Dalia Ruelas: Had a wonderful experience at Sephora , I was helped by two very lovely and friendly ladies, I believe it was Vanshika and Sierra ! Overall the whole team is great , they are quick to assist and helped color match me with a smile on their face the whole time !
Victoria Ehlers: Received a gift card for my birthday. Drove the 45 mins from my house. Walked around and finally picked my items. Just to be told they do not accept Sephora gift cards… makes absolutely no sense. Very disappointed.

Apparently she lives vicariously through that customer's facebook page she says. No acknowledgement , not friendly, and definitely not efficient.

I get tons of help when I need it, cashiers always friendly and smiling.My daughter got her hair done in the salon yesterday by Kali. She did an amazing job at making my daughter feel comfortable and getting her the perfect color for her hair! We will be back to see her.
Miss Black (Candy): I’ve always been in LOVE with Ulta!! I felt like a kid in a candy store!! However, when I patronize this location I can never find help on the floor when I have a question but when I am finally ready to check out, I then find out that the lady pretending to shop, that I kept seeing around me was actually an employee that was following me around. I brought a client with me, (who is Korean) my last visit and she witnessed me being followed around as well while she freely browsed. It’s extremely unfortunate that I can’t receive help or be treated like the other ethnicities, because I was obsessed with this store and LOVED spending hundreds of dollars in here. I was only trying to make a living as a beautician and make up artist, and thought I was allowed to shop here.
Kathleen Sprague: Kara was absolutely amazing by helping me with my highlights and trimming my hair. She took her time and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. Everyone was fantastic and I would recommend her, Apple Glen Ulta, and Zoie as well. Thank you a million times over!
Deashlon C: I went to Ulta last minute to get a perfume and a few makeup items for my 30th Bday. Unfortunately I’m always extremely lost when it’s time to shop for Makeup and with so many different perfumes I easily get frustrated while shopping. From the time I arrived till the time I left , the customer service was top tier! I wish I remembered the names of the two ladies that helped me , but I can’t. So thank you Ulta team for providing EXCELLENT customer service!
Nikki Lesley: They carry quite a few "infomercial brands" but none of the three I was looking for. My husband was along with my daughter and me. We received immediate service and were promptly told NO, we don't carry those. Just got the feeling they didn't like having a blue collar guy in his work uniform in their store. My daughter bought several items, and now I get 2 emails a day. I shop Saphora and have Ipsy. I'll keep shopping with them.

Stephanie Carothers: Although I love Ulta, I had some issues with the store manager. I had received a eyeshadow pallet in the mail that was damaged. I tried to have it replaced but they didn't have that one. They wanted to return it but it would take off my points that I had earned for that purchase. I wanted to keep the pallet as the damage was to the two shades I wouldn't really use but she wouldn't give a discount on the pallet. This has been a terrible run around and easily taken care of at another store. She of course wanted me to purchase a newer pallet at more money but I liked the one I had. I also tried to get my birthday gift figured out but she wouldn't even help me with that either.
Harold Black: No longer have Mitchell's cream rinse for her hair. Instructed my wife that conditioner does the same thing. Not the answer we wanted. BUMMER !!
Vanessa Lynn: I got the signature haircut today at Ulta salon and it was a great experience! My stylist Zoe listened to and executed exactly the cut I wanted on my hair plus did an awesome blowdry style. Additionally she was very professional and friendly. Walked in with super frizzy dry hair and left with soft healthy hair that's full of life.

Kelsea Trosper: A stylist in the salon at this location not only messed up my sister in laws all over highlight, but didn't even style or completely dry her hair! Used all of her instore points and out of picket 200$ and didn't even get styled or dried all of the way? Then when called corporate nothing was resolved. Will never recommend.

Doreen King: The owner is pretty great. Met him a few years back. Every time I go I'm treated with respect and kindness. Some places in town treat customers badly [lots to say but I'll leave it at that]. This is the best beauty supply store in town. Prices have raised with inflation, but that's everywhere. They keep a lot of products in stock. So that you're not overwhelmed, just ask for the item you came to buy.

Alicia Hinshaw: Beth and Bre were so helpful and knowledgeable. They recommended products that restored my hair and got it back to the color I wanted. Saved me sooooo much money!
Skiler Hedge: I came in to this store with hair that I was trying to grow back out. And y’all know how many awkward stages that has. There was an employee there named Alicia that helped me pick out products to make my hair easier to style and very nice. She was very professional and made me feel better about my bad hair. She also showed me products for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day since I was confused. She told me a lot of new information I didn’t know for nails and makeup for her. She also helped me with hair dye cause I wanted to try something new so I don’t recut my hair. She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t go over budget I let her know I was a college student. She also just let me shop after showing me the stuff and wasn’t over bearing like some places I feel sit and watch you expecially in smaller stores. I recommend going to see alicia at the Northcrest sallys!

The ladies here are super nice super helpful and not judge mental. If I have a question I’ll ask it and they always respect if I don’t need any help. Honestly the best Sally’s I’ve ever been to and I love coming here and will continue to do so.

Rama Noodyle: The staff was extremely rude. I waited for 10 minutes to get help and all I saw was staff talking among each other. When someone did come over they basically told me to look for it myself even though I was looking for a specific scent because they didnt have time. However the next customer that walked in was helped with no problem.I would not recommend this ULTA located in Northcrest TO NOBODY. The perfumes are not labeled correctly so it was hard to find the right one. I don't know if I just caught them at a bad time or what because there was little to no customers in the store. Very disappointed second and last time going there.

I asked if perhaps it was in another area because I have seen in up by check out at times? I was told no and she didn't even attempt to try. As I was looking around for other items, I found multiple boxes of it around the front desk area. I think if you are going to have associates on the floor for customer service, they should be better informed or at least check inventory at a Register! It would be more helpful!

Another stylist simply said, “I’ll take you now.” I was confused as I was called without explanation by another stylist, I felt dismissed and disregarded. Why make an appointment with a stylist if this salon will disregard and dismiss the customer preference without explanation or apology? The stylist who was going to help me was not nice at all, not apologetic in any way. And the one I made an appointment with did not even have the courtesy to offer an explanation or apology. I was told, you can reschedule if you want to see Payton (the original stylist I made an appointment with). When I spoke to the manager, she explained to me the situation and how they were trying to keep me from waiting. Priceless. They did it for me, not their poor scheduling management. Truth is that the experience was just poor and conveys their poor customer service.And, because I complained they put me as a “walk in only” customer in their system. I found out when I made an appointment at another store.

Lisa Kennerk: Messy. Clearance racks down middle of aisle not being kept up making it very difficult to get rider cart through aisle.If going to this location don't plan on being able to get a rider cart. They don't have nearly enough of them for the store 😒

Christine Rost: I do not recommend this location for automotive care do to extremely poor customer service. While discussing which tires and services we wanted to purchase the employee detailed what charges were on the screen, that the cost was 573.88 before tax, and we were fine with this. We gave them the lug nut unlocked and got our ticket. We walked around for about an hour and half, which was expected and even purchased a new video game. At pickup time there was an additional labor charge of $26.26 that was not previously discussed at all. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied because there was nothing they could do. I stated that I am going to pay this as the work has been done, however this charge should have been discussed in the itemized detail of work to be done before hand. And if the amount of the labor charge wouldn't be known until the end then she would have said there is also this charge, but we won't know how much it will be until they complete the work which is also fine and understandable. I put every additional item back as I refuse to spend money at a location where the customer service is so poor they can't apologize for a simple mistake, because that is all it was, and they went thew out glove box as the lug nut unlocked was not in the seat like they said they left it but deep in our glove box for a unknown reason.

Then, after the Spanish small guy made rude remarks about me, in his native tongue, his assistant got very defensive about how there will never be my color. I nearly stormed out. ashley mitchell: The employees seem to be kinda mean and as if they could care less if you would buy anything from them in their store or not. If you don't know exactly what you need from there then all I can say is that I wish you the best of luck! I'd rather take a wild guess at what I'm purchasing from these ppl than dare ask one of them for help and act hateful the ENTIRE time their around you. On the other hand however they sure do have one of the largest (if not the largest) selection around. And they will usually have whatever it may be that your looking for in stock too! It's not too bad of a place as long as ur capable of not letting the employees behavior and attitude not get to you.
