Logan Tino: I'll tell you what, Harbor Fright has been stepping up their game as of late and they're turning into Harbor Fight, because they just keep winning. This particular location is solid; the employees are nice and helpful and the customers that come in are seemingly just as friendly. You get what you pay for, but there are more and more hidden gems popping out of this place.

Michael Nicodemus: I got a set of metric and sae wrenches, a rip hammer and a 10" adjustable wrench, all Pittsburgh brand, all guaranteed for life, all for $38. Can't beat that.
Drew Thomas: Been shopping here for a long time. Supervisor made me feel guilty when I wanted to make changes to my icon pre order. Really an odd customer service experience. A $5775 sale.. wanted to apply a 10% coupon I got in an email for icon boxes. She said it could only be applied to one item. Went to auburn store explained the entire experience and they took amazing care of me. I ended up getting a total of 20% off the entire purchase , and 5% in harbor freight money. I ended up paying $4765 which includes the $100 lightbar they forgot to ring up the first time. So in total I saved like, 1100 in cash and got like ~250 in harbor freight money. Just by going to a different store.
BMF Randomness: Came to town to pick up some pallet racking and realized I forgot my ratchet straps in the other truck. So, a quick stop at harbor freight and I reloaded on straps. Wasn't in there very long but, the workers I did Interact with were all very nice and very helpful.
Tom Hawkins: Great place to shop. I had an issue with a generator and Nicole was so helpful and professional to work with. All the employees go out of their way to be friendly and offer assistance. I will continue to be a customer and support this business.
