alicia cruz: Called to be seen as a new patient. Mentioned that I was recently vaccinated and feel as if it could be affecting my health in a negative way. Was told that I could not be seen here because “they deal with hormone issues, not vaccine/Covid symptoms or sick patients”. I explained that I was not sick but would like to be checked out, but the way I was dismissed over the phone was funny. I’ve had thyroid issues my entire life and feel as if my hormones are off, but I guess because I was vaccinated I can’t be seen here? I’m a registered nurse this is crazy.

Mary VanHoy: I had a very negative encounter with Nicky, the office front desk staff member. She told nsister tge supplements I was sent on tge mail was correct even though, I also a health care provider, knew what I was sent and what I took all month! Now that Randee Muller is no longer seeing patients here, I see no reason to remain as a patient at this practice. Any practitioner who allows staff to treat patients in such disrespectful manner would cast doubts about their concern for their patients as well!

I still deal with health issues but I am highly functional due to Randee's perseverance and care. Her scope of knowledge is second to none!My husband and older teens have also been successfully treated by Randee for hypertension, thyroid issues, Mono, anxiety and depression.If you are looking for true help with health issue or bio-identical hormone replacement therapy from a compassionate informed provider, give Randee a call!Her staff is great, too!I don't even know who the negative reviewers on here met! Sounds nothing like Randee or her office staff!
Addison: The entire staff is horrible! I can never get through on the phone. When I finally got through to schedule my appointment, I was unable to get any kind of information about the practice or information regarding the frequency of follow-up visits or anything. The receptionist seemed to know very little about the practice. I was told that I had to pay all out of pocket for very pricey consult just to get an idea of what to expect.At the initial visit, I was not started on any kind of treatment. We already knew what my problems were and why I was there, I already had extensive testing done prior to seeing her. Instead, she orders me some of the most irrelevant labs that I have ever had and then precedes to tell me that I have to pay for another pricey consult just to discuss lab results and/or treatment. I was sick and unable to get back in for months! I felt no care from her or any of her staff at all! I received no guidance or any kind of care or treatment at all without paying her a bunch of money upfront, but even when I did, I was still unable to get proper care. She did not listen to me at all. She was just way too concerned with herself and what she thinks she knows, which is far less than she will probably ever know. Such a sad excuse for a medical professional and the staff is just as bad. No need to complain to a staff member about the other because they are a team and will stick together no matter what. We are the outsiders and that was what I felt like from the very beginning. It felt cold hearted in there from the minute I walked in the door at Holistic Wellness, and that was the type of treatment that I received.I had to constantly issue reminders for medication refills and other things that should have been taken care of when I was there. Randee's top priority is very obviously money and self protection. Her lack of compassion for others is very evident, to me anyway. I never get called back or contacted with guidance when test results come back clearly abnormal. She is just not concerned with her patients at all! Regardless of what your problem is or how serious it is, if you are out of network and do not have a bunch of money to feed her at that very moment... then you are out of luck! I wish there was something positive that I could add, but this was a horrible experience in every way possible.
R M: Randee was able to figure out my autoimmune issues on my very first visit. It had been the missing link in me getting well. I always say finding Randee was a miracle and answer to my prayers!!! I was and am still most impressed by the time that she takes with each appointment. She actually gets to know you as a person, and she really does care! Amanda Florian: Dr. Eyrich is phenomenal. I had a car wreck several years ago in my 20s and had whiplash, as I’ve gotten into my 30s my neck pain has worsened. Chiropractic is a must for my neck, but he treats the whole body and I feel great after an adjustment. He also goes above and beyond to help you maintain your alignment so you can go longer between adjustments if you need to. He also provides knowledgeable guidance and suggestions for the best supplements I’ve ever taken. Before I started standard process, I took a multivitamin and thought I was covered. I was feeling pretty terrible and had labs drawn and it turns out I was severely deficient. Overall, there had been a major improvement in my health, but also the holistic approach Dr. Eyrich’s office provides has exceeded what I needed and has provided me with wellness, happiness and peace of mind and body.
Jennifer Katz: I had high hopes for dr eyrich when I went , but after a few weeks I felt so harassed and pushed to make weekly payments. I’m in a moms group and others warned me about this…They also push supplements so hard and their mark up is beyond normal retail mark up. I had my friend (a licensed acupuncturist) look up the wholesale prices of supplements they sell and it’s way more than double. I kept going even though he never listened to my concerns. He would ask me how I was doing and what was going on then immediately start talking over me . I never felt like he was actually listening. I also have a toddler and only have my mother on occasion for child care and on a few times I had to call and say I had no one to watch him. They never minded or charged me until I said I can’t afford to come back every week. After that, they sent a notice to collect a late payment, which I thought was so gross. We moved not that long ago. I don’t have a babysitter or network of friends ,so I can’t help if once in a while my childcare falls through. I didn’t pay out of principal and thought they were being petty. Then they sent to collections! His adjustments are also very aggressive and his treatments are based on what he believes and not what you’re telling him which is a hard no for me. Only go here if you want to be pushed into weekly appts even if you can’t or don’t want to and are willing to pay beyond retail price for supplements.

Mr. Friedman: Purchased groupon online for company visit. Was never able to schedule with company because they said the latested I can be seen is 5pm. Even though i spoke with women on the phone that said " sometimes on thursday we stay open late for customers" I asked about this and her response was the latest we could be seen is at 5pm then abruptly hung up. So naturally I refunded the groupon and left a review. If you don't want to honor your groupon, dont sell them... Also your hours say 7pm not 5pm.
