Rolin Mains: Relaxed staff. And by “relaxed,” I mean the service takes forever.
Jenni Horton: Disappointed with Verizon, can't get good customer service with them and they screwed up my account. They owe me money back but they will not give it back and are making excuses and I have been with them overc18 years.
nicholas clark: Came in for some questions about my bill . I pay over 300 a month for three phones wanted to see what about changing my service and effects it would have on my bill . Was greeted at the door by a employee and when I explained what I wanted to do and go over my bill I was told “sounds like I can just get you the number to disconnect unless you want to purchase a new device” I came in store to get the exact answers I needed but since I wasn’t going to be buying a new device and get there sign up quota up then I was basically pushed off to the next person . Will not be going here or choosing Verizon for my future cell service
Mariel: Morgan was absolutely wonderful today. I went in after just dropping my phone and having a root canal and she was able to help me from start to finish! She assisted my boyfriend with his phone and questions as well. It’s is because of her that I would definitely come back!
Joseph Kreitler: I was having issues with my esim card so I decided to try and go to the Verizon store to get it worked out. I walked in and was instantly helped by an employee, Cora. Cora was extremely helpful and kind. I had been on the phone for hours with Verizon tech support and was getting no where. When I met with Cora, she was able to instantly spot the problem and fix it within 20 minutes. Cora=Goat
Rockford Stout: The customer service at this location is terrible. I went in for a new phone and was given a couple options and selected the new Google Pixel 7. The rep got all my info, added everything to my account, stacked up my new phone, still in the box, on top of my case and then asked if I would like a bag for my things. I questioned if he was going to turn it on and verify that it was working properly and he said "you can do it here if you'd like". I opened the box and turned on the phone. The rep explained that it would take a couple minutes to boot up because of the sim card and he put my things in the bag, pushed it towards me, held his hand out to shake my hand and said have a good day. It was 945 in the morning, I was the only customer in the store. Guess what didn't work, the new phone. I had to return an hour later because something was not done on the reps end. I have 4 lines with Verizon, I've been a customer since 2004. I would not recommend this location to anyone, ever.

Chloe Starks: Whoever “bre” is at the Fort Wayne location on Lima had a very trashy attitude with my mother. She was trying to rush through everything and my mom wasn’t fully understanding what she was saying given the fact that she’s a senior citizen. She wasn’t very helpful at all compared to everyone else in the store. She had terrible customer service skills. She had to be pulled from the back by another employee and she didn’t seem to care about the customer’s needs at all. Very lousy employee.

The manager enabled it instead of redirecting her to do her job and stop fraternizing/trying to brag about herself. She constantly stopped working on my issue to call over other employees to talk about many different personal things, right in front of customers.The store on Lima Road might as well be a middle school because that's not how adults act, especially at work. I had to go home and call customer service for the 5th time because my issues were NOT resolved after going into this store. Can't believed I missed work to have to listen to this young woman's Main Character Syndrome and still not get the help that I pay for.

Manuel Garza: Man so the business internet is LIMITED! After never being told this I received a $1500 bill. I disputed it and then been getting the run around for over a month & a half. One person said I was covered and now they say I’m not covered but still took 300 off…now I’ve been getting the run around having to go from department to department. After 7yrs of service im ready to cancel just switch providers. Between customer care, financial services, business services and the store I’ve never been more disappointed with the lack of accountability

Although they did set me up with a fix I was told I left the phone on a charger all of the time and that plugging it in all the time was bad and to use a puck charger. Well, that's what I use! And I don't see the sense in that other than charge rate. Use to 20-30% and puck charge at night is what I do but according to the sales person I was the issue. I used to think that the Verizon stores were the best service and they were up until my last 2 visits. The other was to shop iPads. Same attitude. Went to a Verizon agent store (not factory) and totally different experience.

As someone is sales, I understand that listening to the customer to give them a value added solution for THEM (not an internal agenda) is huge. When a customer feels like communication and transparency are there, they are more likely to be a repeat customer, as well as provide referrals in the future.Pai is the man and I can’t say enough good things about him on this forum. If you want a seamless transaction with no headaches, go see Pai! My friends and family will absolutely call him out by name!
Mike Sinsheimer: Run away, and fast. Under no circumstances should you go here. Ordered an Apple Watch, was told it would be 4-5 weeks. Called after 6 weeks and was told it hadn't shipped yet. Called again after 8 weeks and was told "Oh it came in weeks ago, and they canceled the order because you never came to pick it up" What?! Absolute garbage customer service. Do. Not. Use. Go to an actual Verizon store where you can actually be helped.

I finally broke down today and went to this location for one because it's close to where I live and it also got great reviews. I was lucky to get Dallas to help me and he was wonderful. The process was better than I thought and he was very helpful. Whoever the big boss is they need to get him a free lunch from Salvatoris. Because of him I will come back to this location. Marcin Rżyski: When I went to visit this Verizon location today I wanted to purchase an iPhone 12. Knowing that they close at 9pm, I thought 30 min should be more than enough time to make an upgrade. However, the gentleman told me that they close in 30 minutes and wasn't fearful of showing his frustration with the situation. He informed me that they won't be able to help me at all. I was very disappointed because I was being polite and explained what I was in there for. At least give me options to feel more welcome even the next day? A representative didn't even make an effort to let me know that they open tomorrow at 9. Now I don't even want to go back there because I'm scared I'll get yelled at that I'm wasting their time. Generally I wouldn't recommend Verizon to anyone and I may be switching a provider for something that isn't overpriced.

Tom Boyer: I waited a while for help, but was expecting that because of the iPhone trade in deal. While I was being helped, an irate customer became aggressive and loud. The sales staff handled them with professionalism and courtesy. I was very grateful they were able to defuse the situation. I would definitely come back again to deal with this staff.

Jordn Gerardot: Placed phone order in person on Nov 18th. Was told the device would arrive December 3. Contacted facility on the third and was informed the date was just a guess. Was recommended to continue to wait and when device arrived a representative would reach out to me. I called December 18 and was informed that the order had been canceled for no apparent reason. I ended up contacting online support to re-order a device which then was delivered December 31.

I walked in the Verizon store round 12:35 and soon as I walked in there was a young girl working there name Jayda Mahon she had a really bad attitude from a minute I walked in, as I was trying to add two more lines for my business, and I kept asking questions. What’s the best deal and she would tell me she don’t know. I simply asked her if she could find out or login to my information and give me a price she told me that, she will not do that and I could leave go to another store. I was shocked and I grabbed her business card and left. I would not want to do business with a People like that. Hopefully somebody higher up will see this issue and fix it I do not blame Verizon as I’ve been with them for many years, but some people like her, will give the store bad reputation. that’s all I got to say.
