They were just discriminating against how I look because I’m not the biggest person in the world and have medical scar on my throat.

Deziray Curry: Bartender decided to leave himself a 20 dollar tip. I don't really understand why since my tab was 46 dollars and I tipped 20 percent. He changed my "56" into 66$. He was a good bartender don't get me wrong but where did he get the audacity to put OVER a 40 percent tip on my card? I would go back but only if I have cash.
Madison M: A stop on a St Pattys bar crawl. I had always been super curious about what this place has to offer and honestly still am. I don’t claim I had the full experience since we were there at 7pm on a Saturday. Anyway, 2 large rooms and an outside space. One room is a dance floor. There are two large bars and some seating scattered about. I liked the character of the place but would really like to come here later in the night to really get the energy. Anyway, it was a good bar crawl stop, service was quick, it was clean. You can’t exit where you entered and sorry ladies but they have one single bathroom 😱
kendra davis: I went to the Red Room on Saturday 3/4/2023 approx. 11pm and the Manger was so rude. My cousin had a party there and I couldn’t attend due the manager saying we can get in because we cannot wear jogging suits. We were on the VIP list and the club staff did not tell the party that it was a dress code. Also, I checked the website and it didn’t inform that the club has a dress code. When brought to the manager attention, he got rude and stated I’m the owner and didn’t care what the website said. I will never go back to this club because management is very unprofessional.Customer service sucks very bad.

Clay Goldman: I came here on part of a bar crawl over Halloweekend. This was definitely the best stop. They had a good space with a dance floor if you wanted to dance (which I always do), and an outdoor space for more relaxed conversation. There are multiple bars, so service is relatively quick. Overall, a cool location and good experience.

Angela Cook: Visited Indy today from Cincinnati and went to Union 50 on a whim. They did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious and our server Khiry was awesome! We had the truffle fries, the duck and the lamb shank. We loved the atmosphere and will definitely be back on our next visit.

Well, Union 50 proved to be a good bet for our last Eat-Out meal. I'm not fond of poutine, but I actually really like the pastrami poutine they have. Maybe it's because the amount of fries to toppings was well ratio-ed out. It wasn't toi dry or too soggy. Just perfect and it was yums. Everything was delicious. I'm a huge fan of duck and the duck duck dish was cooked perfectly. Tender. Tasty. Totally one of the best places to eat at Indy. And the service was great. Our server and the kitchen coursed everything properly. Pretty impressed with this place.

Eswin Trujillo: First off, if you're concerned about COVID, this is a good spot. While it only has indoor seating, the seating is spread very far apart, well more than 6 feet, and everyone there seems to take it seriously. Second, the food was great and the price was reasonable (although I live in Chicago so maybe everywhere else seems cheap?). I highly, highly recommend the toast + jam, as it is raw ahi tuna on crispy bread. The scallops are also highly recommended, especially if you like spaetzle. Should I find myself in Indy again, it will be hard for me to want to eat somewhere else.

Karen E Laine: I keep trying to like the food here, and maybe it's my palate that's the problem and not the food, but it all seems over done to me. There seem to be too many flavors added to each dish. This time, I ordered gnocchi, which the menu didn't mention was spicy (which I pay attention to because I don't enjoy overly spicy food), and traditionally isn't spicy, and it was too spicy for me to eat. Also, the menu said it was pan seared, but mine was charred. The truffle fries were a little limp and had too much truffle oil. The bread had char marks, which I know some people like, but I just don't. I like my bread to taste like bread, not charcoal. Our service was good: attentive, knowledgeable, timely. There are a lot of hard surfaces, so the space is noisy.

All the other servers as well could see my wife and I admiring the dishes as they came out, and would tip the plates a bit in our direction as they walked by with an explanation of what the dish was.Chef Dan, Sous Chef Roman, and the entire crew put on an excellent display of their talents. A clinic on flavor, teamwork, and excellence if you will. Highly impressed, inspired, and fulfilled.

Michelle N: I am well over 21 and the bouncer was incredibly rude and unwilling to admit he was wrong after claiming my ID was fake. Showed multiple forms of ID, my snap birthday, and my 21st birthday post from awhile ago because I was so frustrated. I told the staff member they could have the police scan it but was told no. Really felt like the attitude I was given was over the top for even a bouncer- I understand they have to be stern but was at the point of tears. Police officer outside was willing to vouch for my ID but also told me landsharks wasn’t worth it if I didn’t feel like facing the bouncer again. Just really disappointed because I wanted to try a new spot but really discouraged from going back. I have a very real Indiana license and the fact that a bouncer in Indiana couldn’t recognize that was bizarre
Tim Shaw: This is an awesome spot. Always good energy, good music, and good drink prices. People always end up here around midnight and dance until the lights come on. The could call it “The End Up” because it’s at the end of the strip and you just find yourself there after spending so much time in Broadripple.

Eric Y: Did not know you had to wear dress pants to get inside. Was told I couldn’t enter wearing khaki shorts. Disappointing experience for a 21st birthday. Bit ridiculous to expect people to be wearing dress pants in summer heat while out at night in broad ripple. Will not be going back here. Didn’t seem like the kind of place to be requiring business attire, very strange.

Ryan A: DONT GO HERE.I have been going to dance clubs, including land sharks, for a long time, and tonight was my worst experience ever. I danced and had fun for an hour, until I was literally picked up and forced out of the building by security for no reason. I know when people are drunk and acting crazy, and I promise you I was not acting crazy. They threw me out on the street and when the police officer told me to walk away, I said that I had a jacket inside and would not leave without it. When I said this, the police officer handcuffed me and had me stand on the curb for an hour with my hands strapped behind my back while he joked around with the bouncer who tackled me in the middle of the street. After 45 minutes of waiting for someone to take me to jail for "public intoxication" the cop unhandcuffed me and told me to forget about my jacket. I am grateful to be going to bed in my own bed tonight, but I would not mess with land sharks. I loved this place 5 years ago, but I guess that times have changed. If you guys have a green Vans jacket that says off the wall why dont you give it back to me since I almost spent the night in county jail for you. F U.I also wrote this at 2 am and was unsure but I was definitely punched in the back of the head last night. Why would a bouncer punch you in the head at all, let alone from behind? My head is swollen and my fingers have had a numbing sensation, and I literally have no idea why I was attacked. Dude shoulda went to jail. I added a pic to show that I'm not exaggerating or making something up after the fact

Gunslinger#1876: The vibe is pretty cool when they open up all three bars for the college crowd, but besides that, my experience has been below par. Every time I go, I get physically sick the morning after (which doesn’t happen at any other bar I go to). I don’t wanna blame it on the quality of the drinks they serve, but I can’t think of any other possible explanation.
Nich: Bouncers are very mean and don't care about your situation. Went to my car to grab something for like five minutes. On the way out I told the bouncer I would be right back and when I got back he said I couldn't re enter. My girlfriend was in there (very drunk) and I couldn't help her and my tab was still open. I explained my situation and they didn't care at all

NONSENSE NAP: The manager met me at the door; real cool gentleman bought me a drink and made sure I was good throughout the night. Very energetic atmosphere, the dj was playing hits after hits this Saturday night very good vibe and a lot of good people dancing and having fun. I will definitely be back!! Thanks Neil for the live atmosphere and keeping the crowd entertained the whole night. Also the driisks were A1 no complaints definitely a place to stop buy and go in broad ripple

Carlos Guerrero: Was there on a four day business trip. We had quite the schedule and everything in the background rans so smooth, you'd forget all the hard work the staff is involved with. Breakfast, lunch, breaks and dinner went off without a problem. The food was great, warm and everyone had plenty to pick from. Small friendly conversations with the staff shows they care about their work. The hotel is within walking distance from everything; bars, restaurants and Lucas Oil football field which is pretty cool and the Indianapolis Pacers basketball stadium.We got pizza and we're able to eat in the lobby while enjoying drinks from the bar. Went to the Slippery Noodle and walked back to the hotel with no problem and enjoyed some local sites also. Enjoy your stay.

Jen Simmons: I absolutely recommend Aadvanced Limousines. We used them as transportation for our wedding. We got the 14-passenger Escalade limo and it was amazing! We were able to have some champagne and ride in luxury while we picked up family members and were taken to the venue. They also picked us all up after the reception to take us home! The Escalade was in beautiful condition, absolutely stunning. Our chauffeur was so sweet, kind, accommodating, and flexible. The rates were affordable and the whole process was so easy. I cannot thank them enough and will absolutely use them again in the future!!!

Brionna Slaughter: We had limos for our bridal party + parents and shuttle buses for all of our other guests for our 100 person wedding, and Aadvanced Limousines was honestly able to give us a luxury experience. Every single limo/bus was on time, and all of them looked pristine and classy! The drivers were very kind, and we had an absolute blast! Calling in to get a quote is definitely the way to do it because it is a lot easier to just talk to them. They have so much experience that they already know what problems may arise and have suggestions based on the amount of people. We ended up having to add on an extra bus at the last minute, and they were able to do that with no problem. Everyone was super happy with the transportation and I am so glad that we did it through Aadvanced Limousines!

Samantha Gardner: We reserved a table for a bachelorette party. I liked that we received chips back in order to purchase drinks throughout the night. I have NEVER been line dancing before so the lessons were helpful. If you wanted to get out and try to dance with the others even if you didn't know the song/dance the regulars (or maybe they were people that just knew what they were doing) were very helpful in kind of directing you what to do. Felt like a small town bar but in a bigger city.
Tim Brown: The sound level was WAY above the OSHA max of 80 decibles. This is important. Why? What's the point in going to a club to socialize if you a) are unable to socialize due to the extreme sound volume, and b) you suffer long term hearing damage in the process and become deaf like the DJ? I think club owners these days reason that the sound level induces people to drink more and spend more money, but it also discourages many from coming back on a regular basis.. There were lots of hot women the night I was there, but again what's the point? It is hard to enough to game a woman when both of you can clearly hear what is said without shouting at her, and she can smeill every detail of the meal you had before.
Delaney Englert: Saddle Up is definitely fun if you like to dance, like bigger and spacious venues, and like country/standard pop hits. These are reasons I like it. Some cons. I don't know if it was entirely because I ate before going there, but I had a long island, lemon drop, and 2 shots of fireball. I'm only 100lbs and honestly didn't even get a buzz which was a little dissapointing and makes me wonder if anything is watered down. But the main drag for me was I expected line dancing to, mainly, stop at 10:30 once they played other music besides country. Don't get me wrong, it's fun to learn dances, but I went out to dance normally as well. But almost ANY song had people line dancing, line dances I didn't know, and have no idea how everybody else does. So it makes you feel awkward to try and just dance normally on the side lines. And it can be difficult and also awkward to try and simply learn by watching and fumbling around trying to join in. The other downer is if they played a song that there wasn't a line dance for, almost everybody would leave the dance floor, again, making me feel super awkward staying and trying to just dance normally. Obviously people not dancing isn't the bars fault, but it was my experience on a Saturday night there.

Luisa Kolb: Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. 1. If you’re not a line dancer on a Friday (or a day that it’s not as busy) you’re gonna get dirty looks EVEN from the staff. 2. Let’s be real, this bar is mainly a white person place (even though yes I saw a lot of other races and ethnicities they were line dancers) so because my little group did not know how to line dance we just wanted to drink and dance on our own. I had had maybe 4-5 drinks and three were back to back, I was cut off. 2/6 people in my group were definitely drunk.. definitely needed to be cut off but I did not. I quickly realized that these people really wanted us out of the bar, they stopped serving me and a couple others that were doing fine. My friend, left her drink unattended for maybe 2 min while we danced, she came back finished her drink and shortly after we noticed it had been roofied. She started acting strange and passed out. Not normal for someone who had maybe 5 drinks. I won’t be coming back to this place, honestly it’s been a while since I’ve experienced racism but this was it. I felt very unwelcome and sadly so did my friends. If you’re not a line dancer, honestly this place isn’t for you.
jennifer Lynagh: This bar has gone down hill in the last 6 years..I have been coming to this bar pretty much every weekend for the past 6 years. I paid a few times but then became “a regular “ at least I thought and was let in for free cover. In the past 4 months I have paid more to get in then I have in the previous 6 years that it has been open I am a shamed. Who knows how many thousands of dollars I have thrown away in this bar. If you are not apart of their “ A list “ then you are not a regular. As if of April 13 2019 this bar has lost my business..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT SADDLE UP!!!!Thanks for wasting 6 years of my time and money. Also management doesn’t return emails...Chris ( my fiancé)

Adrian Fontecha: Pros:- DJ plays varied playlist- Counts off when the line dance begins, that way you don’t have people staggered in their steps resulting in possibly bumping into others on a crowded floor- No Cover Fee for First Responders (Police, Fire, EMS) and MilitaryDrawbacks:- They may not necessarily be disallowing couple dancing, but the fact that few, if any, people care to ensure space on the outside perimeter for others who do want to dance with a partner makes it seem like it.- If you do want to partner dance, I would suggest bringing a willing friend who’s open to learn. Seems like many, but not all, of the ladies that I’ve respectfully invited to dance (and I’ve asked many) either 1) don’t know how to dance (not their fault), BUT are unwilling to try and learn, and 2) have a disinterest in partner dancing altogether (again, not their fault) BUT don’t know how to politely decline without showing a disgusted/standoffish look- Charge a Cover Fee even when it’s still early (before 10pm) and not yet crowded- Gets Uncomfortably Crowded
Chelsea Morrison: One the most lively entertainment venues around. Great staff and incredible dance workshops offered throughout thr year. Come as a beginner and leave a confident line dancer. Mechanical Bull availble in the evening as well. Great prices, fantasic music, and not the crowd if a typical bar. Highly recommend and cant wait to return!
Alexis Broyles: Love that they teach you three dances throughout the night. I like going around 8pm and leaving around 10:30 because it gets rowdy in there after that time and that's just not my jam but it's fun to watch people line dance to music other than country.

Wilson: The short of it: this bar allows their line-dancing patrons to assault other patrons if you are felt to 'get in the way' of the spontaneous line-dancing that occurs on the dance floor.For those who haven't been here before, it can be perplexing when a few dozen people suddenly begin line-dancing around you. The bar provides no area to contain this curious group activity; instead, those not line-dancing are shamed into leaving the dance floor. However, my group decided to continue dancing in place while the line-dancers did their thing around us. At some point, I was shoved off the floor by a patron, who did so by nearly ripping my shirt off me. The bar security saw this and, instead of disciplining the rude patron, decided to ask that I leave the dance floor.Undoubtedly, this bar is bizarre, but perhaps this is to be expected when people line dance to hip hop. What was unexpected was how all these country line dancers would act so unwelcoming in the least and, at the most extreme, would turn to assault in order to encourage others to either get in line or get off the dance floor.I was offered no refund, and in the end, was asked to leave the bar. However, I'll long remember the kindness paid by a few strangers who saw how the bar staff was treating our group and also left the bar in solidarity and disgust.
