Myriad Yoga: what do users think?
Benjamin King: Joining cross-fit was always something that I was skeptical to try mainly to the fact that I was afraid I would injure myself. This is something that you do not have to worry about here! The trainers are very knowledgeable and will coach you on proper technique rather than how much weight you can lift that day. This is a great community to be apart of. You will get the chance to meet a lot of great people!
Lucas A: Had the pleasure of dropping in while I was in Indianapolis. Setting up the drop in was easy through the website. Filled out the form and got a quick email and text. The coach, Richie I believe, we friendly and welcoming. Equipment was in good shape and the workout was fun. It looks like there’s some construction in progress and the gym will improve even more. If I’m back in Indy, I’m sure I’ll drop in again.
Will Fresch: Great gym, great coaches, fun community!
Lemar Kearse: I’m a long time CrossFit veteran and crossfit affiliate, and I really enjoyed my time at Myraid CrossFit. Coach Nick was super cool and made my stay during my business trip downtown very enjoyable.
Amanda Hepler: I started with Practice Indie Yoga way back in the day. The atmosphere is welcoming and casual. So many types of practice to fit your needs. The Yogis care in a way that's incomparable.
Savanna Lueken: Shoot, how have I not reviewed Practice Indie Yoga yet when it's one of my most cherished local businesses?!I can not rave enough about this community and the yoga classes offered here. But it's really not just about yoga when it comes to Practice Indie; this space offers so much more than that. They've brought me guidance and motivation during their yearly Goal Setting Workshop. I've learned Tarot and Astrology through other various workshops they offer.. which speaking of astrology, I absolutely look forward to their Wednesday Astro Flow with Megan Hanna each week. The Saturday morning Spirit Journey class with Shannon is always a sweet treat usually leaving me with fun life / philosophy wisdom to ponder all weekend. All of the instructors are just the most beautiful, inspiring, and genuine souls who will greet you by name ensuring you feel apart of this community. The monthly membership is legit affordable and they have different options per different lifestyles. Also the way they pivoted to offering Hybrid- Zoom/In-person classes during the pandemic may be my new favorite addition now that I can practice from the comforts of my home. I could go on..But this place is doing all the right things so take it from me- I've tried a few other studios around the city- Practice Indie Studio is a magical, hidden gem that you want to find yourself at - literally & figuratively.
Michael Flint: Rocks
Parisa Mansoori: Practice Indie is the best yoga experience in Indianapolis. Full of friends, community, yogis, and inclusion. Shannon and her glitter gang have created a gorgeous space full of love an commitment to improving the community. No matter your practice level, there is a place for you. They offer so many classes to suit your needs, and their motto "you do you" yoga, allows for everyone to feel comfortable in class. There are many teachers and many styles, so you can find your fit. I love the heated classes and the energy of all of the teachers. Would recommend to everyone looking for a place to practice!!
Isabella S: I love practicing yoga here! Everybody is so nice, and from the first moment I stepped inside I felt welcomed. There are many different classes suited for everybody, and the schedule is very convenient. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.¡Me encanta practicar yoga acá!
Miranda Dafoe: Practice Indie is more than a place to practice yoga, it’s a community of people who want you to be your best self. Since joining, I’ve grown so much deeper in my yoga practice and mental clarity. Every instructor brings incredible energy and skill to each class. The instructors make modifications for you no matter your skill level and offer adjustments with your consent to help you reach further. As a bonus, there’s always sage or incense burning which helps you zone out when the vinyasa gets a little intense so you can just focus on your breath. Also— sometimes there are fun, special treats like free tea samples or a community clean up project that help bring members closer and give you more reasons to be thankful for the community. I’ve been a member since January and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
Maggy Spolnik: I have been practicing here for about 8 months now. I feel very welcomed and this studio gives you more than just the movements. They encourage and support their students often teaching life lessons that you know, but need to be reminded of. Teachers are very skilled and this is place that welcomes all.
Aubrey Kearney: I have been practicing yoga for years off and on - have never enjoyed a studio like this. The instructors at Practice Indie can accessibly introduce you to a new pose, push the edges of a pose for you, and even help find meaning and intention in a pose that you struggle with. Everyone is so approachable and kind and welcoming - if you are looking for a "yoga home" I can't imagine a better one. Prices are very reasonable, and there are many classes to choose from that are each very unique. Come for the instruction, stay for the community 3
Emma Doud: A cute, welcoming studio with an incredible wide range of classes. Lots of class times available - I still need to check out that competitive napping!
Britni Farace: Everyone here is so sweet and kind. I love the accepting and inviting atmosphere. Foundations of Yoga is a great one on one program to help you feel out your ability level and what modifications you may want to use, and get ready to join regular classes. Love this place!!
Aron Parker: Dropped in from Florida. Great coaching and workout!
Monica Scruggs: CrossFit Naptown was very welcoming to me be a short term member while I was interning for the summer. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, the other members are welcoming, the workouts were tough but had lots of scaling options and facilities were clean. Overall a great box!
Bobby Medler: Dropped in from outta town. Good gym with friendly staff and athletes! Fun and challenging workout!
Humaid Alnuaimi: What an amazing gym!! I joined this gym for about two years, and I really love it. It has very good coaches and awesome community. My fitness improved very well for the last two years. I strongly recommend it.
Jillian Lain: Practice Indie is truly a community. I participated in their Yoga Teacher Training this year, and the teachers were welcoming, super knowledgeable, and created a great space for learning and personal growth. The training allowed me to deepen my nearly 10 year practice in a way that taught me how to implement the knowledge/experiences I already had through my own practice, and also apply to knowledge given to me in order to create a safe and educational yoga experience for students.
David Krause: Best CrossFit gym in Indy. They have classes for all levels of CrossFit and weightlifting, as well as multiple levels of yoga. Amazing coaches. The Nutrition program is also excellent.
Heather Givans: Practice Indie and Shannon Brasovan are the real deal. If you're wanting to be among practitioners who care about adding to the light of this world, you've found a friend here. Practice Indie is a beacon for yogis wanting to deepen their hearts, minds, and practice. I recommend this studio without reservation.

Invoke Studio: what do users think?
Morgan Manion: Great, welcoming atmosphere! Love the hot classes. Trying reformer next!
Julie Beach: My favorite yoga spot in town.
Kylie Lockett: Such an amazing place! I had never done yoga before and the hot yoga class by candlelight was the best thing ever. Jole is such an amazing instructor. My skin felt amazing when I left simply from how much I was sweating.
Brittany Davis: Prenatal Yoga with Tess was seriously a GAME CHANGER for my second pregnancy. I attended nearly every class from week 19 through delivery & sometimes it was the only thing that made me feel like my body could keep going. The first 10 minutes of each class (affectionately called "therapy") was one of my favorite moments each week.Although I am very glad to no longer be pregnant, I am so bummed to no longer be eligible for class with Tess & all the magical pregnant mamas.
Jos Z: I’ve been practicing at Invoke for over a year now. I’ve had nothing but the best experiences. Each instructor adds a special touch to their classes while maintaining a comforting consistency I can expect from this wonderful studio. Every staff member is friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuine. Feels like home 3
Leigh A Henderson: FIVE STARS FOR MEGAN ZIRKELBACH!!! super fantastic teacher. love her extremely knowledgeable style. i always feel great after her classes. A+++
G Fatima: I visited Invoke for the 1st time. Friday evening for a sound bath. Meg Hovious made the entire hour so beautiful that we slept through in relaxation. Meg starts with breathing exercises and getting into the present moment. She then walks through a variety of sounds. This is an all senses test which leaves you focusing on the sounds and drifting off to a light sleep. The ambience and additional items like pillow, blanket make the experience more worthwhile. The studio is a nifty, aesthetically beautiful spot about 2 minutes away from core downtown. Highly recommend!
A Hodges: It's great to be back!
Margaret McAfee: As a 65 year old woman who's never been fond of working out, I was surprised how much I've enjoyed learning pilates on the reformer. Each week I have utilized different techniques to strengthen my body. I have a frozen shoulder and my instructor Susan has been able to creatively and safely add variety into my session.
Amy Strasburger: Beautiful space & a fun/experienced instructor
Melissa Justice: Invoke yoga is WONDERFUL. It’s my favorite place to be besides my home. The environment is warm and comfortable, the teachers are kind, knowledgeable, and all around fantastic people. I love seeing other regulars and sharing space and energy with them. I can’t recommend invoke or the experience enough. Thank you, Invoke, for being in my life 3
Brad Wrigley: They treat you like you've been their mother's best friend for years. So happy with this place. Whitney is so helpful and sweet, Meg has great communication in her instruction, Yvonne creates such a warming environment, Jolee (sorry I don't know how to spell) was so accommodating offering to let me borrow her mat. Love it here so much!
Michelle Booker: Good time😍😍
Peggy Ward: Very welcoming environment and convenient location.I’ve attended classes there off and on for a number of years and have always found it to be a great place with great staff!
Paul Reynolds: Everyone was very inviting, friendly, and laid back. First timer here and that's much appreciated. The instructor was accommodating and asked for our goals and if we had any needs or medical concerns. The studio was taking health precautions and sanitizing equipment after each class. There was plenty of room to spread out and keep adequate distance between everyone.Looking forward to next class!
Brandon Zimmerman: The instructor was very laid back, the price was right, and the atmosphere is fantastic!
Blake Deal: Nice class.. Andrea is great! The flow was very nice, and not too hard or easy.. a good Level 2 class… very nice studio!
Alissa Baker: Positive:QualityEveryone at Invoke is so welcoming & gracious. All of the instructors are incredible teachers who care about their students. I have loved every single class I have taken!
Megan Beaton: I have been going to Invoke for the past few months and cannot say enough good things about the studio and instructors. The studio is very welcoming, the instructors are very knowledgeable. I have been taking Pilates, and yoga and feel positive changes to my body and mind. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore new practices and devoting time to your health.
Amy Steffey: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI love it when I can make classes at invoke. If I lived closer I would have a monthly membership. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and pleasant and give you a great workout while improving your yoga practice. I hope to try a reformer class soon?
No Name: After having a horrible experience taking Pilates Reformer classes at a dark and windowless studio on Indy’s south side where the owner/instructor barked instructions at students like a drill sergeant, I did some research and found Invoke. The Reformer intermediate level classes I take at Invoke’s downtown location challenge me — which is exactly what I want. Classes are taught by kind and knowledgeable instructors — no bullies here. Invoke downtown is a tidy, clean place with a lot of natural light streaming in through the tall windows. I have been taking weekly Reformer classes there for over four months now and absolutely love my experience! At Invoke, I am improving my strength and stamina in an environment I find uplifting and motivational.

CITYOGA School of Yoga and Health: what do users think?
Jessica Thomas: Unfortunately I had to stop going to City Yoga due to their terrible cancelation policy. Note, if you book a class and need to cancel for any reason - even days before the class - they will not credit you that class. All sales since February 20th are final and considered a donation to the studio if you cannot attend.
Kimberly Hart: This is one of my favorite places in Indianapolis to practice yoga. I experienced excellent teachers and a beautiful sense of community. I highly recommend it.
Steve E: With so many great options for yoga in Indianapolis, I would suggest you are far more likely to have a positive experience elsewhere.
kathy zoppi: Thank you for a great class today, Kiana.I truly appreciated your teaching and gentle guidance!!Cityoga is wonderful, clean space, thoughtful teachers, accessible and fun.
Elizabeth Birmingham: Critical:Communication,Professionalism
kathy myers: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityJoined a class while in town visiting, staff was very kind in scheduling, Erica was patient and encouraging to my beginner practice
Laura Riggan Feltner: Normally, I would give this place a better rating and used to consider it my favorite studio. However, the communication is not good. I paid for a workshop that included a book. I was unable to attend, as Covid came to my home. I contacted the studio on three separate attempts with leaving voice messages and sending email to ask if I could enroll in another workshop, or at the least, receive the book I paid for. I have yet to receive a response from any of my attempts, and my $70 is in the wind. While I don't expect a refund, the consideration of a response and any other options or opportunity to pick up my book would have been appreciated for my $70. I am now hesitant to sign up for anything else, as I had to save for the one I already paid for and cannot afford to pay for nothing. I hope this prompts the studio to do better by those of us who were loyal supporters.
Marlaina Killey: Fantastic yoga studio!!!
Diana Ingemanson: This place consistently offers a wide range of yoga. My first restore yoga class last night with Andrea, was just what my mind and body needed. I found space within my body that I didn't know had tightened up. Breathing into spaces
A Hodges: So glad to be back!
Shaun Blair: CitYoga has the BEST vibes, the best classes, community, instructors, schedule and variety I've found anywhere in Indy! Both locations are in convenient yet low traffic areas and they have classes to suit all tastes. There are several classes each day that fit my schedule so I can choose based on how I'm feeling. Some days I go to a hot class and sweat it out and other days I choose more slow, restorative options. Sometimes I'll do a class that's the perfect combination of the two. They also have a great monthly unlimited rate so some days I do both! Regardless of the level of the class, there's always space to breathe deeply, zero judgment and a welcoming feel. The rooms and staff are accommodating and parking is free and abundant. Two of my favorite after work wind-downs are Tara's Restorative Flow on Tuesdays at 5:30 and Randi's Stress Relief on Wednesdays at 6:00. Both are at the 64th & Hoover location which is a beautiful sanctuary ideal for nurturing yourself. The Central Ave location reminds me of my first yoga home in California with its clean, spacious rooms and community feel. I love that the teachers are diverse, their classes offer variety and they encourage me to take care of my individual needs!! Finally, I have found a local studio where I can really bReAThE in my practice and make my flow my own while being supported, guided and inspired. The owner, Dave, teaches classes and teacher trainings and he truly practices what he teaches. I feel very fortunate to have found this studio.
Keri Brantley: EDITED: I'm happy to report that a lovely employee (Erica) of City Yoga called me shortly after I posted this review. She could tell I was frustrated and was not going to let me hang up before making the situation right. (Originally, I was told I would have to make a three month commitment if I were to purchase a New Student Unlimited Month pass). She asked me to let her call the owner, who informed her they had just changed their policy and that I could indeed purchase the pass. Last evening, not only was I able to purchase my pass, I was able to attend a Stress Relief yoga class (my mat, right next to Erica) taught by Lisa Daughtery, which was fantastic! I'm anxious to try out more classes at this studio!_________________I would love to tell you about my experience here… However, I’ve been calling for the last three days and have left two voicemail messages and no one has called me back. I have a gift certificate to redeem that I received for my 50th birthday. Sadly, they must be busy enough they don’t need my patronage.
Amy Courtney: I think this is the best studio in the city!! They clearly care deeply about the practice of yoga (many class types, classes/workshops, also meditation). They have fantastic teachers and class offerings. I especially recommend the Friday night hot yoga class! Lisa D is fabulous!!
Laurie Sutter: I’ve taken the Sunday morning Kundalini Yoga classes and highly recommend it to those who are beginners or experienced. Such a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere to raise your vibration! 💗
Amy Ward: My beloved CITYOGA! I have been learning and growing in my practice here for over two years. Throughout my time here, I have tried several other local yoga studios and I keep coming back. There is just something here- great community, sound teaching and technique, convenient class times and good seasonal deals on class passes. My favorite instructors are Adrienne and Lisa D, but there are so many great teachers with diverse class offerings. I've read some reviews about their experience not being beginner friendly or what they hoped for. I'd encourage any new yogi to call and ask for good classes to try. And definitely let your instructor know your newish. I have always found them to be accommodating. If you try a class that you don't like, pick another one. They have the best new member rate around so you can try them all!
Roger Moore: This afternoon, I had the great fortune of taking a three (3) hour yoga, meditation, and wellness workshop at City Yoga. It workshop was led by Dave, who also happens to be the studio's owner. It was my first time at the studio as well as learning techniques for mediation. It was amazing! Dave was very knowledgable and personable. He made the three hours go by so fast. I enjoyed the guided practice, the positive energy of participants, and the studio space. I feel great and definitely plan to return. If you are looking for a great experience, make sure you check out City Yoga!
Audra McClelland: Spacious studio with multiple class rooms and a nice lobby. The Sunday morning kundalini class is my favorite!
Christine Hudson: Cityoga is my favorite place in Indy to practice! The classes and teachers are diverse enough to encompass different styles of yoga, different tastes and preferences and varying fitness levels. If I'm in the mood for a traditional, quiet, contemplative practice, I can do that. If I'm in the mood for a loud, intense and sweaty workout, I can do that too! The monthly and holiday themed pricing specials are great and the $10 community classes on Sundays make it accessible to everyone!
Matt Gindhart: Great place to do yoga
Janet Nabring-Stager: Visited this studio while in Indy for work and was very pleased with the class I attended. I think the instructor was the studio owner.Very welcoming vibe, clean facility, and very nice students in the class to boot! Highly recommend.
Emma Hudelson: I've been coming to Cityoga 5-6 days a week for about eight months now, and it has been deeply rewarding on a spiritual and physical level. I wound up settling on Ashtanga for my daily practice, but they offer a wide variety of classes, including hot yoga and Kundalini, and they bring in internationally-recognized names for workshops and events. It is refreshing that there is a local studio that offers traditional classes taught the same way they would be in India. They offer competitive package pricing, a welcoming environment, and a vibrant community of friendly yogis. As a bonus, I have gotten nonstop compliments on my "Michelle Obama arms" since I started classes there...so much for yoga erasing the ego!

Inner Peace Yoga Center: what do users think?
David Douglas: Take their meditation workshop, you'll remember it forever. I took it about 2 years ago and it was the most comprehensive, scientific, and common sense approach to meditation I have ever seen. I thought meditation and yoga were kind of just hippie stuff and exercise, but no, what they teach is next level. They teach an artform, with no dilly dallying. I also did tapping for weight loss sessions and hypnosis with Carol and Charles. I lost weight, but more than that I stopped thinking about food and losing weight. I used to go get fast food 3 or 4 times a week, a pizza a week, for years. Now I don't think about them, which is a lot better and different from wanting but not having. Just doesn't come into my mind, so tapping works. For hypnosis, Charles worked with me and really helped energize my system. Made me more productive and helped me tap into what was already there, just dormant. This place is great, go there.
Don Blossom: There are not many nooks and crannies in America that are trained in and offer authentic yoga from the original recipe. Peace Yoga Center does just that. The instructors and owners offer the truth and spirit of yoga. I've been all over the country in the military and through personal endeavors rarely finding what these individuals share. Blessings and massive gratitude.
Julian Keefe: Very knowledge and kind teachers. Great
Les Pollert: Wonderful, knowledgeable instructors
Willie Sharpe: The Crenshaws are rude and I will never go to the studio again. Being fake polite is great if you are a fake person. I want genuine yoga and genuine people.
Jan Kelsey: Amazing instructors, authentic teachings and extra classes that you won't find anywhere else. IYPC may be the best yoga center in Indianapolis.

Haven Yoga Studio: what do users think?
Leslie House: Charlie and all the instructors are personable and REAL! I started going because it is a Black Woman owned studio, near me, and where folks looked like me. After a couple of visits, I took my mom to the intro class on Sundays, taught by Charlie. Mom has always been a fitness enthusiasts, and has been looking for something that she enjoyed as much as Jazzercise back in its heyday. From that first class she was hooked on yoga, and head-over-heels for Charlie! And Charlie was so sweet to, and suppotive of her. More importantly, Mom had found her groove again. Myself, I had an immediate connection with Jadine and went Wednesday nights for Soul Flow. Then the pandemc hit.Classes moved online, and were just as great as in person! And it was more convenient too!Unfortunately, I haven't attended classes in awhile, trying to adjusting to this "new normal. And Mom is waiting until it's safe to go back in person. But I'm hoping to get her onboard with the online classes, and get myself back on track to.All that to say, this studio and everyone involved with it is awsome! Do yourself a favor and get a membership! You won't regret it.
A Underwood: What a wonderful place. This was my first time visiting Haven and attempting Yoga. Charlie was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I was greeted for my Wednesday soul yoga session with a warm smile from Charlie (instructor / owner / magician / controller of energies ) lovely music and a peaceful sandalwood scent that took away all anxiety of trying yoga for the first time. I cannot wait to visit again and strengthen my mind and abilities to practice yoga. Oh but did I mention how great the music was... and smell and everything ... everything.Haven is a very inclusive space for those who may be uncertain of their welcome at most places. They also have a variety of events that are interesting and relevant for creating balance and control in ones life. Haven just may become my heaven of Indy.
Stephanie Adams: Haven is so close to my house that I walk! I love the classes I’ve taken, each one meeting me where I am. I am so blessed by this community and instructors. This is a treasure.
Charla Yearwood: Inviting environment and great addition to the neighborhood.

The HUB: what do users think?
Sandy Chouinard: I was looking for a yoga studio that was small and focused on teaching proper technique and understanding of yoga. This place is all that and more! Have felt welcome and comfortable from my first visit.
Dotty Broad: Great experiences. Instructors are friendly and helpful. Variety of classes.

Lori Anzalone: I have been attending yoga classes at The Hub for two years and I love it. There’s a good variety of levels and styles as well as fabulous instructors. I encourage anyone to join whether experienced or a complete novice - no judgement here!
Christine Myers: A truly lovely place that’s simple and beautiful. The teachers meet you where you are and there are zero worries about skill level. I also think it’s amazing they don’t change to borrow a mat or equipment for a class. It really shows where their intentions are.
Denise Arrington: Massage helped with pain relief. Quick appointment, very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Juliana F P: I go regularly to the hub for massage. They have a great massage therapist Kaitlyn Steiner. She does magic!! The hub also has Pilates classes, and many other things. Great people that work there to get mind, body and soul in place!
Carolyn Richards: The HUB is a very welcoming environment both a mellow mix for body and mind. Knowledgeable leaders. Interesting participants. My husband and I both benefit from this and look forward it weekly.
Glenda Strohmier: Fantastic! Class spots can be reserved online and the staff is very down-to-earth and personable. Each class I have attended the instructors have made a point to learn my name and find out what each person in the class is needing for that particular session.

Breathing Space Yoga + Meditation: what do users think?
Theresa Coughlin: I'd been wanting to start yoga for years and Breathing Space happened to be the first studio I tried. I felt instantly welcome when I walked through the doors and was greeted with a hug and a tour. It's beautiful inside, always clean and perfectly peaceful. There is a wide range of classes for all levels and teachers are always supportive and aware of each students needs. I love that they support the community by offering sustainable products in their boutique from local small businesses. I've recently moved and am missing this place terribly.
Autumn Blair: 2019 was definitely the year I found yoga and have gotten so much stronger, mindful and aware. As a result, I'm so much heathier! (Plus, I've lost 30+ pounds). It's made such a positive impact in my life. Breathing Space is an amazing studio full of people with beautiful energy and encouragement.
Christie Barnhorst: Breathing Space is just that. A calm, steady, breathing space. The studio is beautifully and peacefully decorated. Teachers and fellow students are both welcoming and interesting to be around . I learn something new every time I walk through the doors. A consistent yoga practice has positively affected every aspect of my life. There are levels and classes here for everyone.
Vickie Yaser: I took my husband here for his birthday, a private session with Kelsey for both of us. Kelsey was wonderful. Very attentive, knowledgeable, helpful. Perfect balance of talk, adjustments and quietude. So tonight 10/5/2019, experienced my first 'sound bath' It was so cool. Louder than I expected at first, but beautiful and so relaxing. A little chanting and mantra-ing at the end. I cannot remember when I last felt this 'at peace'. Highly recommend it. First Saturday of the month.
Marilyn Philips: I truly enjoy the practice of yoga...and I love this studio. It is an inviting, inclusive space with wonderful teachers. In 4 months I am noticeably stronger and more stable in terms of physical balance. Highly recommend both yoga and Breathing Space.
Maggie Waples: Newly expanded space. Great energy. Teachers and owner are so friendly. They’ll make you feel right at home. Classes for all levels.
Josephine Corsaro: Ive been coming here for a few months now and have to say, I've never been to a place more inviting. Every teacher brings their own uniqueness and it feels as if, no matter where I'm at in my head, I leave every class feeling completely blissed out.
Ashley Wagner: I've been going here for about a year and I love it. The space is neat and uncluttered. The teachers all have their own style. I was worried about not being able to keep up but they offer poses and modifications for every level. Love!
Dennis Heritier: Breathing Space Yoga +Meditation is a learning center for coping with and releasing stress and tension in our lives. It also challenges students physically or spiritually; of which you choose. I praise BSY+M for their community commitment, their donation base tuition, and the "Namaste" joyfulness that begins and ends each class. :)
Anne Brock: Kelsey and her team of teachers are welcoming, encouraging and give you space to explore your own yoga practice. The space itself is calming and inviting, but beyond that the spirit of the place is full of love and kindness. I appreciate that Kelsey always finds new ways of introducing us to new poses, breath work and music. Check it out - you won't be disappointed!
Lena Morris: It's a beautiful space to do Yoga. Also one of the rare places in this town that has donation based Yoga. Instructor was also super nice and helpful. I went on a weekday at noon, and we only had 4 students total, and received a lot of feedback and attention from the instructor. Would definitely come back again.
Kathleen Slauzis-Durham: Everyone at Breathing Space is warm and welcoming. They are gentle with new students and really work with all their students to encourage and grow their practice.
Laura Angstmann: I walked into this space and immediately felt at ease. The instructors are welcoming, kind and down-to-earth and there is a class for any skill level. So grateful for the Breathing Space community!
Dave Bartz: Breathing Space is a very nice and calm studio. It is in a great location at 62nd Street and Binford Blvd.I have been there the staff/teachers have been very accommodating to my needs even when the class was huge.
Camilla Bonnicel: This is such a wonderful space! From the moment I first met the owner Kelsey and joined her for a class I felt at home, comfortable! You don't have to look a certain way, or be able to reach your toes. This is truly a place where you can come as you are and still enjoy all the amazing effects of yoga!
Glenda White: Just took my first class at Breathing Space and my first yoga class since having my little one... In love! Kelsey does an AMAZING job of instructing through each sequence, bringing intention to our class and allowed extra time for a modified crow. Today I successfully found crow pose (even if from a block) thanks to Kelsey's patience and demonstration. What a beautiful, peaceful way to start my Sunday and effectively begin my week! Gorgeous space, wonderful instructor and a convenient location! ❤️
