Pat B.: I cant say enough good things about our experience with AIR Co. During a kitchen floor demo, it was suspected the bottom layer may have been asbestos tile from 1954 when our home was built. Project manager Dan Flack came out the next day to take a sample of the tile and the following day it came back positive for asbestos. He came back the same day to run an air test throughout the house to find out if the rest of the house was contaminated with asbestos dust from the kitchen floor demo, and fortunately it wasn’t. We set up a time to have AIR Co come in and remediate the rubble the flooring company had to leave in our kitchen, as well as remove the remaining asbestos tile from the subfloor. Eddy and his crew did an exceptional job and were in and out in 3 hours. We were fortunate they had a cancellation and were able to move us up on their schedule by 5 days, which has been a huge help to get us back living in our house again. If I could give more than a 5 ⭐️ review, I certainly would!

Tim Anderson: Darrin came to the house and prepared an estimate for the removal of a very old coal-fired-converted-to-oil boiler system. The estimate was reasonable. A full crew arrived and wasted no time sealing off the work area to prevent dust, dirt and any harmful particles from the boiler from getting into the house. The crew was courteous and professional. They finished the job quicker than estimated and cleaned up the mess and hauled away the boiler remnants. I highly recommend them.

Laura Smallwood: I have been having horrible allergies in my home ever since I bought it about 3 years ago. My doctor suggested I have it tested for mold especially in the crawl space. I called AAMR of Indiana from a recommendation I received from a friend of mine. When I called I spoke with the company owner Rick directly. He was able to come out to the house within 2 days to test and sure enough I had large amounts of mold in my crawl space. He took pictures and showed me where I had standing water in my crawl space and the mold that seemed to cover almost every surface. Rick gave me an estimate and I told him I would call him once I got a few more estimates. He said he totally understood and said to call him if I decided to use his company.I won't say they other names of the companies, but I got two more quotes and they did not go above and beyond like Rick did explaining what I had and what I needed, plus they over bid by a lot. So need less to say I called Rick and scheduled my repair. He was able to get me in within a couple of weeks, which was better than the other companies as well.When AAMR of Indiana showed up the morning of the repair, I spoke with Andy. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I went to work that day and when I can home I wouldn't have even known they had been there. The repair took 3 days and each day before they left the area was clean. At the end Andy took more pictures and showed me what they had done. They installed a drainage system so I wouldn't have standing water any more, treated all the mold and laid down heavy plastic. The crawl space was clean. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
