Talk about being way wrong about that idea.This place looks nice from the exterior and the grounds look very well kept.This is the perfect place to stay (probably) as long as you don't have pets.

Steve Brogan: Okay so here are the facts - this place is cheap and you should have expectations around that.The rooms are old and worn but generally clean enough. It looks like some improvements have been made but in a kinda diy way.I would say most of the people staying there were construction workers and there wasn't any problem with partying. The owners seem nice enough.The walls are thin and I could hear a guy snoring all night long. The bathroom door hits the toilet. The furniture and bedding don't match. It's that kinda place.Bottom line - it's cheap and serviceable, but a sloppy presentation.

Daisy Ditz: The Fort Wayne Inn is about my favorite place to stay in Fort Wayne. The staff is friendly, especially the lady working the front desk. The rooms are nice and spacious. They have a table and chair so it's easier to do makeup. Plus they have a mini-fridge in the rooms!!! Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect, but it reminds me of home. The location is amazing! So many fun things to do around, but having a car to get around is helpful. Bonus, there's some nice girls next door so tip them well! The price lured me in and the acceptably clean rooms made me happy. My partner and I definitely plan on using the Fort Wayne Inn whenever we need a place to stay in Fort Wayne!

Kevin V: Stated this hotel for a job the following morning and would rather have slept in my car after walking into my room. Walked into the room saw stains on both beds which in my reservation it was supposed to be a king bed. At the bathroom sink there were bugs crawling around in it. The bathtub had remnants of hair and other material in the drain. TV did not work at all. Air conditioning unit / heater did not have any protective cover on it. Pulled sheets down and they had stains on them as well so I slept in my clothes on top of the covers.

Thornton Hemby: Go somewhere else! You'll need your own cleaning supplies here. Every horizontal surface was dirty. Does not look like room has been cleaned at all. No bath mat or hand towels. 2 coarse towels and one stained wash cloth. Cut my leg on metal frame sticking out from the corner of the bed. Truck stop showers are much cleaner than bathroom at this place!

No floor towel . Place had no bed bugs but didn't look like it. They kicked one guy out when he wasn't there because he had a girl over the night before. He paid a week no refund. The lady at front desk said she didn't have change to give us for $50 cash deposit and said just cancel room and get your money back. So we knew from get go they was either just rude or racists. My co worker was black, I am white. They need to charge about $25 per night for they service and shape the room was in.

Carmen Steuck: We booked a King non-smoking room online using Choice Hotels app while driving towards Fort Wayne. The first red flag was the multiple gentlemans clubs within sight of the motel. When we arrived, the clerk informed us that even though we'd already paid online with a credit card when booking the room, we were REQUIRED to provide a $50 "refundable" cash damage deposit, and we had to push to get a receipt. Then we were BOTH required to provide our ID'S before she'd assign a room and give us a key. As we were unloading the car, we noticed the overflowing garbage on the stair landing, and we're pretty sure the car slowly circling the building multiple times was trying to find his dealer to make a purchase. When we got to our non-smoking King room, we found 1 Queen bed, and many cigarette burns on the bedspread, toilet, and bathtub, with at least a dozen BUGS (roaches? Beetles?) scurrying around in the tub, on the bathroom floor, and on the toilet. We were only in the room 5 minutes, then went down to ask for a refund. We got the $50 cash back, but "the manager will have to refund the credit card in the morning". Now I itch, and feel like I need a shower...
