James McNulty: Leave driver notes that we are out of supplies like condiments, plates. He never supplies them. Machines are constantly breaking down
Michelle Kessler: Had to call to get refund when machine wouldn't give the product. I have to wait for refund to be mailed because they are to last to walk upstairs and knock on the door.
Ryan bittner: Machine shorted me change. Called the office, was greeted by friendly staff and compensated promptly. Good customer service.
Mandy Cannon: Worst service, extremely unprofessional. Not a good place to work.
jes monsivais: AW Vending basically drops off machines at your work and just forgets about them. Worst customer service i have ever seen. I wonder if the actual owners know this happens.They get 1 star for at least keeping the machines working properly.sigh......
Charles Baird: Very dissatisfied with this company. It took them over a week to respond to. an issue I was having.And it was a matter of a simple fix to the problem. But was given the runaround. So they brought this review on themselves. If you want responsive customer service. Go elsewhere.
Dave M: Kevins' 5 star coffee service is the only reason AW gets one star. I work for a company that operates within 5 minutes of Anthony Wayne, and we cannot keep our machines full. WE HAVE 5 EMPLOYEES! Turnover seems to be a major crux of their issue, that said if you are afforded another option, I'd choose it. Unless you're after coffee, Kevin is the man.*EDIT*Letter came today saying "due to the lack of sales" they are coming to pick up our vending machine. The thing has been empty 75% of the time it's been here. Hard to buy things that aren't available. Fantastic service, just brilliant.
Marcia Sherman: I am giving two stars ONLY because the coffee service is excellent due to the dedication of Kevin. The vending machine service leaves a lot to be desired and numerous calls and complaints have fallen on deaf ears. So if you are just wanting coffee service, go for it. If you are looking for other vending..........good luck.
Alex Stead: If you want a horrible vending machine company that barely shows up and doesn’t understand the concept of demand this company is for you. They just throw in the machine whatever they got laying around on the truck with no rhyme or reason. That’s after they show up after two weeks of it sitting empty.
David McConnehey: Never had an issue with them on either side. When they vended, it was always good friendly service. When I worked there, the bosses were easy to talk to. Great place to take your business.

Deborah Sanders: Even though they came and filled the revolving machine yesterday, it will take neither cash nor cards now. Previously refused cash but would keep it if somebody was dumb enough to put any in. This has been an ongoing issue since November 2016. Buyer Beware!!
Scott Banke: Absolutely Terrible vending service! I have never had worse service from any company. They have mostly expired food in our vending machine, and never refill our soft drinks. I call constantly to complain only to hear "we'll be out to take care of that" and its only very temporarily fixed.

gamita3g71: I'm a truck driver and everytime I came here to deliver they unload me real fast especially Jim he work non stop and get you unloaded quick he understand what time means to us truck drivers. Especial thanks to him. They should give him a raise.
Sherman Jones: If you are delivering here plan on about 4-6 hrs of detention time. They are slow to get you unloaded. Took 3 hrs just to get in the door and another 2 to get unloaded.

Terri Bock: What is going on with supplying the local stores with Starbucks Mocha LITE Frappuccino?! Never seem to have it at any of them over the last month, and they have even checked with the drivers while they are there, and they don’t have on their truck! Very disappointing

Arun S: From 469 take 69 south then take exit for 27 south then stay to right and go right on wells st then make left on 2nd then right at the stop sign and your here to spend all day
