When I eventually got my tux the vest was to big, they said they could get me another one but it would take a few days which I did not have. The top suit button was held on by a string and had fallen off when I first tried it on. friendly workers but inexperienced and did not pay attention to detail.

Joshua Raber: Everything with Louie's was pretty well organized. I love getting text updates reminding me to turn my stuff in and pick my stuff up. The ladies who did the fitting we're very cordial and did manage to grab the correct size for everything. The selection was great, and the ability to rent the same tux for the entire bridal party was awesome. The suits came with easy to use buttons and cufflinks. The shoes came with matching socks. The only thing keeping Louie's from getting five stars was the fact that one of the groomsmen was given a straight tie instead of a bow tie. At pickup, some of us had last minute size checks. They had us try on the pants,the shirt, shoes, vest and the coat. We did not try on the buttons or the tie and those were in a separate bag we would not have seen that the tie was wrong. We even double checked his order tag, and it said Navy bow tie so looks like somebody just miss picked the tie. This created a last minute need to send a runner to the mall to swap ties before shooting wedding photos which was unnecessary stress. Other than that makes up dealing with Louie's was pretty cordial and fairly well organized. My only other recommendation would be to go to your local department stores and just buy a tux for an extra $50 or $100 instead of spending the money to rent it and have to give it back right away.

Just frustrated!

Joshua Henderson: The suit that I received looked absolutely wonderful and that is the reason that the Jefferson point Louie’s Tux Shop is recieving 2 stars instead of 1. I was a groomsman in my girlfriends sisters wedding last week and when I went in for my first fitting everything was going well until I stepped into the fitting room. There was only myself and my girlfriend in the shop at the time and there were 3 workers present. As I was changing I could over hear the workers conversation they were having in the lobby amongst each other. Though I wasn’t intentionally eavesdropping, one of the co workers exclaimed “Who is Carlyle?” And the other co worker responded, “That’s Maddie’s boyfriend.” The first coworker then said “HE’S BLACK?! WHY IS SHE WITH A BLACK GUY?!” Come on guys it’s 2022, and I just paid $200 for a rental just to stand in there and hear some ridiculous prejudice comment and as a black individual I believe that alone is worth looking into. But don’t worry, the Bride reported it to the store and corporate and neither said anything to right this terrible experience. Again, the suit was phenomenal but they should throw some earplugs and a discount if they’re going to continue to allow things like that to happen.

Alexis Ray: DO NOT COME HERE! I set up an appointment for my fiancé to try on tux’s for the first time. I called ahead and told them the groomsmen would also be coming. The employee on the phone said that was fine but it would take longer since they only had one consultant per person. My fiancé calls me 15 minutes into his appointment saying they were leaving because they seemed upset that the wedding party was there. Whoever helped them took their measurements and showed them the catalog to look through. That’s it. No one offered to help him look at styles or try them on either. Regardless of how many groomsmen show up, my fiancé still had a scheduled appointment to try on tux’s and he couldn’t even do that.

I will be back for more business dress attire for certain very soon because of it.

Ben: Rented a suit for my daughters wedding. The initial day of measuring was pleasant. Picked up the suit day before wedding. Was asked if I wanted to try on. Being a dumb guy I said no. I have never had a issue before anywhere else. When you pay $238 to RENT a suit your expectations are of the highest degree. So my pants were atleast 4-5” to short. There was only enough buttons on shirt to button to my mid belly area. I was not told these suit pants had no belt loops either. Was able to adjust a little but without belt they are falling. Had they told me there were no belt loops I would of said yes to suspenders. Was not going to review but when I took suit back all the gentleman said was “we would of fixed if I tried them on” I live 1/2 hr away and had no time that day. I trusted them. 4-5” to short is not in the probable margain if you ask me. It was a mess up. So my mom undid the hem and did a few quick sews on the pants. I put a belt around tight to keep them up. Had to keep jacket on (perfect fit) so no one could see. I understand I should of tried on. But I was asked once and only once and he did not suggest I should. Very disappointed. A simple SORRY would of prevented this review.

Tayloring service is available upon request for a small fee (50$ or under) bring in your favorite jeans that just don't fit right anymore and get them Let-Out and/Re- sized.. awesome environment and very trendy.. stop I. They're rarly busy... And you never have to wait in a line.

choosing joy: They made a huge error and ruined PROM for my son, and we had to beg to get a partial refund, which should have been a full refund!!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE. We will not be using them again!Sent one 10.5 shoe & one 8.5 sized shoe for my son.Ridiculous, not to mention the stained shirt and jacket covered in cat fur (and we are allergic) Horrible experience and they should have immediately offered a full refund. My son had to jam his foot, 5 minutes before prom pictures, into a shoe 2 sizes 2 small! Unacceptable. Would never have written a review if they had made it right! The owner was not even apologetic about what happened, a little customer service goes a LONG WAY.

Patrick Casey: They were able to turn my alteration around in the requested time, but the work was the lowest quality I have had on a garment to date (and I need the sleeves up on every jacket). My sleeves were done for a jacket, and there is obvious puckering on one side and messy stitching on the other.I could ask for it to be fixed, but the fact someone thought this was passable does not incline me to give them a second shot . I will be engaging someone else to fix it.

Christopher Martin: While I did not wind up making a purchase here, I feel compelled to leave a five star review. I made about a dozen calls looking for a pair of lined men's day gloves. The gentleman on the phone told me they did not have any but he would do some searching on my behalf. He took down my contact information and called me back within 15 minutes to tell me that they had a couple styles coming in. Unfortunately, they were insulated which was not what I was looking for. What do you know, another 15 minutes go by and I get a call back again because the gentleman I was speaking to took the time out of his day to reach out to one of his sales reps and find a distributor that carried them. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. It is so rare anymore. If you want excellent service with mindful staff to help you look your best, this is the place.
