Misty Todd: When we arrived pick up our 7 passenger vehicle we were given a choice of 1 ,7 passenger vehicle or a 5 passenger. So really no choice, because we need a 7 passenger vehicle. The car had not been cleaned very well as we found food and drink bottles under the seat. We also had to get new wiper blades 20 minutes into our trip. We also had the brakes squeaking. Just really disappointed.

Christina Barrett: Rented a 15-passenger van in Fort Wayne IN, and the young lady who helped us was pleasant. The van was exactly what we needed even though it was pricey and the driver seat was broken and wouldn't move. The drop off in Tucson AZ was quick and easy, with no hassle.
Tracey Tresley: The Budget agent at the Fort Wayne location had no idea what he was doing, double charged me, then refused to listen to how he was wrong. After constantly giving me attitude throughout our phone conversation he finally admitted I was right but couldn’t help me. I was then directed to numerous other people through the 800 number and the airport who also all told me that the original agent missed up but didn’t know how to help me. After several days I finally did get through to someone in customer service who knew how to do their job.

Audree Wilgus: This place does NOT make anything easy. I should have gotten free collision insurance through my credit card, but what they don't tell you is that they haven't progressed for the past 10 years and do not have chip readers. They are also incapable of entering cards manually. The mag strips on my cards have worn off and havent worked in ages, which never mattered, until today. They do not accept any cash whatsoever. If you have to resort to a debit card, they will require a second form of identification with an address on it that matches what is on the renter's drivers license. They'll accept digital versions, thank God, or else my entire weekend and $200 rental (for 2 days!!) would have been wasted. My final gripe with this place? The only reason I even had to pay for 2 days is because they don't offer after hours drop off. They have a box for it, but you'll be charged for an extra day. The insurance I had to pay for only because of their technical ineptitude?? $30 per day. I wish I had just gone to a different company, but they keep $150 of your rental if you cancel the day of. I'm sure some of this is standard, but they don't explain anything properly.
Jus Pri: I reserved a rental online a couple weeks before I needed it for a short trip. The day of pick up I got a call confirming my reservation and also was told I had a free upgrade. I picked up an SUV and examined it took video before I drove off of the lot. It was clean inside and out. When I returned the SUV I had charges I was concerned about which where pending and eventually fell off. I only had one issue with a charge and called customer service which they took care of. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of that issue and I had to wait to get credit back on my card. Thank you Budget!
Nick Toprani: I paid $11.99 for a Toll Pass that did not work, I paid out of pocket for all toll expenses. I called Budget but was put on hold for over two hours and hung up. I emailed Budget about the issue but have not heard back in three days. Please be aware of overcharging / lack of customer service and low professionalism. I should have rented from a different company.

Teresa O'Connell: They had the best prices compared to the other moving companies. I started comparing prices 3-4 weeks beforehand to see what they offered, check on promos, see if they offered unlimited miles, any discounts like AARP - which they did accept, & extra’s like a car dolly, if it came with a ramp, etc. We picked it up on the date & time we reserved it for but it ended up being a 16 foot truck instead of a 12 foot, it did have a ramp which was extremely helpful, & also a back hitch if you needed one, we did not utilize. I didn’t really want one that big but it all worked out. You do need to provide your own lock on the back of the truck to secure your belongings & I believe you can purchase things like that right from the location you pick it up at, even moving blankets, boxes, bungee cords and A furniture dolly, etc. It had a full tank of gas when we picked it up. It was one of there newer trucks & it got us almost 6 states away & through the mountains, snow, & even an ice storm! It took regular unleaded fuel & it had a 35 gallon tank. I maybe got 10 miles to the gallon, & it was way more than I figured it would be to fill it up every time gas prices are very high everywhere though right now and the cheapest fuel we found was 3.19 a gallon. I won’t say exactly what I paid because every location is different & this was a 1-way long distance move, it did Not have unlimited miles yet they offer about The amount you need & a tiny bit more is it, so be careful & is $1.00 for every single mile over what they give you unless you negotiate that ahead of time, which I did. There’s not a lot of room in the cab & my seatbelt was twisted & wasn’t right - I tried to fix it but couldn’t, it may have come like that from the factory, no one sat in passenger seat, or middle fold-down seat, the 1-cup holder held cups a bit odd & I lost a drink or 2 while going up a hill!🤣 but if that’s the worse thing to have happen I’ll take it! Good luck on your next move! Let’s just say we were happier than heck to bring the truck back! No offense, it worked great, just wore out after a move like that!

Randy Conser: On March 15th my wife called to RESERVE a van for 13 people to go to Indy Saturday the 30th, she gave her credit card for a deposit and was ask if she could pick it up early on Friday cause they would be busy. Well she called to confirm her pick up time Friday and they had no records and only a minivan available. ABC never took the deposit so obviously they wrote it down on scrap paper and forgot. After confronting them it is quite obvious they don't understand what position they put there customers in when they dropped the ball. This is the 2nd time we have had issues when renting from ABC. We wont be coming back. Maybe it might help there business to move staff around or replace them if they cant do there job. Also having some compassion would be nice.
Matthew LaFontaine: Our first experience with ABC Van Rental was excellent. The Ford Transit van was clean and well-maintained. The store personnel were polite and helpful. Prices were reasonable and there were no upcharges or surprises. We will use their service again and have told our friends with large families and with vacation plans about ABC Van Rental.

Julie Lykins: Van was defective after 1 day of driving, dangerously so. Called Vicki, and after two days of taking her van to mechanics and renting other vehicles locally to continue on our scheduled tours, we still didn't have a safe van to drive back home. We worked hard to resolve with Vicki to get reimbursed for all the days we couldn't travel safely in Van, but only got reimbursed 4 out of the 8 days. She seemed more concerned about us getting her van to mechanics, which didn't resolve the rocking dangerously on interstates and hilly Pocono roads, then the safely of her renters. We ended up having to rent at premium rates 2 vehicles to travel safely back home, for 8 people and luggage for a week. After the van was back in the hands of Vicki she told us the front struts were going to be replaced. We will never go to or recommend this business again.

Andrea Salyers: Opened 5 min early for me so I didn’t have to wait in the cold. Darius had the car warm and running and they had me on the road in 15 min in a clean and sanitized rental. Will definitely be back if we ever need another rental car. They even had an ice scraper in the car for me!
Timothy Brown: Don't go there if you're using an insurance claim. A friend had Geico and had his catalytic converter stolen off a 2022 eclipse cross. He had 1500 for the rental but geico cut it off at 20 some days and only 700 of the 1500 being used. Neither Geico or Enterprise notified him of this. We went almost another 30 days before he finally got his vehicle back. So he lost $500 for the insurance deductible and then was socked with $700 balance for the rental car.Where is common courtesy.I told him I'd start with getting rid of Geico and then let people know about Enterprise's tactics.
