The company I got it from was merged into another well known company and after one visit I refuse to return. Numotion has taken care of my needs since and have been great. I recently ordered a new chair through insurance and I'm waiting for it to be delivered. I'm sure they will continue to take good care of me.

Run away from this company and look elsewhere for your wheelchair needs! 12/17 Just had another run in with this company as they keep calling to try and gain the business through the back door. Again with Christina Booth who should be fired. Elaine Stewart the salesperson is useless also. Since I told them no they have tried to backdoor the order by contacting the nursing home and the patient who has had a stroke. Nursing home is aware of the situation and will do no business with them.

LuAnn Kittredge: I have been working with this company since April 2017 to get a wheelchair for my disabled husband. I understand there is a lot of paperwork that needs to processed from providers and funding must be approved but phone calls and emails were not answered to keep me apprised of progress in obtaining this info. The chair was finally approved and ordered last October and chair was delivered in November, only to find out it was not a chair that would fit in the trunk of my car as the salesperson and I had discussed. I refused to accept the chair and was promised they correct the problem and order the necessary parts. It is now February and I still don't have the chair. When I call the office, IF someones answers the phone, I am told I will get a call back about when I can expect to get the chair and NO ONE returns my calls. If I wasn't so far into the process with this company, I would cancel my order.

I have left messages for my rep to call. No reply. I have asked his supervisor and their supervisor to help and cakl me. Still waiting. Exhausting!! This is NOT customer service

He told my husband to bring it there & he'd look at it. I drove from Warsaw to Ft.Wyane to be offered $150.00 for a $1,600 chair. Also was told he just ordered 2 new chairs just like ours 10 mins ago. Needless to say I brought our chair back. It was a slap in the face & Darcy could of told my husband his offer started at $150.00. It was a waste of time & gas ... Do NOT take any medical equipment to this place!!!

Tristan Rose: Does not accept any insurance at all! This is an absolutely terrible business practice, especially for this type of business. The majority of individuals needing mobility aids and medical equipment probably aren't bringing in an income, a cash only business is a real slap in the face for those of us unable to work. This is a horrible business model for a medical equipment store! Plus, closing at 4:30pm is kind of early, especially considering the owner clearly thinks his customers are able to work regularly, to pay cash for everything he sells! Most of these types of places take insurance, because it's only sensible! NOT THIS GUY!

Sherri Sacker: Food was great. Service lacked a little. Appetizer came out right before main course. Then waitress didn't check on table for 15 mins for drinks. The standard time to check on customer after food is delivered, is 3 to 5 minutes if you are very busy. She wasn't. We asked another waiter for help and he gladly got drink for us.

Blamed me for not installing properly yet the bed was suppose to be assembled when I picked it up. Offered to repair for another $300 which is half the cost of a new bed. DON’T RENT OR BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!!! EBay or Amazon is the way to go!!
