JG Lessaris: My favorite place to get Pho for both eat in and take out. If you order take out there is a window on the side of the building you can pay and pickup from. My favorite is the #2 Beef Pho- no meatballs. Broth is on the sweet side and easily balances any heat you add. I add 2 scoops of chili paste, a dash of hoisin, little bit of soy sauce, and a splash of fish sauce. Beef is cut my favorite way, no weird fat pieces. Bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño, and lime are always fresh and crisp. Staff is very friendly and will answer any questions you have.

Chris Moore: Are you serious? This place is fantastic! Run by a great family who have a passion for serving authentic Vietnamese food with spot-on service. Been coming here for years.My personal favorites are the Viet sandwiches and the beef pho. No matter what I get, the food is always great, and I am always greeted like a family friend. This is one of those places that actually "gets it". If you want healthy, tasty food, you owe it to yourself to try Kim Vu; you won't be disappointed.

Big ERN: Wow, amazing food at super low prices!First time there and we got the crab rangoons, pho, Viet beef sandwich, and special noodles with pork.The rangoons were on point. The pho was amazing. The viet sandwich was so so good. And the special noodles were delicious.My favorite was definitely the crab rangoons and viet sandwich. I'm not even a carrot guy but they were amazing on the sandy. It had just a lil bit of heat and cilantro which is always good. And the beef was tender and juicy.We'll be coming back here fo weal!

Jewels Johnson: My only regret is not trying Kim Vu sooner! The food was amazing! The amount you get is overwhelming! We spent $25 for dinner for my husband and I and both had huge leftovers for lunch the next day. My husband had the pho and said it was the best ever. I had sesame chicken and it was delish! The server was so attentive and happy. The atmosphere isn’t anything special but you go for the food! We will be regulars for sure!

Ethan Parker: their egg rolls of all things are absolutely perfect every time and the best i’ve ever had. combine the dark sauce (hoisin) and the red sweet and sour to dip your egg rolls in and thank me later.look, this place is a fort wayne institution. you owe it to yourself to go here at least once for a vietnamese coffee and the best bowl of noodles anywhere in town. i recommend the pho tai gau (eye round steak and brisket) or the spicier Bún bò Huế (pork).

Chris Moore: I have been eating at Saigon Restaurant since at least 1995, and I love their food. Hands down, they have the best egg rolls I have ever eaten (and I'm not usually a fan of egg rolls). Their noodles (especially their Hu Tiu Tom) are out of this world good, and their Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese iced coffee) is insanely, addictively good.They recently (a couple of years ago) expanded with a new dining room that is quite charming. The only drawbacks are the somewhat spotty parking and sometimes slower service (only reason I didn't give a fifth star). But I keep reminding myself that only in America are we super obsessed with getting everything right now, pronto. I try to slow down and enjoy the experience when I visit; it's nice to have a great place for authentic Vietnamese food and a change of pace. Wicked good place to eat.Vegetarian options: A vegetarian's delight; a lot of Asian cuisine is plant based to begin with, with meat usually added for flavoring, if at all.Parking: Somewhat adequate parking, but have had to walk a half a block during busier times.Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free options

I always get Pho Ga (chicken noodle soup) is my go to soup. My Aunt was crazy for their Egg Rolls. Before her passing she then turned the child I babysit for onto them and I turned the child onto my soup. I've been a regular for many years now and there's a reason for that! It is a family run place. If you aren't family and employed there you must be considered family.😀! Since the remodel it's bigger and better than before. It looks so nice now with a monster TV that makes you feel like you're at the drive-in. I can't imagine it not being on but they'd be happy to turn it on for you.I've tried several other places and NOWHERE holds a candle to Sai Gon! I beg those who've always wondered about the Sai Gon to come try it out!!There is parking on and off the street, too!!!!Vegetarian options: Most Asian Foods Are Vegetarian! You'd have to look at the menuKid-friendliness: I've taken a child since she was 5 mo. old. They treat her like a movie star. Funny enough... The co-owner Doc , had something to do with the birth of the kiddo I babysit for. Small world, right? I'll add our picture. He almost always does her a quick check over because she was a micro preemie. She also acts like she owns the restaurant. LOL! I think they serve kids meals like a burger and fries. Most everyone that comes in has been there by before and knows what to expect.

Leah Dennison: I get the pho dac beit everytime. The quality and freshness is so good. The noodles dont fall apart from being cooked a little more in the broth. You get a generous serving and more than enough meat. Flavor is amazing, everything always fresh. I live on their pho. I get it at least twice a month and one time like 3 times in the same week. It's so nourishing, if I have a cold I immediately feel better after their pho. Pho indy knows how to make some top quality pho. Side note: they have quail as an appetizer.2/23 - I usually stick to the pho but decided to try something new. Whatever the V3 is, it's Amazing.

The lady there told us to tip her making it sound like she is forcing us to tip. She didn’t do that to the other customers from what i noticed. On top of that, we got some dirty looks from the a few of the employee’s upon entering the restaurant. No idea why they were so judgmental, we weren’t loud and kept the conversations to ourselves.

Received the wrong order and had to go back to let them know only to have the food taken back to them and was told to wait as it would be a while. Unfortunately, I don’t have another 40 mins to spare. Requested a refund. Spent nearly an hour and had nothing to show for it.
