Mike and his guys came in, figured out the problems, and got the appliances setup and working. And the prices are affordable with fair financing plans. I can’t recommend them enough.

Instead of going to a big box store, I thought I’d try a local place. Elwood’s was about ten minutes away, and had good reviews, so I gave it a shot.I was met by Mike, who was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. He gave me a run down of the inventory, and informed me that a new order would be arriving in a few days. I told him that I would return then.When I returned (yesterday), there was indeed more stock, but I was happy selecting what I had my heart set on earlier. I was once again helped by Mike and two younger men who were brothers. The purchasing process was smooth and the price was UNBEATABLE. They informed me that the three appliances would be delivered within 24 hours, and for only $50! I was beside myself.Today came, and I received a call that they could deliver the appliances two hours earlier. They showed up, moved the appliances, and installed them quickly. That included hooking up the gas stove, the range microwave, and almost hooking up the water line to the fridge (I had plumbing issues that need fixing). The owner himself came by and assisted in the installation process.Overall, I give them 5/5 stars, due to pricing, personality, and promptness. Top notch ownership, management, and employees. They exemplify the way every business should be operated. My wife and I are very pleased, and have become Elwood’s customers for life!

Adam Miller: Went in for a warranty replacement on our dishwasher. The store manager Jeremy was a huge help and very knowledgeable about the products. He ended up working with us on an upgrade and we left happy! Recommend ABC Warehouse for anything you need!
Alexandra Umphries: We were sold a broken TV that damaged on the outside of the box on the screen side. We opened the tv and it was damaged the in the same spot as the box. They tried swap out the tv. They did not check the box before selling it. Waiting on money to hit the card to make sure we got the money. I wish I had looked at the reviews for this place. 3 one star ratings in a month's time. No thanks. Don't shop here.
All about the Gamble: I would leave negative stars if possible. Acceptance now is a SCAM! We bought a stand alone fridge from stucky Brothers and finally decided to also do that matching stand alone freezer. We found it at ABC warehouse, we were approved for acceptance now that's inside ABC. We did that bc our house flooded and we had already paid cash for the fridge so we wanted to make sure we didn't overspend before we did the rest of the work to our house.. We got the freezer in July. The payments were almost $200 every 2 weeks. We were told that the first 90 days would be interest free. Fast forward to February we call to get a pay off balance and they say $2900!?!?! Our starting balance was $3700...so you're telling me that we paid interest free for 90 days and almost 5 months additional and we only had paid $800....where did our other $2000 go??? I called and they just kept giving me the run around. Telling me the lady who signed us up must have informed us wrong and she no longer works there, but is the manager at bobs furniture...yikes 😳 I told them they should honor the interest free for 90 days and they refuse to do anything about the situation. Just keep saying she's not the one who signed us up and that's not how she explains it to people. Anything for a sale. It's disgusting they do this to people. I would avoid at all cost! I can't believe companies even allow a place like acceptance now in their business. Now let me tell you about the delivery differences between Stucky and ABC warehouse. Stuckys came during their scheduled time frame, we're friendly and we're very careful taking our old broken fridge out and bringing the new one in. Plus they set it up, cleaned all of the packaging up etc. ABC warehouse on the other hand was very late and never called to mention they were running super far behind. They bring it in almost dropping it off the truck and then smash into multiple doorways on the way to the kitchen. Then they just leave. Don't level it, set it up, take any of the packaging off....nothing.

Janelle Miller: ABC used to be pretty awesome, but not anymore. My son went in to pick a new couch out on November 5th. We don’t have a truck, so he opted for delivery. They only deliver on Tuesdays. Can’t even remember why, but we were told it would be delivered a week from the upcoming Tuesday. It was a bit of a wait, but we figured it wasn’t too bad. Since my son works, my husband and I sat and waited most of the day that Tuesday. We had given them my number to call when they were on their way. Finally we called to see if they had an idea of when they would be there, and were informed when they got the couch in, it was damaged and they were going to have to reorder it! No phone call at all on their end that this had happened and that no one needed to be waiting. Since we were entering the week of Thanksgiving, I inquired about when it would arrive to them so maybe we could arrange for a family member to help pick it up. I was told they would call us the next morning and let us know. Again, NO CALL. My son called again today to check on it and was told they don’t know when they will have it. He told them he wants to cancel the whole thing, and the man told him he would check into it and call him “right back.” Guess who still hasn’t called? I know things happen out of their control sometimes, but this lack of communication has caused several inconveniences. I won’t buy anything here again.

Milissa Jacobs: It's my fault for giving them a second chance. I ordered the washer back in July. Finally got here yesterday. They didn't haul away the old washer as they were supposed to. After hooking it up, it's a brick with my clothes locked inside it. Samsung is sending a new computer board some day. They have horrendous customer service. If you cannot walk out of the door with it, don't buy it.

Christine Sweigert: I had a really great experience with Stucky's repairs department. I have a built in microwave/convection oven that stopped working. They promptly sent techs out to look at it and they figured out the problem in a few minutes. He ordered the parts that day. Once the parts were in, he came back to get the microwave and took it to the shop to repair it. Jared had it working and reinstalled the next day, despite being short-staffed that week.They showed up when they were supposed to and my cost was less than what was originally quoted. On all 3 occasions, Jared called first thing in the morning to give an estimated time of arrival and also called just before arriving. I'd 100% recommend using Stucky's for repairs.

She paid $400 for the extra warranty, the drawer wheels broke(a problem with the refrigerator) and they won't replace them. Great job taking advantage of the elderly. Do not go here...they will not stand up for their warranties and instead say the produce drawer wheels are "cosmetic." Stay away!!!

Kilgorski: Sears said my fridge warranty had expired, and I couldn't find my receipt! It would cost more than half a new fridge to fix, so I bought a new one from Stucky's. When I got home, Sears called and said they found my warranty and they will fix my old fridge for free. :o We are poor so were really worried about what to do. The new fridge wasn't to be delivered for 2 days. Stucky's EFFORTLESSLY AND POLITELY credited my debit charge. A few years ago I bought a wonderful dishwasher there, and I love their customer service. ALL MY FUTURE APPLIANCE PURCHASES WILL BE FROM STUCKY'S.

Karen: I got my microwave here. They ordered it in for me and matched the price from Best Buy because I didn't want to get it there since they had ignored me and were rude. I much prefer to go with a small business and Wismans has always treated me kind and fair. My family and I have bought many appliances here over the years. We always look around, but no one has them beat for customer service. If you need a different appliance they will order for you. They go the extra mile!!

We were lucky as they were able to come out the same day to evaluate our issue. The employee did an evaluation and completely transparent with us and gave us all of our options. The company even provides you a little money toward a new appliance if you purchase through them. All around great customer service!!
Bruce Chwalek: My wife and I had a repairman come out today from Wisman's Appliance Svc. Inc. to look at our Whirlpool microwave as it was tripping our breaker which was also turning our refrigerator off. When Joe, Wisman repairman, came in I briefly explained what was happening and he said he knew what the problem was and even had a repair part in his hand. He had the microwave repair completed in about 20 minutes! We were really impressed with his knowledge and how he made the repair so quickly. He even passed along some other helpful information about using the microwave. We highly recommend Joe and Wisman Appliance Svc. for any appliance repairs you may need. This is the second time we have used this company.

Tracy Hamilton: Please don't waste your time and especially your money. We must have been given the most inexperienced sales staff available. Extremely frustrating to insulting experience working with them. Work with your builder to go elsewhere; box stores prices, online or anywhere costs are much more affordable and choices much more available. Freestanding tub with them is 3x the cost of even getting the same one at home depot. I wish I could come up with one positive thing to give them. But after the entire process can not. If you do work with them. Review everything!!!! Pull up the model they propose and double check dimensions or capability is what you want. We had to correct so many items numerous times, still missed a few. When looking for a whole house, can get overwhelming. I am forever stuck with a few items, dimensions I requested was for interior sizing; but theirs with outside dimensions. I learned to pull up model and check. Sales didn’t listen or even pay attention to that difference. Take a trip to Ferguson’s or look around local other retailers.

Quality Interior: I had an awful experience with customer service. I had a part that failed the day it was installed. The plumber told me it was defective. I took it to the store for refund or exchange. A guy at the desk told me he couldn't authorize a return or exchange. I or a plumber had to return it to Delta & Delta will send me a new part, which will take 7 - 10 days! Meanwhile I had a showerhead that's leaking 5 gal every 2-3 hours.I was never told about that kind of return policy when I bought thousands of dollars worth of plumbing supplies & fixtures for my home from Lee Supply.I have more to buy, but will be looking elsewhere. Also have 4 friends that will be building new homes this year or next. They will be looking elsewhere for plumbing supplies.He also wanted me to come back when Mark was there. I tried to explain to him the part isn't that expensive ($100 or less). If I keep making trips back to the store to see if Mark is there, I'll soon have more time & money invested than the part is worth. I wanted customer service now, not later. He got very irritated & told that is not how it works. He kept telling me: " You just don't understand how this works." He made me feel very insignificant, like I was bothering him.I have over 25 years of experience with customer service, dating back to when I was a child, following my Dad around to his multiple businesses that he owned. After I started working for him, he would have fired me I EVER treated a customer like this.Added the following on 7-3-19This encounter took place approximately 12:00 noon, on Fri June 7th.I mentioned the plumber's name that day. I won't mention his name here, since this review is not about the plumber. This review is about the customer service I experienced that day.Here's an example of the agitated response I got when I mentioned the plumber's name: "Joe?? Where's he been? I haven't seen him around here buying things, in a looong time!!" (Joe is not the plumber's real name)After that I started to slowly back away, as our conversation became more tense, until I got to the door. Then, I smiled & said: "Thanks for trying", & I left before things escalated any futher.

We were replacing an existing toilet and the wrong size was ordered (this was not the problem) so we were doing an exchange- but it took 8 WEEKS to get the correct toilet back in! What was worse was the fact that i had a hard time talking to ANYONE about it, so i was left in the dark. When I finally did get a hold of someone who said the toilet was in, it took over a week to get back to me and say we could pick it up and we owed money. I don't want to pay the difference because it was such a headache.

Renee A: Had to have our very old dryer repaired. This was during the beginning of the pandemic about 2 years ago. Had a hard time finding someone to come out. The repair man from Sandpoint was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was expecting the cost to be higher than it actually was. I am in need of replacing the dryer now and I plan on checking with Sandpoint.
adam mckenzie: The gentlemen who took care of us in store and at home where very respectful and timely with their install and professionalism. I tried to help with what I could to make it easier on their install and they worked with me on how I wanted things moved around. Everything works after their inspection and everything is in perfect order. When I need the remainder of our appliances they will be who I call.

Not only did they have the best price, they actually included delivery/setup/take away of the old one as well as a part of the price when others did not. They were friendly, not pushy at the store whatsoever, and did a great job with the install/removal making sure everything was perfect before they left. Can't ask for anything more.

Sandpoint had the highest rating and they didn't disappoint.They were courtious and friendly on the phone and set an appointment for me for the next day.Our repairman, Dale, called to let us know he would arrive in 30 minutes. He arrived slightly ahead of time and fully prepared.We are very happy with Sandpoint and with Dale. I would call them again and I would recommend them.

When he arrived he took the time to try a new antenna in the attic as well as outside while I tested different stations.When we got the best reception he installed it!All this at a very reasonable price.Wish I had called them years ago!
Anthony Iovino: I have been dealing with Sandpoint for a number of decades and have had nothing but positive experiences, each and every time. The staff is courteous, helpful and the service is great. Above all, they are people of integrity and very knowledgeable about that which they sell. You may find what appears to be lower prices at the Big Box stores but, in the long run, I have always felt dollars-ahead when I've purchased from Sandpoint. I would highly recommend them for TVs and appliances.
