Dawn Handschy: My daughter went to pick up her package after they told her it was ready to pick up only for them to say it was on a truck and wouldn't be available to pick up for 30 more minutes. That was after they had her waiting for 15 min before telling her that. So a total wait time of an hour because it had to get taken off the truck so that was 15 min more waiting. Why tell her she can pick it up in the first place? They need to figure this stuff out better.

Jessica Dunno: I don't normally leave bad reviews but now for the past few months, our deliveries have been garbage, they don't even bring our packages to our house anymore. No. They leave our packages at the end of a shared driveway on the edge of a busy country road, under our mailboxes for just anyone to take or it possibly getting destroyed!!! We even have neighbors on each side of us that they could leave our packages with, that would be common sense! And what's with the delivered notification of being left at 'Locker'??? No one knows where that would be!! I just know I'm going to make sure my deliveries will no longer come through UPS if they can't even deliver it to us.

John “Wally”: Ok, so if you need to straighten something out with ups, this is probably the place to come too. If you need some packaging taken care of, look for a store (which I had a bit of a time finding - too many drop off locations and not enough stores.) They do take your boxes and label etc. So if you are ready to ship, they seem to do that very well. But this is more the business of moving and less customer focus.

I did have a standout experience where I needed some expensive items packaged carefully, and shipped. Preston went above and beyond with the packaging job, and the items arrived in perfect condition. The receiver was very impressed with it, and called it out immediately.I will continue to use this location for all my shipping needs.

Thaddeus Wilkinson: This access point is located at a CVS and while I was inside there was a female employee named Priscilla who was extremely courteous and helpful. She not only accepted my UPS package, but advised me about the savings that I could get on my purchase with a CVS loyalty card and assisted me in signing up for the card right there on the spot. I saved $64.92 because of this young women's patience and helpfulness. In my personal opinion, she went above and beyond to provide me with the best customer service I think I could possibly have gotten. Thank you so much, Priscilla!
