We asked him the differences today between the tractors and he didn’t really explain them and decided what tractor we needed for us. When inquiring about another model my husband was just told we don’t make those anymore and went right back to the model he decided we should buy. He kept bringing up financing even though we never said we were financing and had cash in hand, ready to buy today. The entire time he was yawning and seemed more interested in the cars driving by than talking to us. The quote he made up was not a bundle price which we asked about and he said he could do. We ended up going to a John Deere dealer and buying from them and actually felt appreciated.

I brought this to Andy's attention attention, and he thought it was ok.the days of respect that Steve built, are long lost in the closet.

They tried to charge me $80 for a mower belt that I could get for $30 pretty much anywhere else and I over heard a conversation where they were going to charge someone like $400 to replace 2 belts on a rider mower and $100 per hour and said it would take 2 hours. For anyone that doesn't know, it takes maybe 10 minutes to replace a belt

Nice selection, decent prices ..we then went inside to find a sales person since no one came outside... i walked up to the counter the man was on a phone call but didn't acknowledge our existence... we walked around in the dealership for 5 minutes or so still nothing. didn't break from the call for even a second to say I'll be with you soon? We walked back up to the front of the store and just stood there for another couple minutes . Still not even a gesture from the man . I guess this sold me on my new $31,000 orange tractor thankyou for making my decision easy

Rob Dorman: I never write reviews, but steer clear of this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a 45 gallon sprayer with a 120'' boom on 11/26/21. I received a 25 gallon sprayer with no boom on 12/15/21. I sent it back. I received the 45 gallon tank on 1/11/22 with no 120'' boom. I kept calling and was assured that the boom was on its way. I didn't hear anything for a month. I called back and they ADMITTED that they dropped the ball and that the boom would be sent the next day.On MARCH 7, I finally received a 42" boom and not a 120" boom. I called back and indicated that I had received the incorrect boom. The sales manager, MR. MUTTON, was on vacation and I was told that he would call me on Monday, March 14. I never received a call.On March 15, I called and talked to MR. MUTTON. I told him that the invoice clearly states a 120'' boom and the picture on the website clearly shows a breakaway boom totaling 120 inches. He said, "you got what you paid for" and, "we did nothing wrong." I explained that I have been waiting for 4 months for my order with many mistakes on their end, including forgetting the boom in my original order, being sent the incorrect tank size and then being sent the incorrect boom.He said, "there is nothing I can do." He also said, "I didn't make any money on this deal." Needless to say, I am upset and appalled with the entire situation.Mr. Mutton also said, "if you want to tell all of your friends not to do business with us and list a bad review, go ahead".So MR. MUTTON, here you go!Your arrogance and unwillingness to admit your mistakes will eventually ruin your reputation and your business.I run a business too and this is not how we treat customers. Do not do business with Mr. Mutton unless you like being treated poorly, like being lied to and want to wait 4 months for your order only to have it be incorrect. Stores like this are a dime a dozen. Go elsewhere.

CHRIS LAUER: we bought a used snowblower 2 years ago pull cord won't go back in carb needs cleaned and rebuild even though we ran the blower out of gas cord recoil is unreplaceable they don't make it any more won't be back

Byron Hefty: I have an Exmark 66” Lazer Z I purchased from Mutton on Lima Road. I called to get some hydraulic oil lines replaced because they are dripping oil. Nothing urgent or severe. I can mow with it until parts come in and I wanted to schedule that. I was told it is 1st come 1st serve, drop it off and leave it with us for 3-1/2 weeks until we can get it in. They will not allow it to be scheduled. That makes it hard for a residential customer to maintain their property while they wait on Mutton to get it in. The mower is getting some age and was considering replacing in the coming year or two. I will re consider where I purchase it from now. Service matters in a buying decision.

Joshua Ramos: Bought a commercial trimmer in the spring. I spent about $800 with the trimmer and some attachments. Not even two months later it breaks down. Well it came to be a spark plug that went out. Easy fix but still shouldn't of happened especially on 1 month old commercial trimmer. And they want to charge me $55! For a spark plug! Seriously over priced. Do yourself a favor and go to Proline down the street and buy yourself an Echo.
