rod wilkinson: Windows look great . Installed quickley. Problems is the main slider window leaks like crazy at top of window. They tried to blame us for not closing it right an not locking correctly. They sent a guy to look at it . After he came an shut it an locked it. I took a video of it next time it was windy out cold from the west. Held a candle up to it in video. Leak blew candle out . I called them 3 times to get this fix . Every time same thing . No one replys back. Or justin wilson is out of office. Now iam going to have to go to small claims . It was cold winter.. CJ Hollagram: I heard the installers say the windows weren’t the correct size and when I asked them about it they quickly told me they would work. I have been holding back on this review for a few years but if I can save anyone from a nightmare, then I will voice this. The first rain the windows leaked so bad that we had to duct tape plastic bags to the windows and funnel it into trash bins and buckets. They dropped one guy off to fix my problem after a while I saw him enter my barn. He found a scrap 2x4 that was a chicken coop perch and was going to cut it with his saw because he needed more wood. The thought of that in my window. I told him he needed to contact his crew. I am leaving out a lot more due to length. Against my better judgment, I called twice this spring to get a screen replacement and no one ever shows. I have learned how to do all of the repair work myself due to necessity. Dianna: I was very happy with the window installation. We waited 9 months to receive the windows which was fine as we knew at the time we placed the order. Soon after the windows were installed I was having a problem with closing one of my crank outs. I immediately called for service on this window, they said service would call me back, I waited 3 weeks and no phone call. I called again and am still waiting for someone to call me and that was 2 weeks ago that I made the second call. Called in Oct 2020 to let them know the patio door they installed was leaking. Still waiting for service on it and it’s March 2022 now. Ordered vinyl siding install in April of 2020. Had vinyl siding and gutters installed, gutters are leaking all around house at the drip line. Owner came out and said he would get it fixed (Feb 2022) and still don’t have an appt for anyone to come out and fix the issue (March 2022). Brittany WIlliams: We had vinyl siding installed on our house and barn. Quality is great and Installers were amazing as well. Reason for 4 stars vs 5 are:1) they weren’t consistent on timing or days. Some days they would work, some days they wouldn’t. Same with timing. Sometimes they were early sometimes they were later. Being a home owner with dogs and kids, it’s hard to plan around that.2) when needing to come back to fix some things after the install, the day they were suppose to come they never showed up.

Kathy Danko-McGhee: Our windows were installed in November 2022. As a result of the winter storm in December 2022, there was a lot of ice formation on the INSIDE of 4 of the new windows. We submitted a report TWICE and have not yet received a response other than a postcard saying that our request was being processed. That was 2 months ago. We are still waiting. Tim Styborski: We bought windows in April of 2021, and the job is still not complete. Poor communication and customer service. They measured incorrectly and couldn't install one window and basically implied it was our fault. They also were missing a window. They claimed it may have been in South Bend, but ended up having to order a new window. Finally had all windows installed in March (11 months after buying them). However, we still have no screens. They were supposed to install them today, but just called to say they were shipped to the wrong warehouse. It's one problem after another with Champion.**Please don't ask me to call the "national customer care office directly." LadyT: I need to replace 3 windows. Pella was the 1st company that came out to provide an estimate. The guy (Kevin) probably spent about 15 minutes max, maybe less at my house. He measured the windows and asked if I had budget. I told him no and that he was the 1st to come out. He gave me his business card and said he would email me the quote. He didn't even give me a brochure. After a week goes by and I didn't receive the quote, I called and asked if he could send it to me. The lady said she would reach out to him and have him email it to me. Well, another week goes by and still no quote. I called again and asked for the quote. Again, they say, we will reach out to him and have him email you. A few days go by and guess what.....He finally email me saying that he sent the email awhile ago, but it was returned to him and he had just noticed it...... I would believe that IF he would have attached the correct quote. His quote was for a door. The quote should've been for the 3 windows that he measured. We never talked about a door, nor did he measure a door when he came out. I will gladly take my business elsewhere...Looks like Renewal by Andersen or Bushey's it will be

Kate Gigli, Sales Representative, came to my house and determined that the sash had bad wood and needed to be replaced. She was very honest in that if she told me whole window would need replaced, I would have made an appointment. She gave me the Service Department phone number. She also advised me on how to repair the rotten wood on my French doors. She saved me thousands of dollars and I am very grateful to her. I recommend Kate Gigli for her integrity and professionalism.

Edward: DON'T BUY THE WARRANTY!These guys installed a roof, facia and gutters on my home, on one facia they did not tuck the facia under the roof edge, which allows water to run into the eave. After multiple phone calls to get them out the first time, they finally install a facia of proper width to tuck under the roof edge. Of course, that fell off.
