Whiney Wednesday: My daughter abandoned her car at her old apartment and it was towed. We were part owners of the vehicle and were notified a month later. When she didn’t take action we notified the towing company and they were nice enough to remove the items so I could pick up and made arrangements to salvage the car for us as we lived out of town. They handled everything and I was able to pick up the items from Fort Wayne.

I had to take a Lyft to the bank to get out money and when I go to pay, they told me a different price than the day before. The vehicle hadn't even been impounded 24 hours at this time. I had to take another Lyft back to the bank for more cash. They totally scammed me and were dishonest on pricing.

Hershey Kiss: Drove my sons older model vehicle to work when the engine started making noises. Contacted blue eagle towing since they were the 1st towing company on google. Initially they dropped my car off at the wrong house…really?!? No call or confirmation of the drop off. Contacted them, the contacted the driver, and my vehicle eventually got dropped off to my home but not before he damaged my parked equinox in the driveway. Mind you I don’t drive the equinox. It still has snow on it from the storm we had a couple of weeks ago.Do Not use this company, it’s not worth the headache. I hade to contact them, my insurance, and file a police report on the Hit and Run done to my vehicle… and he left my vehicle on! The radio was still on draining the battery because he turned the key past the off position. Never again!

Derek Reiff: I was involved in a minor one car accident when I ran off the road and damaged the car enough that it wasn’t drivable. Allen county sheriff’s dept had requested Parker’s towing before I was able to speak to the deputy so the choice wasn’t mine to have them do the tow. The vehicle was taken to there holding lot until I spoke to my insurance company and decided where to take the car for repair. When the wrecker driver drop the vehicle off at the automotive repair place the wrecker driver stated he did not have the key and said he had never received it. Now to make this long story, shorter that was the only key I had for the vehicle, and since the vehicle was a total loss, my insurance company will reimburse me, but not until I have the key for the car and for three weeks parkers have been giving me the runaround and it looks like I will have to replace the key myself just so the insurance company will pay meService:Car towing

Marvin Sanders: Very good company to deal with. Was trying to load a truck at Copart (FYI copart there is horrible) and they sent a tow truck to load it for me. The first tow truck couldn’t not load it, so they sent a rollback. Was fast and treated me good. Would definitely call them again.

They said the charge would only be $120 to pick up vehicle and it was over 2 1/2 times that amount as there were hidden charges that weren't explained until after we arrived. Oh and might I add that I was also told that you get fired for messing up police calls and big hooks...which I never have. Yet a rehire messed to a 2way Penske last week so if she is still there next week than they are also color coordinated in this organization also. Which would also be the reason why when one person had a house fire they organized for that person but just a few months later it happened to a person of color and they then decided they weren't gonna help with those situations anymore...hmmmmm very convenient I would say.

Angela Tanevska: We called these people for towing service, asked for a price and eta, they asked for an address so they can check and they told us they would call us back to let us know the quote and time but never called us back, we called them a lot of times in each one we were not getting the time they could get to us or how much it would cost. We started looking for a new towing company to get to our truck and we found one but when they got there they advised us Parker had already sent their towing truck there, so they sent their truck without telling us and without confirming the price. The other towing had to leave since Parker was already there and working on our truck, again, without letting us know or calling us back. When they finished they obviously charged a crazy amount since the job was already done and they said they did let us know the amount ahead which was not true because they never called us they just saw an opportunity to send truck and get crazy pay. There is no reason why we would send another towing company there and pay them as well if we already had them booked for the job. With one word, they are scammers. I hope everyone sees this and be careful before doing business with them, confirm the amount before you book them for a job and make sure they don't have your address beforehand. It's sad these kind of companies still exist and are scamming people

George Johnson: I hate to complain about a company, but in this case, I feel like something needs to be said. My car broke down in a dangerous area (leaving me inches off of a busy road with heavy traffic zooming by). Every car that passed, shook me in my vehicle. I felt personally unsafe & I also felt like a safety hazard to drivers.I called three towing companies, asking if someone could get to me quickly, and move the car out of this dangerous spot. All three companies said 60-90 minutes. My fourth call was to S&S Towing. I told them about my situation, and they said they'd be there in 45 minutes, so I went with them.After about 50 minutes, I called them back to see if they were getting close. He said that the driver had a flat tire just down the road from me, but that he would figure something out & call me back in 10 minutes. 40 minutes went by, and they never called me back. I attempted to call them numerous times, but it kept going straight to voicemail.Finally, he picked up the phone, and (knowing who I was) just said, "I'm sorry, he's not going to be able to pick it up." Stunned, I hesitated for just a moment, then asked, "You mean at all?" And he hung up on me.So, more than 90 minutes later, I was still stuck in the same predicament, and now, with it being after 6pm, I was forced to start over again. This time, the first place I called couldn't come until the next day because it was after hours. The second place said it would be 90 minutes or longer, but feeling like I had no other choice, I went with them. It will now get dark before my car is picked up, and I'm very concerned that it is a safety hazard. I explained all of this to the new company, and they are going to get there as quickly as they can, but I'm just very disappointed that, after waiting over 90 minutes for S&S, all I got was a sharp response & hung up on.To be honest, the guy on the phone seemed nice enough, and I really felt like he was trying to help me up until that last call. I wouldn't normally complain, but I wanted to give you a heads-up that this happened. If you are parked in a safe place, these guys are probably worth a try. But if you are in a dangerous location & need assistance you can count on, based on my experience, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

He kept my car for about a week and claimed he didn’t see where antifreeze was leaking, on and off I would notice antifreeze dripping and tried reaching out but no response. I called, texted, and left a message at his shop for Chris asking him to let me know where the radiator was purchased from so I can at least take the radiator back and get a new one and he ignored all messages.
