Indiana Flats and Townhomes: what do users think?
saad hussain: If you are a student and would like to share, It might be okay since it is close to IUPUI campus, however I definitely don't recommend this place for family living with a kid/kids (since not enough space), they have charged me for pretty minor scratches on the floor, although I have cleaned the apartment very nicely they have charged me for cleaning, it is very likely the ground floors (may be other floors too) will have cockroaches especially in the summer ( and they will charge you for the treatments), although you can't see them they ( or the eggs/ larvae) might be there. Don't forget everything by seeing their nice behavior , it will change while you move out
Abraham Teshome: I strongly recommend Indiana Flats and Townhome. The apartment has a lot of qualities:1. The property manager: The current property manager of Indiana Flats and Townhome, Austin, is one of the humblest, most supportive, genuine, and quickest manager I have ever met. He is the first person that would definitely make your move in as smooth as possible and make you feel at home. As long as human service is concerned, human dignity and worth is the most important component. In this regard, I would give Indiana Flats and Townhome 100%.2. Location: the apartment is situated in the heart of downtown which would give you access to all services you need. It is only less than 10 minutes walk to IUPUI.3. Amenities: The apartment has super new clean in unit washer and dryer, refrigerator, range and oven, cabinets, microwave, entrance door and lock, air conditioner, ceiling fans and many more.
Alex Lopez: Carrie is an amazing person to have there. She has helped me countless times for unexpected events and kept me up to date about everything! If you ever need help about something, you can always count on her. I appreciate everything she has done :)
Maggie: Indiana Flats and Townhomes is a great community at a very affordable price for downtown Indianapolis. It is a hop away from IUPUI and a $10 Uber drive from all the downtown bars and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Carrie is the kindest and made herself available to address any concerns or questions I had. I had to move on for personal reasons but wish I could have stayed longer. I recommend x a million.
Doug Jester: Maintenance entered our apartment (illegally) several times with NO notice in advance for a non-emergency. This is illegal in Indiana, as landlords have to give “REASONABLE” notice for non emergency maintenance. Happened to several of our neighbors also; and they didn’t lock the doors after leaving! I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you don’t value your privacy. Overpriced, tiny apartments with piles of nails found frequently in the parking lot. Walls are very thin, you can hear all noise from neighbors.
daniela: My brother and I have lived here for 4 years and our experience for the most part was great! The location is only minutes away from the IUPUI campus, perfect for IUPUI students. Carrie is an amazing property manager that is caring and fair to everyone’s issues and is excellent at communicating. Maintenance is great and fixes issues within 1-2 days. The rooms are spacious and they recently installed an in-unit washer and dryer which is very convenient! The only con I have about this apartment is the parking situation. There are sufficient parking spaces for all residents, but the spots are somewhat narrow which essentially has caused people to crash into my car, twice (attempted hit and run). Other than that, I recommend this apartment for their great staff and rooms.
Mayci Jackson: We have lived here for 2 years now and have not had any issues. The property manager, Carrie, is quick to resolve any issues or concerns. Maintenance is quick and friendly. The flats are a 10-15 minute walk to IUPUI campus center or you can catch a bus! All around a great apartment for IUPUI students!
morgan long: Very nice place! Carrie is a wonderful lady and always tries her best to get what you need done.
Jarrett Adkins: Man! This place was such a blast. Sure I always had three roommates but what I will say is if you don’t like small spaces, you may want a different place, but other than that it’s very nice and affordable.I will say the highlights of this place is the staff! Van Rooy made sure they had some great people here. I always appreciated Roberto and his maintenance crew (even waving hey in the parking lot) or talking to Sierra picking up a package. I know some people just want to do their thing and leave and I understand. For me though, the service I received from them was always well. And though I’ve moved on, I would recommend this for anybody wanting a taste of IUPUI without being far away. Also, the Townhomes are great too for a few people to relax in for a year or two.10/10
Shayna Grieshaber: TL;DR - We never actually moved in but Carrie, the property manager was outstanding and so incredibly easy to work with. We're from KC but our daughter goes to IUPUI. We thought she was going to move off campus her sophomore year but life happens and she actually needed to be on campus but we found this out after we had signed a lease. I eventually found someone to take over the lease (on Reddit no less) and Carrie helped get all the paperwork transferred over to the new renter while I stayed in KC and sweated a few bullets. My daughter met with Carrie before we signed the lease and she was fantastic at responding to my gazillion questions over email. Even though we never actually moved in, the level of courtesy and assistance we got would absolutely make me go back if the need arises in the future.
shogofa aria: There management treated me unjustly. I do not recommend this place to anyone.I have live here for one year.
Stephanie Adamczyk: The staff is AMAZING, especially Carrie! Carrie is very kind and welcoming. Every time I walk pass the office she is always checking in, rather that be with school or my day. She treats people how she wants to be treated. The maintenance team always keeps the apartment complex well kept and will come immediately when something needs to be fixed. The neighbors are a mix of families and college students. I NEVER had a complaint about noise because the walls are NOT paper thin!!! The location is very convenient due to being right by IUPUI campus and downtown. Everything is walking distance. Overall I had a great experience living here and would recommend this complex.
Sam Atoa: My wife and I lived here for 3 years and we loved our experience. The property manager Carri was incredible and worked with us make our experience great. When we had an issue arise, she worked diligently to solve the issue. She will go above and beyond to ensure the safety and well being of the tenants. The maintenance staff was also fantastic and responded promptly to any request we had. The location is great being so close to IUPUI and the neighborhood is safe and friendly.
Terrance Griffin: Great location, easily accesible to downtown locations, IUPUI, and more! I lived here for 1 year lease and experienced incredible warmth and amazing management from Carrie! Indiana Flats and Townhomes is a great deal for IUPUI campus students, small families or someone looking for a location downtown! Thanks, Carrie and Van Rooy!
Jake M: Close to campus with solid maintenance and a staff who genuinely care about the residents.
Breanna Oropeza: Very convenient location from downtown. The Office Manager and Maintenance are always on top everything; never any complaints. Very clean property and excellent amenities. Great floor plan for roommates!
Quentin Wright: The property manager is absolutely amazing! I just completed a tour of the complex today and was told everything that I needed to know! 10/10 would recommend.
Sanjay Krishna: The place is small, washer and dryer not included in unit like the floor plans show. Laundry is in main building, but more often then not most of the machines are broken. Management is slow to respond to issues. I had broken heating for 2 weeks before I could get ahold of the office staff to help.
Ru K: Absolutely unreasonable company. I signed my lease online, was told parking was "free" and "not to worry about it." Go to park my car for the first time after admin office hours. Got towed. Apparently, if you sign a paper lease, they hand you the parking permit right then and there. My digital lease-signing didn't even include a notice that I should go get a permit! Now they're refusing to refund me the $150 I had to pay the towing company. Never renewing this lease.
Shawn Drew: My kids just moved in yesterday. Nice apartments and reasonable $$. But BEWARE of the towing policy the Campus Apartments has. Need to be sure to IMMEDIATELY put the parking pass in your window. She made the mistake of not doing that while we were getting moved in. The policy is no towing during business hours but can assure you the tow company will be there right at 6p to tow. Hopefully this may save someone else the trouble of what we went through.
Ana Wallace: Decent price for what is in the location. The apartments are pretty well maintained and the office staff is nice and helpful. The walls are super super think though and I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. Location is really convenient if you are going to IUPUI or working in one of the hospitals nearby. Parking can sometimes be tricky just because there are a lot of residents

Ashton Pointe Apartments in Indianapolis: what do users think?
pauln32: Great
PedroMusic: i love living at ashton pointe it’s so quiet , and clean. maintenance are always on time , and ashton pointe always do apartment checks i recommend living here !
Gen West: Shannon was soooo great with helping with my move in I promise I know I stressed her out I’m so grateful for you Shannon thanks a lot..
Taylor Madding: TERRIBLE. I hate living here. Other than the roaches that came crawling out not even 2 DAYS after moving in. There is trash EVERYWHERE. And the people at the office will call you a liar and then act like they didn’t. DO YOUR RESEARCH before moving here. Ask current residents about their experiences here. It’s not worth it I promise
Duke Tetrick: Terrible place to live!
REGINA JACKSON: Homeless people sleeping in entryways, catalytic converter thefts, ant infestation, drug deals, drunk visitors, this place has it all!!
Lindsay Gregg: I would give this apartment complex negative stars if I could!!!! They do not care about the safety of the people that live here. Homeless people sleep in the stairwells, catalytic converters are being stolen off of people's cars, and they want to charge people $4,000 to get out of an apartment lease.
Not Real: PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW!!Cars are constantly getting parts stolen off of them and broken into. Residents tend to speed down the narrow streets even when there kids playing in them. Ants and worse insects have been found in my apt multiple times even though they said they fumigated before we moved in. They didn't repair anything before we moved in just painted over many problem areas and even bugs. The matinence was ok, but the people where usually rude to us. The office was friendly for a little bit eventually became cold or just out right discounted us because we were young tenants. Theres gunshots near by almost every other day if not multiple in a day. Other tenants have drunken arguments in the hallways at all hours of the night. Not to mention the constant drug deals that happen in the hallways or limited parking spaces. Talking about parking spots. I've had my car run into on multiple occasions due to the poor conditions given for parking. Also the area this apt is located at is absolutely abysmal. There's always robberies and other crimes happening around. We're in constant fear for our own safety living in this apt. The only upside is the barbwire fence that separate this apt from the one next to it which I've also heard terrible stories about. Live here at your peril honestly. They put up a good front inline, but once you move in you're trapped like a mouse trap. And good luck trying to leave. 4k just to break your lease. Which you'd almost want to pay once you're cars been broken into for the 9th time, parts stolen off of it,almost get hit by cars whizzing by the narrow streets, not that friendly environment where you constantly question your safely, honestly the list goes on. Just do yourself a favor and move somewhere else. This place will be one of the worst decisions you'll ever make. I promise.
Racheal Bamisaye: We have been living in Ashton for almost 4years and we have no complain at all. This is one of the best apartment in the whole environment, the maintenance is top notch. We will be moving out soon but I always wish to get another apartment like ASHTON. Thumb up to the whole management.
Notkxngjay: The office staff are very nice!
hy ki: I live in a 3bed townhome here. Been here for about 3yrs now but this is the last year for sure. Although maintenance is very quick and timely its just not worth spending OVER $1000.00 a month to live here. Absolutely everything is outdated from the kitchen cabinets, stove and refrigerator, bathroom mirrors and toilets all old fashioned. The windows are old and barley open and close but they want that rent on time. I would've included pictures but its just too embarrassing. One thing for sure they're going to make sure the outside look good with YOUR rent money but thats about it.
amanda maybe: I moved here just a week ago and everything was okay but the ants are honestly overwhelming like they’re everywhere. I called for them to spray they supposedly did but the amount of ants have not changed they are in both bathrooms the kitchen living room and bedrooms it’s driving me nuts. I’ll just be sitting there and an ant will be crawling on my arm I pay too much for this to be a problem! Also I called maintenance to fix a light fixture that malfunctioned and that’s was last Tuesday someone still hasn’t come.
Makyla Croom: I've lived in Ashton Pointe for a year now. The staff in the office are very helpful especially Amanda. I enjoy paying rent online it's so convenient. The maintenance men are very responsive and friendly. Its a nice comfortable area to live in. They keep the property nice and clean. My only problem was the parking some people are not very great at parallel parking and nip your car. Other than that. I enjoyed my stay here.
Haylee Quinton: I've been in the process of applying for a 2 bedroom unit and I just want to say that their office personnel, specifically Jordan, has been exemplary and a pleasure to work with. I've been having difficulties with my current landlord and Jordan has helped us sort out some of these problems so we can transition into these apartments as smoothly as possible. A nice complex that seems very comfortable and homey. Even if we couldn't move here I'd still recommend them because I can see Ashton Pointe putting in 100% of their effort into making this a home. Thank you for all of your help!
Alvino Lewis: The professionalism and efficiency by office personal and maintenance is highly commended.Grounds are kept well manicured and emergencies are responded to in a timely manner .
Janet Craig: awesome customer service
Larry Archer: Excellent place to live. Leasing Office and Maintenance Personnel are very understanding and friendly. Been living at Ashton Pointe Apts. 5 years and never been disappointed. All of them go out of there way to make living here nice. Not planning on leaving any time soon. Thank you from the both of us.
Mohamed Monktar O. O BELLO: I have to pay for 44 days without living in apartment even with a notice 30 days before the end of leasing contract.
Shazeabram: The management was nice when we were signing the lease, after we moved in nobdy gives a damn to anything nowWaking up to the noise next to ur window machines drilling, vacuuming grass and lawners almost 3,4 times a week and management doesn’t care “sorry we can’t do anythg, its 9:30am u shudnt be sleeping right now”the exact words from accommodation management.Zero security no cams no officers, neighbors warned us bout burglars tryna open our doors but again management “sorry not in our hands we cant do nothg”Still living here and regretting!Don’t waste ur money and time, sweet talks are confined until u sign the lease.
Fiorella Ramos: Lived there for little over a year. Maintenance guys are absolutely great! Management was really friendly too. Great value for the money. They really try to keep the facility looking good. The big downfall is it's located next to West Lake Apartments, 180 degree difference. Would still recommend though.
Bartolo Morales: Nice apartments, view, maintance team are really good, nice people cleaning and working hard all time.Clean areas and nice laundry room.

The Whit Apartments: what do users think?
Jocelyn Howes: Love living here and the new management team has done a lot to improve overall services. The only real wish I have would be to upgrade the stoves w/auto clean function and better pre-heat alert system.
Malik Talaat: Very nice apartment in a great location downtown, would recommend to anyone brand new to Indy. Amenities are great (common areas, gym, pool) and building is very well kept and clean.Only grievance would be it is expensive and ($1200-$1500 per month rent) and the $25/month valet trash fee cannot be waived.
Nick Houk: I love living here. The units, amenities and location are all great. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else living in downtown Indy.
Edward Cai: The Whit is quite different from anything I have lived and experienced. It’s a well located for anyone work downtown or just enjoy the city life. Interior apartments have nice appliances and looks sleek and modern. There is plenty of cabinet spaces and certain apartments have amazing views. There isn’t much down side besides the noise, but you are living on top of bar. It’s only really Friday and Saturday so that’s expected. Staff are always friendly and smiling. This is the only apartment that feels like it’s always fully staffed. The Whit is very on top of updating residents on elevators being down and downtown events. Some downtown events beware, makes it impossible to navigate the roads, but again welcome to downtown living. With that all being said, if you want a great experience and nice location to live, come to the Whit!
Alexa Johnson: The average reviews doesn’t tell the whole story. From my view it’s been amazing, maintenance has been quick and usually same day if you put in a request in the morning. They do a good job on fixing the issues described. the staffing feels full and I feel like they are always cleaning and organizing. The amenities are great and top for any luxury apartments. There are some things to keep in mind, it’s on top of 16Bit so living on top of it you may hear noise, but it’s excepted and on busy nights like Friday and Saturday, there has always been an employee walking around or stationed at the front to watch and make sure people who live here can only enter. For someone who lived in a few apartments this has been by far the best experience.
Nicholas McDonald: Great gym and pool. Perfect location. Helpful staff and maintenance team. Best place to live in downtown Indy
Nick Perry: I am a new resident at The Whit! The communication from the property managers was exceptional, making our move so much easier. Couldnt reccomend this place more it is an amazing community!
Elise Milligan: I love living at the whit! Management and staff are so willing to help and easy to communicate with. Apartments are very nice and in the best location!
Bailey Fleming: All I can say, is THANK YOU a million times! I moved into the Whit in 2022 and I have had nothing but the best experience. I have a high stress job, and I have left some very frustrated voicemails to the leasing office regarding the valet trash/small issues. They have done nothing but go above and beyond by not only addressing my concerns but also always following up afterwards to make sure things have been better. For example, Martez and Anna in the leasing office have been nothing but genuine and helpful since the day I moved in. No matter how frustrated I am, they are so kind towards me. The maintenance team here is also beyond amazing. They have been extremely prompt with any and all requests-even down to needing new lightbulbs. Services here are individualized, for example, maintenance will always bring my dog all the treats despite her having quite the attitude! I could not be happier with my experience so far at the Whit.
Sheila Kennedy: My husband and I moved to The Whit when we downsized from a three-story house in the Old Northside almost two years ago, and recently renewed our lease. We love it here--the location is superb--multiple bars and restaurants, grocery, hardware store, etc. all within a short walk. The amenities are great (gym, pool, party room, etc. etc.)and both the management and maintenance staffs have been unfailingly helpful and responsive. The apartment has tons of storage, and is roomy and surprisingly quiet. We are probably here for the duration!
Jacob Barrett: I've had a great time living at the Whit the past half year. The amenities are great, spacious floor plans, friendly residents and staff, and tons of dogs. All my requests have been answered in a timely manner and I haven't really had any issues so far.
Ashley Caveda: I moved into The Whit about 8 months ago, and so far the experience has been really good, especially compared to where I used to live. In my old apartment, I literally couldn't breathe due to mold, so I had to upgrade. The Whit's location can't be beat, with many great restaurants, stores, and movie theaters in walking distance. In general, the maintenance staff has been fairly responsive when I've had issues. There are also several nice community spaces that residents can use, like the courtyard, or even a small conference room I was able to use for a work meeting recently. The main negative is that it is fairly expensive, but I found it to be less expensive, and with larger apartments, than most other downtown luxury apartments. I plan to renew my lease this year.
Maria Jose Suarez: Love it but overpriced
Brendon Vanzile: Great apartments
PLAY DE BRINCAR: Casa Em Japão [País], Tóquio[Cidade]
Makenna Fitzgerald: I am begging the Whit’s custodial staff to please follow a standard set of quiet hours when it comes to taking out the trash from trash room. It is incredibly loud for the apartments that face into the alley to have to list to dumpsters being rolled out and the crashing of trash at 1AM sometimes as late as 3AM. I can’t understand for the life of me why they think it’s okay to be this loud so late at night and I’ve been woken up multiple times, so many times that I’m not resigning my lease.I don't live at the Whit, but I do unfortunately live in the apartment complex that shares the ally way. It's THAT LOUD. I can't image how loud it is for those that actually do live at Whit.
Cara Meunier: The Whit has the best, most helpful and kind team of leasing agents, best location, and amazing amenities. I’ve resided downtown in various buildings over many years, and this has definitely been my best living experience. :)
Michael Ray: Great environment to live downtown, friendly neighbors. A block away from Mass Ave so food options are abundant!
J Y: Really nice and really expensive apartments downtown! :)
Christian Jackson: So many nice amenities and in the center of downtown. No need to drive when you work in the city. Staff is very kind and quick on service.
Thomas Kasl: Terrible experience. Awful management, horrible living conditions with street noise and dog waste in hallways.

Circa Apartments: what do users think?
Parker Seaton: i lived at Circa for 2 and a half years and enjoyed my time here. No complaints.
Samantha Hartsough: Kambi from Circa was very helpful throughout my time trying to find the right fit for an apartment! She is one of the reasons I chose Circa. She is very helpful and was willing to answer all my questions!
Minji Joo: I am about to move into Circa apartments. Tommy provided us a great tour with great options as well! He is extremely responsive and accommodating throughout the move in process! I think I messaged him with questions on a weekly basis, and he is extremely helpful! I highly recommend any young professional or students to check out the beautiful complex.
Reda Maceinaite: I have recently moved into Circa Apartments and have had a great experience overall. Ideal location, spacious apartments, all amenities on your doorstep. The apartment vacated by the previous tenant was restored to superb condition - fresh from walls to flooring and any maintenance requests addressed immediately. The staff at Circa were really welcoming and easy to deal with. In particular, I worked with Tommy, who couldn't have been more helpful prior, during and post move. So responsive, excellent at resolving issues, working so diligently and willing to assist or help with any queries.I would definitely recommend Circa for anyone looking for apartments downtown!
Maddie Meyers: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Danielle Judin: The apartments are beautiful and offer so many great amenities. Tommy and the rest of the staff at Circa were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the leasing process and made my moving experience so much easier. Everything was clean and the walls were freshly painted when I moved in. I absolutely love the spacious kitchen and modern features. I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to be in the downtown area.
Sena Diaz: Kambi was the best!! When I came for a tour, she was incredibly friendly, personable and made me feel right at home. I ended up decided to rent with Circa and Kambi walked me through the process and constantly kept me up to date.
Catherine Ross: John was exceptionally helpful with a few things in the apartment.
Julia Frazer: Tommy was so helpful throughout the whole leasing process. Best leasing agent I have ever had!
Hannah Robertson: Tommy has been an incredible leasing agent throughout the process of finding our new apartment. From the initial tour, to signing the lease, and providing the keys, he has been professional, enthusiastic and helpful in every way. We even asked Tommy to come by a few days before our lease started to take photos and measure the apartment and he has no problem accommodating us. Our experience at Circa has been invaluable and exceptional. I definitely recommend!
Marisa Votapek: Tommy is an incredibly helpful and attentive leasing agent! He made the leasing process at Circa incredibly easy.
Taylor Koutropoulos: Just signed my lease for a two bedroom apartment at Circa. Couldn’t be happier. Thomas was super responsive and was able to fast track the leasing process since I needed a place ASAP. Really happy so far.
Chase Bonnewell: Visited this community recently and absolutely fell in love! The amenities are great, the staff is quite helpful, and I love the idea of being close enough to explore downtown Indy! I hope to move here soon!
Tiffany Hornaday: Excellent customer service! Very pleasant and helpful!
Ada Reyes: I love my apartment, plenty of space for a studio. It is a great location with many different restaurants around. Tommy answered all my questions and made my move from out of state super easy. He is an amazing leasing agent!
trevon stafford: Was excellent fixed my problem the next morning
Aparna Chintapalli: I recently moved to Circa, and I felt extremely welcomed by Tommy and the whole leasing office team. I was actually in a unique situation where I was evacuating out of my old place due to a fire, and having to pack and move everything under such short notice, which was distressful to say the least, but working with Tommy was a great experience. He showed great concern, and really seemed to care about getting us settled into the available unit as soon as possible. Because of the effort on his end, we were able to settle in smoothly and I am grateful for how accommodating the staff at Circa were. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Becca Buchs: Great experience with Tommy helping me through the entire process. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help out and get me the best apartment. 5 stars every time, highly recommend!
Bobbyy Boyy: My roommates and I have been apartment hunting downtown and came into Circa for a tour yesterday with Carrie leading us. The community was very nice & clean. Carrie along with the other office staff was very friendly, welcoming, & knowledgeable on Circa’s move-in info.Great touring experience altogether.
Haley: I've been a resident of Circa almost 2 years and pay $2K a month in rent. We've consistently had problems with our AC not working (as well as other maintenance issues). Most recently, it has been almost a full month without AC. 3 weekends ago our apartments ranged between 84-86 degrees and since it has been a consistent 73-76 degrees. After multiple maintenance request and countless calls, still no timeline of when our AC will be fixed, little apology, and no offer for a discount or help paying our power bill (which is still high, as if we were paying for working AC).
Tamoya Hopkins: Unauthorized entry into my apartment, no call - just serviced without notice. Luckily my wallet was on me this time. This has happened several times.

Pulliam Square Indianapolis: what do users think?
Amanda Serra: 10/10We’ve loved our time at pulliam square. The amenities (gym, patio, walking score, business center, community events) are top notch and the team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartment itself is nice, clean, and modern. The atmosphere is generally very calm. The team really cares for you & even got us a house warming gift to celebrate our new home. Have never had the level of detail or care in my years of renting.
Travis McMasters: I first moved to Indy a year ago and this was the perfect location! I could walk almost anywhere downtown in mere minutes. You can easily drive NESW of Indy in about twenty minutes or less. I felt safe in a downtown setting and there is an unlimited amount of things to do. The apartments are spacious and trendy. My experience with anyone who works at Pulliam was always completely professional and pleasant. It felt like home away from home! So grateful this was my first experience in this awesome city!
Claudia Loman: I loved living at Pulliam Square! There were a few hiccups during my time, but that's expected when living in an apartment. It is super conveniently located so it was great to explore the different restaurants around Mass Ave, attend fitness classes like HotWorx and shop at the locally owned boutiques. As a woman, I felt pretty safe walking in the area alone at night. I stayed in a Daily I and it was so spacious for just me. I had plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and loved having my washer and dryer in the closet. The property manager, Val, was always very helpful when I needed help with anything as well, definitely recommend living here!
Cindy Green: Just toured the apartments with Ilaina and she was incredibly helpful and informative. The apartments are really cute and spacious so far it’s the number one choice.
Johanna Tomkiewicz: I really wish I could give Pulliam Square a higher rating, but my experience in my first four months here has been pretty bad. First, the good - I love my unit, it is spacious and the building is in a fantastic location. The staff has been friendly and helpful when I've needed assistance (which has been frequent). When I first moved in, my washer and dryer did not work and it took over a month before I had a new washer and dryer in my unit. Unfortunately, the maintenance team installed the washer incorrectly and it ended up flooding my entire unit the first time I ran it. The staff worked with me to get my rugs dry cleaned and although this situation was terrible to deal with, I believe the staff helped as much as they could so I held off before writing a rating just based on that situation. I didn't have issues for several weeks, but this weekend was the first hot weekend of the year. I tried turning on my AC for the first time only to find that it does not work, and my apartment is currently 80 degrees. I am extremely frustrated that I pay over $1600 for an apartment that has repeatedly proven to not meet the bare minimum expectations. If problems like this persist I absolutely will not be resigning my lease here.
Benjamin Belding: Great overall move-in experience. Illaina was great to work with, prompt with questions I had along with giving a great walk through of the property. Val the Property manager was kind, along with any further questions I had. Highly recommend! Great job Ilaina and Val!
Marcus Thatcher: Very relieved to have a hard working dedicated management group!
Fiona Wong: Power has gone out at least once a month
Timothy La: It can be overwhelming finding the right apartment, but I immediately was captivated by Pulliam Square's spacious space, very reasonable cost of living, and the amenities. Pulliam was my first choice of choosing an apartment building and I am so grateful Val contacted me. She is prompt, responsive, caring, answered all my questions clearly, and most importantly, exceptional as what she does. The virtual tour she gave was insightful and fun. I did not have to be there in person to feel and picture myself living at the Pulliam. I still cannot believe I got the lease completed in just several days, all thanks to Val!
L.E. Evans: Difficult to get serivce requests completed. Staff and office hours change frequently making it difficult to get issues resolved.
Robert Edwards: Beautiful luxury downtown Apartments. Spacious floor plans, rooms with a view, in a trendy urban environment. The Community is loading with amenities. The staff is extremely professional, courteous, attentive & friendly.I had a wonderful visit!
Joe Durm: I can only speak on my leasing experience as I'm moving in next week, but the customer service was the deciding factor between Pulliam and other similar properties. Angel gets the nod for answering my endless questions. Ill update this review after a couple months of leasing.
Desiree X: I have lived at Pulliam Square Apartments for quite some time. The problem with the front office, who are so caught up with climbing the ladder; is there is no accountability. Recently, I had my work iPad Pro sent out to Apple for a repair. I gave it to Ana at 0900 hrs. for a FedEx pickup, which she failed to give to FedEx. I then contacted FedEx because I had not received confirmation that the package had been picked up. I notified the manager, Jessica, because Ana was off of work. Jessica told me that she would call me once she talked to Ana. I never received a call from Jessica. I did receive an email stating that my package was picked up. I immediately went to the office to find out where Jessica found my iPad. Jessica casually says oh I found it under Ana‘s desk. I explain to Jessica that I was going out of town for work and I needed the iPad but, due to the fact that it was not given to FedEx, it would be returned while I was gone.My iPad was returned to the front office with Ana being the signer of receipt. I receive an email stating that it had been returned. I contacted Ana to make sure that she left my iPad either in my apartment (which they have placed packages inside my apartment in the past) or in their office where it should have been safe from theft. Ana assured me that she would hold it in the office. When I returned, my iPad was nowhere to be found. Yes I’m angry because I’ve had other packages that were stolen. The office is responsible because they signed for it and they knew that I was going to be out of town for several weeks. Ana should have left it in the office until I returned. I immediately went to the office when I returned. Jessica played the dumb role; she didn’t recall any of our conversations and she didn’t recall my iPad being found under Ana’s desk! Theso-called new but temporary (intermittent) office personnel are clueless! I guess they didn’t have time to get their stories together. These people have absolutely no consideration for the tenants living here because there was never any accountability for their irresponsible actions. They tried to downplay the entire situation. I would advise anyone considering living here never to have any type of electronics picked up or delivered to the office. I call this thievery at its finest. Since this incident, there have been several individuals that I know that have decided to take on residence at The Whit.
Sam Scott: You can’t beat the location and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Mix of young professionals and ranging age groups. Very clean building & Amenities are pretty good, above average for downtown Indy in mile square for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!
Sam Lewis: Lived here for 6 months now and it has been awesome! The staff are very helpful and the location is fantastic. Definitely spend a little too much time at The Tap.
Sajjad Khan: Do not move into this complex. Although it may seem nice during the day, the paper thin walls and extremely loud bars on the first levels make sleep next to impossible. The building management can do nothing to help, police won't do anything. At least half the building is effected. Happens 5 to 6 nights a week. It is horrible!
Mitch Mackesey: First of all the staff is amazing, I can only say positive things about them. The gym is nothing special. Calling the place for dogs to go out a "dog park" is quite a stretch. Unfortunately they never paint the walls in the hallways, and they're all scuffed up from people moving in. Edited review after non-stop fire alarms and office hours. I'm sure the fire alarms are not their fault, but it's terrible enough I will not be resigning my lease. The office hours are also supposed to be til 6, but this is my 3rd day in a row trying to get an important package and no one has been there after 5.
Jennifer Kinch: Pulliam is the best location with the coolest apartments and great management.
Mick: They entered my apartment without permission or valid reason. I’m moving now due to this invasion. And they won’t even call to discuss the issue.
Nora Al-Qadi: Living at Pulliam Square has been incredible! Aside from a wonderfully built apartment - I love the staff and amenities. Being just steps from great restaurants and stores is just the icing on the cake. :)
Drew Beechler: Worst apartment ever. Amazing location, but pretty terrible apartment complex overall. Management is pretty bad and won't work with you on lease terms when the apartment is practically uninhabitable due to construction noise at 3AM. They take the “not my problem” approach. Everyone I knows here hates it and is just waiting out their lease — false fire alarms going off at 2 AM (many different times) and waiting on the staff to get there for over an hour to turn the alarm off, terrible overnight construction noise without permits, elevators that are constantly broken, security issues on doors that took 9+ months to fix, poor to non-existent communication about such issues, etc.

The Residences at CityWay: what do users think?
Abby tobin: The staff at CityWay is the best!
AKHTAR QURESHI: Your plumber did a great job, that too in less time, we were very happy because we are facing problem on that day and plumber came and fix it within 10 to 15 min. We are very lucky to get the service on time. Overall Awesome job ?? - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
James mays: Great people great place
Eric J: NEVER EVER GO HERE! It was the worst hotel experience in my life! You can not contact the front desk! It is a pirates mystery where they keep the rooms keys as the desk is not manned. HORRIBLE way to operate a hotel! I've been on hold with the front desk for over an hour now! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, you have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Erin Rusconi: I’ve lived in Cityway for 1.5 years and it’s generally okay. Recently, there been some pretty serious problems. We live right above the construction of a new restaurant. They were using power tools that shook our apartment and woke us up throughout the night (9:00pm, 10:30pm,12:30am, 3:00am, and most recently 4am) on more than one night. This has been an issue for weeks. When I expressed the issue to Cityway, they did not offer any reasonable solution and otherwise felt dismissive of my complaints. Unfortunately, retail space takes priority over the satisfaction and experience of the residents.
Tyler: Horrible property to reside at. Sanitation has always been an issue here, loud residents during so called “quiet hours” never gets resolved, oh and they’ll tow your car (even though you pay $150) if they don’t want you to be here.I have reached out to the State of Indiana regarding the health and sanitation issues, as well as attorneys regarding the hidden fees and illegal activity going on with the property management.Save your money and move elsewhere, the staff is lazy and they don’t care about your concerns. I would say live here only if you want to walk through trash and not be able to sleep! :)So welcome to CityWay!
Olivia Mccafferty: I would never recommend this place to anyone. Our apartment flooded on Christmas Day due to management negligence requiring us to relocate to another unit. Management did a terrible job of communicating with us throughout the process which ended up causing us to move our entire apartment while the elevator was inoperable. They even let contractors demo our old unit with some of our belongings still inside and throw our things around into closets and on the floor.Unless they change the management here, avoid this place at all costs. We will be leaving as soon as we possibly can.
Kevin Lacy: This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The interior of CityWay apartments are nice and I enjoy the layout of my apartment. However this property is badly managed. You will see rats in the lobby, trash in the hallways everyday and I don’t mean a bottle out here and there, I mean piles of trash as if you live in a dump. You will also be charged many hidden service fees including a trash fee which is ridiculous due to how poorly managed that service is. When making the decision to move here, it would be wise to tack on about $210 to your projected budget for rent not including internet. When making maintenance requests, you will not be told or given notice when someone enters your home. I have mentioned that I would like to be given a notice whenever a property employee enters my home but this was another request ignored. There was also an instance where the ceiling opened up in my bathroom making it unusable for a week. As a result I was forced to live with large fans on in my apartment for several days. No efforts were made by staff to remedy this situation. Finally, and probably most frustrating, the office makes attempts to be friendly but refuses to get things done. I have mentioned these issues to the staff but instead of making efforts to fix it, they are more focused on inflating their reviews by asking individuals that do not live here to write a review. This property is built along a train track so consider this if you value peace and quiet. The location of this place is good if you work downtown but when considering the price of rent and then the value of service provided it would be in your best interest to look elsewhere.
Yolanda Burns: Luis Trujillo is one of the maintenance personnel at CityWay. Luis is a hardworker, whenever we needed something repaired he did it promptly and professionally!!!
claire gavin: Luis was amazing. 10/10 recommend him.
Katie M: I moved in a couple months ago and everyone on the staff here has been so friendly, especially Matt and Jordan! They have always gone above and beyond to help with any questions I’ve had.
Benny Hernandez: Great location!!!
Laura Gajderowicz: I totally enjoyed my opportunity of touring the property. Loved the view from the roof. Jordan seemed really informed & helpful! Jordan, I appreciate your quick responses!
Gabriela Hernandez: It’s very luxurious and it’s on a great location ! Loved it there!
Anthony Robertson: Great staff they are very friendly, the amenities are amazing anything you could ask for! The apartments are to die for absolutely love everything! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a little slice of paradise!
April Dampier: "This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful, modern apartment community. The grounds are well kept and absolutely beautiful to entertain comfortably . The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was convenient for shopping, restaurants, Lucas Oil stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It offered amenities that most communities did not."
Jason Bailey: Leasing agent, Matt, is awesome! He is always available to answer my questions. He helped us get our new apartment and even got us a cart to use for our move.
Courtney 75: Luis and Ashton are both great and helped us with our maintenance issues!
Mindy Tutterrow: Great place ! Nice views ! Kaleb was easy to talk to and great to work with..

The Vue Luxury Apartments: what do users think?
William Sipple: Lived here for two years. Their security is a joke. Says secure underground garage. All the locks fail and their cameras were conveniently not working when someone stole my vintage 1986 Honda Scooter. When I told management they did nothing. Even though I had renters insurance it didn't cover their garage. Pay extra for parking and good luck if something happens. Will probably have to take them to small claims court for their negligence. They knew the cameras and doors weren't working. Even after an assault and robbery in the building they did nothing to protect anyone or their property.
Moussa Gueye: My wife and I we have lived at the Vue luxury apt for almost 4 years and we just moved out about 2 days ago so if there is anyone who has seen some changes after being there for 4 years, that’s us.Throughout the 4 years we have been there, we had witnessed at least 6 different office change and we can say that the office staff that is there now, is the BEST You can find in any apt building complex considering we lived in many apartments. They are caring, they engage with the community in site, they will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care, and best of all, the take pride in doing their job the right way. By staff, I also mean even the maintenance team is very reliable and available when you need them. This past year with this new staff member has been the best time we have had at the Vue luxury apartment and whoever lives there, will be taken care off and will also be lucky to have them as facilitators willing to help.Thank you for all your hard work and the gift of attention that you give to your tenants.Moussa.
Mark Miers: It’s a great place to live. The staff does several things each month for the residents.
Patricia Stewart: Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms one with en-suite was excellent. The tavern is just downstairs so a 2-minute walk and you're there. Beautiful view over the ocean. Undercover parking. Everyone that works there is very nice and comes highly recommended.
Violet Auld: We stayed here in March and had a fantastic time - the apartments are very luxurious with fully equipped kitchens. Excellent position on Trinity Beach and will definitely be back.
Anthony Wright: Well the view was extremely mesmerizing and it was a very clean and well set out hotel. Spacious, clean, well appointed, and car parking. Need a car to get around as out of Cairns, but really enjoyed the place and will go back
Cynthia Soules: The management is exceptional, the location perfect and the views are stunning. The apartments are spacious, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. Could not fault it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back again and again. Exceptional spot with exceptional service
Joyce Green: We have stayed here twice in the last 5 weeks. 3 nights each time. Love the apartments. Very clean and spacious. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you don't have a car.
Anthony Banayote: The staff has been an absolute pleasure to work and are some of the kindest people. Tonya, Jessica, and Samantha have been nothing but helpful. They have amazing service. The building is great too, with a beautiful view of the city, and some great features. Couldn’t be happier.
Ashley Derloshon: The new management is fantastic! So many improvements already!
Abby Gomez: Leasing office is never open like if you aren’t going to open at all don’t bother putting work hours. Worst experience ever
Laura Wombwell: Lived here for the summer and it’s been great! Everyone in management that we’ve worked with has been fantastic and friendly, they host resident events such as Taco Thursday, Mimosa & Bagels, Movie Nights and other fun stuff (for free!). We needed a short term, pet-friendly lease and we are very pleased with finding The Vue!!
mason montgomery: Took a tour and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable
Dan L: Still waiting on my security deposit from January. They admitted that I am owed a full refund and always say it's coming this week. It never arrived and they have no intention to pay. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.Response to your comment: This is the response I was given in February, March, April, May, June... Your promised to send it out last Tuesday and nothing has arrived. You also promised to send it out "this week" on numerous occasions before. I can assume only willful negligence through layers of bureaucracy (it's always someone else's problem) to engage in theft at this point. Maybe a court order will get your attention. Will file the paperwork this week.
chris zinerman: I visited this apartment complex for five seconds at the leasing office and have never felt so unwelcome. I feel the staff at the front desk immediately profiled me, and was not making me feel comfortable while communicating. This was a big red flag to me, and I instantly knew this community would not be a fit for someone of my background. This was the quickest way to lose a responsible, prospective tenant.
Cyrus Stanford: Holy hell... Where to start. By far the most frustrating experience my roommate and I have ever experienced. Do not live here if you want competent management. Yes they are cheap, but there is a reason they are so cheap. First off, security is non existent. Out of the two years I lived there, there was never a time that a door to get into the building did not work. Doors that literally lead into the garage with everyone's cars & bikes (My bike was stolen this way...). After having front office workers that gas light you and make it seem like its your fault (it is typically not), we decided to move. NOW... we are dealing with the VUE not giving us back our security deposit. It has been two months since we moved out, and have reached out numerous times to find out when we would get it back. As you would expect no one answers their phones.Anytime you see a reply on a 1 star review they say, " PlEaSe ReAcH OuT To Us, We WaNT To hEar AbOuT yOuR eXpErIence" utter bull, because they cant even answer their phones or emails. Even after I went into the office, they told me I would hear back from accounting in 2 days. Now they avoid us like a bad ex..Id give 0 stars if I could.
Julie Uceda: I have moved out of the apartment last May and since then it's been ONE YEAR and they still have NOT gotten back to me with my security deposit. I have checked with the property that I do have credit on my account that is about $500 something dollars and I cannot believe that the property manager has not been responding to my follow-up emails since March. They would charge interest and late fees on late rent payment from the residents, but they would disregard giving my money back on security deposit and be okay about it for ONE ENTIRE YEAR? Ridiculous. Please be more responsible and at least reply to my voice mail or emails letting me know of the status. Just really disappointing how much I have to drag on getting my own money back. This was my very last resort to have to put on google review so that I hopefully get their attention to get in contact with them. This is just ridiculous. Will someone help me get my $$ back from this apartment? I can show the receipts of ALL the emails in the past one entire year where no one responded. Called the company headquarters, left a "contact us" message, did everything I could. I cannot believe it.
K Bass: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueJessica amd the maintenance are doing a fantastic job! It feels so much like home 🏡now since they came. Kevin Bass
Morgan Thomas: The rent is over priced for what you receive. There was trash constantly around the building. I had to call corporate to receive my security deposit. Def don’t recommend living here.
Ameer Fisher: My experience with this apartment complex was terrible and I do not recommend. In one year, there was new staff in the office every month. I could tell a drastic change in quality of service and upkeep of the complex from the beginning of my stay until I moved out. The staff can be very rude at times and it is very difficult to communicate with them if you can get in contact. Besides the staff, the apartments are nice but the walls are thin and there is always pet feces outside. Although the apartment is gated and has private access, there are periods of time (sometimes a whole week) where the apartment doors will not open with the key fob. The amenities are okay, however, the pool closed early last summer due to the complex not having chlorine. As far as communicating with the tenants via email, the staff has sent out passive aggressive emails threatening to evict people instead of addressing tenants independently. These apartments are not worth over 1,000 dollars in rent. If I could give less than one star, I would.

333 Penn Apartments: what do users think?
Curt Nielsen: Incredible views of downtown Indy!
Eric L: Trash collection truck comes at 5 to 6am every morning with a loud BANGGGGG every morning. I am woken up by it every morning. If you stay here do not stay at the back side. Management seems not able to change the garbage collection time to sometime later in the day. This is the only major issue with this apartment…. If you don’t care about your sleeping quality stay here. :)
Steven Minor: I moved to 333 Penn from out of state in October of 2021 and I moved out January of 2022. The building was purchased by new owners so hopefully they will make some much needed changes. However, during my time there I encountered a lot of issues. The unit I selected had a lot of damage to the terrazzo flooring. The appliances were not in very good condition to include a microwave missing parts and a burn spot. The windows are very very drafty (I had a corner unit). My unit was 670 square feet and the heat ran non-stop. As soon as it would turn off you could feel the cold air blowing on you from the windows and the heat would turn back on within minutes. I had two electric bills over 200.00 before I decided to find another place to live. I purchased rugs, the apartment provided louvers to try and direct the air and none of that helped. The windows also did not provide any sound relief either so everything on the street you hear including people talking. If you rent here just be prepared for very cold floors and a very high electric bill. I really loved the location and the new owners are friendly. I just hope they invest in windows amongst other things in the building. This building is advertised as luxury living and it really needs updates.
Miles A: I made an appointment to tour a unit on their website, when I showed up the person on the intercom hung up on me! Very unprofessional
Alyssa Cazee: We LOVED our time living at 333 Penn! My husband and I lived here for only a year, and if It weren’t for a move out of state, we would have stayed right here. The location is unbeatable, the apartments are all updated, and the facilities are always clean and functional. Our apartment: We lived in the “New York” floor plan with terrazzo flooring, and we felt like we got a steal for living downtown. It was nice to have a little balcony to step outside or just to open the doors for fresh air. We were facing south, so the sun shone in all day for great natural light. I only mention this because we didn’t have to turn on our heat ONCE this winter, which was amazing. We rarely had maintenance requests, but when we did, Michael was up almost immediately and fixed whatever we needed right then and there. He rocks! It was always very quiet on our floor and above us (although we faced The Whit’s dog park, which occasionally would get annoying). Other than that, no complaints. We will miss our little home!Location: This is honestly my favorite part. We didn’t move downtown to be inside, so before COVID, we were out walking around most evenings and weekends. 333 Penn is right across from University Park, the World War Museum, and only a couple of blocks from Needler’s (grocery store), the circle, City Market, and a block from Mass Ave. We walked to Pacer’s games, the canal, library. Pretty much everywhere within a couple of miles and always felt safe. We don’t have a dog, but being right across from a huge green space is clutch if you’re a dog owner.Amenities: The lobby & character of the building is what attracted us at first! There is a laundry room that we used for our comforter and things like that, and it was almost always empty (and free to use). Same with the gym, office, & common room. Always seemed to be empty, clean, and available when we used them. We only wish the gym was larger and more updated, however it was nice to have something at least!Overall a great experience living here and highly recommend if you want a prime location and price downtown. We appreciate all that Irven did during our time here. We hope the management continues to be excellent here!
Nick Kerschner: We have loved our time living at 333!! My husband and I both work downtown, so being able to walk a few blocks has been priceless for us. Irvin has made our experience awesome by being incredibly responsive and positive with any request that was made. He was always asking resident's opinions for appreciation events and features we wanted to see changed around the community. Highlight: He was proactive in actually make those changes happen. (examples: making sure all packages were secure on laundry room shelves versus sitting in lobby, updating bike room with plenty of hooks and space, and scheduling fun resident events). Mike was an absolute God-send for most service requests we had-- he always got to our items the day a request was submitted and his expertise is second to none. He's always willing to lend a helping hand (and has the tools to get it done RIGHT!) Wishing we could take Mike with us everywhere we live going forward. We are so appreciative of you both for making our few years at 333 incredible, easy and fun. This move it very bittersweet, but THANK YOU to you both.Allie + Nick
Kyla Hall: stayed here last night thanks to an Airbnb. This historic building is absolutely gorgeous! The interior detail in the lobby is beyond breathtaking. Since I was just using an Airbnb learning to use the key fob was a little tricky, but I felt very secure here. The views are absolutely gorgeous, and it is conveniently located to so much downtown. I definitely can't wait to come back and stay here
Angela Fredette: Lived here for a year now and ever since the office has closed the building has not been taken care of the same way. There is trash on the floors in the hallways, elevators, common areas, etc. The floors are cleaned rarely so when people break a wine bottle outside the elevators it is a week or so before that is addressed. There are better options downtown for the money.
Daniel Rauscher: Great place to live!I moved here when my job relocated me downtown. Almost everything you need is in walking distance (grocery store is only 2 blocks). If you work downtown, I wouldn't live anywhere else. The apartments are great, and very new. (The building is about 100 years old, but the interior is all freshly renovated... I think I am maybe the 2nd tenant in my apartment). Great hardwood floors, awesome appliances.Apartments downtown are more expensive than anywhere else you'll look, but 333 Penn gets you the most bang for your buck. Other communities I looked at had similar or higher prices for older, not-as-nice apartments. (A lot of other places downtown don't even include washer/dryer in the apartment... 333 Penn does). They're also pet friendly, which was a must for me. I have a 45-lb border collie... most communities downtown have about a 25-lb limit or don't even allow dogs. There is a great little fenced-in dog park with astroturf for resident use.Maintenance has also been great whenever I needed them. You'll get access to the parking garage for like $100 a month (do the math... WAY cheaper than paying each time).Really the ONLY thing that has been a minor inconvenience is the occasional delivery. The doors are of course secured for key fob access only... usually the deliverymen can get access and drop off your package. However, sometimes I'll do Amazon's 1-day or same-day shipping, in which case I guess it's a different deliveryman. A couple times, this has meant that they show up after office hours, and no one can let them in. So occasionally I'll get my package a day or two later than planned. Talk about a "first world problem."HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to live downtown.
elizabeth vermillion: Excellent location. Pet friendly!!
Rebecca Armbruster: This is such a great location, just a block from Mass Ave. with the best views in town overlooking the World War Memorial and surrounding parks.
John Delia: The apartment itself was ok while I lived there. When I moved in it was clear that the management made no effort to clean the floors as entire floor had a coat of dirt which required scrubbing. They also promised new dryers in each unit and scheduled multiple dates to come out but never came during my 6 months of being there (the existing dryers, which are a tiny washer/dryer combo, required a minimum of 3 hours of drying and still wouldn't be dry). The windows do next to nothing from preventing the cold air from coming in so be prepared for high utility bills. Upon moving out, they sent me an invoice for additional pro-rated rent with no breakdown as to how they calculated the numbers so we'll see how this plays out. Mallory did make it clear in a voicemail that I won't be receiving my deposit back despite their lack of transparency. On a positive note, the apartment is in a great location but they will be increasing rent on the parking spaces due to new development in the area.

Artistry Indy: what do users think?
Lisa O'Reilly: Close proximity to many Indianapolis destinations.
Francisco Ruiz: The best place in Indy, staff is incredibly nice, the community is cool, I am 2 blocks away from best restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend Artistry👏
Bryan Richburg: I have lived here for the last 15 months and am only moving to be closer to my job. These apartments were a part of my introduction to the city of Indianapolis and I have absolutely loved living here. The location is near Whole Foods, a BP gas station and best of all in walking distance to multiple restaurants and Mass Ave. My apartment was a great size for a single person with plenty of storag and a huge up to date kitchen. The staff were always friendly especially Michelle and the maintenance staff were always quick to respond for any issues I may have had. They are always having events for the residents in the lounge ranging from a grab and go breakfast to BYOB game nights. If you are looking for a great city experience, I would highly recommend.
aly mar: I really enjoyed my one year as resident at this property , the building are clean , the management office are friendly and always ready to help with all inquiries specially Michelle and Claudia as well . Thanks for printing all my documents always with a smile lol 😂 appreciate it and i will definitely come back for a 2bedrooms when will i get married lol
LaShaila Spivey: Do not move here. The staff is not friendly. The building is not safe or secure. The external door to the mailroom has been broken/open for months. Your packages will be stolen because of this but there's no security cameras so good luck. Also, there are numerous AirBnB hosts, and their guests will make your living situation a complete nightmare. There's trash all over the place. They also use IMPD to clear out the pool immediately when the pool closes. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Lance Little: Horrible place to live!!
Dayshah Arroyo: Absolutely horrible apartment complex. I was mugged by a homeless man on more than one occasion. Complex does nothing to keep unwanted people out of the parking garage. Very unsafe and horrible management.
imani gadis: it was the weirdest and rudest experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been to more upscale apartments that have a open door policy for the leasing office, but this one thought they were swanky enough to have it completely closed off through a lock box. After dialing the lockbox number, I found the lady to be very rude when asking if I could do a walk in tour with no appointment. I stated “ Hi I apologize for the short notice, but I was in the area looking at other apartments and thought I could just stop in for a tour is that ok? She than responds “I guess so, if I could find the time”. Keep in mind I’m just standing outside in the cold, waiting for them to let me in so that way they could at least greet me and tell me what the prices are but even after I was let inside she sat me down in the waiting area for 30 minutes came back asked my level of income and my expectations, and then walked off. I thought that was weird because I have a high income and really good credit but she never came back.I experienced a lot of different things looking for apartments as a black man. This was the weirdest one of them all I wouldn’t even call it racist just as much is stereotyping maybe because they thought I didn’t make money but yeah, I wouldnt rent here, even if I owned the place! I will be contacting the state housing department about this to let them know.
Josh Jordan: I never leave reviews, but Artistry Indy asked me to!This is by far the worst place I have ever leased from, bar none!As I write this, I am on a back and forth with their leasing office because they sent me my lease again after I denied an addendum trying to sign me up for a credit reporting service that I have to pay for or cancel myself onto my lease renewal! Instead of returning my calls, they emailed me a congratulations for my lease renewal and said review us! So here's my experience:My car has been broken into from the internal garage, but sorry "no cameras and not our problem, file a police report"There was a fresh bullet hole in an elevator until they patched itMold in my washer wasn't resolved for 6 months even with follow upsStench in the halls and garbage chute rooms filled with trash come Monday morning from improper maintenance of the chutesIt took them 4 attempts to stop my A/C from flooding the floorMy ceiling poured water from the apartment above me, twice0/10, would not recommend! :D
Jake Brashear: Great facilities, great staff, very well done overall compared to most apartment complexes. The add-on parts that you can't get out of are annoying, such as the mandatory $25 per month for trash collection services that no one literally ever uses, but outside of that it's everything I had hoped for. All things in, I would make the same decision but will not be renewing my contract for other, personal reasons. You won't go wrong signing here, just make sure you are an outgoing person or you won't fit in well.
jjaks krull: 2 stars because I’ve gotten an email to fill out this satisfaction survey every other day for a year even after unsubscribing my email address numerous times. Apartments fine though.
Kristin Voss: I sent the pics to the Artistry maintenance request thingy, but have since deleted them so I do not have them to provide. But I have mold. I have bugs. And I have submitted multiple requests to correct these issues and I keep getting messages "work order submitted" and then "work order canceled"Will my issued ever be fixed?Fingers crossed. It's been3months since I first sent pics of all of the mold.
Dimitry Raymond: The maintenance here is still bad. My AC unit broke when it was 90 outside, Michelle lied about scheduling the AC guy to come and fix it (I confirmed it with him when I met him). Wasn't until an angry email later that they actually lifted a finger to do anything. Then my exhaust fan/ventilator for the unit became defective. Their "fix" was to remove it without a plan to replace it. (would have been better to keep it in). They have easy ways to fix this issue. But, it's been 2 months of no properly circulating air and there's still no fix in sight. Jacob's response, from a month ago about being diligent to fix this, was a lie.
Jason Green: Office staff has really disappoint me, I have had a water leak for a week and they showed no interest in resolving the problem. After multiple promises to fix it on multiple occasions, still no one came, For the price you pay you shouldn't have to have buckets of water lying around to catch the leaks. Trying to go down to office maybe then they will care, but doubt it....
Noémie Golubovic: I lived at the Artistry for a year and I loved it ! Building is always clean, the staff is super nice and helpful, the amenities are great (2 gyms, rooftop pool, dog park …) and there is social events almost every months and yoga and work out classes every week !
Sara Aguilar: Not a place to make friends, Less if you have children. Needs to improve overall cleanliness of buildings
Rachel Tullar: I lived at the artistry for 2 years and my partner lived here for 3 years so I feel that I have a fair assessment of this complex. It was a decent place to live starting out, especially if you are in your 20’s. Like every apartment, there are pros and cons of living here which I have laid out below.Location: Fair - the location is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, night life and two grocery stores (Whole Foods & Needlers) which is extremely convenient. The downside is that the Artistry is located directly next to a homeless shelter where multiple violent offenders reside. I personally did not feel safe walking around outside on my own or at night because of this. 2/5Building Amenities: Excellent - the pool is great, and is definitely a party during the weekends. The gym is small but had pretty much everything that I needed. Amazon package hub is also very nice. I used the common areas during work hours occasionally which was convenient. 5/5Apartment Quality: Fair - the apartment was fairly cheap, and the walls are thin. We had an issue with the upstairs neighbors making a ton of noise for 3+ months which made it difficult to sleep. The appliances are okay, dishwasher was not the best. The bathroom was poorly ventilated and started to grow some mold around the caulk. We also had a major moisture problem and they supplied us with an air dehumidifier which helped a little. 3/5Staff: This one is hard, there was some staff that was extremely phenomenal to work with (Skylar, Jacob, and Austin) and others who were really difficult to work with (Jen). After living there for 2 years we eventually knew the right people to reach out to. Unfortunately those who are hard to work with took away from the experience of those who did an excellent job. 3/5Misc: When we moved into our apartment in 2020 there was a putrid smell coming out of the vents for a few weeks. I know that multiple tenants complained about this and the problem wasn’t addressed until a few weeks later. It turns out there was a dead body rotting in a first floor vacant apartment. The entire apartment was covered in flies. The management never addressed what happened in this situation but just clarified that they found a body - many nearby tenants thought that a homeless person broke into this apartment and passed away which brought on extra safety concerns.
Amy Plocharczyk: Easy access to interstates, right next to Whole Foods, walking distance to mass ave, and easy walking distance to night life activities! My dog loves the bark park and seeing all the friendly faces.
Laurie Butler: Caitlin and Austin are terrific people with whom to deal here. As are the maintenance crew and all the rest. A great place to live!!!!!Laurie Butler
Megan Fehribach: Randy is the best!

Axis: what do users think?
Ellen Shields: I asked a lot of questions and was pretty indecisive for a while. I was actually probably pretty annoying but Kaila was patient with me.
Sadie Mele: Move in was pretty seamless. They had all my information, brought me quickly to my new home, and gave me a tour later in the day. They were extremely flexible when my movers came a couple days later. The location is great for getting to work and the Kroger right downstairs is a GREAT benefit. Maintenance staff was very helpful with a quick lightbulb change (my only move in problem) AND they left a thank you note. The leasing office staff is very friendly. Hoping this positivity stays throughout my time here :)
Chris Roberts: We recently took a tour of Axis while shopping for a place to live downtown. Breanna was very courteous and helpful. Her knowledge of the property and its amenities left us with few questions at the end of the tour. We are looking forward to moving there!!
Abraham Abdulhak: Can’t beat that toilet humor
bowie G: This apartment complex has GOT to get the fire alarms under control. It happens twice a month now at least, and it’s never actually been a fire while I’ve lived here. It’s always a busted pipe or something else. The alarms are in every hallway and apartment, and it’s quite literally the loudest sound I’ve ever heard. My ears ring for hours after each alarm sounds off. My friends and family who have heard it all agree that the volume is beyond excessive, far louder than any school/college dorm/apartment I’ve ever been to.This is a “pet friendly” complex, but I seriously, genuinely worry that my cat and other animals here are going to suffer from hearing loss and heightened anxiety due to the sheer volume and frequency of these alarms. We never receive updates/ emails until sometimes half an hour or more later, sometimes never at all. On Christmas Day, I was traveling but stopped back at my apartment because I saw the fire alarm lights. I rushed up to get my cat in a panic, glad I was just able to be there in time. There was no response for over an hour, and so I had to take myself and my cat elsewhere since it was below freezing. The alarms were going off and on over and over, the email later on said it went on for nearly 48 HOURS. When I checked out the office to see what was going on, other people were in there casually playing pool, meanwhile buckets upon buckets of water were flooding from the ceiling. No safety measures were put into place whatsoever. It is going off again, as I type this. I was the ONLY person (as far as I saw) evacuate the building, because it happens so frequently that nobody bothers anymore. But what if there’s a real fire???!!! It is absolutely unacceptable, this is no way to live. Especially for the amount they’re charging.
Never say Never: No words!
Teylor Ellis: Best part about renting…. Our microwave door had broken and I came home to a newly installed microwave and they took the initiative to install a light fixture I had got from Amazon and been meaning to ask them to install. Love it here! Thank you Robin and Wayne. 😊
Terry Stowell: Dishwasher is working again. It just leaves spots on everything!
Eric Silvati: Team was awesome as always!
Cindy Roberts: We had an excellent tour with Brianna. The apartments are wonderful and we are looking forward to moving downtown.
Tiffany Castilleja: Overall our experience was pretty good. We lived here for a year and it was a nice 1st apartment in the city. Definitely some things that could be improved based on the high costs to live here.Pros:-Quiet [we never heard our neighbors]- Pool & gym are amazing-Fun resident events- Freshly painted hallways & new carpet- Our apartment was very clean when we moved in-The location is right by the canal & close to The Circle & Mass AveCons:-Off leash dogs [Some residents refuse to use leashes]-Kroger shopping carts now lock so you can't bring up your groceries in them-There are only 2 [slow] elevators for the entire building. 1 of them is constantly locked for people moving which will cause you to have to walk all the way around the entire building if you live on that side-Exit doors that do not have key fobs to get back in causing more unnecessary walking around- Shortage of maintenance staff [it took about a month for our washer to get fixed... our dish washer took several weeks and ended up ruining the flooring]- Leasing office can be unorganized with packages and maintenance requests-Lots of crime and homeless people in this area.. there's a bus stop directly next to the apartments and the Kroger that can be scary sometimes
David Scofield: Great living community. I loved the attached Kroger. Very nice neighbors. Common space was very well maintained. Administration was always friendly!
Patricia Korzeniewski: Axis was my home for three and a half years. They were prompt with service requests, amazing staff, and the community felt like home. If your looking for a place to live Axis is the best community downtown Indy. This place is dog friendly and goes over and beyond for your fluffy child. 🐶
State Representative Randy Frye: We love Axis
eleftheria agioutanti: Maintenance does an excellent job everytime I have called them! Thank you!!
Sunie Rahardja: Sarah is very friendly, well prepared, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a great visit experience
Yugeen Chaulagain: Safe, peaceful, and luxurious.
Yurie Snyder: Very big nice apartment. Beautiful pool. But not heelchair or stroller friendly. I had hard time to open the doors with stroller from the garage.
David Savage: Great tour but office was understaffed meaning I had to wait for a while. Not the fault of the person on duty.
Payton Gross: My Fiancé and I loved living at Axis. The property is dog friendly, has the best pool in Indy and is close to everything!! The view we had of the city was unbeatable. We will recommend Axis to anyone moving to Indy in the future.
Rashed Alkaabi: Really helpful management, I recommend this apartment for everyone wants luxury and comfortable place, this apartment is awesome.
