@ripplebnb: what do users think?
Brandon Brackett: Amazing hosts, clean rental, and extremely professional. We stayed at one of @airbnb’s locations for almost two months while renovating our home during a pandemic. Given this was not the most ideal time to take something like this on, they made it easy for us to feel at home with all the amenities and cleanliness we were accustomed to back home! 100 out of 100!! Cheers!
Chad Fallis: Amazing hosts! Beautiful design! Prime location! Extra touches that make you feel like home! Well done!!
Adolphus: Where do I begin??? @ripplebnb is simply AMAZING. The hosts were gracious, lovely, kind and gentle and made sure I had all the accommodations and knowledge regarding surrounding businesses and restaurants. The design and layout of the space looked like something out of a magazine, WELL DONE! Price was affordable, honestly, the place was worth more than what I paid for it - a bargain! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and allowing me to stay in such a beautiful space!
SIMPLICITY Juice: Positive:QualityWe love EVERYTHING about @ripplebnb- the positive uplifting vibe, the personal attention to detail, the incredible hospitality and warm welcome! This is a real treasure- nestled in the perfect location! We will be back a million times and so will our friends. Thank you for an exceptional experience!
Betsy Murphy: @ripplebnb is the BEST of the best of Airbnbs that I've stayed in all over the world. They manage several unique properties in Indianapolis that feel like you are staying in the cool vacation home of a close friend. I've stayed in all of their properties so please don't make me choose a favorite! I like them all. You may recognize the Airbnb properties from magazine spreads because the creator is a popular designer/decorator. Treat yourself to a stay at one of the @ripplebnb properties. Like me....you will return over and over again.

Kessler Mansion: what do users think?
Sharon Moreland: Really glad it was open to the public for viewing and purchasibg items. It has to be the strangest house I've ever seen. Not words nor pictures could ever give the real experiece as being there.
Nicole Cash: I absolutely love it. I seen it back in 2011 or 2012 and wish I would of knocked on the door when I got out and seen all the Cadillac cars and knew that it was my dream home.I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE THIS MY DREAM IDEA abbreviation (H4BD) O don't know who I could speak to about this but if you could spread the word. I would clean the whole place do the land scaping and make sure this place is alive up to standard and make this my legacy to have my dream home and H4BD all in the sameI am in awwww with every turn and the dreams and thoughts and fantasy of so many different things... a woman on a mission. Xo
Justin R: I was there last year and helped to get the pool ready and everything else but there was way more work that needed to be done and I was not allowed to finish what I wanted
Brandon eaton B M.P.C: WOW!
Adam Thacker: I'm plumbing it And loving it
Trina Michelle Hernandez: No air conditioning
Scott Munroe: Very weird atmosphere, many different sections to the house. Very qwirky feel, different cultural designs in each room.
David Warstler: Need some help all the way round. Upkeep needs some major improvements.
Seazun Tyler: Nice place to have a gathering. The only problem is that they need someone to really clean the place and I wonder who changed the sheets
Blaine Tillander: Worth seeing once, just so you can be truly aware of the architectural evil man is capable of. This place has everything except what it truly needs, which is a good demolition.
John Pitts: Cool Place
zrowley4: ONE OF A KIND!
william dixson: It is a beautiful place
Ashley Anne Ridgeway: This place is wild. Very eccentric! There is stuff on the walls that just clashes with everything. But some how... it works. It I'd in need of some repair. The deck had soft spots and some one could easily fall into the unknown depths! I mean who really knows what's living under an old deck!
russell feathers: Not cool, ran down.

Evelyn Okorafor: Nice stay,Gary is very hospitable and breakfast was always a bomb😍😍.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Sara A: Danny was the best host, he was exceptional! Definitely went above and beyond for us. Stayed in the Tiffany room which had a double hot tub, nice fire place and a king-size bed that was super comfortable. Free snacks with cookies, popcorn, nuts and free sodas and water. Nice patio for the smokers to go smoke. Amazon fire stick with, Netflix Hulu and Amazon. Breakfast was delicious, French toast, Banana bread french toast, cereal and fruit. Oj, coffee or tea. Will 100% go back. It's a great get-a-way that's close to home. Located Downtown Indianapolis at 14th and Alabama. If you're looking for a place to just get away and relax then give this place a try. You won't regret it!
Steve Pierce: The house is beautiful with free parking in a private lot in the back. It was built in 1885 and has fine woodwork, doors and trim. It’s seated in The Old Northside neighborhood amid tree-lined streets and nice, big, historic homes. It’s great for walks, coffee and restaurants. Gary is a great host. He’s friendly and interesting. He has memorabilia and photos that document his friendships with celebrities. A unique and highly recommended experience.
Amy Blackburn: Beautiful house. Danny and Holly were wonderful. Could not have asked for a better visit!
Annette Kelly: In a word, FABULOUS! By far, one of the best places that me and my husband have ever stayed. Gary is the ultimate host: warm, welcoming, thoughtful and very experienced. The beautiful historic home is nestled in the Old Northside neighborhood. The rooms are elegantly decorated and very inviting. They draw you in to relax and nestle.Gary went above and beyond all our expectations. From the home baked cookies to the array of snacks and beverages available (all gratis) and the hundreds of movies available, and the plush towels and soft sheets, Wi-Fi boosters and premium channels on the tv, and the option of having your full breakfast served at a time of YOUR choosing, and the million little ways you are made to feel “right at home,” a stay at the Old Northside Bed and Breakfast will draw you back again and again. Thank you for making our visit SO special. This place is a treasure!
Yakky Doodle: My first experience staying at a B&B, and it was wonderful! The house is beautiful...everything is clean and comfy and there are so many personal, detailed touches that add to the experience. The host, Gary, goes over and above to make sure you are welcomed and have everything you need during your stay. The house is relatively close to downtown and has its own brightly lit, monitored parking area out back. This B&B also offers WiFi for guest, but why stay tied to the internet when Gary is near...great conversationalist, fluent in spanish and french and a world traveler (over 111 countries and all 50 states!)...very entertaining. The reason I gave a 4star rating, Google says an evening's stay is $144, but when the card was charged it was $193. I do not understand the difference and was on my way to an appointment that morning so I did not want to go through asking why. Plus Gary was such a great host the extra bit was worth it. Please check out all if my pics!
Robert Black: Gary was very warm and inviting. As someone who enjoys antiques and old buildings this place was perfect. Breakfast was impeccable, be sure to try the cookies! I will be returning on my next visit.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jason Struble: My wife and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary there this weekend. Everything was wonderful. Gary met us at the door, we set our bags down and he showed us around. There was a nice little snack bar with homemade cookies treats sweets and snacks available anytime and refrigerator filled with an assortment of complementary beverages. Gary was very welcoming and gave us a little history on the place and we got to talking and learned a bit about him. He is a super nice guy. We love the high ceilings and old traditional woodwork as well as the decore. We stayed in the biggest room that was on the main floor. It had beautiful Stainglass and appeared Like a step back in time. The room had a fireplace, a nice soaking tub for two, a very comfortable king size bed and was very spacious. Also Gary has probably the biggest collection of movies you will ever see. We went out for a nice dinner and then came back and watched movies. We opted for the latest time for breakfast which was 9:30 AM, and apparently three other couples did too so we all got to eat together and met some very interesting and nice people. The breakfast was great and Gary made a homemade egg sausage casserole. There were various breads, bagel, rolls, waffles, homemade banana nut bread, cereals and granola, fresh cut fruit, as well as coffee tea and juice. Gary made everyone feel welcome and I am runs a class act Bed and breakfast. Also it's only minutes from all the downtown attractions And restaurants. I highly recommend it!
Connie Kutschbach: Very cozy B&B! Danny was a great host. Excellent breakfast and snacks and the location is nice. I definitely recommend staying at this hidden gem in Downtown Indy.
Philippe Giabbanelli: Very cozy house! The host (who was filling in for Gary) did everything by the book, starting with a tour of the house and providing snacks, then going through the breakfast options. Excellent breakfast with several options. The room has lots of 1900's elements, from (re)prints from Mucha, a mirror with an Erte reference, and Wedgwood pottery. Not a lot of natural light inside the house and it could do with some paint (particularly the ceiling), but that didn't bother me at this price. I'd be back.
Jennie Hedlund: Danny was an awesome host! The place was adorable, gray location and accommodations. Definitely will be back!
Sabina Martínez León: I loved staying in this B&B. Both Gary and JoAnne are incredible hosts! The house is so beautiful! And they felt us feel like home!JoAnne is baking cookies all the time (they were delicious!!), so snacks and drinks were available 24 hours. Also, the breakfast done by JoAnne was so good.I'll definetly come back.
Shannon Winkler: I'm staying here right now. It's so amazing 😍 The owners are a nice couple who will go beyond for their guests. Very comfy and homie feel. And then the rooms 💓💓Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Belle Cohen: This is a charming place to stay. Gary was very welcoming and the snacks were great!
Taz Roadrunner: Super Bed und Breakfast für einen zwischenstop.... der Service war top (inkl. kleiner Führung durch das Haus) und das Frühstück war ebenfalls top.
David Mills: do not stay in this place the owner/operations manager gary was very rude and then hung up on me if this is how they would treat someone that just called to find out about the property I would definently avoid this property
Jamie Hejna: We stayed at Old Northside while we were in town for a wedding. There was a big firefighters convention in Indianapolis so hotels were all booked. Neither one of us had done a true B&B before. Although I have no others to compare, what I can tell you is It’s clear the owner has poured his life into making sure his guests are comfortable and enjoy their stays. The house itself is beautiful and the breakfast invites conversation amongst the guests.
Elizabeth Haller: Stayed here with my husband for the weekend. AMAZING breakfast (cannot emphasise this enough), both mornings. Gary has raised our expectations for B&Bs! He's an excellent host, and a great guy to converse with.
Roger Winemiller: We have stayed at the Old Northside numerous times over the years and we continue to return. Gary is a great host and always very friendly to myself and my family. The location is great and you can walk to may places, we even had a picnic in the park across the street on one occasion. The breakfast are always good with way too much to eat. The cookies - well - they never seem to run out and I try my best to make that happen. Love this place and we will contiue to stay here every time we are in Indy.
Mandy Stone: Awesome innkeeper, great house and amazing jetted bath, perfect for relaxing.

Downtown Indy Guest Homes: what do users think?
Lisa B: Stopped here with a friend for it’s walking location to many local spots & family proximity. I can not express how surprised we were when we arrived & the front desk informed us that there’s a Manager’s Cocktail hour & breakfast is served daily. There are coupons given out for the cocktail hour which consisted of everything from juice, soda, wine, beer & other libations. Breakfast was wonderful with a buffet consisting of hot & cold items & if you’d like to wait for the kitchen to open then the chef will make omelets, eggs any style, one morning was pancakes & the next morning were waffles, etc. the room was generous in size with a comfortable sitting room, the bathroom was okay (could use a little sprucing) and the bedroom was perfectly appointed & the bed very comfy. Lots of pillows & towels were easily accessible. The only thing I noticed was the a/c made a lot of noise but with that being said, our second night there (Saturday) the hallway was a bit noisy (next to elevator) and it drowned out a good amount of the Saturday night going ons.
Denise Bombagetti: Breakfast and exening reception was of very poor. A big let down from years ago.

Sidonia Martin: Check-in/ check out was fast. We stayed in a suite so we got added bonus bag of snacks and 2 free alcoholic drinks at the reception area. They even had free pop and snacks for the kids. Pool wasn't as big as the pics I saw, but decent seated couches around area to sit. Rooms were nice with separate living area with extra TV and kitchenette. Could have been cleaned a little better ( couch had stain). Beds were comfy. Parking garage was cheapest for being downtown ( $28 for all night vs $35-45), but elevator was dirty and smelly. Breakfast buffet was nice with omelet bar. Would go again as it's close to Circle Center Mall and other Indy attractions.
Kasey Attwood: Shout out to Dwayne - great customer service alwaysSafety: Safe and secure downtown areaWalkability: Great location for adult beverages and restaurantsNoteworthy details: Great social hour to relax after work.
Chari Weidert: Absolutely fabulous great atmosphere, cleanliness and customer service.Rooms: Spotless and very comfortableNearby activities: Shopping and dinningFood & drinks: Great food

Sperelakis Family: Early check in fees, garage still under construction, escalators still not working. Complete mess, and they want to charge you more. Only staying here to change my business status over to Hilton. Back to Marriott! Booked for over $250 a night, hope the $35 fee was worth it!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Brenda Sutton: Well-appointed rooms, helpful staff, great downtown location.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Stephanie Mason: Would not recommend. The escalators did not work. You can hear every little sound. When you call the for something you never get it. That paint was peeling from the ceiling in the shower. There was no trash cans in the room, stains on the furniture. You are paying for the name not a quality stay.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Harold Todd: The up escalator was constantly not working and the lobby level is on the 4th floor. A long climb with luggage or for anyone who has a heart condition. Staff attempted to fix it every day but by the 3rd day of it not running longer than a few minutes we decided that perhaps the hotel was trying to send us a message.Unlike the song Hotel California where you can check in but never leave, here you can leave but you can't check in.The garage is under repair so lots of noise and dust although they do have signs saying Pardon my Dust, taped to the portable handicap ramp. That assumes you can climb the up ramp as practice of climbing up to the 4th floor because the escalator is broken.Considering Hilton is charging premium prices while deleting services ( no room cleaning service until the 5th day) perhaps they were hoping the guests would fix the escalators. On 3 consecutive mornings when I visited the breakfast area (7.35 AM) there was no one cooking the much touted breakfast meals so it was soggy and cold scrambled eggs. The first day there were no forks and guest were using spoons which works with scrambled eggs so maybe this was intentional. I requested a fork but the staff person didn’t speak English and brought me a napkin.Like many Hilton properties, this location is overpriced and understaffed. For twenty-five years I would look for a Hilton property when I travelled. Now I try to avoid them and no doubt this will be my last year as a Diamond member. There are many better options and lots that offer both value and service.
fredrick williams: I stayed here a few weeks ago. I'm giving my stay here one star due to I seriously believe that Service is very important. I was evicted from my room due to a hotel mistake. Instead of waiting for me to return from work and clear up their mistakes, the hotel decided to evict me then question me once I returned. After some back and forth the mistakes were corrected. My compensation for this embarrassment isn't close to me making whole. I feel this location needs better organization and communication.
Dee: The rooms have been updated and they were clean. The bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock and wouldn’t close. They did send maintenance up and he tried but nothing he could do. The staff at check in did not include what the tickets were for or any information. Could tell she loved her job. The hotel is connected to couple restaurants and a mall that can be accessed without going outside.
