Jan: They have a very large selection in stock. I don't care for the silky fabrics that are out there. I've been looking everywhere for scrubs made with a cotton blend. Nowhere seemed to have them in stock. UNTIL I happened into Uniforms & More! I'm so glad I did. They also have a loyalty program with a punch card. DEFINITELY will use them from now on. Also, they have a discount for Parkview.

Daisy D (ConvinceMe): Owner was at the store and was very knowledgeable about scrubs.I prefer 100 % Cotton material for scrubs I wear.She informed me that 100%cotton scrubs are available only by special order.Everything else is a microfiber blend, not good at all. The owner directed me to a rack of polyester 45% and 55% cotton scrubs.I was able to find a pair of Cotton blend scrub pants,which are much closer to what I want.Nice atmosphere , helpfullstaff,I give it 2 thumbs up and 5stars.

I’ve never worked a job where I needed scrubs so I wasn’t familiar with anything. Lyn (I hope I’m spelling that right, if not I’m so sorry!) was so friendly, she asked me a couple questions, grabbed a couple pairs for me to try on and I loved them! I highly recommend this store if you need to purchase scrubs! They have so many different brands, colors, and styles!

Like I’m sorry the tag fell off while trying them on. Also the younger girl that works here told me it was fine and I could return them.after exposing the situation. So that 40 dollar pair of pants I got is just wasted now cause I can’t fit the pants. Would have tried on here but dressing rooms were so hot I felt like I was going to pass out! Got dizzy and everything. Told the lady she said she knows she’s told the owner several times and the owner does nothing! Absolutely ridiculous and would not recommend coming here! And they are super expensive as well!

Stace “Dfbbch” Face: They never greet me or offer assistance when I come in. They never have the size/color I need...ever. I decided to special order a set since I have a coupon. After waiting 3 weeks, I called to ask for an update on my order and turns out they had taken my money but never ordered my scrubs. Wow. Doug was very helpful and assisted me in figuring out which scrubs I had ordered so we could try again...but it’s been over a week again and still have heard nothing. He was nice but can’t carry the whole establishment on his back unfortunately. The ONLY reason I ever come here is because my employer gives me coupons. From now on I’ll just go back to uniforms and more, they always have what I need.
David quinn: Walked in to two employees and two customers in the store. The two ladies who worked there never greeted me, looked at me or attempted to help. They were not helping the other couple in the store and both them and I were looking confused, but they never asked either of us if we needed help. A call came through that BOTH of them apparently had to answer together, on speaker phone. While both of them partook in that, us customers continued to browse endlessly. Finally, after still no help I left. I thought customer service meant greeting customers and asking to help? Maybe I’m confused
Grant Blauvelt: I am usually a really hard fit for scrubs because I'm tall and skinny with long arms. I was in a out of James Medical Uniforms in ten minutes with a white coat that fits perfectly at 20 dollars off the listed price and they gave me antimicrobial detergent to try. I'm always shopping at James Medical Uniforms.
Ineisha Robinson: I only go to James Medical when my employer sends me for new uniforms. I was in there last week and I felt uncomfortable with the way the two staff whispered amongst themselves after I turned in a form from my supervisor stating that I was to pick out 2 turquoise uniforms. Even though it did not specify the brand after bringing the uniforms to the register I was told I couldn't get them. I would hope me being African American wasn't a problem, especially since a few people of color has said the same thing about their experience at James Medical. Very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude.

Lady at the front was Clearly stressed out about a wheelchair and not able to multitask. She was very short in her tone. After waiting for a few, I decided to just order them online at Amazon.
Youdont Needtoknow: I ordered work uniforms about 3 weeks ago. I was informed that it would rale roughly 7-10 days. On day 8 i called to check in on my uniforms and was told they should be in today or tomorrow we will text you and let you know wheb they are in. No text and a day later i call again. Same answer. Then its a Friday and i call to check, was told they will be in Monday. The day i start my new job. Monday comes and goes. So once AGAIN on Tuesday i call and my uniforms are still not in! The lady informed me they was coming from Canada and didnt know why it was taking so long and she would call the vendor and give me a call back. Yet again NO CALL BACK. so today i call again, this time they told me there was a "glitch" in the system and my uniforms didnt get ordered on time and the would be in NEXT week. But yet abother girl that i work with ordered hers after me and already has them. NEVER ordering from here again.

Zoe King: I was told by a worker that they have any size you can think of in the back and when i asked for my size in the top, they had none. The man said he would order some matching tops for me and call me by Friday at the latest. Well, I never got a phone call and on the Friday AFTER I was supposed to receive the call, my mom went in just to see if they had them. Turns out they were there the entire time and no one called. Not to mention, the store hours are very odd and hard to work around if you have any sort of job or schooling during the day. Very unprofessional, and they lost a customer.

A Person: Been going there for years. It's nice to have a uniform shop when it seems like many are closing down to be able to see and put hands on a product before buying it.

Alex Riggers: Stopped here after work to look for a pair of boot for work. I've worn Redwings for years, but my last pair lasted me only 4 months, so I was ready to give something else a try. The store employee that I worked with was friendly, helpful and tried as hard as he could to get me in a pair of boots. He was great. The manager was okay, seemed maybe to have a bit of an attitude, but was nice enough to me. Their selection of boots was okay, but definitely not large by any means. They carried thorogood, keen, timberland, carlolina, wolverine, catapillar and some other to name a few, but only a few picks out of each brand of boot. I decided to wait because they were about to close. The employee I worked with really made the difference in this case, his willingness to help and assist me are what I look for in top notch companies.

Lori Swing: Unifirst recently started servicing my employer, General Motors. We rarely get the uniforms&/or sizes that we're supposed to get. Three weeks ago, I received 3 large coveralls (which won't last a week) when I asked for the two piece uniforms. Last week, I received 6 shirts & no pants. This week, I received 8 shirts & no pants. We never had this issue with Aramark. If you have the choice, go with Aramark, instead.

Hans Nemec: My company signed up with this company. First they were more then 60 days late with the delivery of the delivery of the uniforms, second they slipped in extra charges with charges for extra large uniforms that NO ONE ever mentioned at the time of the contract signing. I have left multiple email messages for someone in there in there account receivables dept to contact me with no call going on several weeks now. Now I'm reading on there statement that I'm 60 days past due when they have access to ach the money from my bank account. I have new banking information that they need to change to get paid . When you try to call no one knows how to transfer me to accounts receivable. My sales rep is worth I have reached out to her which is a waste of time. Maybe after the ach is returned for non payment maybe at that time someone will call. The only good thing is the uniforms are clean and there pick up and delivery has been alright.

chad parker: Cintas is the worst uniform supplier in existence. You never get all of your clothing back and if you do get some back, half of them belong to some other guy in a different business. Absolutely horrible service. Maybe try employing people with half a brain.
no name: Service Manager at this location is very deceitful and under handed. Stay clear of this location if you can.
Wes Maier: Do NOT hire these guys. Some of the worst customer service in the area. Terrible all the way around. The sales guys could not tell the truth if they had to. Customer service rarely answers the phone because they probably have so many calls with complaints about dirty garments and poor service.
Andy Kauffman: I was just cut off by a cintas truck plates A215020 on State and Maysville. Truck was taking a right, he had red light I was going straight. There was no cars behind me so why not wait?

Jordan Eastbrook: Be very careful about deceitful practices and sleazy sales tactics. Sign a contract (or not), and they will try to sleaze you into paying for services for which you are not legally obligated or even want. Though men should be careful, women should be particularly cautious. Yes, they harass, come unannounced into services places demanding contact, coerce unsuspecting staff, etc. Look around the net. You will see the same sorts of complaints (beyond what seem to be paid posts they get from others for the most part).
Fallen Spartan: The service people are very nice and while the main part of the plant isn't aircondioned, they are given good time for breaks. The workers on the plant are dedicated to helping their customers, making sure their customers clothe are in good conditions before letting the clothe go back to you.

Darrin Brueggemann: The worst service EVER. Do not do business with this company. I have called several times for issues with being shorted uniforms and they have told me every time that there is nothing they will do to make it right. I will just have to wait till next weeks delivery day. They won't do loaners to get me by. While I am at work with ZERO uniforms. What kind of service is my company paying for. Ridiculous... Stay away !!!!!! Cintas is 100 times better.
Mitch Schaefer: Absolute joke of a company. Made mistakes delivering our company’s uniforms literally every week. Read the fine print in your contracts. They will randomly add 2 years to your contract without telling you, then state it’s an absurd amount to cancel your contract. Stay away
Whopperjaw: Awful service! Shorted uniforms every week. Uniforms don't fit. If you even get any uniforms back they are sad looking, torn and full of holes from chemicals. Aramark will make your employees look like a band of degenerate hobos. They are great at billing you for their poor service though.
