David Hoverman: Was in a pinch and needed a box ASAP. I am not a big customer but told them who I was and noted that I have used them before. They dropped off a box in less than 24 hrs. Driver was great dropping it off and placed it perfectly in a tight spot. They could have easily overcharged me but price was same as before. Great price, great service, period.

Steve Ludwiski: Putting in a pool, we had a long fence and deck to tear out. We called and got a Reilley Box. The driver was very courteous and went out of his way to ensure when he dropped the box, our driveway wouldn't get scratched. Again when it was picked up, great care was taken removing the box. The pool got dug and the association wanted the dirt to fill some low spots. Reilley Trucking got a dump truck right out. Same courtesy and care to be sure our sidewalk wasn't damaged. The Association was pleased with the work also. I would highly recommend.

John Maloney: Did a fundraiser and it was shipped through Estes Express lines. We was told that it would be delivered on a certain date.Well I called Estes trying to get a delivery time.And they said that they didn't have any trucks coming to Kendallville IN. On that day so they gave me 2 options come and get it or wait until Monday.The only thing bad about the whole thing was it was cookie dough.

I spoke to the driver and he told me quote “they were on the property.” If you squint you can see them at the end of the driveway out in the open air. Dispatch offered no resolve other that they “would take care of it”.Other delivery drivers from UPS AND FedEx almost ran the packages over when they delivered after Estes as well as myself when I returned home later that day.Prefer never to use this driver again but I have no control over that or his laziness.Don’t recommend.

Nu H.: Before I begin... I will share this post on most social media... since "word of mouth helps a business strive" these days. I give half on 5 stars, rounded up of course. You can make pretty decent money (above average)... good people that work in the office. Now for the missing 2.5 stars... even if you give them damn near a 3 week notice, apparently, since they've had drivers abandoned their trucks and trailers... the owner Pat, won't trust you... well, didn't trust me and made me cut my employment short by just about 3 weeks. Lost at least 2 weeks worth of income... AND had to pay expenses out of my own pocket, after the recruiter assured me they would fly me home if it didn't work out. So... lost money I relied on making finishing out my employment with them, and had to pay for some of the expenses to get home. Gas and lodging... almost 2200 mi of driving back home in a rental. Shame on you Summit for thinking, since one driver abandoned your equipment... another driver would, and lose money in the process.

Fast Forward to current I Find out that I supposedly QUIT AUGUST 11TH WHEN I WAS STILL HOSPITALIZED(WHICH IS A LIE)I was on MEDICAL LEAVE AND THEY KNEW IT!!!!!! IT'S SAD SOMEONE WILL STEAL FROM YOU WHEN YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITAL.... if you work here be prepared not to leave your stuff unless you own your truck cause it will go missing, but when I started he said to keep the CB RADIO that was it in cause it wasn't his(Which i didn't use).. BUT I DEFINITELY BELIEVE IN KARMA AND YOU'LL LOSE MORE THAN YOU GAIN STEALING FROM PEOPLE !!!!!!

Muninn Myrkvi: Warning to drivers attracted by the $2000 or $1600 guarantee programs: my very first week, my dispatcher threatened to cancel my guarantee even though I made every delivery early. I'm on my second week and she again threatened to cancel my guarantee because I didn't drive to the very end of my hours, even though my carefully-planned route did not affect my delivery time nor my availability for the week.They'll wait until you're settled in and then drop a surprise contract on you after your first week. The guarantee is not a guarantee. It's a week-by-week contract you have to redo every week. The contract lists absurd stipulations in order to try and not pay out the guarantee.They haven't yet followed through on canceling my guarantee but these are definitely glaring red flags. I'll update this review if things improve, get worse, or if they retaliate for the review.
Jordy Villanueva: Would give 0 if possible. Booked a load with a guy named Jack, but he said Leslie would be the dispatcher. Neither of them know how to answer a phone call or respond to an email. When you call the general line trying to get an update they claim they are sending you to the dispatcher, but then it goes back to the greeting you get when you first call. When you ask for general dispatch, same thing happens it goes to initial greeting. Leslie had a driver who was late to a 0900 APPT, said she'd email me with an update. Hours go by and nothing. Ignored my call multiple times after 1 ring, and then proceeded to let it ring and go to voicemail. It's 1443 EST and driver is still not at delivery. Driver doesn't answer. Absolute terrible communication and service. Do better.

Vladimir Zdravkovic: There is no reason to work with this guys, they are inconsiderate disrespectful and they will not go an extra mile to ensure drivers nor public safety. They will leave you hanging at shipper for hours than expect you to pull over 600 miles without stopping on frozen roads. If you value yourself at all just stead clear from this guys.
mike clapham: Had a issue with load information, come to find out it was due to the recent sale of the product company. For the first time in 37 yrs of trucking "the broker of said load" called me a day after the load was delivered to apologize for the inconvenience and confusion on Saturday. I was extremely impressed with the concern and the results of the conversation. I would recommend JAT as a quality company to do business with and will be doing business with them again.
PT Transport: No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. Changes rate confirmations after the driver is loaded. BEWARE. I'm not entirely sure if this is even a legitimate company.

The second/third star is for Reagan B. clearing up the payment issue on her FIRST try! Way to go Reagan (AND her supervisor)! We will see how the next load goes now that we have been made aware of ALL requirements (?).

Brian Lyons: We do business with hundreds of customers. It is unreasonable for Buchanan to dictate how we submit our invoices and pod's for payment. Can you imagine what a nightmare our billing process would be if for every customer we hauled for we had to have a password to go on to a different portal for each one to submit our bills? I am sure it works really good for you, but you are screwing up the billing process for everyone who works with you. The rest of the world has an email that invoices and POD's can be sent to directly, no login, no password.

G Walker: Brokerage arm of this company is pretty hit or miss. Ran two loads out of Logan township. First one went smooth, second load had 6+ hours of wait time on it.Their response was basically we’ll pay you detention (after 4hrs), detention does not cover missed appointments due to waiting,or loads that have to be cancelled because the load is not ready at your appointment time.
