I almost gave up but then I tried Trux Unlimited and spoke with Nicky she went above and beyond to make sure I get the right wheels and tires for my truck, even though I was a little hesitant for choosing the right tires for the wheels I choose, but she was patient meanwhile very helpful and professional. Anthony Do: Summary: Excellent no hassle service.I called to get side skirts installed on our Kia Carnival. I trust a truck shop to do this more than any other shop. Nikki greeted me and took down my information to set me up for an appointment. The had a cancellation and were able to work me in same day. They were very straightforward about the timeframe and costs to install. I was able to get everything taken care of in short amount of time. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service and turnaround. I will definitely keep Trux Unlimited in mind for any future services. They receive my highest marks of recommendations. Chenee Gaff: Why I give this place a 1 star? Went up there to (trux unlimited) on February 18th to drop off a deposit, so they could put a lift kit on my husband tahoe for this Friday February 25th (like they agreed on Facebook messager). So we drove and hour up there to drop off the tahoe on February 24th at 1:30pm and we get all the way back home, and they call us at 2:45pm saying they don't have one part, and it'll be another $700 more to put on a different size lift kit (not what we wanted). We are half way up there to pick up the tahoe, because they had a week to order the parts and the parts be there on Friday February 25th. If the part was on back order your should have told us from the beginning. We are on our way to pick the tahoe up, we get a phone call from "Steve" saying "Oh we have a different lift kit it'll be $700, oh wait it'll be $400, oh wait it'll be the same price." Well make up your mind $700? $400? $200? Same price? If the lady would of told us on the phone that it'll be the same price, then they would be doing the lift kit on our tahoe, but they had to beat around the bush on the price. Poor communication. WE DID NOT BACK OUT ON YOU, you couldn't come up with a decent price from the beginning we wouldn't be in this situation, but then again here we are.Oh and you say he peeled out of your drive, don't the tires have to burn rubber to peel? That tahoe don't burn rubber, there is a loud exhaust on the tahoe that's what you heard. Have a great day!
