific item I was looking for they still great alternatives and they even took my request and are trying to order my item. 10/10 definitely recommend and will be coming back!!!

Robert Koehler: If you ever wondered if the minimum wage should go up or down, the people in this shop are a perfect demonstration as to why it’s already way too high. My brain literally ceased to function as I watched 4 employees try to add up the price of a few cigars. Forget the fact that they couldn’t even figure out how to apply the discounts that were plastered all over their walls. I was totally fine with over paying $30 in order to stop the migraine I was getting from watching them try to function. Also, the selection isn’t that good.

Jamie Moen: I stopped shopping this location years ago because of the staff, but due to time restrictions, I popped in there today. I expected the same rude sort of service as before but was HIGHLY surprised with the new staff.! The young man was helpful, knowledgeable and respectful.! It is a great upgrade to your location and I'll gladly return since it is so much more convenient to other locations!

I went in to replace the down stem to my water tobacco pipe and the selection was a tad bit overwhelming. I was a bit lost as I was from our of town and very hungry. A young gentleman with an orange hat, glasses, and a moustache (a nice one I might add) came over to help me after being visually distraught, I didn't catch his name but he helped me decide which stem to get with his vast knowledge about the products in the store. He was very warm and welcoming. He then assisted me in finding a few other things for gifts for the family I was visiting. Very respectful young lad who went above and beyond to help me. After purchasing the goodies he even went as far as recommending a few good places to eat since I couldn't stop complaining about how hungry I was. Ended up going to taco spot across the street per recommendation since I love tacos and would do just about anything to eat one, it was perfect. I told my family that if they ever need new glass that they need to go see the good looking helpful young lad at your store.

I was casually having a conversation with somebody about a product that they were selling and told them how amazing the product is and that it works THAT WAS IT! Mind you I was very professional and Respectful. After two sentences I was rudely interrupted by a girl with pink hair stating that “ We don’t have those conversations in the store“ very confused, I paid for my stuff and left.Pretty sure they don’t care about reviews judging from that experience 😂

I live close to this store and with the companies reputation, it seemed like a good place to start. The staff were more than helpful! They worked with me to not only sell me something but to also ensure I learned what I really needed to for a good start on my new journey. They are extremely knowledgeable of both pipes and cigars. I highly recommend stopping in.

Though they don't carry the Cube disposable vape I use, the gentleman helped me find a couple of substitutions that are pretty good.Thanks again for a great, clean, enjoyable purchase. Ava Zinn: Better than Low Bob’s Discount Tobacco.Unlike Cloud City Vapes in Marion, Indiana, Copper Canyon does have the recommendations of the right flavor of e-liquid and although most of their e-liquid that is carried comes with 6mg of nicotine I can add the so-called nicotine shots to my desired nicotine strength. Also recommend the KOI Blue Raspberry CBD oil as it is the closest thing to marijuana as one can get.

Lee Gibson: This place is running a scam in their parking lot. You park and go inside a business and they have your vehicle towed by a company called Camel Towing and Recovery. They hold your vehicle hostage over night and Charge you $225 to recover your vehicle. I visited and paid money just to have my vehicle towed. Not from a handicapped or no parking zone. Not a tow away zone just a spot in the parking lot. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the consumer complaint department. I will also file small claims suits and contact all media in fort Wayne.
