Kirsten Schuman: Craig has helped us on more than one occasion renting a motorized chair for my paralyzed uncle. Each time was flawless and exactly what we asked for. We decided we wanted to make a purchase of a motorized chair. He directed us to a used model that was basically brand new. He gave us everything we were looking for and more. This chair has given my uncle so much joy as he can be outside and go hunting and do pretty much whatever he wants. THANK YOU LJ's and Craig!!!!

Vicky Burns: We have a new lift chair that was bought for my father in law he sat in it twice. My husband called & spoke to Darcy about it & seeing if they'd be intrested in buying it. He told my husband to bring it there & he'd look at it. I drove from Warsaw to Ft.Wyane to be offered $150.00 for a $1,600 chair. Also was told he just ordered 2 new chairs just like ours 10 mins ago. Needless to say I brought our chair back. It was a slap in the face & Darcy could of told my husband his offer started at $150.00. It was a waste of time & gas ... Do NOT take any medical equipment to this place!!!

Tristan Rose: Does not accept any insurance at all! This is an absolutely terrible business practice, especially for this type of business. The majority of individuals needing mobility aids and medical equipment probably aren't bringing in an income, a cash only business is a real slap in the face for those of us unable to work. This is a horrible business model for a medical equipment store! Plus, closing at 4:30pm is kind of early, especially considering the owner clearly thinks his customers are able to work regularly, to pay cash for everything he sells! Most of these types of places take insurance, because it's only sensible! NOT THIS GUY!

Sherri Sacker: Food was great. Service lacked a little. Appetizer came out right before main course. Then waitress didn't check on table for 15 mins for drinks. The standard time to check on customer after food is delivered, is 3 to 5 minutes if you are very busy. She wasn't. We asked another waiter for help and he gladly got drink for us.

Daniel Bacon: Maybe not even one star. I called to inquire about back support, and the guy had a sharp tone, "We don't handle back support, we are mobility, we handle wheelchairs and scooters". Could help just said, "No, we don't handle back support". I guess it ain't so much word choice, but more tone.
Terrell Coleman: I called these people twice the first time they told me that I needed insurance in order to repair a chair the second time I told him I had a tire they just needed to be popped back on the rim referred me to customer service ,customer service hung up on me !! Do not deal with these people!!!
Debra Hammond: If its possible to give this so called company a zero--we would! We used them on recommendation from r insurance carrier. Medicare related purchases r never easy but this place took 6 months from start to finish to provide a wheel chair. We purchased one on Amazon in the interim r the client would hav been crawling fr months. No one ever answers the phone & from reading previous reviews I can see why!
Shelly Faith: This company and staff are worthless!! Don’t even deserve 1 star! Waiting for months for a chair and no one returns calls - the processor Christina Booth is the rudest person I have ever spoken to! Run away from this company and look elsewhere for your wheelchair needs! 12/17 Just had another run in with this company as they keep calling to try and gain the business through the back door. Again with Christina Booth who should be fired. Elaine Stewart the salesperson is useless also. Since I told them no they have tried to backdoor the order by contacting the nursing home and the patient who has had a stroke. Nursing home is aware of the situation and will do no business with them.
Sheree Woods: This company SUCKS I’ve been trying to get my wheelchair modified since Oct 2018 & its now June 2019 & they haven’t got anywhere. They still on step 1. I’m lucky if I catch them answering the phone because they NEVER answer. I just told them to forget it & I’ll find another company. ZERO STARS 😡😡😡
LuAnn Kittredge: I have been working with this company since April 2017 to get a wheelchair for my disabled husband. I understand there is a lot of paperwork that needs to processed from providers and funding must be approved but phone calls and emails were not answered to keep me apprised of progress in obtaining this info. The chair was finally approved and ordered last October and chair was delivered in November, only to find out it was not a chair that would fit in the trunk of my car as the salesperson and I had discussed. I refused to accept the chair and was promised they correct the problem and order the necessary parts. It is now February and I still don't have the chair. When I call the office, IF someones answers the phone, I am told I will get a call back about when I can expect to get the chair and NO ONE returns my calls. If I wasn't so far into the process with this company, I would cancel my order.
Mark Baney: Worst customer service ever. I was told the chair would take between 6-8 weeks. It has now been about 4 months. I call several times per week for an update. Get voicemail. I have left messages for my rep to call. No reply. I have asked his supervisor and their supervisor to help and cakl me. Still waiting. Exhausting!! This is NOT customer service

Mike E.: Needed to make a move to senior facility on a very short notice and this company came through in a big way. Staff was able to guide us to exactly what we needed in bed, wheelchair and supplies with no pressure selling. They had a great delivery crew that was professional and knowledgeable. Nice to turn off the computer searching and just go get it done. For same quality, their costs were no higher. Thank you.
Brian Scherschel: This guy takes absolutely no insurance. There are other places in town that take insurance and don't take the money out of your pocket. This is a healthcare related business, they should not try to mess with people this way. Avoid this place.
Dimelo Waterson: The salesperson who assisted us was very helpful and also shared information about how to use the prescribed. That kind of product knowledge is much appreciated! The location was ortho recommended, and I can understand why.

I was very worried it could not happen and when I explained what I needed to do they helped get me what I needed and understood the urgency of the situation. I just wanted to say thanks you helped me get them together for what it probably the last time and we will remember that for the rest of our lives.Just wanted to add one thing I see these people claiming that the staff were not wearing masks on their visit, that is the opposite of my experience they were both wearing masks while I was there.

Doug Stapleton: Buyer Beware! Items much cheaper & reliable from EBay! Purchased a Brand New Medical Bed and the motor burnt out within two months. Blamed me for not installing properly yet the bed was suppose to be assembled when I picked it up. Offered to repair for another $300 which is half the cost of a new bed. DON’T RENT OR BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!!! EBay or Amazon is the way to go!!

McKenzie Ellegood: Welcoming store with a good selection. The owners were great and friendly, who seemed like they truly cared for their customers. The personal experience makes it a better experience than just buying online. I would highly recommend this place.

Dawn Bowie: My Lymphedema therapist recommended this local company so I could purchase compression wraps and Lymphedema treatment supplies. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. Lora, the owner, took my measurements herself, fitting me with the best option for the length and diameter of each leg. She also noted that if my doctor could provide a prescription, Insurance could make the wraps much more affordable. This company can submit the bill to insurance for any patient, which saves the pain of filling out the forms and doing it themselves.It's been about 4 months now and the wraps fit perfectly and I'm feeling much better. Service was excellent, the staff is caring and detail-oriented, and the entire process quite positive. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this fine team to help with obtaining the right medical supplies for your needs.

William Miskelly: My Son-in-law was traveling to Nepal to help cancer patients. He got an emergency call asking him to try to bring Ostomy Bags. The hospital had run out. He had tried several places but got no help. He missed his flight and had to delay a day. My daughter remembered how my wife had always gone to MD CHOICE for her needs. He called and they had him come in. By the time he left, he enough to supply several months needs, at a greatly reduced price. He said he thought it was going to be impossible to get enough for that hospital. I read how some had poor experiences. My family and a Nepal Hospital will not forget your generosity and caring attitude. Thank You!

I am almost 6 months pregnant with excruciating back pain, I came in with my paperwork from my doctor for a belly band. She took one look at my insurance, saw one of them was Aetna and refused to help me. I even told her I have MD wise which they DO except, but she kept telling me she would have to run through Aetna first and refused to do so! Told me I had to pay out of pocket or I couldn't get it. Never met a more rude worker in my life. Do NOT want to go.back.
Julianne Vanderpool: The people there will listen to you about questions and concerns. They will take the time to answer everything making sure you understand all the answers. They won't rush you about. Parking is literally right outside the front door for everyone. I'm greeted every time I go in and I have my helper's complete attention until I'm ready to walk out the door.
