Summit Volleyball: what do users think?
Shred Shed Studios: We will not use summit again moving forward. Team numbers are bloated causing players to sit out half of the tournaments. If you enroll your children in this program- expect them to sit out half of the matches they are scheduled to play- regardless of their skill level. The price paid should have been cut in half because our daughter received half the experience. Communication with summit directors was met with responses like" this is just how it is" and "it's normal for half of her team to sit out entire matches". My advice- don't make the same mistake I did and spend your money at another program that cares about "playing volley ball".
Leslie Foster: We signed our daughter up for summit because we wanted her to play more competitively & with other players of her skill level. The teams are bloated, kids are only playing half the matches at tournaments. I’m not sure what the point of their try outs are, they are certainly not made by skill level. All the parents on my daughters team that I have spoken with feel the same. Trish, Allie & Beth have not come up with any solutions to our concerns, have not once apologized, and the last email that we sent they didn’t even reply to. If this was a local (we live in Huntington), few hundred dollar program, it wouldn’t concern us. But were over $3,000 into this (not including travel), I think we at least deserve a response. They seem to be focused on money & not players. We will not return to summit or ever recommend.

Empowered Sports Club: what do users think?
Mark Craft: What a joke of a facility for spectators. Cash only, no outside food or drink, a ridiculous amount of money to enter. Lady taking money was very rude. The seating? No outside chairs to be brought in but no where near enough seating for amount of teams here. Maybe do not host a tournament you can not accommodate? Way to be understanding of the economy and world we live in. 👍
Grace Wenger: I actually am on a team here and I’m loving it! Keep up the good work!!!!
Michael Enyeart: Very nice people, and very clean facility
amber howard: So happy found this place! Homeschool Gym is amazing! Definitely be visiting as much as we can!
Jose Romero: I love this place! It’s so awesome to play here :)
Tanya Cannon Cannon Transport: Great place for kids to practice the sport they love!!
Tom Kracium: Will does a great job Empowered is a huge asset to the community and the kids it serves. My daughter will play once she is of age.
Jacob Jones: Amazing front desk customer service!!
Benjamin P: Good place for some sand volleyball.
Doug West: I'm a coach in the club.
caleb phelps: Friday nights, open play. 5 bucks. If you have a decent size group of friends (6 or more). Great time.
Matthew Boren: Rented a sand volleyball court in the dead of winter. Felt good to play a little beach volleyball in February. Facilities were well maintained, courts were in great shape, bathrooms were clean, and staff were friendly!
Ryan Benner: Great indoor sand volleyball facility.
Lindsey Riffell: Clean and organized. Great facility for sport fitness and fun.
iCRYO Fort Wayne: Empowered Sports Club is a great option for a multi-sports facility. They are the perfect choice for all of your volleyball needs!
John Krome: Nice clean place well keep
Nicklaus Miller: Awesome facility ran by even better people!
Ayle Taylor: Ghb ood facility
David Haberkorn: Cool place. Just 50 years too late.
Pau Khai: Bad customer service. They clearly don’t want anybody there to play on the turf. The night before we went there, they said there was open turf from 1-5pm. The next morning i called 30 minutes before i got there, and they said we had to pay $50 for each hour. Eventually when I got there, they said it changed “overnight” and it was now $100 for half the field per hour. As I was talking to them, they were trying to make up excuses as they talked. The lady at the desk was stuttering and it seemed as she was trying to get us out of there. From past experiences, the open field has always been a pleasure for me and my friends. We had a lot of good memories there but recently we haven’t even been able to even step foot on the turf.
drew: the customer service is horrible but owner is respectful. the area is very nice but I don’t like the customer service that was given to me.

SportONE Parkview Fieldhouse: what do users think?
Greg Martin: If you are a spectator as my wife and I were for our granddaughter's volleyball meet, here is a couple things to be mindful of: 1. The parking lot though large is not large enough. The road was filled with parked cars, and we had to take our chances getting towed by parking in the hotel lot across the street. 2. Spectator seating, it is a joke with just a few rows of bleachers per court. Be prepared and bring camp chairs. I have yet to see these places provide enough seating for tournaments, which is a shame.we drove 2.5 hrs to get there and stand for the first he then grab a seat. The facility is clean, but wasn't designed right for spectators.
Blake Martz: Awesome indoor simulator and free range
Dave Bowman: Parking is an issue when tournaments are going...vrry nice facility overall.
Arlan Johnson: Outstanding venue and plenty of overflow parking.
Andrew Welling: Awesome facilities! Very clean and professional.
Nathan Miller: Clean and modern sport facility with great lighting. They have a nice concession stand during bigger events and the prices aren’t of terrible, but there are also plenty of options within a short drive or walk. The Fieldhouse has a number of basketball courts, but also space for soccer (not a full field) and some sort of golf (I’m not a golfer and have never been there for golf), and some other general spaces for sports training.
Kody Bear: This place is awesome. Could be about 2 times bigger tho! Indiana and basketball is BIG. Great facility and well maintained.
GreenLeaf Records: Always no where to sit and I was approached by security and almost thrown out for getting too excited rooting my son and his team....bad experience....
Alex Adair: Parking can be extremely challenging, tickets are expensive, and with the tickets being expensive, you would think they can accept debit/credit cards. NOPE. They direct you to their ATM where Sport One charges you $2.50 for a withdrawal, making even more off of you. For the love, make it so you can accept debit/credit cards! It is NOT expensive to do that anymore.
Bryan: Focusing on the pickleball experience, the best aspect is that they are open at a good time in the morning (8:30) and the monthly schedule is typically open with limited closures. Location is good, too. However, there are several downsides to consider. The game is played on a very glossy basketball court. This, combined with bright lighting, often causes difficulty with seeing and tracking the ball. The floor is often dirty. Though staff does dust mop, a full cleaning is really past due. Players commonly wipe their shoes due to frequent slipping. It is also common to see trash building up around the bleachers after nighttime events. Popcorn, gum, and crushed candy are often found uncleaned from prior events. Pickleballers tend to help clean up after those folks who apparently won't do it for themselves. The cost to play is also a bit high. $3 to play on a subpar surface, that is often messy, and in a condition that is less-than-optimal for the eyes, is not very competitive versus cheaper (and better) places to play.I feel $2 is probably a nice happy medium for what is on offer at this location.
Jennifer Ferrell: A tiny bit cramped for the event and finding parking was a challenge.
Marcia Hille: Huge craft show. Great selection of vendors, including gluten free pastries. First time that I was able to buy a great GF pastry. Had chairs placed around to sit and recharge and then move shopping. Parking lot was small and we were lucky and found a spot close to the door.
Yossi Polinger: Exceptional and professional.
Josh Jasper: Amazing place, great facility
Bryan Coleman S.r: Cool atmosphere
Monica Clairday: Great place to watch some basketball!!
Blaine Michael: Nice gym
Superboy49 PVPEasy13: hot inside, restrooms were a hot mess
A Rodr: It was clean
Svetlana B: Nice facility. Always clean, staff is super. Kids love playing here. As packed as it gets, still is organized well and kept in great shape. Sometimes tournaments get expensive..hard to invite friends and family to come watch the games
Mike Fritsch: Great location for basketball pick up ball and volleyball. Sometimes the parking lot gets a little crowded but there's places close by to park if you need to. I also have a place to eat in there if it's still in business
