If we’re doing date night my wife and I tend to go to more traditional steakhouses, but for large groups…and when I’m by myself…I almost always end up at Fogo. The food is delicious every time. Chicken was great, but don't get the hype of any of the beef options. If you're looking for the atmosphere and great service, sure. My boyfriend and I come for our anniversary and other dates and usually get great service tonight we waited a long time to get greeted didn’t get our sides and I had to ask 3 times for my drink. However, Adam noticed we were not getting served well and took it upon himself to get my drink, get our food requests in and saw our experience through. My expectations for a $150 date night started to fall through but he make sure we were taken care of.You don’t see people care about what they do every often anymore but he did. Andrew Carstens: The Mrs and I with 2 of our closest friends came down for dinner. It was the first time for the Mrs and I. Chris was our server and he was above and beyond what we expected. He's the absolute best. I ordered the 48 day aged bone in ribeye at medium and it came out med well. I ate the entire thing because when it's aged beef it's a whole new level of flavor. The sides were good. The asparagus could have seasoned a little more, but still delicious. We will be back to try it again. Those are the only 2 things that I had a problem with,that's why only 4 stars. We are already planning our next dinner there.

Marty Rainford: I generally enjoy Prime 47 but tonight they missed the mark. The coconut shrimp was dry and chewy, the 4 steaks at the table were all tough. Nobody finished theirs. There were good bites, but most of it was pretty bad. I’ve bought better pieces of meat at the grocery. The mushrooms had a good flavor but they were so overcooked they were dry and chewy, too. The pork chop was wonderful, the jalapeño Au Gratin potatoes were very good. Lobster Mac and cheese was pretty good. We all enjoyed our drinks. That cookie dessert was really, really good. Almost made up for the sub par steaks…almost. That cookie had the whole table talking and we finally decided it had a back note of orange. Jessica lamb: I like to leave reviews for establishments that I try out. We and my husband came here for our anniversary. They gave us a free desert which was cooked very well. Overall the environment wasn’t too quite that it felt weird but actually to a normal noise level where you can just relax and feel comfortable. We was in a booth and felt roomy and like we was alone in some ways. We had steak and grilled chicken. Both were so so so good. The grilled chicken was beyond good! The chief is amazing and even made me a special sauce for my grilled chicken bc I don’t like what the original sauce was made from. Super kind! The waitress we had had this whole thing they say to everyone to help you understand about the restaurant and their menu, which I found useful. Other restaurants nearby aren’t nearly as good and cost similar or more. I will say they have obviously some limited menu options but everything we had was very good. The chocolate cake is made from scratch and was better than any cake I’ve had before. Anyway the waitress we had I can’t remember her name , but her name was Melanie (I think) I do believe she may have been apart of the LGBTQ community , anyway seriously the best waitress I’ve ever had. I will return bc of this waitress mainly and the grilled chicken. Oh and bc of the cake! Steak was cooked well according to husband but could use a tad more flavor but he said it was definitely good, better than H&I but not better than RC. But definitely worth going. I loved the food. Add Mac n cheese though 😉

When I made the reservation I asked to be seated in a quiet area (i brought a book) and when I got there they showed me what they had available and let me choose my spot. And someone (I’m assuming manager) even came by to make sure I was happy with my table. My server Kim was fantastic. She had excellent suggestions and had the perfect amount of attentiveness. josue leal: Seems as tho the beer can chicken is a problem, which they acknowledged here in reviews but tonight 4/4/23…seems as we had the same problem as the other reviewers from months back. So maybe they don’t respect their customers opinion? Meal portions were underperforming as well! Burger seemed to be good tho according to our friend! One of the best she’s ever had!

Rick Roseberry: Had not ever eaten here before but been by it numerous times when visiting Indy, so my wife and I decided to give it a try. We tried two appetizer, the crab cake and pretzels. Crab cake was excellent. The pretzels were good a little leathery on the outside but warm and tender on the inside, cheese dip was really good. My wife had the shrimp and subbed the mac n cheese for her side. She said the shrimp were very good but slightly overcooked. She said the mac n cheese was excellent. I had the BBQ meatloaf. Excellent flavor but on the dry side. I had the standard sides and they were very good. What the standout of the meal was our service which was outstanding. Friendly and prompt, attentive without being pesty. Kudos to the staff at Weber Grill.
