C1 Truck Driver Training - Ft. Wayne: what do users think?
sandra webb: Don't believe the name is correct any more , I believe it is called Summit commercial driver training.
Alejandro Mendoza: watch your big daddy cone! they got me class A. now 12 years later I'm rich. place was a dump but it's what you make of it that matters.
Linda Stermer: Always reaching a full voicemail box. Can not reach anyone or leave a message. Incredibly frustrating.
King Richard Moore: The tester Ryan is an awesome down to earth guy. We need more people like him. The building is old but very suitable and the team gets the job done. The yard is normal sized for the left or right side backing. Just don't hit the fence pulling in or out after your pre-trip and road test. The road test is definitely not hard just really use common sense obviously you do want a CDL. Pre-trip, In-cab Inspection, break test, yard maneuvers, and road test. Simple as that. Be patient with them OR expect the Fort Wayne side to come out of them. Good Luck 😎
Ryan Warren: Making this review so nobody falls for same spill I did. Our great state of Indiana has made it to were we must go through 3rd party to get our CDL. Called this place asked if I could train and take test all in 1-day. They assured me that was possible and even told me they would put me with a specific trainer who would have me ready before end of day. They talked like I would be out early. I payed the $400+ dollars a month in advance then waited patiently for my day to come. Mind you I live in Indianapolis 2+hrs away so I stayed in hotel night before not too far from here so I could get a goodnight sleep and be ready to apply myself and give the effort needed to accomplish this task. I already have a class b w/air and need my A's. So I show up day of train/test with bells on. I meet my trainer and explain my goal along with what I was told over phone. I tell him I already have my B's and now need my A's. He walks me over to a truck and on our walk tells me he cant stand it when mechanics come in, or guys that already have there B's come in needing there A's. We get to the truck, he does a 1-sweep pre-trip inspection then hands me 1-piece of paper thats pretty much straight out of CDL book that says all the things on the pre trip that he just said then he walks off and tells me to study.I did just that. I studied word for word note for note repeated it, wrote it down then recorded myself repeating and reading aloud what i wrote down, for the next two hours. By now its 10-11am and it up and comes a big thunderstorm. I stand there in pouring down rain and study until im soaked, then i decide to go find my trainer and see if there is something else maybe he can train me on that dont involve me standing in rain. After walking 2-3 laps around there trailer office I couldnt find him. So i walk back out in rain back to my truck, and as soon as I start reviewing again (in pouring rain) he walks up. He says "There you are Ive been looking all over for you". Of course this is not true. But im wet its pouring and by this time the only words im gonna say are "Is there maybe something else I can train on while this thunderstorm passes. He says Yes, lets go for a ride. We get in truck and do our pre-start in cab inspection. Then he says lets go for a ride, then when we get back we will see what we have time left to do. At this point im getting worried. He wasnt talking like Im walking out of there with my CDL's. So, i remind him how badly I need them today, how hard Ive worked to make it to his training today, and how im really looking forward to having my Class A's. At this point the man tells me that it is impossible to get them in 1-day, and he doesnt know why they tell people that on phone. Immediately my heart falls out of my chest, im so upset and feel so duped Im getting sick. I asked him how long did he think it took and he tells me a week is what it just took the last guy. He then goes on to say that he is not a truck driver, nor is he a teacher that he is just an actor. And he is gonna teach me how to act like a truck driver!!!!! After the guy said that I was sick. So we went on a 10-min drive with there truck that was in sad shape. We got back, i did the training course parrallel parks perfect and my back ups perfect. The trainer told me he had never seen anyone do perfect on there first attempt before. Then after that he tells me we dont really have time to test, and he dont wanna see me fail cuz were rushing to get thru it. They then schedule me another visit another month out, then ask for another $400+. So, thats word for word my experience there. If I had the oppurtunity again, I would of never calIed them. Because of there dishonesty I am now am having to possibly pay my employer back and ask them to send me to real place. I feel these guys are scammers. On my next scheduled appointment I was unable to make it. Ive tried several times to reach them to ask for a refund and cant get in touch with them. No professional business charges someone for services not rendered. Only scammers operate like that. RUN STAY AWAY
David Reed: Great training and very professional!! Got my cdl on the 20th of February. Been towing and starting a great new career although the picture I share would not pass dot or a pre trip but I know what to look for. Thanks to everyone at this test site!
tom jones: They passed me that is all I care about. Well plus they were very helpful friendly and nice !!
Andre Tatum: Very overpriced. Stay away!!!!
Tom Roy: Top notch trainers, an accelerated course but as they tell you in the course, they are only giving you what you need to get your CDL, I learned a lot from these folks and you will too if you pay attention to what they say.
Alejandro Leon: Overpriced!! Only offer one time slot, no evening classes.

Safeway Driving School: what do users think?
Stephanie Coomer: The best driving school around. Everyone is very helpful and easy to work with. Pam Bohren was great with working around our schedule and very personable when driving with my son.
Denise Robinson: I really hope my daughter has this instructor every class. He gave me, the parent, feedback after class and told me how she did. My son went to this school and had it a figured out (he thinks) but my daughter wants instruction and hopes to have the same instructor. Pretty sure it’s the owner or one of them. She was impressed and so was I.
Sarah Hodges: I’m highly satisfied with the overall quality of this driving school and their instructors. The classroom portion is very informative and well thought out, and the driving instructor my daughter had was amazing with her! He did not stress her out but was very patient and really taught her everything she needs to know before hitting the road alone. She always came home happy and felt like she learned something new and valuable. Although it can seem expensive, I believe the price matches the quality of the program! 10/10
Min Aung Hlaing: Great School
Jennie Minear: My son is feeling more comfortable on the road because of this marvelous experience ✨️ thank you 😊
Shelly Ellenwood: Josh & Pam are absolutely AWESOME!!!
Chrysteen B: I love it here, I've only had two lessons so far but I would recommend this place to anyone looking for driving lessons.
Jeffrey Engdahl: Great staff at Safeway driving school.Very knowledgeable and polite and professional. Would recommend to all people that are interested putting kids through driving school. Very reasonable price aswell. 👍
Jodee Moore: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI enjoyed the instructors they were very understanding and kind. And also helped me achieved my goal for 2021. Many blessings!
Yavanna Klappal (Imagirlteehee): My Child took drivers Ed here. They were respectful and addressed my child by the name the choose to use rather than their birth name. They did a great job teaching and caring about my child. 10/10 would recommend.
Robyn brown: Staff was pleasant! Service was wonderful!
Melissa Smith: I still intimidate friends & family with the driving skills/tips I learned from instructors @ Safeway Driving School.
Godified Saint: I have a question and will be reaching out through email or by phone soon...I have a question, but let me start by saying I learned how to drive at a very old age, like 26 I think and they did great and great experience learning to drive and never learned....I also forgot the instructor name but the day I went to take the test and passed it was his birthday. But I still do not know how to drive on the highway. Can they teach me that? I paid to learn how to drive so I'm just wondering
J W: Both of my sons have been through this school and had very good experiences with the place. It helps if your kids have had at least some experience behind the wheel before enrolling them (if possible) but even without that, they do a good job getting your kids out and behind the wheel.
Leann Yagodinski: Five of our kids have gone through Safeway. We have had nothing but great experiences with Safeway with all of our kids. The staff is friendly, flexible and have done a great job of teaching our kids how to drive. I highly recommend them!
Summer Philebaum05: They all are great people and are very polite. I am having a great experience learning to drive with them. Thanks for teaching me.
Keeighja Gray: I loved the school.
Jack Heibeck: Positive:Communication
Dennis Schmucker: Just passed my driving test 10 stars. Caleb
Trindy: My daughter's experience was exceptional! Her driving instructor was laid back and wasn't hysterical like her mother, me, while taking a new driver out on the road.In the classroom they were able to be flexible whe she was sick.

Precision Driving: what do users think?
Momma Mia: Just called to ask about my son attending one of their driving courses and the receptionist was not very polite. Sounded like she had an attitude with me asking questions and kept stating I could find it online on the website. No thanks my son will not be attending there. 😒
Miguel Rivera: Great place very helpful
Matthew Floor: *Edit*After my first review we were contacted by the actual owner who was a very kind and reasonable lady. She took the time to hear what my wife experienced and her concerns and listened well. At this point I'm unsure what steps may be taken to address the man acting like the owner who provided the experience listed below but I will revise my statement to say that the owner and the driving instructors that we had were kind and helpful for the most part. There appears to be some issues related to some of the management.Initial review:Very poor experience with this company. The man acting like the owner was very, very rude when we brought up a concern. He spent the entire time trying to defend his views without even listening to the concern. He refused to even answer the question and was highly immature in trying to just tell us that our concern wasn't a big deal. In addition to this, the lady that does the scheduling is not very helpful and as others have commented, they refuse to schedule out beyond the next appointment. The driving instructors have been kind for the most part but the management has been just awful. This is a poorly run business with a very narcissistic owner.I would highly recommend going to another company.
Kristi Cortezano- Smith: Positive:CommunicationMy son was timid driving after being a passenger in an accident when he was little. The staff at Precision worked with him mentally and showed him empathy while also challenging him to succeed. They are the best. I would not send my kiddos anywhere else.
Jill Buhr: Absolutely, hands down, the best place for driving education! All four of our kids attended classes and drive times through Precision. Both the owners and instructors are very qualified to teach your child the rules of the road….. never once were we concerned that our kids wouldn’t be prepared to receive their permits and licenses. Instructors are very accommodating of your schedule for drive times, too, which is a plus! I cannot recommend Precision enough…. I guarantee you will not find a better driving school in the area! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Tammy Berry: Very friendly people with amazing instructors that teach the students well.
Angela Grable: Excellent instructors and easy to work with
Jake Worley: Great driving school like excellent, great driving instructors, very nice owner, they taught my child great driving techniques like parallel parking and driving on the interstate. Definitely should enroll your kid here!
Mia mcinturff: Good 😎😎😎😎
Brandon Winston: My sons class is there. Really nice place. Nice cars to learn in and really safe.
BulLets4Death ‘: Positive:Value
Ryan Doctor: My experience has been very negative. They have had our child’s name wrong in their system from day 1. Each time we go in, about 4 times, they are unable to find the file because they aren’t capable of updating the information. We have been told conflicting information between the staff, as far as what paperwork we would need and when we would need it, It’s very frustrating. The gentleman who claimed to be the owner, refused to hear our concerns and was very rude and unprofessional, cutting off my wife when she spoke and just plain out being childish. I highly recommend you find a different driving school.
Kari Richards: Those that I've interacted with have been professional. What I didn't find out until after we signed up my daughter was they won't schedule you more than 1x month and only when it's immediately before your 16 years + 3 months date. The whole reason I was signing them up for a class was so they could be taught some behind the wheel driving skills by a professional prior to the majority of my hours on the road with them. My boys did their behind the wheel training through our high school 6 days in a row about 9 months prior to their license eligibility. This was much more effective!
Amneris Vargas: I thought they were very nice people. Until I decided that the once a month was not what I wanted for my daughter. She only drove once with them. I decided to go to a different school and asked for my money back. They said they would of course taking money for that one drive. Which I understand. They also told me they would cancel my daughters permit which I think is very vindictive I understand if I didn't sign up with a different school but I did that Friday. The prob lem is I asked for my refund Dec. 10th it is Dec. 27th and I still have not received my refund. Do not recommend this school.
Dominicj Brady: Took 5 months to schedule in. After my test they got the date wrong by 16 years and the license branch wouldn't take it WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT COMING HERE
makayla mickelson: Wouldn’t send my child anywhere else! Mr. B was exceptional. He develops relationships with every teen that walks through their door. He genuinely cares about each and every student. Thanks Precision Driving!
Jennifer Mccauley: We have been so pleased with precision! The instructor, Jason, has been incredible ! My son enjoys going to class and has learned so much ! Highly recommend!!!
