Ehlerding Motorsports: what do users think?
Joseph Geraghty: The selection was good and prepared to buy. Unfortunately walked around for close to 20 minutes and NOONE approached or said hello. One guy said the price is on the tags. I guess they don't have a sales team.
Brice Barron: No help was ready to buy a bike out right and been ignored I was there for 30 minutes I'm going somewhere else!
John Schmitt: Ordered my Grom from this fine dealer. Awesome Communication and Great customer service! Truly a no Jack dealer. Transparent and honest to goodness people. If you are looking for the Best you just found it. Go see Rusty and Mr Al. #1!!!
Alexzander Robinson: I went in and met a good guy named rusty and we discussed a bike and I wasn't for sure but he assured me it was no pressure and to come back when I was ready and so I did and he got me the perfect bike of my dreams him and his team were so helpful and I would recommend them to anyone go check them out!!
Christopher Bills: I have purchased 3 motorcycles from Ehlerding. My friends all purchased there vaqueros and a mule also. Rusty is a cornerstone of this business and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Great prices and no BS.
Hill: We went to buy a new motorcycle. They have an ok selection. But im not sure if there are ANY sales people there at all. One guy said hello when we walked in. And literally noone else even acknowledged us once. We would have been an easy sale. But now we're off to find another place.
Dean Stephens: Great service, great gear selection.
Brannon Goodyear: Knowledgeable, and honest priced.
Gabe Vogelsong: Great experience, sales staff was amazing and helpful.
Justin Gerber: Brian in parts is amazing! He went out of his way to get me a part I’ve been searching for months to find! Best dealer and parts around! Thanks guys!
Michael Chase: Taking riding classes was very informative and fun
Flick Clan: I got my KLX 110 there and it’s a great place
Soylet Green: Horrible service department. Complete lack of professionalism. Was a loyal customer for many years. Recent experiences has shown that my loyalty was misplaced. I'll never buy another motorcycle from Ehlerding Motorsports ever again.
James Monroe: Very knowledgeable and very helpful!
Curtis Pomykal: I had a great experience when I purchased both tires for my Nomad. The clerks behind the counter were really nice and knowledgeable. They ordered my tires and called me when they came in. I previously also scheduled for them to put on as well. I have read some of the one star comments and have not had any of the issues noted. The service writer seems a bit shy and quite, but is still very professional. I definitely will come back. In fact I am planning on buying a new bike here soon! Rusty’s giving me a great deal on mine!
Mike Tulley: Bought my helmet there, nice guys and great service.
Jeffrey Wright: Just called for info and they were very helpful
Tonya Emenhiser: Rude employees. Come in the door with cash to buy.waited for employees to stop giggling. I guess I wasn't wearing designer clothes.bought motorcycles there in the past.in the good old days.never to return.
Chris Durlacher: Friendly staff. Short on selection. Covid has hit everybody.
Michael Roose: Good sized bike supply shop good selection from gear to bikes
Réjanne Le Bivic: Very nice staff, one stop shop with a broad range of prices, great experience!

Osborn USA: what do users think?
Victoria: Great guys, awesome place very knowledgeable.. Bought a bike from Osborne, she's a beauty..
Scott Sherman: Great team there! They really took care of me after my bike was in a building that caught fire. Went through every detail as if it was their bike and showed me everything. Very reasonable pricing and they want you happy. Give recommendations but not pushy. They want you to love your bike and their service. Cannot thank them enough!!
Steven Scheibelhut: An amazing shop to service your bikes and ATVs! I inherited a Victory motorcycle from my father 4 years ago, and they have always been informative and helpful. Not one of those "fake happy" places that make you feel weird. Just really friendly and knowledgeable staff that will do what they can for you. I needed a special order set of tires. The 250 was hard to get a hold of, but we found an excellent alternative that brought us back to an OEM tire that was in and ready to go! My son was with me and asked if they had any stickers for the fridge and his trash can... we left with stickers! I would definitely recommend.
Paul Goodridge: Nice guys. Decent selection
Sims HD: Picked up a tank. Gary was very helpful. Been a long time since I've been in. Lots of inventory. Nice place to make your next motorsports purchase.
Brittany Harman: There is a reason their review ratings are so high. Great team that works here and strives to help create a solid experience from the first phone call to when you leave the parking with your new addition!! Don’t waste you time looking any further. We will surely be a repeat customer! Thanks again Dan and Dave for an all around shopping/buying great experience!
Chalette Loy: If you're delivering expect to get a roll off tow truck if you drive a semi 🚛. Friendly people though
Gayle Mast Jauregui: Customer service is outstanding! Always clean and well maintained
Denver SLONE: Needed to get cell phone holder for Harley Davidson
David N. Bryan: No Stealership prices here. Bought a set of sparkplugs, didn't even have a 100 miles on them when one of them started missing thought one of the plug wires was going bad. Went to check the wires pulled off one of them and a piece of ceramic fell out of the boot. Stopped in to buy a replacement plug, explained why I wasn't replacing both they knew I buy plugs and other things there, they let me have the plug No Charge its a $10 spark plug!! Try getting that from the Stealership!!!
Shawn Payton: Osborn has been a great place for trusted service and sales. Bought bikes, parts, and love the service. Good people Great family!
Kelby Musselman: Great help and nice selection of motorcycle.
Austin Phibbs: Great group of guys in here haven't had an issue getting any parts and if you need work done they normally get it done in good time
David Beers: Good service, great parts, and the ONLY place to buy Harley parts on a Monday! I only gave 4 stars because their parking lot is tiny and not the most accessible place. Other than that? Awesome service and prices!
William Smith: Traded in my Lil sportster for a big boy toy Eletra Glide Classic
Tim Curtis: Great place for you and your harley it don't matter if you have a twin cam evolution shovelhead panhead or knucklehead thay got you new and used part not pushy like HD dealer and great bikes for sale new 1all the time
najarrell: Knowledgeable
Happy: Everything here is insanely over priced.
rebecca windrow: Jack and Jake Osborn is the best in town. They saved me from having to purchase a engine in my Harley. Thanks again.DAVID WOODBERRY
D Will: Purchased my first Harley at Osborns and David my salesman was very polite and knowledgeable. I could not be happier.
renwood thacker: Went in for repairs. Month later picked bike up didn’t make it a mile found out never took on test ride after repairs. Was told it was done another month later but Bike still wasn’t fully fixed and had missing bolts and other issues. Was told well older bikes will have issues and left with that.

Royal Enfield of Fort Wayne: what do users think?
Shawn Carlson: Bought a red and chrome 350 classic the service is fantastic and love the bike
amanda Ben: Cole was patient and helpful in the showroom. I was insistent on getting what I want (a blacked out Himalayan of course) but I'm incredibly short. Cole got the assistance of Dave and between the two of them they sold me a Himalayan that fits me. The customer service could not be beat!! if you are looking for a bike, look no further and go straight to Cole or Dave. They are fast and amazing to work with!
Peter Merkle: If you're interested in a new Enfield, there's no reason to look elsewhere. The best inventory and the best people anywhere in the region. Dave and Paula will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is smooth and any questions you have are answered. Can't recommend REFW highly enough.

Had a great experience will definitely go back in the future when ready to upgrade or if it needs work!
John High: Had parts for my ko black bomber on the shelf.. Great service ...
Lee Buckner: My father and I needed a good place to service our goldwings and gave this place a try after hearing they had a guy that kind of specializes in goldwings. We were looking for a trustworthy place that had reasonable rates so we gave them a try. I took mine in for tires, brakes if needed, shaft drive gear oil change, and a basic once over and told them to do what they see fit. The work was done quite quickly, and I was very satisfied with the end result. They only replaced the back brakes and said the fronts were still good ( they could have changed them anyways to make a bit more $ but they didn’t). They replaced a few other minor wear items also, and even noticed I had a fog light out and replaced that while they had it apart. They went above and beyond with small things like oiling up the kick stand, and center stand which was much appreciated as it goes up on to the center stand much easier now. The salesman was very friendly and helpful, as were the owner and his wife who we also dealt with. The mechanic went over with us about what he did and why. Overall it was a great experience and I was happy with the price. I would highly recommend giving these guys a try! I’ll be back!!!
brody hankey: Showed up unannounced with a job for him during last few hours of business. He got it done with some time to spare. Honest man, honest work.
james nelson: Good people, good product, great to work with. My one stop shop.
PIERRE HICKS: If they can't fix it it can't be fixed!

Elyse Sabin: Great service, good people, wouldn't go anywhere else!
trysten chalk: Great people and great service price is very reasonable.
Troy Compton: Always a great experience when going back.
12bravo Sapper: Owner sold me a defective utv, dented in muffler which caused a bad spark arrestor. Oil leaking due to a bad o ring. Owner is nice until you buy something!!!! Can Am is horrible about compensating a customer!!!
Morgan Rue: Great place! Had what I needed, and we’re very helpful with advice. Shop local!
David Czajka: Great dealer that will go out of their way to sure you are satisfied.
Michael O'Connell: Never have I been made to feel less welcome in an establishment! Don’t bother patronizing unless you fit a specific demographic…Little did they realize they lost an almost sure sale of a new ATV.Maybe don’t treat potential customers like they are burdensome or judged by appearance.Poor salesmanship
Kevin Brown: Rob is great. Bought 2 new waverunners from him last year. Great service, great attitude, straight shooter. Highly recommend.
Cearra Faber: Couldn’t of asked for a better powersports store or man to do business with, Rob was awesome through the entire sale of our new Can-Am! Would hands down recommend him to anyone and will definitely be buying and doing more business with him 💯%Go see them for all of your powersports needs, they will send you on your way with all the hook ups and then some! Thanks for a great sale 💥👊 your team is awesome in Indiana!
Jordan Shelmadine: Extremely overpriced. Their labor an hour costs you 95$. An oil change and air filter clean took an hour and 45 minutes to do totalling a 212$ bill.
smokey: Way over priced on just to change out motorcycle tires, all that needed done was take off old tires put new tires on wanted $180update said he did not know what needed done but did not give me a price said to give him a call back he may have thought they was still on the bike?
Kyle Wynn: Bought my side by side from him. That was 2 years ago and every time I go in for something he remembers me by name and what I bought. Never had that before. Will always buy from him!
mi bowouser: Couldn't help me get parts for my 1983 ski doo
J Bergan: Great customer service
Michael Brower: Great support for your fun vehicle, whatever it maybe. Friendly and very helpful.
Avijit Verma: Couldn’t ask for better people to do business with!Having never done business with this company before, I reached out to Rob on a whim, July 2nd, 2020, looking to see if they had a Yamaha TTR-50E in stock. From what I could tell, everyone within 500 miles of Indy was out of stock, with no ETA of when they would be getting one in, due to the COVID shutdown. To my surprise, he said he had 2 brand new units in the showroom. Without hesitation, I told him that I would take 1, since I wanted to surprise my Son with it for his 5th birthday on July 30th. My next question was if I needed to pay for it upfront or leave a deposit or anything like that because I knew we weren’t going make it up there until the 30th and I didn’t want to take a chance on the bike being sold prior to that. I was more than happy to pay for it in full, right over the phone but Rob assured me that he would take my word for it and the bike would be there for me on the 30th. I thought that was pretty cool seeing as I had never once spoken to him before, but he took my word as my handshake.Over the next few weeks I called to check in making sure everything was still on the up and up and also asked if they would be willing to help make this an awesome surprise for my Son by moving the bike to the middle of the showroom and putting a big now and big sign in front of It. Rob said he would love to do that and said he would make sure it was extra special for him- He didn’t disappoint! When we arrived on the 30th my Son was PUMPED when he saw the dirtbike and then read his name on the Happy Birthday Sign next to it!To the whole crew at Track and Trail Powersports- I can’t thank you guys enough for making this day one that my Boy will never forget! You guys are awesome and I look forward to doing business again in the future.🤝For anyone looking for a connection in the powersports industry, Rob is your man! After meeting him and talking with him, he’s an honest guy that will most definitely treat you the way he would want to be treated himself.
Mark Rainford: Great customer service!
Robert Smith: Very great place to do business with. Very helpful with every aspect, whether it’s a new toy, or service work.
Derek Marsh: I’ve only called on the phone but extremely short and rude on the phone. I will not be coming down to spend money.
BigGeezie81: Rob and the guys did a excellent job on getting my 2005 yfz 450 back to running like a beast I would recommend them to future yamaha owners keep up the good work.
Jeff G: I had my 2018 skidoo summit in for warranty work 2 times. Each time I got the sled back it was Messed up. The mechanics are a joke. The owner will never admit fault. Thank you guys for costing me money when I have a factory skidoo warranty
