Tom Boyer: The 1 Route has a huge detour and doesn't go south of Taylor Street anymore. Trip Planner and Route map do not show this. If you want the 1 Route, call to find out the route. When I called, the Rep said they won't update route map and cannot update Google Trip Planner.
Lisa Young: The only thing is inside the bus station it smells like cigarette smoke it has an odor the floor needs to be swept under the vending machines all over the place needs to be sanitized wiped down windows need to be clean i didn't go in the restrooms but i bet those need to be cleaned and sanitized as well and the floors need to be mopped people passing out mask the whole place needs to be cleaned or its going to be runned down.
yolanda: This morning it was 12 degrees outside. I waited on the # 2 bus at Richfield apts from 5:30am to 6:38am. I called someone at customer service at 5:45am inquiring where the bus was at. I was told that the bus was on it's way. I called customer service again at 5:56am and was told the bus was on its way. At 6:00am I called customer service because I needed her to hold the #8 Glenbrook bus for me because I needed this bus to get to work at Dupont Hospital. At 6:15am I called customer service again because the #2 bus had still not arrived. The customer service rep was surprised to learn that the bus had not arrived. Her exact words were..." It still hasn't come?"....to which I replied no. She then told me that a supervisor would be arriving in a Citilink van to pick up the three of us who had been waiting at the bus stop and take us directly to our destinations. I said ok and continued waiting. By 6:30am the supervisor still had not arrived. I called customer service again asking where she was and was told that she had called her and that she would be arriving soon. I explained to the customer service rep that we had been waiting an hour in frigid temps. I asked why the bus never arrived and was told that the driver never showed up. I learned that had I not called, she would not have known that the driver did not show up to work. This perplexed me because I could not logically understand how Citilink management would have no idea an employee did not arrive to work to begin his/her shift. The other folks at the bus stop left. One left due to not being able to feel his extremeties anymore and the other passengers employer sent an Uber to pick her up. The supervisor arrived in the Citilink van at 6:43. I was outside waiting from. 5:30 am to 6:43. The Citilink supervisor passed me in the van. I told the customer rep I was at the bus stop in front of Richfield apartments on reed rd...in front of the bench. When she did arrive she told me that I should have been flailing my arms and hands because it was dark outside. I was thinking, um....I have been standing outside in 12 degree weather for an hour. I can barely move my extremities, let alone flail my hands. Once I was in the supervisors Citilink van I made some suggestions so that this would not happen in the future to other Citilink bus riders. I suggested that there be some sort of message on the Citilink website alerting riders that a bus will not be running so that the riders can make other arrangements to get to work and are not standing in frigid temps waiting on the bus. I was told by the supervisor that would not be possible. The supervisor blamed drivers getting stimulus checks and covid for lack of drivers and the bus not running this morning as scheduled. This left me scratching my head because I recall getting my stimulus check and coming to work. All during the pandemic I have not missed a day of work and I work in the healthcare industry. I felt as though she and the gentleman who worked for citlink and was riding along, were perturbed with me. I could not fathom why they would have been frustrated with me in the slightest. After all I was the one waiting for the bus for an hour in 12 degree temperature. Once we arrived at Dupont Hospital, she asked for my name and address so that she could send me a daily pass to ride. I told her I didn't really need it because I use the app to ride the bus daily. That was of little consolation to me . I'm convinced more than ever that customer service in the true essence of it's meaning no longer exists. Unfortunately, I feel that many people and businesses have used this pandemic as an excuse to neglect their responsibilities and treat customers without care, consideration, and understanding. I hope that changes are made and that this does not occur again.

Jared Medrano: I got harassed by a bus driver because I had my mask on one ear while I was on the phone with a sick relative and get this there was no one on the bus at that time I was on the phone so I felt safe enough to ware the mask on one ear while I was on the phone but the bus number 6 driver abruptly stopped the bus got up out of his seat so fast while yelling threatening remarks to me and embarrassing me while I was on the phone it startled me to the point of shaking me I nervously recorded the whole thing showing him harassing me and getting up out of his seat to approach me with threats and told me to quote, "try me!". I was so shook up because No one was on the bus but me and him for an agonizing 5-10 mins until someone else had to get on then I felt relieved to a point but still I was shaking nervously so I waited until we got to the bus station to report his misconduct but nothing was done about it so I left defeated and distraught it was a living nightmare not to mention when the provided mask were given out he touched them with his bare hands and I was shocked to learn that the bus station attendant/receptionist did the same thing handing the masks out with out medical grade gloves and she told me that they are not sterile while I mentioned to her that cross-cantamination happens when your touch your face or touch objects like a keyboard which she had to use for her job and had one sitting right in front of her and so I asked her to use a glove to touch and give me a mask which she denied and her supervisor denied that they don't have any gloves so I asked again this time to take a piece of paper to pick up the mask and hand it to me or let me pick the mask out myself denied twice to give me a mask which they require to sit in the lobby or ride the bus. The Atrendant/Receptionist and Supervisor was being rude and getting an evil angry stare from a police/security officer that it made me real uncomfortable and scared that he might attack me just for having a conversation with the attendant/receptionist and supervisor so I left defeated and scared from this incident.
Daily Reminder Show: Today bus 8 went right past the bus stop. I along with multiple others were there waiting and the bus driver didn't even begin to slow down. Its as if he didn't care or even look to see if we were there. I talked to a lady on the phone and downtown but I knew she wasn't going to report it. I had to run downtown from Calhoun and Leith st. Me and the people at the bus stop must be on that bus camera and something needs to be done. According to a guy at the bus stop this isn't the first time it's happened. Ive been riding this bus since I was a child and I find this HIGHLY unexceptable. Someone could've been late to work and fired. Their life ruined because a bus driver didn't DO THEIR JOB. And the fact that I can't even report it in because I'll be on hold until someone feels like talking to me and the people in the office building don't care. Worse experience I've ever had with citilink. I was able to run down town before the 10:15 deadline but there was no chance the other could've made it given their age. If someone important sees this it was bus 8 coming inbound before 10:15. I hope something is done because there's no way that driver should be allowed to be bussing. Check the camera and you'll see how irresponsible a bus driver can be.

Richard Smith (RichardKSJ): My bus driver was driving like a crazy man. I was scared for my life. Like for real guys. We made great time though. Actually it was pretty thrilling. Like in an action movie. What's that one movie called? Oh yeah Speed. Good movie.
Amber Mariee: So for years the Citilink bus has been driving through my yard because he refuses to wait on the street. We asked him to stop and he was rude and said hes been doing it for 14 years said he won't stop , we said we'd call his manager and he said go ahead. My fiance called Citilink and they didn't even care . Not once. It's ridiculous that we have to fix our yard and they won't do anything to stop him. Not sure what to do to keep a 100 thousand pound bus from shredding our grass . I do not recommend this bus station , they are rude, they are lazy, they don't want to wait for turning cars and just plow through yards . This is a horrible way to handle business. The big fat man who was driving the bus was rude and looking for a fight. Literally and Citilink won't do anything to stop him from destroying properties
