Braden Schroeder: I paid $25 for a cheaply made disposable nicotine vape. After buying the disposable vape I hit it walking out the store, and it continued to hit for nearly 2 minutes after I stopped puffing. It emitted a terrible burnt smell and hurt my lungs to hit again. After I hit it a second time I was afraid the product might explode because it wouldn’t stop dry firing. I walked back in the store after hitting it twice outside. They told me tough luck and there’s nothing they can do, they don’t do refunds, and that I just had to buy another vape. Thank you epic vape for legally robbing me out of $25 I’ll show of picture of the pos you should never buy down bellow

Without exception, I’ve received excellent advice on products that are fairly priced. Their juices are of higher quality than the mass-produced brands and their selection is enormous. I cannot recommend them enough.
D F: There's this rando from the Kendallville location running this shop right now. His name is Jordan. He's a complete unit. This guy hooked me up so quick. I said, "I need a flavor that tastes like the color blue" and he DID IT. Incredible. A master of the art of Vaping, truly.

He was very kind hearted and I could tell he actually cared about what concerns we had, as well as, questions we had about the different vapes. David also kept in mind we had a buget to stick to. He was so great with Justun and I that night. We decided to buy me a vape the next weekend. To our delight he was working again. I bought my vape very happily. David actually cares about his customers and talks to us. We all shared laughs and smiles. He built a bond with Justun and I, which made me want to come back again. If it wasn't for him being genuinely kind to us and talking to us making good times then I certainly could have gone to a vape store closer to my home, but I won't be going anywhere except that store from now on. Just think that salesmen should get a shoutout for being an amazing person. Thank you so much David!

I had the money to spend $30-$40 on a vape if he tried but unfortunately he didn’t. I was really looking to buy a vape until I was told me they had to close. He did offer a vape for $20 after telling me they didn’t have one then doesn’t even show me the vape because they’re about to close. We’ll see how long they stay in business...

Andrew Clodfelter: I recently stumbled upon a vape shop and I have to say, I was blown away (not literally, thankfully). The walls were lined with rows of shiny, colorful vape pens and the air was filled with the sweet aroma of fruity e-juices.I was greeted by a friendly, cloud-blowing salesperson who showed me the ropes of the vaping world. I learned about the different e-juice flavors, how to properly inhale, and even got to try a few puffs of my own.I must say, I was a little apprehensive at first, but after a few puffs, I was hooked. I felt like a secret agent, puffing away on my vape pen and blowing clouds like a boss.But the real highlight of the experience was when I stepped outside and saw a group of vape enthusiasts, blowing clouds and sharing tips. It was like a secret society of cloud-blowers and I was now a part of it.All in all, the vape shop was a fun and fruity experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to join the vaping community or just to try something new!

After approx 4 weeks the mod actually fell apart, so I went back and seen they didn't have anymore of these, so without mentioning I had bought one of these, I thought to ask why they didn't have anymore, was told that they were no longer carrying them, hmmmmm. So, I proceeded to mention that I in fact purchased one and that it feel apart and would like a refund since they had no more, I was told that they only warranty their products for 14 days, SERIOUSLY??? IMHO, I believe if a company will only stand behind the products they sell for only 2 weeks, then that company MUST know they're selling junk, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LAUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK!!!

I was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness I've ever encountered in shopping for vapes in two states.I use a specific kind of vape in NY but since they didn't carry my brand the guys were super helpful in finding me a replacement and that had 10x more hits. There was a gentleman from a store up north of Waynedale, and he pitched in and had the vape I bought brought down from the other store. They took my phone number and lo and behold they called today and I just picked it up. The absolute amazing customer service and knowledge is second to none.If you arent buying vapes from these stores, then you're wasting money and time. A disposable with 10k hits is unheard of where I'm from in NY state. Thank you guys for the excellent treatment and I'll be back every time I am home to visit. 10 stars!! WTG!!

Jennifer Williams: Honestly I shop at a competitor, its closer to my residence. However I was in the area and ran out of vape juice. I went in and asked what he would recommend, he was very friendly and had no problem answering my questions. When I went to pay there was an issue with the credit card reader and I had to run to get cash, long story short.. i couldnt get cash and I left, without returning to the store. Not realizing I left my wallet in the amazing vape store! By the time I realized this, they were closed. In the morning I messaged the company on Google's messaging for the business, and the message was relayed to the employee that I would be in after opening. The employee made sure he was at work before opening so he could catch me. I went to the store on my lunch to grab my wallet. He had it put up for me. At no point did I blame the employee or the company for the situation, turns out I had a hold from a payment at a gas pump and thats why my card didnt work, I knew this right after I was trying to get cash out, so I was upset at my card ha ha not the company. He was extremely friendly, helpful and generous. I got what I originally came for and even bought a new set of batteries for my mod. As I left I told him I'd be back, I am all about supporting local businesses, and if they have employees that actually care about customer service I will go out of my way to give them my business. Thats how i feel about this company. I started as a competitor's regular customer and ended as a new loyal customer of Amazing Vapes. Keep up the good work. I wish I knew the gentleman's name who helped me because I'd give him a shout out!
