They simply made excellent suggestions and helped my wife navigate her options to find the garments that fit and felt the best for her. Their prices are reasonable and the 25% off sale today didn't hurt our pocketbook either. I would definitely recommend this place to every women looking to buy not only good quality undergarments but cool comfortable sleepwear and beautiful trendy outerwear. From first moment to the end of the day, I felt very welcomed to talk about any struggles or ask for any different bras to look for the perfect bra for me.The dressing rooms were in a curtained hallways. The individual dressing room doors each have a curtain so that the employee can hand a product through a little gap rather than opening the door. The employees will go by every once in a while to ask you for any service of help they can provide.The packing of the bras are very nice too! The packing makes the experience feel it’s a joyful moment rather than a shameful walk in and out of the store.The average price of the bras ranged from $36-54. There are BOGO 50% off and clearance items that made certain bra prices $20-40.When I returned two products for a lower price range of products, Carole and Anola were very helpful to not make the experience any different.The employees immediately offer product type and size switching rather than measuring. There is a measuring tape near the entrance of the fitting rooms. If asked for a professional measurement, then I believe it will be offered.I highly suggest the store to anyone from someone exploring to knowing the expected size and product. Especially with the employee help, the prices are all worth it!

I’d spent so long online trying to figure out my size and measure myself and spent time in various fitting rooms with trial and error, and still had no good bras. I noticed Soma, went inside, and the salesperson took me straight back, measured me, and showed me bras of various styles. Once I put them on, she would say things like, “You see this gap? It means you’re not supported enough. Let’s try this size” or “It’s okay if the two bras you’ve picked out are different sizes because the style is different.”I went out with some friends (in a strapless bra, no less) and felt no discomfort whatsoever! A bra that fits can work wonders, and the friendly people at Soma helped me find bras that fit! The bras are a bit more pricey, but worth the investment, in my opinion. Step away from your tape measure and have the ladies at Soma help you out!

I use to go to Victoria secrets because they "checked my size" but in reality they gave me the biggest size (that didn't fit me right) just to take my money!! I found it at barbras I've been buying the wrong size for 8 years :(. The lady there also made me feel very comfortable and respected my privacy. It is the fact that they only had 2 plain styles for my size and at first they seemed nice, but within the first week the eye hooks have broken, the back and sides roll continuously and hurts. My husband spent over $200 for 3 bras to learn no refunds. I will stick with the same place as always knowing I get good quality, comfort, and price at Catherine's. She measures you and goes out to find a bra that matches your needs as well as your desires. She brings back different styles for you to try on. My fitter got exactly what I was looking for immediately. I have been to most of the department stores and found nothing that fit me correctly. I was very pleased with my experience at Barbara's New Beginnings. I recommend them highly to anyone but especially for ladies that can't find the fit they need at the department stores. It's a little pricey but worth it.

Their products are the real deal and come from well known foreign brands. Be prepared to spend a lot of money. Your body and wallet will thank you though, especially over time as you age. The employee who helped me (I didn’t ask for their name, but they have rainbow hair) was very attentive when I was explaining what I needed and we were able to find something that would work within my size, material, and cost limitation- which I am VERY happy about. They even showed me other products they sell that are geared towards the sexual wellness I need and gave me resources that could help me on my road to recovery. Today 1_19_2023 I went to exchange some products and the women helped me out very kindly. The woman behind the counter and floor host was helpful in find what was good on the exchange. I also learned that return within thirty days or no longer valid. So I can't surprise my girlfriend on a birthday anniversary Christmas because of the return policy I had recet and tags on the product still and didn't matter. I think corporate needs to rethink return policy no man in the world can walk in a the store and get the right bra the first time. I think return policy should be relooked at. The Ft. George Smith: I was greeted. Asked if I was looking for anything particularly. I wanted to look for under garments. I was told there were 2 stations, and that they were 5 for $25. First one I went to paint was chipped or not even present on the cabinet and drawers, looked very dirty. And unless you are a small, and your size is on top, you have to use the drawers. I understand it’s the holiday season, but the presentation and organization was unacceptable. Cabinets/drawers/handles need replaced or at least painted. Walls and floors were dirty. Customer service was decent. I won’t be coming back to that location.

Haley Ryan: I like shopping at VS PINK, but the customer service is not good. I had bought a $50-60 bra and I wanted to wash it before wearing it. I put it in the wash, (since I had previously washed my bras in the washer before) but it ripped in half through the middle. I called the store and wanted to know if I could possibly bring it in (since I know if you bring in your old bras, you'd get a percentage off your new bra) but they said that I should have read the tags and known not to put it in the washer and that they couldn't do anything for me. I ended up buying a new bra at full price.
