Jayquon Swann: Don’t bother calling, they won’t pick up. When I got there it felt like a rushed visit. The nurse that asked questions before the doctor came in kept interrupting me and not letting me explain myself. The actual doctor or practitioner was nice. I called the next day to schedule an appointment and just like the first time, nobody answered after trying 3 times. I finally got to talk to someone and she didn’t know what to do after I explained I was in more pain and needed to schedule a visit. She told me that she would leave a note and call me back. Haven’t heard from them since. Not going back.

A MCNEILL: Do not recommend. Difficulty setting appointment for a new patient to the point of they won't even accept insurance if it is a plan they are not familiar with despite their providers being in network and them being informed of this. First call was transferred to a nurse, although I am not a current patient, so not correct process. Then have to call back only to be told, very rudely, that they basically won't allow me to utilize my insurance and I would have to self pay and basically figure out the rest after the fact. If you have insurance and their providers are in network, it seems like there should not be an issue with them filing claims like ANY OTHER provider would do. I would definitely go elsewhere if this is how they treat potential patients. Clearly they do not need new patients or new revenue streams.

Jack E.: Absolutely horrible place. Took my wife in for a recurring uti, she gave a sample, they then claimed they never got one when we tried to get antibiotics. The phone nurse even tried to claim that she didn't have a uti when we went to a different facility a couple weeks earlier (she has very high Leukocytes, no nitrates).Nobody at NEIU made any effort to figure out why evidently. The recuring uti is the only reason we went to NEIU ! We even gave them a test strip from home at our appointment showing the high Leukocytes. When I spoke to Dr Bowens nurse on the phone she just denied everything instead of helping, and she is the one who ordered the sample. They were,however, more than willing to schedule an expensive urodynamics test, then call and leave a message about how THEY had to reschedule it, then blame me on the same phone call as above when the new date didn't work for us. Totally incompetent. Save yourself money and a headache and go elsewhere. They are only interested in doing expensive tests, not in actually taking the time to figure out anyone's problems. I am filing a claim with the A.G. Fwiw, this is the only medical facility we have ever felt the need to report in our 60+ each years of roaming this planet.

Tara jean: Rude Doctor, no compassion at all, performed a painful procedure without any pain management at all. It was horrific,traumatizing and left me worse off than before. (The nurses we fine)

Andrea Stellhorn: It wasn't necessarily a bad place but I have never been to another urology practice before. My 1 and biggest complaint were the nurses or "nurses" as they did not act professional at all and it, for some reason, took 5 tries from 3 different nurses to get my blood drawn saying I have "tiny veins" but have never had that issue anywhere else and they were giggling about it probably out of embarrassment but so, so, so unprofessional. The doctor, however, was professional and spend his time to sit down and talk to me about everything and wasn't rushing out of there.

Jill Haskins: This is the most incompetent group of doctors and practitioners that I have ever had to deal with. They lack compassion (telling me I shouldn't have waited so long to come in when I was experiencing issues), forgetting to call in needed prescriptions, promising to call when lab results came in and then never calling, and when asking for an explanation of treatment, receiving snide and rude comments.These doctors have not been supportive of my diagnosis or treatment and have refused to help manage pain appropriately. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this practice for their urological needs.

Ryan Hawley: Honestly had a horrible experience with parkview. Dr.King was awesome that’s about it. I have a few complaints.The one for this office though is that I came to my post op appointment today. I arrived earlier a little earlier than asked. I sat there for about an hour in which I watched everyone come in and go right back to the drs. Being the only one waiting the whole time I asked when I was going to be seen . They said let us check they came back and said we don’t even know who your supposed to see let us check. After awhile they came back and was like the person your suppose to see isnt there today. Then they said I could wait longer if I want. At this point it had been over an hour with no one waiting. I lost hours on work after already being out for so long. So I saw nobody today and still have no clue on what I should be doing to prevent from having surgery again. Thanks parkview I won’t be coming back

Tabitha Cooper: The staff was extremly helpful and kind, my client had an appointment and by the time I had dropped her off at the office desk and went and parked the car she was already done. Amazing! Only four stars due to the fact that it is a huge hospital and all this new building they did not have one wheelchair for me. Not even on the other side. It was slightly ridiculous. Had to wait for someone else to give theres up.

Andrew Kincaid: Been trying to schedule a vasectomy for two months. Everytime I call I get sent to a voicemail, I leave my message which I indicate that I'm unavailable after 2pm. Either I don't get a call back or they call after 2pm.

Bruce Miller: Dr. Wagner is an outstanding doctor. He takes time to explain things in terms I can understand. Diagnosis and treatment were spot on. The staff is friendly and courteous.

Robert Schmieman: I think it's a great place to go to. It's clean and everyone is very friendly and nice. And they get things done. Restrooms are clean and tidy. Great service. If i ever need something i will always give them a call. Bless them.
