hellionscia: Terrible customer service. I was if I was finding what I needed. I told her no and what I was looking for. I followed her and she went into the back. I waited at 5 min which I was fine with but then she comes out with her things then proceeds to walk by me and doesn't even acknowledge that I am standing there. She then just walks out of the store. I guess her shift was done and my money wasn't needed. I would gladly go anywhere else now even if it more for the boot I was looking for.

Kody Bear: Need boots? Go to Boot Barn. They have some great items in there. Boots, hats, jeans, buckles. Go to browse and smell the leather!

Darrick McMurray: I called ahead to the store to make sure they carried what I was looking for (size 15 leather work books) and the associate told me "We have an entire section of size 15 and up leather work boots! Shouldn't be a problem" So I drove all the way over. They do not have a single pair that saw. When I spoke to an associate inside the store, he told me that the work boots are all mixed together with no organization, even if there was a larger size in the store, it would be impossible to find. Great. Thanks.

D man Man: You no for all the supplies they have, they didn't have my size. But the salesperson helped out the best that he could. I ended up having to order my size, but when I got them 2 days later they were too tight so I had to bring them back for refund...other wise they are a huge store, tons to choose from (men and women and kids) staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

Megan Stanger: The store is clean and as expected for a big retailer. The employees stop you at the door and all but stalk you through the store. They definitely need to read the room. They try to be knowledgeable, but the young man helping an older gentleman told him more than a few facts about Ariat brand boots that just simply weren't true. He showed he didn't know what he was talking about and then refused to just let us shop. Asked every few moments if we need anything. Customer service as far as staff being readily available is great. The fact that they are all but up your but is a bit offputting.

The boots were falling apart i went to the ft wayne store and they took care of the boots and i got to exchange them for another pair. Staff was very helpful and very nice. I will be back hopefully not to bring boots back lol i know if I have any problems they will do they're best to take care of me

richard buckley: First off since when did our western clothing stores turn I to Walmart. Almost all the clothing is no longer U.S. made. It mainly from China. So we pay higher prices for cheaper quality clothing. Also assisting a country that clearly is against our style if government. So when I go into a western store I in my past had no issue paying the higher dollar cause of the higher quality American made product.I went in looming for good flannels and found the same quality flannels that I find in Walmart for half the cost.Boot Barn you lost this customer until you get back to selling American made products.The only reason you are getting 2 stars is because you did have good associates working the store. Oh and at least they were American. Maybe you all will do what Chase and others have done and farm in foreign workers next.
