JazzyJenn’s HIGHway: The lady who answered the phone (forgot her name:white lady with black hair) and helps people at front desk is awesome. She’s very professional and to the point wasting no time. She even gave me the courtesy as a walk-in of letting me know how many people were ahead of me (due to already set appointments) and approximately how long my wait would be. Once they called me to the back, it went fast ! I highly recommend! It was my first time ever going here as I am out of town travel nurse.

Carolyn Spencer: So upset, no one educated me that my insurance wasn’t accepted there so I just went in thinking everything was okay, then got an almost $300 bill in the mail months later. Would be nice to let people know insurances that aren’t covered so we have a chance to go somewhere else I needed. Also makes no sense because sister was seen for the exact same visit and only got charged $75 and we are on the SAME insurance. What a scam.

Jim and Dawn Anderson: Overall I had a good experience here. I was seen quickly - Dr Hassan was patient and was good at explaining what he was doing, after I asked him to. He gave good care, and also knew his limits and recommended I see a specialist the following day. The office staff was nice and even called the next day to check on me.

Dr. Hassan listened to my symptoms, asked appropriately probing questions to get extra details I didn't think to mention, and then was very thorough in his explanation of my treatment. I would say I liked him even more than my family Dr, and I really like my family Dr.
Alyssa Luna: Okay, so I had to get a test done Wednesday and they told me 3-4 days for the results, which I was fine with. However, they neglected to tell me that their office was closed on the weekends, so I wouldn’t be getting the results until Monday. When Monday rolled around I had to call them in the middle of the day to get my results. The most frustrating thing is that I couldn’t go back to work until I got those results. The woman I spoke with didn’t even offer to provide a copy of my results for work. Everyone there was nice enough, I guess. Communication could use some serious improvement.

They are so helpful and listen to our concerns, and our input makes a difference in the tests and treatment we receive. It is usually pretty fast to get in and out, especially if you use the website to get in line and complete the registration before you arrive. We appreciate having a place like this so close to home!

Slowzo “Slowzo”: Great people, very good service and will go above and beyond. The urgent care(Parkview) I went to before made me feel like I was bothering them and didn't matter. I almost just went home, and if I had, I would probably be in bad shape. Came here instead, and all the woman working there performed above and beyond my expectations. I probably owe them my life, and they have my eternal thanks.

Danielle Recker: I went into this urgent care with what I thought was an upper respiratory infection. When I met with the doctor, she repeatedly asked me questions and then continue to talk as I tried to answer, did not listen to the symptoms I gave her, I had to repeatedly tell her that I was not having a certain symptom, as she continued to offer medication for a symptom that I did not have. At one point she told me that the only solution was to take days off work, which is not possible for everyone, and when I told her that that wasn't something I could do easily, she shrugged her shoulders and told me that she didn't know what else to tell me. She told me I would continue to get more sick, but offered no other solution. She also ended her time with me by closing the door when I was literally mid-sentence. I would not recommend going here, unless you like to get ignored by doctors.

R Smith: Phenomenal. Lutheran Health Network, take notes. Don't waste your time with Redimed "Urgent Care", they'll tell you to get lost without an appointment. IU Urgent Care is adequately staffed with the best professionals in town. And they're fast.
Dominic Caldwell: Showed up with the 10 minutes of closing, and they still seen us on a Sunday. The provider we had was amazing and for an open head wound we were out of there within 15 minutes.! Excellent!!!
Laura hall: By far one of the best places I've ever gotten patient care from. I walked in less than 20 mins from closing needing stitches from a kitchen accident. They were very caring and were not mad that I had come in last minute. The doctor made sure I was as numb as I could be before stitching there was alittle pain with it but it was bearable. I got a call the day after making sure I was feeling alright and if I had any questions to give them a call or come in. They gave me extra care items to make sure I had everything I needed at home. As a former patient care provider I give them a 10/10!

She made one phone call and my kid had an appointment with specialty. Who helps complete strangers like that? IU Health! I will be using this place and telling my family. Mad Love is an understatement.
Michael Rian: Went in with a nasty cough and sore throat. Was told i have seasonal allergies and to go buy some zyrtec and i dont need an antibiotic. Even though ive been hacking up orange/brown phlegm. I have NEVER had seasonal allergies. I definitely have something considering now my kids are sick. Doc told me to gargle salt water….. duh thats a common practice when having a sore throat. I could tell they already didn’t want to deal with me because my insurance is through champ va. Good luck being a veteran and wanting to get decent treatment at this clinic.

Cassidy Eicher: Quick wait time, the nurse and nurse practitioner were super nice and helpful. The NP suggested an over the counter medication that worked right away and then she also treated a double ear infection and possibly strep with antibiotics and within 3 days of taking them I felt so much better! 100% recommend them!

Was finally taken back at 11:03am the doctor came in at at 12:15pm. It is now 12:33 and we are still waiting for a doctors note. My sick child is over being in this room and there is no reason we should have to wait this long. If the office is so behind they need to delay the appointments.

Erica Remke: Came for a drug test the night before right after work around 4:35 pm and waited until after 5:15 to get to the front of the line. When I told the lady at the front desk that I was going to pee myself and asked if I could just give my specimen, she shook her head and said no and that the people behind me would be going ahead of me because they had an appointment. Scheduled an appointment for lunch today at noon, got there around 11:50, like I was told to be 10 minutes early, filled out all of the registration and signed all the forms online beforehand, and still didn’t get taken back until 12:30. Lady at the front desk asked to see my ID, told her I uploaded a picture on their website, and she asked for me to sign more items, complied, but let her know my lunch was over in 20 minutes.. finally got it done but appointments mean nothing, staff was friendly, but they need better training on the online registration and more than one person at the front desk at all times.

Last time I stood in line 45min before they told me 10 people were infront of me for my screening. Scheduled for Monday and there isn't even an online check in.There is zero way to get up to the window with standing in line. No tickets, no online checking nothing.If they see this get with me. I can solve all of these issues. I can stream line your system, because it is awful.

The workers are also racist and they call 3 white guys who came in way later than me while I was waiting over hours. I will never come here and I only came because my work requires to get testing done.
Sims HD: The 2 hags behind the counter take every advantage to be difficult and do as little as possible. I have been here many times and it is the same every time. Having been here for 34min currently, I have seen none of the 12 people waiting get service. We just sit and age. I wanted to wait in my vehicle but was told they don't do that because that was only during covid. Yet they just sent a gentleman out to wait in his car. As a business owner myself, I would feel horrible sending my employees here for services. They continually are turning people away due to staffing so they say. This place is reminiscent of what the BMV used to be. I feel terrible for people trying to get served. It seems like they make up the rules as they go. On a positive, the people who do the actual drug screens are wonderfully friendly.Note to employers: This place apparently has staffing issues. They currently on have 2 nurses on staff, I'm sure a doctor, no xray tech so they can't do xrays. Sending your employees and possible employees here is a test of wills.
Steven Aldred: I had an appointment which kept me on time. I filled out the patient update info before I arrived. My DOT physical went quickly and I was done. Now to send the results to Indot for this year's certification.
Patrick Loeffler: Exceptionally slow. Came in for pre-employment drug screen and was told I needed an appointment, so I scheduled one for that that evening. I came in and I'm still waiting and it's 1 hour 45 min after my scheduled appointment. They are clearly way understaffed.

She was demanding the young boy get a covid test done after it his appointment was already done. This MINOR still can't get his medication because of this company not doing their JOB. They need to fire this nurse who violated HIPA LAW and didn't put this child 1st.

The CNA was friendly and efficient. Then the doctor asked pertinent questions, determined the cause of my discomfort, and explained how to take the medications that she prescribed.

I don't know what the problem is,evidently they don't have enough doctors working here or they just don't give a care. I have never waited this long anywhere. My regular Dr. Garrean didn't have any openings 2day so her office sent me here. What is the point of having a regular Doctor if they can't see you when you need them?

Margaret Andersen: Just spent over 30 minutes on hold trying to get my daughter's prescription sent to a different pharmacy. The first time I hung up after 10 minutes. The second and third times I tried to call, the call was ended on their side after about 5 minutes. I tried one more time and finally hung up after 14 minutes of being on hold. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Melissa Doenges: I’ve been here 3 times since they’ve opened and every time I’ve been there everyone who’s supposed to have helped me has been really bad at their jobs. They don’t seem to work there with our best care in mind. This is unfortunate given that it is a Parkview ran facility. Sorry guys, but if I could give 0 stars I would. The facility also appears dirty. They may need to hire janitorial services. I hope they can get better over time.

Tried to call to find out about my prescription and got some automated phone thing with no way to leave a message ,, very upset at their poor quality of service .

I honestly cannot believe you're trying to run this place with an automated system that hangs up on anyone who calls if the lines are busy – no putting people on hold and no option to leave a voicemail. I don't know what manager made the decision to do this, but it's patently obvious you're trying to deal with being overwhelmed by shutting aggrieved or potential new patients out.The staff I saw during my visit were kind and helpful, but for whatever reason the painkiller prescription I got was massively screwed up. Two pills to last me three doses a day for a week. This could have been quickly and easily fixed with a phone call. Instead the only way for me to remedy this problem was to physically return to the clinic during a time when I was in too much pain to drive and didn't have reliable alternate transportation.

Emma Cumberland: The NP was incredibly helpful. She listened to everything I had to say about what I was experiencing, and offered several solutions that helped immensely.

She also made a joke (in my opinion) on my hair which I feel should not have been made because I’m not here for my hair. I feel it was very uncalled for and unnecessary. She continued to ask me the same questions that I had just answered which let me know she didn’t care and she wasn’t listening to me. Every time I talked she would interrupt by making a “mhmm” sound as if she didn’t believe me. I think she just really wanted me out of there. As someone stated on a previous review this job is maybe just not for her. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!! Another thing, she pointed out the dark spots on my legs asking if they were hives (reason why I made the appointment) I just feel as a doctor or nurse or whatever she is she should definitely know the difference between dark spots and hives.
darla kemery: We sat there for close to 1.5 hours. Finally the doctor came out of the room to get her next patient. We were the only ones there. My husband had an injury and the doctor refused to see him because the schedule was full with school physical appointments even though no one was there. She actually told us to go to the First Care Clinic!

She allowed my wife to come in the room with me to keep me calm while I got my shot!!I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
Linda Thieme: Very poor treatment. I had a scheduled appointment for a second shingles shot and when I got there I was told there were two people ahead of me and that I would have to wait in my car for 40 minutes. The tech was extremely rude and very condescending. I will never go back there nor will I ever refer anyone to go to that location. Don’t waste your time at that location.
Jerica Rauner: My experience was awful and looks to be the same as others have posted. The lady that is the nurse here is VERY RUDE, walked away while trying to talk to her and ask her a few simple questions. Parking lot was empty, no one in line she said couldn’t test me bc appts don’t start until 2:45, it was 2:21 and that at they are full for the day anyways. I asked if I could get tested right before the 2:45 appt since I was already here, she raised her voice and said some obscene remarks. Based on the other reviews of this exact same lady, I would say this is NOT a good fit for her you CVS or Minute Clinic. Never in my life have I seen customer service like this, especially in the health field.

Allie Stachler: HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My mother went to the minute clinic a few weeks ago to receive antibiotics because she hadn’t been feeling well for a few days. The nurse she saw did not show much interest in wanting to help her feel better. She just sent my mom out with antibiotics eardrops which could not benefit her in any way because she had wax blocking her infection. Today she went into the ENT & found out she had a double ear infection. My mom CANNOT hear out of either one of her ears. I’m very ticked that the did not do her job. You’re definitely better off going to a place that shows care and respect! I WOULD NOT recommend going here due to their lack of care.
