Debra Bragg: January 23, 2020Downtown to meet friends for dinner, I went to the Harrison Square Garage for parking. The gate would not distribute a ticket when the button was pushed (multiple times) and I used the assistance call button. The person who answered abruptly told me the lot was full and disconnected.At this point I was stuck as another car pulled in behind me. I used the assistance call button again; and again, the person answering abruptly told me the lot was full - although numerous cars had left the garage by this time - and disconnected before I had a chance to explain the situation.Now stuck between the gate arm and car behind, I pushed the call button for the third time. The person answering finally listened, and told me I had to drive in and immediately drive out since "the parking garage is full" and I had no ticket. I complied and waited at the exit gate to no avail. I pushed the assistance call button to let someone know I needed to exit without a ticket. NO ANSWER!Thanks to the Courtyard hotel staff, I was able to get a ticket from them so I could drive out later that evening. The hotel staff said they received numerous complaints about poor communication and management of the parking garage.

Kyle Blauvelt: I am currently sitting in my car on the 3rd floor and the line hasn't moved in 30 minutes. This is my first ever review. I have been in a lot of terrible parking garages, but this experience has been so awful it has turned me in to someone who posts reviews.

Ed Meckes: Be prepared to spend 30 to 40 minutes exiting this garage. The fully automated system is absolutely terrible!

Karisa Bailey: The stairways are covered in ice in the winter, salt is never used. When it rains these same stairs are super slick. I have slipped twice. This garage is a slip and fall disaster. Also, the elevators smell like urine from the homeless when it's super hot or damp outside. Creepy/homeless people hang out on the upper levels later at night, so don't walk alone. I feel like the owners are more concerned with taking in funds than they are for maintaining this property. They also overcharged me twice.I don't recommend parking here.
