Ross Medical Education Center: what do users think?
L Denl: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueDo your research before you go here or you will regret it.
tiffany eads: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueRoss medical is the worst school very unprofessional and rude 😒 I would not recommend anyone to study there its just a big stress started out good ended horrible glad im done
Morgan Stewart: This College is great for beginners. The staff are understanding of the situations that occurs in the lives of others. Some staff needs to keep the other's person information, down to the minimum. Otherwise it's great school.
Brittney Gephart: great school very educational i would recommend this school to anyone interested in medical assisting they have other programs as well, very welcoming and they will help you find a job and if you are looking for a new job after you graduate they will help you all the way.
Megan Garland: Ross is a great place to get a fast and good education if you are not sure what you want to do.
Shacole Hayes: my teachers were great.
Caren Eberth: The instructors are great! And are all very fair in various ways. I have highly enjoyed my time here and have learned so much and look forward to learning more out in the field. Miss Nicole is highly fair and is very organized. Miss Corine is also very fair and is knowledgeable also. All of the staff here make you feel welcome and always have an "open door" policy which is great! Because you always have someone to talk to about whatever you may be worried about especially when you first start school and may be stressed a bit.
Denise Williams: Great experience, half the money for tuition, and great skills you can take with you upon leaving . Although the attendance policy is VERY unfortunate if you miss ZERO days you will have no problems!
Fatima Salazar-Lopez: A great learning environment, i love how the program is fast paced with alot of hands on learning. Great staff
Kristin Henson: There were multiple instructor changes making learning difficult when every instructor was different in their teaching ways.
Jahyra Lewis-totton: Ross has been a great experience thus far. I've learned so much while in this program and I feel like I'm ready to go out to work in the real world. Ross taught me the importance of professionalism, attendance, and good study habits. One thing I do believe that should be done is more organization of the program.
Lauren Callow: i felt ross was everything they said they were wonderful school!
Brittany Hernandez: Great staff and there is nothing I would recommend to change.
Allissa Brodbeck: Had a great experience
Skylar Schwartz: fun
Meaghan Caliste: Great teachers had fun in the MIBOA class. they need a microwave but other than that, could use a VA rep for the financial aid but great school to go to!
Leah Mcquain: overall, fairly good experience. A good way to get through school quickly and receive a good job at the end.
Kayla Turner: I was really nervous at first because I didn't know if I could it or no and when I got here they made me feel differently about it and now I feel like I know more things and I am confident about everything I do.
Ashley Crouse: I have really enjoyed Ross Medical Center. They have helped me acheive my goal of becoming a Medical Assistant. All of the staff, especially upper management have made it possible for me to succeed!
Nicole Collier: They don’t tell you that you have to have a lot more money than what you get for financial aid. So they are wanting me to pay over $3,000 to them when I never attended the first day. So guess what, I refuse to pay. They maxed out my financial aid & I wasn’t aware of that.

Ravenscroft Beauty College: what do users think?
Nichole Hussey: Went for a fully body massage and ended up with bruises showing up two days later. The lady was very rough and 20 minutes late to my scheduled appointment. Rather sure that's not what's suppose to happen. After this experience I won't be going back.
Prem Kumar: Worst customer service. The old lady at front is so unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. While exiting the building she tries to whisper on people abusing about their status. This is my 3rd time going to this place and every time she’s so annoying. She acts like a racist. For the 1st time ever I felt like violated against my skin color.Never gonna be at that place again.
Erika Garrett: Danny did an amazing job on my hair today!! Cut just the way I wanted it and did the layers exactly as I wanted!! The instructor (pictured below) was awesome at coaching and giving pointers throughout to get the cut the way I asked for and a few other students got involved and made the hair cut awesome!! I would recommend anyone going here to get their hair cut! I'm always nervous because of how long my hair normally is and they made me feel comfortable!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thomas Johnson: Great future barbers ,they r being taught correctly 👍🏾
Skyler Haas: Only kind, patient, loving people should come here for service. Students don't need frustration and unkind words, they need patience and grace. I only go for mens haircuts on Wednesday's because they are $5. I'm happy to help students learn, but if you are thinking about coming here, please keep in mind it is a school. I've gotten some really good cuts, and I've gotten some not so good cuts. I've spent anywhere from 1 to 2 hours with wait plus cut time, so do not come if you've got places to be or things to do. I'll keep coming back because I'm okay with getting a rough cut once in a while for the sake of giving the students a safe learning experience. They have to get practice somehow!
Samantha Neeley: The person dying my hair didn’t bleach it properly so the color didn’t take evenly, and after putting the color in there were still bleach spots. Additionally one of the instructors showed the student how to cut my hair and it is in even and the undercut was a mess. On the plus side, it was only $50 for a students and teachers work. Not planning on going back.
Adrian Long: Very unprofessional appointment was at 5 they called and asked to change it to 4. We agreed showed up at 4 then was told to wait until 5. When I willing agreed to wait until 5 if they could give a discount we were told no that we would have to wait an hour and pay full price...no thanks!
Wade Lotz: Pedro did an outstanding job. He took his time and asked good questions to make sure he knew what I wanted. Very friendly young man.
Sydney Armour: Critical:ProfessionalismVery “private” guidelines which means they can do anything they want. Was able to work with younger students but will not work with you if your a working adult .. tuition too expensive n not worth the school.. shop elsewhere!!
Nancy S: Super clean salon!!! Owners, teachers and students are smart, knowledgeable, supportive and hard working. Best beauty school in Fort Wayne. Thank you for working so hard to deliver a soothing salon experience with expertise!
A. Prince: I called to have double ended dreads installed. I.e. Braided in. Nothing fancy. I get told $85/hr after they figured out what was actually needing done. Then I get a call to let me know they can't do my extensions. Interesting. You'll do other extensions but not these? The prior beauty school(outta state charged me $120/hr) So $85 was a great price. But, not if you have an extensions like mine. For some reason which they said they couldn't explain just that the instructor said no. They don't do these. It's just braiding.
Derek Wetli: Stopped in on break and had a massage with no wait. Professional and relaxing. Back at work ready to finish the day.
Jazzmin Bixler: Critical:Communication,ProfessionalismPlease update your times. Sat outside for a half hour thinking your open.
Abigail Hunt: Critical:CommunicationThe front desk lady is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Lisa Dennis: Critical:Communication
Tory Jones: Went to have my dreads tightened with a crochet hook like you're supposed to do straight hair and didn't receive that after multiple attempts of telling the student and the instructor that you don't put product in Caucasian dreads they still did it anyway, spent 40 bucks just to come home and have to save my dreads from molding and wash them immediately, poor communication and they did what they wanted to do with no regards of destroying my hair, I realize they are students but the instructor flat out told the girl do them just like you would do African American dreads which is DEFINITELY NOT WHAT YOU DO I figured they would at least pull up a YouTube video before I got there, very unhappy with the service I received and would not recommend this place to anyone with dreads or any other services for that matter
David Current: I showed up early for my appointment to get my hair cut, and was turned away because I did not have a mask. Kiarra, front desk manager - evenings, did not have any masks. The sad situation is that I pointed to the barber's side and mentioned to Kiarra that nobody on that side, including staff, students, and customers, were wearing masks. She said she was sorry but just following directions.I left and went to the gas station and bought a mask, then came back for my appointment.Kiarra was talking to one of the instructors on the barber's side, when both walked to the front desk. I was first in line to check in, with 4 others behind me. The instructor asked me if I had a problem. I asked him why would I have a problem? I left, bought a mask, and I was there for my haircut. He mentioned that I looked like I had a problem. I asked him to explain why I looked like I had a problem, so maybe I could fix my look. He refused to tell me.I went and sat in the barber's waiting area, when Marilyn, the owner, came by and sat next to me and asked me if everything is ok. I showed her the game I was playing on my phone, and I stated the disparity of treatment I felt. Also, being accosted by an instructor in front of other customers in line. After I had left, bought a mask, and came back to be compliant. This is on July 7, 2021. After the CDC has mentioned that fully vaccinated people do not need to wear masks.Marilyn is always extremely professional and friendly and asked me to try and let these two issues go by. She also offered a free haircut next time I come in. The mask issue I understand, but being approached and talked to in an aggressive manor in the middle of the lobby, by an instructor, is not teaching your students anything positive or professional.I did get my hair cut, and I will state that the students at Ravenscroft are top notch professionals! So sad that I can not say the same about the staff.
Kandace Kolling: Love the ladies there . They always go above and beyond expectations
chidinma monyei: Terrible at scheduling appointments I tried to set up an appointment for one day instead I was given another that I had no idea about, then when that day arrived instead of calling me or emailing me about keeping the unknown appointment they just let it go as a no show. Terrible
Mia Martinez: Critical:Professionalism,Quality
David Dunderman: Massage ( 1 star) experience has really dropped the ball w relaxation, privacy, compared to few yrs ago when.i.went 2x month. Barber was awesome ( 5 stars)

Art22 Academy: what do users think?
Emma Robinson: 10/10 would go back! very clean, knowledgeable, & respectful!
Monica Perez: Says they’re open till four. I walked in at three to get a cut and wash. Said they close at three for clean up.
Evangelina Garcia: The stylist are doing a great job, however as I was explaining to the stylist want my 12 year old daughter wanted to do with her hair the instructor rudely told me I couldn’t be out here and had to sit in the waiting area. I was confused because there are other parents waiting next to their child while the stylist was doing there hair. I waited almost an hour for her to approach the other parents about sitting in the waiting room and she didn’t say a word to them. So, I don’t know if she just didn’t like her student or what but I felt the tension.
Laura Ditto: I've been getting my hair done at Art22 for several months and have always had a great experience. The students are well-trained, and the instructors are there to answer questions and provide coaching when needed. It's fun to help them learn their trade, and the prices are very reasonable!
Denise Dickmeyer: I had a facial with Kayla. She did very well & was very professional. She will be an asset wherever she works. All the people there were very friendly & helpful.
Angie Centlivre: I went to school here and I am so glad I did. The owners have the students and clients best interest in mind and truly care. The teachers are beyond brilliant and make it a fun learning environment. We get to use the best products and get to learn for the best in the business. They also bring people in that specialize in different areas of hair and skin for us to learn from so that we can find what we like best. With this all being said I also want to say that the school is also very professional. They are still students but I have LOVED every haircut/color/facial I have received there. Even after graduating when I've gotten services done, I feel like I am in a high end salon. I recommend this school to anyone wanting to get the best training in Fort Wayne.
Cody Honaker: Lexy was topnotch with my 3yr old daughter and her first hair cut. She made her feel really comfortable and was a PRO 😉👍🏼
B Schneid: Really enjoy coming here. They always take care of me and I walk out feeling extremely fresh. Check them out!
The one: If you are looking into attending a beauty college I do not recommend coming here. The reason why I say this is because I recently called this morning for basic cornrows (For people that don't know what that is that's braids braided to your scalp) no one including the instructor knew how to do it. So if you're not interested in getting your money's worth attending a full service beauty college this might be the place for you.For people that don't know what cornrows are I included a picture to help out(( a few days later/ Update ))I just wanted to respond to what the owner just said regarding what I originally post which is above now. When I called it was not to be a model for your school. I just wanted someone to braid my hair because I injured my hand and the person that was on the phone with me told me no one including the instructors knew how to do a Beehive Braid or Cornrows at all. But I'm glad that you are trying to improve your establishment just try to keep it honest.
Jeffrey Ptak: Best school in FW.
Abby West: I received an excellent education at this school! The instructors were thorough and detailed and taught me not only the textbook answers but gave me practical solutions for real world scenarios with clients. The directors are caring loving people who truly want to encourage you in your journey and go way beyond to make sure you achieve your goals. After school, they helped me find a job that best fit me and even encouraged further certifications!
Alexander McGrew: Do NOT Attend this school. Their programs take much longer than advertised. They advertise a small group setting, yet they have the previous two classes still in school because they are so far behind. The staff is inconsiderate of the time and investment that each person has put into being there. They make rules to punish students when they bring up their concerns on the school instead of listening and providing a positive environment to grow and teach properly. Wish a complete refund was possible, but they take away any chance on that after you begin attending. Again, DO NOT attend this school.
Erin McMonagle: One of the absolute best experiences I've ever had! I came in with a mop on my head and one of their students, Caitlin Aschliman worked her magic! I walked out with one of the best haircuts I've had in years! Absolutely will be going back as long as she is there! If I could give more stars I would! The instructor was very nice and patient too!!
Dave Palmer: I know one of the owners and decided to try a perm. Last time I had one, it was in the mid 90's. I was worried about coming out with kinky frizzy hair. Khloe did my hair and was amazing! While it did take a while, she was careful and attentive. Her "bedside manner" was genuine, relavent, and metered against my responses. I was relaxed, comfortable, and felt valued. The professional mentor was encouraging and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in good hands. My perm came out SO good. I went with a spiral to look natural and she did amazing! It has a small bit of frizz, but nothing that can't be tamed by a curl cream. Overall, I was very impressed and plan to continue getting my perm refreshers there. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And you can't beat the price! Thanks Gabe and Khloe.
Vickie Mcvoy: Did an amazing job on my cut and color. The high and low lights are very well blended. Couldn't be happier!
amber Walsh: The young ladies very amiable and professional in demeanor. Unfortunately, there wasn't the supervision or even the knowledge to be doing manicures on this particular day. The person that did mine was looking at the steps that was to follow. The other person seemed to have more knowledge had been there since August and told her the supplies were at. My daughter wanted swirls on her nails. The person didn't know how do it, and the instructor, on his own visit to check on us, said that maybe a toothpick over the laquer with a second color then seal it. She proceeded to do this. Ten minutes after we got into the car, the Polish began to peel off her nails. I thought mine was going to be fine, that is, until I got into the daylight. Either the nail polish was old or the student did not shake it up because there were at least one to half a dozen lumps or bumps on every nail. I would have gone back and complained, but we were pressed for time. Needless to say, we will not be going back.
Brittany Fountain: This place is unbelievable! I have never seen such a fancy, high quality hair school like this before! They know all of the latest techniques and trends. Very professional. You can't get this high quality of training anywhere else in Fort Wayne. When you walk in their doors, you will notice a difference!
Nicole Williams: The place looks amazing and you can tell they really care. The people are all very nice. Would recommend coming here!
Hair Dept: Is encouraging to see the passion and development of future salon Professionals.
