Ace Man: This place is wonderful! I needed my truck windows tinted, I called at least 10 different shops within a 100 miles of my house and every shop was booked out at least a week. When I called Pro Tint at 10:30am they said they could get me in at 1pm that day! (That might not happen for everyone though) I arrived at 12:30 and around 1:30 my truck was done. Most other shops wanted me to drop it off at 8am and pick it up later in the day, not many people can do that if they only have one ride and have to travel 50 miles to a shop. Overall, everyone was friendly and the price was cheeper than a few other places in Fort Wayne. They offer many other services besides auto & commercial tinting. Tom McDormett: Would not honor a very recent coupon. They have a coupon that they frequently put out for $80 for tinting the driver and passenger windows only. I presented this coupon after the tinting was done and they would not honor it because they said it was only for legal tint even though this is not shown anywhere on the coupon or on the advertisement page.Even after speaking directly to the manager, I believe his name is Chad, they would not honor it. He said it was because they could not advertise illegal tint— is the reason they did not provide proper information on the coupon. This makes no sense and seems to be a scam to get people in the door. He said that if I don’t like it they can take the tint off. Boy, now that’s great customer service!If I had more time I probably would’ve had them take it off. It was pristine before I brought it to Ziebart, but when I picked it up, it was scratched up beyond belief. It was as if they took a sandpaper to my vehicle and went to town on it. Not only was I shocked, but I was also deeply disappointed that a so-called "professional" detailing service could do such a horrendous job.To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. They were rude and dismissive when I brought up the issue with my car's paint job, as if I was wasting their precious time. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they pointed fingers and tried to blame me for the damage.The icing on the cake was when they told me that I could no longer be a customer there. As if I would ever want to return to a place that caused me so much stress, time, and money. joe: We had our brand new vehicle tinted and rust proofed here. They disclosed it had to be inspected once a year for the rust proofing to be covered over a 10 year period. What they don’t tell you is you have to pay $60 a year for them to inspect their own work. And has to be done every year for the next 10 years. So it’s an additional $600 you will be spending to cover a warranty that was already paid for at the time of service. Also, Tiffany is rude. She will cut you off when you talk. She will not listen to what you say. She will get so upset at that point that she will throw you on hold until she calms down. To just pick the phone back up and do it all over again. The customer isn’t right in her eyes. You will do as she says or you will not be helped at all. We asked for the corporate phone number to place a complaint but she refused to give it to us and also refused to let us speak to her superiors. We will not be back. We will also raise our 10 children to know that they should probably do business elsewhere so they don’t have the same issues as us.
