Elita Flowers: Today was my first time using Meijer's pick up service and I was highly disappointed. First of all, it took the Meijer associate 20 mins to bring my items to the cart. After the long wait, I am greeted with news that more than half of my items, the main items, were unavailable despite showing available hours before online. So I was stuck with printer paper but no printer ink.Before the company offers a pick up service you should have ensured that you would have the manpower and technology to keep up with the demand. This whole experience was a pain in the neck and I would not recommend this to anyone. So disappointed.

Kim Koers: The absolute worst pharmacy in existence. Was in the ER completely unable to see out of left eye. Praying my site will not be damaged permanently and am following up with Ophthalmologist Monday. These meds are important they are for temporary treatment/maintaining/pain. The doctors sent the prescriptions to Walgreens on 16th twice and they still claimed they didn’t receive it. They are completely lazy just not wanting to work because it’s an hour before close. This pharmacy in unprofessional, lack empathy and work ethics.
Kay Cares: The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a pharmacy. It took two weeks just to get my medication transferred to Walgreens. Then it took a month almost to have my online account accessed to. The main office kept playing games with it. I’m constantly being told one thing and another thing happens. I can’t even get them to give me the correct medication on time without a screw up
Mark Petrison: To a great extent, this probably goes for pharmacy stores in general...But these places seem absolutely ruthless in pursuing profit - much like Big Pharma and the entire US medical service industries behave in general.The modus operandi seems to be to draw in sick or elderly patients who can't and won't go comparison shopping; and who are only going to shop at the 1 store where they get their medicine. Then, effectively holding a monopoly over these vulnerable individuals, the policy is to charge outrageously high prices, and rake in the $$$.Again, I don't think it's fair to single out Walgreen's, or this particular location. Nevertheless, this ruthless pursuit of business profits strikes me as utterly outrageous, and frankly criminal whether "legal" or "unprosecuted," whatever social Darwinist and Libertarian and Objectivist crapola is at the root of American neoliberal economic attitudes. And in case it is not apparent, the US is increasingly falling down the charts in decent countries to live, especially in regards to life expectancy... although part of that comes from such disgusted cynicism that it's no wonder so many opt for suicide nowadays.

Ray Lemar: My experience was pretty good, the online photo is pretty cool. If you live downtown Indianapolis, it's a pretty convenient location. The draw back is the customer service, and long lines can try your patience.

Lady told me they had been calling people who made appointments to let them know they should go somewhere else. I never received a phone call. Still not sure why I couldn’t just do the test inside ?
David Broadus: I went to pick up my pictures that I ordered online. I noticed that the binding for the photo book was not correct. I let the front desk employees know, and they immediately reprinted my pics and put a new binding on them. They also apologized. I’m thankful that they fixed the problem right away, and they did it with kindness.
Nicole Hopkins: Avoid this place if you value your time and health. I scheduled a covid test online and showed up for my appointment. Low and behold, the drive-thru testing is closed. I called the store (to avoid going inside), but the only assistance the worker could give me was to reiterate that no testing can be done because the pharmacy is closed. Ended up calling the Walgreens Kessler and they were able to pull up my info and accommodate.Looking at past reviews, it seems like this happens fairly often. Why not take your store offline and keep the system from accepting appointments?
JustRadical “JustRadical”: One of the other employees had kindly agreed to let my five-year-old use the public restroom, since it was locked. He was just waiting to finish up ringing somebody out, before he could assist me. Then one rude employee ( African American) prohibited him from opening up the public restroom, and stated that the bathrooms are "closed" .First of all, the restrooms are for public use, second of all there were no signs stating that the bathrooms are either closed or out of order .Walgreens please make sure that when you hire people , they have a kind heart. I just don't understand why someone with so much hate in their heart is allowed to work a job where they have to encounter people.As for the kind gentleman, thank you .

Alan Morrow: Look for your prescriptions elsewhere. I've been using this Walgreens, unfortunately, due to proximity but I'm done. There have been several times I've showed up to pick up my prescription only for the pharmacy to be closed even though according to their hours they should be open. Showed up today, a Tuesday, on the way home to pick up a prescription the website says is ready for pickup. IT WAS FILLED TODAY!!! Except when I show up the pharmacy is closed and now it's too late for me to switch this prescription to another pharmacy in time to get today. I'll have to go nearly 24 hours in constant pain due to this. Unacceptable!

Got a confirmation email and everything. 2 hours before my appointment, I get a voicemail from "Rhiannon" that says it's been cancelled. No other information, no offer to reschedule, just cancelled. That's terrible customer service.
Ashley Mason: They'll let you register for a covid test and even send a confirmation email, but they don't actually do testing and won't help you figure out other testing arrangements. They have a very "not our problem" attitude about it which is ridiculous since they schedule and confirm appointments they know they wont honor.

Beth DeFalco: I was calling from a pharmacy on behalf of a patient. Held for 45 minutes, the entire time having more than 3 callers ahead of me. I tried calling the front desk and the gentleman who assisted was extremely rude, unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. I never did have the opportunity to speak with the pharmacy. Heather Day: This location has the ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy! I have went to this location three days in a row for my son's medication. The first day, BOTH the drive thru and inside lines were extremely long, the second day the pharmacy was completely closed at 4pm when they are supposed to be open until 6:30pm, and the third day BOTH lines were back to being long again. I'm on hold with them now on the phone. I've been waiting 45 minutes to get through, I'm still waiting. Once I FINALLY get my child's medicine, I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN. I'm absolutely disgusted with the customer service here.

shiyu wei: I stopped by this store to buy some eye drops. There are $12.49 buy 1 get the second one 50% off sign on the product. I picked two and when I checked out, it showed $$22.49 per each and has no promotion. I immediately questioned it and the cashier (who is 20ish, first name: Jane) asked me where I saw the sign. I showed her the spot, she was very unwillingly followed me to the spot and said the sign may not be this product. She took the sign and went back to the register to check the bar code and it showed different bar code on the sign. (Besides the bar code, the rest of the things are the same. -the brand is the same, product is the same) and when I said it’s misleading customer, she looked at me like I am the one supposedly to be blamed on. I went back to check the rest of the products on the shelf and found there are still 4 of them putting in the promotion sign to mislead the customers.To me, personally I don’t understand when the store misplaced products or promotion signs to mislead the customers and after customers pointed out their mistakes, they just acting like it’s customers’ fault to find their mistakes.The point here I would like to make is currently the young generation is too different from the old one. William HM3 USN: This pharmacy used to be one I could depend on and trust. Last several months I have had issues with auto refills not being completed. Pharmacy phone calls not answered after long wait and call being terminated before speaking to pharmacy. Long waits in line, due to back filling orders for customers that had previously requested refills. Now dealing with unexpected closer. Please get more help or shut down this pharmacy. It’s not acceptable for life and death meds to be delayed and missed dosage because of missed timelines given by phone.
Honest Reviews: If you need meds asap or take something that's life or death dont use this pharmacy. I've been waiting 5 days to have two very common rx filled. I put in the order 3days before I ran out but I guess that wasnt good enough...now I haven't had my meds for 2 days because of this place. Lisa Smith: This used to be one of the best Walgreens fast and reliable. But now they’re the worst my daughter called in one prescription and waited 3 1/2 weeks finally went up there they had not filled it told her they would do it right there while she waited, after an hour they finally got it filled and it wasn’t even correct. The next prescription she called in six days before she was out still no response on it being filled or anything goes up there and they tell me that at this point they don’t fill prescriptions until people come up there to get them. What kind of business practice is that so I told them that I cannot wait an hour and either can she. I asked them to please have it ready by 10 o’clock the following morning and if it wasn’t I was going to go to their corporate office. Fast forward a few weeks my daughter calls in a prescription for her inhaler for a refill she gets notification that the insurance denied it they tried it again two or three times. So she decided that she would try a different Walgreens she did the one at 62nd and keystone and they filled it within two hours with the same insurance. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location at Washington in German church but it needs to be fixed . This is not the only complaint I have seen on Facebook where others are complaining
Delanie: They have had my prescription for a very common and generic, may substitute BIRTH CONTROL for over a month, it's still "in processing" per the recording since you can never speak to anyone. Try to call, on hold for 45 mins at least and have never had someone answer the phone in the last month, try to go in, pharmacy is randomly closed all the time. Save yourself and use a different location or Meijer or Kroger or Walmart. Anything but here.
Travis Jefferson: I'm giving them one star because of the pharmacy. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a prescription to be filled. The pharmacy billed my insurance for a 90 day supply and only gave me a 30 day supply. They also told my insurance that I had picked up medication and I never picked any up. I have been going back and forth with the pharmacy about my medication. When I threatened to file a complaint and take legal action, they finally admitted to not filling my prescription as directed by my doctor. On 12-22-21 my medication was supposed to be ready. The next day it hasn't been filled and 12-24-21 go to check on it, the pharmacy is closed. Wow!!! I suggest that if you use this location please transfer your prescriptions to another location. Also don't attempt to call because you will be on hold for a long period of time and never speak to anyone.

Elizabeth Francis: This review is not about the store itself. Typically the CVS is very clean while stocked great stuff. I will compliment the woman at the front register she was very helpful very sweet. The two women in the pharmacy have no sense of customer service. I tried to go through the drive-thru to get my covid test, was sent then to go inside. Woman at the front desk direct me back to the pharmacy that's where I have to go through my insurance. Upon getting up to the pharmacy desk with her 5 minutes to close even though I was at the window 10 minutes prior to them closing I overhear the pharmacist saying "we just need to get these people out real quick I'm tired of dealing with people". And the other one told me that she could not take care of my pharmacy request because it would have to take her some time to do it. She had sent me inside to wait in a line for 5 minutes when she could have easily ran my insurance within those 10 minutes. I feel like it was very unprofessional and lacked all customer service etiquette that you would think you'd get at a CVS. I got a whole lot of attitude when I was just asking a simple question, so she got that attitude back.

Pachanas: This review is specifically for the pharmacy — the store itself is great.I'm giving the pharmacy two stars instead of one because they've never done anything as bad as dispensing the wrong prescription, but it's a terrible experience almost every time because of the toxic attitude of most of the staff there.My wife and I are relatively young people who don't get a lot of prescriptions and don't ask a lot of questions. I also used to be a pharmacy tech, so I understand how stressful it can be at times. But at the end of the day, a retail pharmacy is a service job, and this staff doesn't seem to realize it. Inconvenience them in any way like asking a question, and they will do everything short of rolling their eyes in your face.There are a couple of people there whom I've had cordial interactions with, so I don't know if they're constantly rotating staff and creating bitterness. But otherwise, my wife and I have both experienced palpable attitude and flat out rudeness from countless staff for what should be totally routine pharmacy interactions. I've literally had people huff audibly on the phone at me and say things in a manner that would make you think I was THEIR server at a restaurant who just told them their meal would be an hour late coming out.I don't even normally write that many reviews! This pharmacy is just outstandingly bad, and I thought people should know. Probably fine if you get one prescription on a three-month refill cycle with no insurance complications. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.
Jenna Baecher: I do not recommend using this pharmacy. In the last year of going there I had multiple horrible experiences with various different team members. They never have the same pharmacists working, making it complicated to solve any prescription issues. If you call in and speak to someone, it’s like the conversation never happened when you actually go in. There were multiple occasions where I’d speak to someone via phone about a prescription refill or something that was ready, then I’d go in and someone else would tell me it’s not, and never did they apologize or take blame. Half the time the pharmacists working were rude or inconsiderate, besides a few, and don’t care to try and help you. The last time I went a blonde haired man was working and refused to let me pay for 2 other items I had, which never happened before, and told me my prescription wasn’t ready after I had spoken with a pharmacist about picking it up a day before.But the worst situation, the one that I should have taken as a giant red flag and just left then, was when I went in to pick up my prescription that I had gotten a text about being ready, and the pharmacist told me someone else had already picked it up. It’s a controlled substance so I was extremely confused as to how they could let that happen. It turned into a 4 day saga with them telling me they watched the security cameras and a ”girl” picked it up, but that was all the info they could provide me saying I’d need to go to the cops to get it handled. I filed a police report, went through many hoops to try and figure out what the hell happened, only for the nice policeman to call me and explain that the prescription was there the entire time sitting under a “basket” they couldn’t see. They tried to say that the pharmacist who filled my prescription was a “fill in pharmacist” from another store and that they didn’t know she put it under a basket because she didn’t leave a note and wasn’t there permanently. This is just another example of them never having consistency, making things unorganized and not communicating with each other. In the end the one nice pharmacist I had gotten to know there paid for my prescription and convinced me to keep coming back because things were “supposed to change” and she was genuine and I believed her. They never did and I finally decided to transfer my prescriptions. While she was very kind and genuine, I did not feel that way about the others and did not feel as I was treated with professionalism.

April: Super clean store, they have a great selection of snacks, very easy in and out with ample parking onsite, I also received my Flu shot here and the whole process took about ten minutes.
Yadi Howe: Now open and no longer under construction, expecting will be a great as the CVS location on East Ohio St. by the Regions Tower. Their pharmacy team is the best and their store is always well stocked. Will review the stars once it opens!

CVS Pharmacy: what do users think?
Susan Wood: I wanted to speak with someone at the store to see if they had metal grips for Ace wraps. It was impossible to get a live person. The auto recording only helps if you have a question about COVID testing which I did not. I don't want to waste my time and gas to drive to a store if they don't have what I'm looking for.
HM Purnell: 4/4/2023 I sent a request for a refill in on 4/1/2023. I went to pickup the prescription today at 3:30pm and the prescription was not available. The drive-thru is closed today for no apparent reason. They always claim low staffing issues, but there was 6 people working today. It took several minutes to assist me as I watched one employee look at me while using her cellphone. They always seem to be too busy to help the people who walk in and stand at the counter. There attitude is horrible 90% of the time and it feels like punishment whenever I have to pickup my prescriptions! I have tried speaking to management but that didn’t seem to work. I have been using this location for at least 15 years because it is a part of my community. The service from the pharmacy has went completely down hill! Today I transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy because I need my medication once I have it called in. 72 hours is too long of a wait for people with serious medical issues. Not to mention that the automatic refill system isn’t timely either. Being behind on people’s medications is one thing, but poor customer service is the icing on the cake for me. This store should close permanently because they never have prescriptions available in a timely manner and their customer service is terrible. Low staffing is not an excuse for not being productive and professional!

David Schwartzkopf: I feel for the staff at this store as their work load has dramatically increased with closures of other CVS stores in the area, and the store is no larger than it was before the other closures. Even so, today, they went above and beyond to rectify a situation caused by insurance hassles. It really wasn't their fault, but they made it right anyway. Kudos to the staff and management there!
Harp Bee: FOR SEMI TRUCK DELIVERIES ~ Enter from 56th St, there are no dock but they unload you in the middle of parking, bit complicated but folk guy helps you, unloading takes around 30 mins.

Bree Washington: I tried several times to call them to have my prescription transferred to them due to my insurance request. They're doesn't work or no one doesn't respond to it. No one answers the pharmacy phone. I called the actual store twice and 2 different people told me they will get with the pharmacy to fill my prescription and no one ever called me back. No one cared that I was out of my prescription or that I was pregnant and I needed my prescriptions to avoid pre-eclampsia. Horrible!

Pat T-J: My husband and I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years. While things have changed in terms of turnaround time and it is clear that they are understaffed, I have not found the pharmacy personnel to be rude…In fact they have been friendly and willing to go out of their way in some instances to help. The backlog has been a bit much lately which is frustrating but quite frankly I want to know what CVS corporate is doing to get their pharmacies fully staffed. This problem may be more severe at this location but it is not unique to this store.
Lauren Brinkley: They never answer the phone there. I've called and been on hold for hours no bs just to see if they would ever answer and they never do. They claim to be so busy, yet if they were to just answer the phone the pharmacy wouldn't be as crowded. Several times I had to drive there wait for an extended period of time to only have to come back another day.
Kassi R.: They told me over the phone they would fill my husband’s RX. (After 3 calls and 20+ minutes on hold) Then told me he had no prescriptions on file at pick up. The RX is called into another pharmacy and insurance won’t pay because CVS filled it. Total s*#%-show. Go somewhere else!

They also sell some high quality over-the-counter supplements that have been very beneficial for my health.The people are extremely friendly and happy to answer questions and help. Trevor Singleton: Everyone I've ever come in contact with has been flat out amazing. I live 3 hours away, so they will overnight my prescription to me. I make a simple phone call, and they handle the rest. I don't ever have to follow up with them, they do what they say they will do. Pharmacists are helpful and available for questions, they explain things clearly and simply, and the techs are all very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Found out about them through my doctor and so glad I did!
