Devontae Adams: I didn’t even buy a tire I had my own tires. Pulled up asked how much did they charge for 2 rear tires to be put on. Told me I had to park straight and get out of my vehicle. I did not do that because I didn’t want to waste my time getting out for them to say an over the top price. The younger man said I was rude/disrespectful for not getting out of my car. This place doesn’t deserve the 1 star that I had to give them. Very poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy
Mz. Miya: I was a customer for a few years due to his shop being right by my old house. He was always rude and now I see why he wants cash only. I had to get my car towed there for a tire bcuz NOBODY could get 1 lug nut off. He charged me $70 for the removal and used tire. 3 days later at work, the tire was flat. My boss put soapy water and saw that air was leaking out around the seal. The tire stayed full for a few days with no problems then the cat sat for 2 days. I went out b4 work and it was flat. Nobody could get the lug nuts off because he used a impact drill. I called him and asked if I get the car up there would he be able to reseal the tire. He said I would have to pay. I explained the situation to him again, but he refused to simply reseal the tire for free. He argued about it and that was the end. Don't even waste your time or money with someone like that. Especially women. Let God handle it, he always sees.
nina davis: Went to get a new tire for my back left wheel. Paid $55 for the tire and it was already a hole in it. When i called back they told me “No warranty, No refunds”.

The car was making a horrible noise at the driver's side front wheel, I took the center cap off and 2 lug nuts fell out on to the ground. I hope there's no major damage to the car, but this mistake could have cost so much money and could have been a fatal mistake. I understand accidents happen people will make mistakes they were very busy that day somebody called off and somebody was working alone, as more people showed up for service the more pressure that was on the one person working that's when these mistakes happen and that's exactly what happened because people didn't show up to work one person had too much pressure on them and I don't blame him because he was doing his best but they need to be aware of this kind of mistake could have cost a whole lot more money and I'm grateful that that wheel did not come off while my son was driving the car. I thank God that I caught it before something terrible happened but please double check those lug nuts on every car you touch.
Luna Graham: I went yesterday and have been trying to call All morning but no one’s been answering and now the number doesn’t work. They didn’t balance my tires so my truck is now shaking bad. I would either like a refund or something to compensate for this. I paid $112 and balancing tires should’ve been included in that price. You have to balance tires before putting them back on the vehicle.

Brooke Fugate: This used to be my go too place. For really cheap tires when your in a pinch financially. Now they are expensive. They charge for a used tire as a new one. I can go to walmart and get a new one for there used price. They are shady with there prices. They wanted 80 for a used tired. It used to be like 30 for a used tired. You don't have to be shady with prices to make money. I don't know if it's new owners or what. But I like how it was before the shady prices.

Laura Rossi: I desperately needed 2 tires. I called all around town and Pontiac Tire was the only establishment that had them available. It was a fairly quick procedure and so far the tires ride well and are holding air (unlike the 2 replaced). I did accidentally leave both the gate of my vehicle and the door slightly cracked open which drained my battery past the point of starting. The owners laughed with me and helped me jump start my vehicle. Very nice people and I had a pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation.

The lady at front desk is rude and I have left both times after they wouldn't fix a flat and taken it elsewhere and fixed with no issues. I understand there is a area close to the sidewall that can't be repaired, these were far enough away that even a corporate owned business like Tirebarn fixed without issue. They just wanted to sell me a tire. Both tires they would not fix had good tred left so it makes you wonder? I just had a feeling that it was a little odd

zach shanks: brought in 4 tires/rims cost me 50 dollars per tire to mount them, apparently that doesn't include balancing. I looked later couldn't find a single wheel weight. I've never seen a shop put on tires and not balance them.

I went back home installed on vehicle that following Sunday to my disappointment a super rough and shaky ride.. I came back the following Saturday, the lady in office said 24hr warranty on receipt.. I explained I work during the week, the same hours as your shop and couldn't make it in untill the following Saturday. long story short the junk bent front tires are still on the rims.

Kelly McArdle Miller: Family owned and so wonderful! They have maintained our 5 vehicles for over 20 years with honesty, integrity and excellent service. Can’t recommend them enough!The waiting room is large and nice if you want to wait or we frequently drop off the night before and pick up later.
Brian Ross: Went to Woodward Tire Service for a tire rotation as they had decent reviews. First time customer that will NOT return! The technician scratched ALL 4 wheels around the lug nut locations with his socket. I know for a FACT they were not like that before as this was the FIRST tire rotation on the vehicle (only has 11k miles) and I constantly clean my car and notice any imperfections. The technician didn't mention anything of his careless act and figured I wouldn't notice. Unfortunately for them I did and will NOT return as well as tell family and friends not to do business with them.Thanks Woodward for the repair I must do on my wheels!

I get full synthetic oil changes for 50.00 and tire rotation for 20.00 and the do an inspection to make sure everything is good and fill up my wiper fluid as well for my Toyota Rav 4. They are fast, friendly and do a good job. I love them. It’s very easy to get same day or next day appointments as well.

Apparently someone else on my street requested that their vehicle would be towed for repairs and they didn't bother to check the address or anything before just taking mine assuming that it was the only Jeep on the street.Aside from that car theft fiasco, my only other experiences with the company involve several occasions where I called for quotes and got numbers easily 3 to 4x more than other places quoted for the same work to be done (by people who don't even bother to verify that they're towing the right vehicle!!)
