Manuela Fisher: Tried to return a wig. No returns. Envy wigs in Indianapolis gives you 60 days for a return. All my research on YouTube showed return possible if wig was not worn. I only bought 5 days ago.Not impressed

I made an appointment and visited Bedazzled Wigs Boutique last week and tried on several different wigs. I finally found the perfect wig for me. Chris was amazing with her help in selecting just the right hairpiece. She placed the order for the wig, in the color I had chosen. It arrived and I picked it up today. Mellissa Connin: Found on Google search. Says open 24 hours. Drove over an hour to get there. Arrived at 11 a.m. only to find the store closed. There was a sign that said they were usually there from 11-5 with a contact number asking customers to text and they would get back with us. Also called the store number and left a message. No response from either. Very disappointing. I didn’t see anything that said appointments were required.

Jeffrey Hildebrand: I called to ask a question about wigs. I guess because I'm a guy the lady assumed I had the wrong number to start with. I asked her if they sell wigs, and I had some questions. So then she answered my questions. I told her that I was an hour away and I was on my way. She says well we close at 5:00pm. I was there at 15 till 5 she was closed. The doors were locked up they were gone for the day. I called left a message.Never got any reply back.

Angel Tech: so i went here with my mom looking for a wig and then we found one so we picked a color and went home. a week later and she said "we dont have that color but if you want it you will have to wait until august" so we picked a different color. then 2 weeks later we came there. i tried out the wig but it felt plasticy and just horrible so i said "i dont want this" took it off, and gave it to her. then she tried to guilt my mom into buying it by saying "i guess i wasted money for nothing" and when my mom was about to buy the think i said "mom dont waste your money on that im not gonna use it" and she put get wallet back in her pocket and started walking out with me. then the lady there called me a "poor hopeless child" and "never come back scum." i could rant more but i have better things to do.

Doreen King: The owner is pretty great. Met him a few years back. Every time I go I'm treated with respect and kindness. Some places in town treat customers badly [lots to say but I'll leave it at that]. This is the best beauty supply store in town. Prices have raised with inflation, but that's everywhere. They keep a lot of products in stock. So that you're not overwhelmed, just ask for the item you came to buy.

Chenitta Hill: Best hair store in the Fort
Chantes: the young black female with the puff ball pony tail on top of her head and the glasses needs to be taught how to treat customers and some manners. She was extremely rude when I spoke to her and nicely asked for something behind the counter she rolled her eyes at me and ignored me! I will no longer spend any of my hard earned money at this store and I’ve been coming here for 3 yrs. There used to be a big feminine white guy at this store with 6 inch finger nails who was also always rude.
Hawa Manes: Nice, always buy my wigs there, they have a lot of nice wigs, human and synthetic hair products
Momo Washington: I always go to Diva to get my supplies but had no idea about the rewards program. 😒 A young lady just informed me. They are clean, have everything that you need for your hair, and are helpful.

Jessica Taylor: I've been a regular at this store for years. Sadly, it's a challenge to find extensions that matches my hair color. Some of the workers are great, others, terrible. Well today, will be the LAST time I spend my hard earned money to support a business that consists of workers speaking another language speaking ill of you. Then, after the Spanish small guy made rude remarks about me, in his native tongue, his assistant got very defensive about how there will never be my color. I nearly stormed out. She ended up helping me, and found something for me, but best believe, with that attitude, I'll use someone else's service. I'm DONE!

If you don't know exactly what you need from there then all I can say is that I wish you the best of luck! I'd rather take a wild guess at what I'm purchasing from these ppl than dare ask one of them for help and act hateful the ENTIRE time their around you. On the other hand however they sure do have one of the largest (if not the largest) selection around. And they will usually have whatever it may be that your looking for in stock too! It's not too bad of a place as long as ur capable of not letting the employees behavior and attitude not get to you.
