Indianapolis Art Center: what do users think?
Carole H: Incredible sculpture gardens with a beautiful park with waterfalls, historic sites. And an extremely excellent view of the riverI happen to be staying at the hotel next door and had to come check these statues out. These are on the outside park are and there is no entrance fee. Plenty of picnic areas.
Alica Coffey: Amazing place to take classes and learn different forms of art, the teachers and staff are great as well!
Kaylee Schlecht: Great experience and it was absolutely free(I’m not sure if it’s always free or it was a special event). These photos are from a few months ago but I’m still amazed when I look at them. Very creative and talented artists! If you’re ever in Indy go ahead and stop in you won’t be disappointed.
Erin Ellis: Beautiful both indoors and outdoors. A gem of Indy!
Amber Love: Absolutely beautiful campus, with events scheduled throughout the year. The installations on the grounds are always really cool, but even without the structures, there are benches and an overlook from which to watch the river. I love seeing the seasons change here. The classes I've attended have also been worth every penny, particularly the glass blowing. Highly recommend!
Jaime Chanter: Such a great spot! We walked the trails and saw the sculptures. We headed inside to warm up at the little coffee shop. The library was cozy and clean with even some sweet little kid art books. The inside galleries were super cool and the workshops looked fascinating!
Salma Bakr: Was looking forward to this art center, but found it closed during opening hours, and even the artspark was dark so we couldn’t see anything. Will try to revisit when in Indianapolis again!
Shirley Green: I loved visiting the Indianapolis Art Center, there are so many amazing Artists able to showcase their artistic abilities. It has truly inspired me to get back into my art, especially seeing my son Mechi and daughter Shanel's artwork on display!! 👏🏾
Mark Swaim: Great place to express your art side and meet new people.
Ivan Sleet: Awesome exhibition for Flava Fresh!
Paul Oliveira: Excellent venue for our charity concert.
First Email (Abyssal): Learning animation here. Gonna take more classes here later into next year.
Hills Chan: Love it. I’ve done many classes here in woodworking, metalworking, watercolors. Almost a fun time, everyone is super nice, and u get cool stuff to take home
Colton Weber: Very good.
T Shirley: Lazy staff, no general knowledge of their posted policies or follow-up to issues. Grounds are reasonably maintained but interior is dirty with some areas like the library in need of maintenance.
Daniel Mack: Great place for learn art for the family.
Holasonia Garcia: Buena sala de exposiciones. Lugar donde se pueden hacer cursos
Lainey B: Great art center with nature trail
Elizabeth Renee: Lovely!
Wendy Lentz Civil: The Indianapolis Art Center is my new favorite happy place as the art lover I am.You can visit the Indianapolis Art Center to discover the work of amazing artists. Take Art and creative classes for you or children. When I visited them, the work of the artist Bad Habbit was being exhibited. She’s such a talented artist. It was also the 50th birthday of the center, so they had an amazing fair which I really enjoyed.
Just Sherri: Pretty fun place with things for all ages.

My Art-Carmel: what do users think?
Karla Satter-Rich: It's a really cool place
Nicole Fisher: Positive:Communication,Quality,ValueMy 7 year old daughter started taking art classes and she loves the interaction and projects! The communication from the owner is outstanding; she is thorough, timely and very caring. We are so excited to have found MyArt!
Sarah Ely: My 9 year old loves doing art here! She likes that she can select a project from *many* in the drawers, get some pointers from the teachers, but overall add her own uniqueness to her project pieces! It has been very therapeutic for her. Miss Sylvia, the business owner, has been kind & helpful.
Lauryn Hildebrand: Hey all! This was our first summer trying MyArt -Carmel for an art program for our elementary child. We’re super disappointed, the staff is super sullen and very rude. Normally I’d appreciate short communication- but not for young students! My daughter begged to quit after the first day and this is someone who loves art and has enjoyed many other programs! We definitely won’t be going back! Kiln Creations is much better value, more art projects with more mediums, and a happy staff!
Danielle Fuller: My daughter absolutely loves this studio. The staff is incredible and they really have opened my daughter up not only with her confidence, but also her beginning drawing skills. She is very happy. Thank you for that MyArt Carmel!!
Brie ORourke: My children did not enjoy this painting class. They felt that the instructors did not like children and they had very little patience with them. One instructor even huffed as she came around to my son's canvas. This may be children's interpretation, but that is how they feel. If you want a pretty cheap babysitting service for a Friday night, this is your place. If you want your children to have a fun painting experience, go somewhere else.
John Urbano: Sylvia and Gwen Runningen are angels, if you have a chance you should meet these wonderful people! The studio is so clean and pretty. I think this is my favorite little place in Carmel. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
Heather Halliburton: We have gone to MyArt for two years now. The skills my child has developed are amazing and she brings home beautiful pieces of art - many of which are framed and hanging in our house!
Ashley Millis: We have been taking art classes/ summer camp classes here for years and my 6 yr old has been taking the weekly classes for about 6 months now. I’ve been absolutely blown away with how much she has grown artistically in technique. Tuesdays are now her favorite day of the week! I highly recommend this family-owned art studio for any kiddos that like to dabble in art!
Nancy: Our daughter has been a student at Myart with Ms Sylvia for at least the last 7 to 8 years. She loves it. Her drawings have improved beyond our expectations. Even more importantly drawing, painting and art in general have become a passion for our child. Classes at Myart started with step by step instruction and as she’s progressed she’s gradually work towards more independent drawing with teacher support. As she’s grown up we’ve done many different sports and activities, but Myart is the one thing they stayed constant throughout her school career.
