Maria Morales: Super cómodo,en lo personal me encanta😍
Walt Kubanek: This is a beautiful property woth excellent staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Lynn Rottschafer: Top notch......so much better than the one in Marietta, Georgia!!!!Weekends are more money than weekdays.......????
Candice Richey: Nice getaway!Rooms: Great Rooms!Food & drinks: Complimentary drinks and food are great!
Valerie Whitmore: I have been at this location twice and will definitely come back. The rooms are clean, staff very genial and helpful.when I travel I make Drury my choice of hotel..Food & drinks: You cannot beat their dinner and breakfast..how often do you get 2 nutritional meals included in the price of the room and you don’t have to leave the hotel. It doesn’t get better than that.
Justin Nelms: A lot of fun and the perks when staying there are awesome.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Nikki: Great staff.Included food decent.
Ben Rudolph: I have stayed at a number of Drury Inn's. This is by far the best. The staff is kind and attentive. The room was clean and spacious.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Deb Hutchinson: Wow, what a circus. Guests were loud and obnoxious. We saw numerous children in dining area without proper attire or shoes. A group of adults brought a large cooler full of alcohol to dining area. Not sure if that's illegal in Indiana but it is in Michigan. The pool area was overcrowded and there was a toddler in a swim diaper using pool. We opted not to use the pool or hot tub because of sanitary issues. We were awakened by children running up and down hallway at 11:30 pm. Room was comfortable. Small fridge, no freezer. Could hear adjoining rooms tv, road noise and hallway noise. Staff okay but perhaps a security guard is necessary here because the staff didn't seem to keep unruly guests in check. Didn't feel particularly safe here. I explained my discomfort and disappointment of my stay to front desk clerk and she comped our room. Thanks. Drurys is the one of the few hotels that care about your comfort.
Kim Barclay: Whenever we travel we try to find a Drury. Never disappointed.Rooms: Always clean and niceNearby activities: Usually there's always somewhere to walk toSafety: Always feel safe parking.Food & drinks: Their breakfast is awesome, in the wind down time is just wonderful
Kris Erickson: Bath tub did not hold water!!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Kate M: We enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good price for what you get - full breakfast, dinner, snacks, and drinks included. We had a 2-room suite, which was clean and comfortable. The main room was the main bed, yet there was a smaller room with a door that had a pull out couch, TV, sink, microwave, and mini fridge. Most hotels I've been in, it's opposite- the couch is in the main space and the bed is in a separate room. I actually didn't mind the way it was set up as our little one had her own space, and felt pretty special. All of the windows had blackout curtains - we had no issues with lights (8th floor). The food: the dinners weren't bad, we had one out of two dinners, only because they didn't offer much for one of us in our party on the second night. The breakfast would have been great if the food was hot, or even warm... both mornings the food was cold. The only part that was good were the biscuits. We got 3 drinks per adult on the room per night. They were fine. Not great, yet not bad.The pool is an indoor/outdoor pool. While they say it is "heated", it can only be so warm as half the pool is exposed to the outdoors. There is a garagedoor that separates the spaces. Therfore, if it is 40 degrees outside (like it was when we visited), the indoor air was super warm, yet the pool was chilly. We still swam and had fun, yet know the pool may be chilly if it is colder outside. There is a hot tub that is warm, yet our second night it was pretty dirty, so we skipped it.Location: it was a good 20-30 minutes from the zoo and children's museum. We booked this hotel as it wasn't too far away, but it had so many perks to help us save some money, which we did.Service: we didn't need much during our stay, but when we checked in the front desk were super friendly, and all of the staff we interacted with at meal times were also friendly.Solid 4/5, mainly because of the cold breakfast (2 days in a row) and cleanliness of the hot tub. Some aspects of the breakfast were inedible in my mind.

William Ossa: Very nice overall.Rooms: Well maintained.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Donna Meriweather: Great experience with Damon. Excellent service and very clean rooms. Great water pressure in the showers. An enjoyable experience.Rooms: Clean and spacious.
Johannes Schwarz: Like a hostel! No room Service available at all. Not even on demand.Hairs from whomever everywhere in the room, bathroom, and even tangled in the towels. Towel change only possible on demand and at the reception when bringing them by oneself.Ok, you cannot compare the weak US hotel standard to the European quality but this one is frowsy and disgusting.I believe the positive ratings on the net are fraudulently purchased!
Bobbi Henry: The front desk is amazing. Very friendly. The pool is nice and the hot tub is very relaxing. The room was very comfortable. Very clean and organized. Worth the $135 spent for a nice place to sleep. The bath water runs HOT which is so nice, just be careful. The ac works but is slow at cooling the room down. The heat works great though. Can't really complain about this hotel. :)Rooms: Very comfortable.Safety: I feel safe here. Nice distance from downtownNoteworthy details: Hot water works well for showers/baths.Pool and hot tub are nice.Rooms are clean
Tiffany Thompson: The bed was comfortable but the room was dirty and smelled. Rooms were outdated. Also there wasn’t a hot breakfast.
Anna Bug: At the minimum the bed was comfy. There is a balcony but the door was broken and the balcony was covered in black dust. Within 2 minutes of walking into the hotel room my white socks turned black. The floor was so sticky and wet it was squishy. I wouldn’t be shocked if it is a mold hazard. The shower had dead bugs, blue and orange dirt crusted on the walls and so… much.. hair.. it looks like someone shaved their private areas in the shower and then it wasn’t cleaned before we got the room. The shampoo and conditioner is obviously just hand soap and lotion. No fan in bathroom. There is breakfast advertised but no breakfast. Staff in the lobby seemed generally confused, they were extremely talkative but friendly. At first I was going to say two stars because the pool and hot tub was nice. But in the pictures you can see an uncleaned stain of bodily fluids on the mattress, absolutely disgusting. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend.
T'Jay Jefferson: Our sink held water, there was trash in the garbage pail when we arrived. The room is spacious & the balcony is perfect.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Jim Wright: We stayed there while my dad was having open heart surgery at the hospital nearby. The staff was very accommodating. We were there during the Christmas holidays, and although they did not have their regular support staff, those who were there offer to do anything that we needed.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Heather Jenks: Sabrina was amazing to work with and helped us get whatever was needed. It was not loud for NYE weekend, right next to the hospital which was the whole reason we were there, as a loved one is at the heart center. Pet friendly and had dog treats as we checked in as well. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool wasn't too cold like others we have been to.
Dan The Music Man: Rooms seem a bit dated with very basic amenities. Breakfast was minimal.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Robert Gasper: Clean with friendly staff. Would have been great if they dealt with the kids running up and down the hallway and taking over the gym that you could hear all over the hotel. Literally all over the hotel. They were on one side and you could hear them from the other. They did calm down around 9pm but it never should have been that loud and tolerated.Bathrooms were clean and everything else was fine.
Zane Meyer: Small rooms. Terrible customer service

Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing: what do users think?
Tati Raz: Good hotel for the price!!! Beautiful lobby but there is no breakfast included , the bar and the restaurant were not popular and situated right up front which seems uncomfortable. No fee wifi or parking. valley is like 25 a night. The are is nice with all the stores and restaurants around. The best part was the front desk! Super nice and helpful!
Tia-Lynn Hatcher-Gary: Everything was great. Didn't care for $15 per night parking in the garage but what can we do about that. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was lovely! Everything was clean. The only thing I would change is having some control of the AC. It got a little stuffy in the room but overall...Thanks for a great stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, High-tech …More
Connor Shaw: Only went in the lobby and it was very nice so I really can't rate much better then a 4 starFood & drinks: The eggs were cold but everything else was pretty good
Leonard Lorentz: Really disappointed with my recent stay at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing. The staff was not very accommodating and seemed annoyed with our needs. We were first assigned a room with no towels. We asked for some only to get called later on asking if we still really needed them. The room itself was musty and could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. Maybe even a new carpet. At night there was a loud party going on until 5 am. I didn't know exactly what room, so I was unable to get the staff to help. I will never return to this property.
collene hayes: Would not recommend. Older rooms being renovated. Mold in room by window. Ac vent super loud. When moved to newly renovated room there was no TV remote, no toilet paper holder, loud fridge, no streaming service online, room phone not hooked up. Management does try to correct issues. Comfortable beds and hot water is the best they have to offer. Staff is also pleasant and accommodating.
John Maxwell: Furniture is extremely old. They are remodeling now but wow the rooms thst have not been remodeled are bad. I'm surprised Sheraton allows there name to be on this hotel. I had a drink and something to eat at the bar. Service was extreeeeeeemly slow and the food was bad.Rooms: Dingy and old. Some under renovation. Not mine.Food & drinks: Drinks fine good bad.
Taufeeque Ali: Nice place to stay in this area. Hotel was amazing. One of the best and only 4 star hotel in this area surrounded by outlet malls, eatery, and tourist spots. Will definitely stay here again.
Sarah “Sarah” Phillips: Our bed was a crime scene under the sheet. Great staff. Left a gift bag behind and called immediately but it was nowhere to be found:( Bartender Michael was great!!!Food & drinks: Cheesecake factory
Gaby Ferreira: The hotel is outdated but they are working on renovating. My complaint is some nights they give you free cookies and waters and are great. Other nights nothing...Mandy IU never know wheat to expect. I don't like the inconsistency.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Paul Heimann: Shower didn't work right. Most of the water didn't redirect so the pressure was very low. One of the lights in our room was out. The coffee maker also didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but I expected more than that. The bar was poor. The bar tender was unknowledgeable and way too stingy for the over priced drinks. The parking was also awkward. At checkout, we Indicated that we would like someone at the hotel to follow up with us about our stay, which was more than two week ago, and we never heard from them.I'll stay somewhere else next time.
Claudia Weitz: Our original room that we were given had not been cleaned properly. Surfaces were sticky with visible cup rings. Bathtub was dirty and peeling. Bed was disheveled. Carpet was ripped. We were given a new room, however it was not what we originally booked. No apology from staff and no discount given. Will not return or recommendRooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Joel Hector: Great service and very relaxing
Jacob Tidwell: This location is located in north Indianapolis with easy access to local streets and the interstate highways. It’s attached to a shopping mall and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. It’s clear this is a more affluent area.I arrived in the middle of the afternoon, but my room wasn’t ready. The lobby was comfortable and it was easy for me to work for a few hours. The staff clearly saw me there working, but never once approached me if/when my room was available. The room was spacious and appropriately furnished. The beds weren’t amazing, but they did the job. There’s some remodeling or construction occurring, so be prepared for a little noise during the day and false fire alarms.Overall, it’s a Marriott property, but clearly not concerned about overall service to guests or Bonvoy members with status.
Coty Waldron: Rooms: Brown s*** in our shower and they would have left a stain after you washed it off and we think there is yak on the pictures the pool in the sauna was awesome though no hot tea ran out of coffee downstairsRooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Hyatt Place Indianapolis/Keystone: what do users think?
Ryan Russell: LOUD construction. Will be going on for months.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Bobbie Kaltmayer: The hotel is under renovation, but that was not indicated in the booking. When my employee arrived the place looked empty and could not get into the lobby. Half of the roof is gone. After assuming the location was closed, he stayed somewhere else and no one at the hotel will give us a refund, for a room that was overcharged to begin with, and one that he never stayed in. Poor customer service.
Emily Cowan: Not a Hyatt!! I was surprised pulling up to see "Keystone Inn" printed on a temporary sign on the front of the building. I booked through a third party site, and it was not what I was expecting. We stayed one night for an event nearby.Convenient location just outside the city. Room was nice, bathroom a little dated. Pool was closed. Check in and out was fine. The ladies at the breakfast bar went all out to make sure everyone was happy. There was a big family reunion staying there, a lot of people eating, and they kept it stocked. Nice selection for free breakfast at this type of hotel.
aqueba carlisle-matlock: My family and I are currently staying at this hotel for a baseball tournament. Our team has more than 10 rooms and are staying 4 nights. My son went to the front desk to ask for a spoon and was told it cost $1. He came back to the room to tell me so I thought he misunderstood. When I called the front desk I spoke with a young lady named AL.(or that's what she claimed her name was) she stated that her manager Zach Sams told them that they must charge for everything after breakfast which ends at 10am. I was in Awe. I'm like we have over 10 rooms for at least 3-4 nights paying $200+ a night and I can't get a spoon. I've never heard of such. I informed her that I would be contacting their corporate office and posting this information on all the social media outlets.
B A Carpenter: RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL... ACTUALLY THE OPPOSITE OF HELPFUL.
Rudy Lopez: Nice hotel, and nice roomsRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Christopher Carlson: This is a very nice, clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. I will stay here again. I stayed here on a Thursday night for about half the price of any of the other nearby hotels I only noticed minor problems in that the heat was limited to 74 deg. F and the room phone didn’t work.
Sara Stadtmiller: Allister was amazing! My husband and I had a long and stressful travel day and she was very accommodating and friendly. Went above and beyond and made our night. The hotel even had space for us to park our moving truck. We will definitely come back here!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Honest & Truthful: I typically like Hyatt's, but we won't be staying here again. The staff was friendly. I requested daily cleaning, but no one came. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, you could clearly hear the cars on the highway, so it wasn't a very quiet room at night and the room was very stuffy. Also, several of the outlets in the room didn't work. The front desk agent said that this hotel will be a Home 2 Suites by Hilton in the near future and they will be making some updates to it.
John Robinson: Great hotel an has everything close by from food an shopping to fun an bars
Johnny Motley: Great service. Front desk staff in the morning and night. Super helpful. Evett was very kind. Very informative. If u looking to get a very peaceful rest. And yet clean safe environment. This is the place to go
M: Spacious room and was very clean. Breakfast each morning was fair considering Covid protocols. Must request daily room service, which would have been nice to know at check-in. Overall, great location and good access to keystone mall and restaurants. The Sheraton connects to the mall via a temperature controlled cross walk, so that may be a good option to check out if you want direct access to the mall.
Ellie Keith: This hotel is amazing! So fresh, clean and modern. The rooms are really nice and very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Will stay here again, for sure!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Cami Mattingly: Room was just ok. Our second key didn't work, only 1 washcloth for 2 people, the outlet for the coffee maker had been tripped and I didn't realize it until I called the front desk and the maintenance fixed that. I had also turned on the TV and the first channel was screwed up and when I tried to change channels, I couldn't. Of course, the maintenance was able to right away. Went down for the free breakfast, I found unsalted powdered eggs which were cold, gluten free taste less bagels, green bananas and no coffee. I expect more from a Hyatt.
Danyale Buckner: I really really liked itI had a cozy little room. The staff was nice also
Nino Dean: It was a very nice place to visit. Beds was very comfy. Emily the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The manager Allison was very nice and helpful as well. She made us feel very welcome. We will visit again. 😁
Mina Rafla: Great hotel

Carol Smallwood: Excellent accommodations and staff was excellent! (Poor lighting)Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Jonathan Ramos: Expensive for a standard room - paid $570 for two nights. Nothing special about the room.Could clearly hear my neighbors conversations and music late at night through the walls. At times, felt like we were sharing the same room. They were really loud both nights. No free WiFi - $10 per day for internet.Breakfast buffet was $25 - food was about as good as a Days Inn. No waitress, microwaved biscuits were the worst I've ever had, nasty gravy, funny looking/tasting french toast sticks and syrup, no orange juice, pastries were not fresh or good, no refills on drinks, eggs were not cooked properly, etc.Mini-fridge did not work. Thus, my leftovers from dinner were ruined.I leaned against a railing while talking to friends in the lobby and the wood beam fell off the posts. Will stay elsewhere next time.
Cheryl Ernst: Beautiful hotel. Everything was luxurious and beautiful. We had a breakfast buffet with a group and everything was very good. Would definitely stay again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Brenda K: Above average Marriott, even more so than any Gaylord I've stayed at. Why? The people working here. Every person we had contact with gave extraordinary service. Djenitza was warm welcoming and accommodating each morning that we came down to breakfast. And Sarah was sweet caring attentive and pleasant, when we sat at the bar to eat lunch one day. Each person I dealt with at the front desk, from check-in, to stopping and asking questions, to picking up a couple things at the small little market, to check out we're all phenomenal. I cannot name every employee by name that I came in contact with, but they were all equally awesome.Food & drinks: Delicious and high quality. Good size portions.
Errold Mayfield: I was there playing for an event being held. But from what I could see it's very nice.

HawaiiFavo: Unfortunately I haven't had the good experiences that most guests have had here. Most of my stays have been marred with issues and I've subsequently stopped coming here. I was staying here once a month for work trips for 2-3 nights at a time and on most of those trips there were issues which resulted in not getting a good nights sleep or room changes. I wont go into specifics but in general between this hotel and a couple other Marriot brand hotels that I stayed at last year more often than not I was left with a negative view of my stay. So I wouldn't say that its necessarily specific to this hotel but perhaps the broader umbrella of Marriot in general. However, most of my stays were at this hotel which is where the there were the most issues.I liked the bar and fitness area at this hotel. The people that worked the front desk were always helpful and did what they could to resolve the problems that arose during my stays but on one occasion they advised that they would apply bonus points to my account due to an issue that resulted in a room change and those points were never applied.

Do Young Kim: I only recommend the location.I am very disappointed with the rest of the service.I asked when I checked in, but no explanation was given about breakfast or self-parking, and I was only given a room key. I had to go to the breakfast room the next day to complain to the staff and get it.I should have figured out the self parking lot and how to use it myself. They said they would send a self-parking receipt by email even after check-out, but they didn't send. And later, they also charged for unused amenities (water). There is nothing to eat for breakfast. There is a big difference in service from Hilton in Chicago and other areas.
Jon wegiel: Very friendly and willing to help with questions or concerns. Very quiet even with families with kids. Highly recommend this hotel!Walkability: In the middle of almost everything.
Joe sisco: totally awesome, only one little complaint the pool was way crowded each day all day.Food & drinks: get the french chicken seared in maple with bacon potatoes, ahh man the best.

Tyler Spano: Rooms are spacious but kind of dated, the room is sort of dusty too. No free coffee for guests besides gross in-room from a dirty coffee maker which is pretty disappointing. The little store on the first floor doesn't stock pads/ tampons which is honestly ridiculous and insulting. Overall not a great hotel, staff was fine, but the place itself is not very welcoming and lacks amenities that are standard at plenty of other hotels. If I was coming back to Indianapolis I would stay elsewhere.

Trevor Miller: Rooms: Nice room. Cozy.Walkability: Many things to do nearby within walking distance.Food & drinks: Nice bar
Isaac Thompson: Food & drinks: We chose this hotel because of its location directly adjacent to St. Elmo's. It was incredibly convinient for this reason as well as being a comfortable establishment in its own right.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
C King: Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice just small. Not a lot of space in the one we had. Was in good location and easy to find. Finding ice was little difficult but had to go down to check in desk. Was quiet and no issues hearing people around us or above us.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic …More
Daniela Ra: This has been by far the best Customer Service experience I've had from the staff reception! I left my passport in their security box and after a couple weeks notice they were able to expedite it to the shipping address needed. Always acting kind and human, something that tends to be forgotten now a days! Thank you for sharing the care!
Terence G: Went to a Laker and Pacer game this location was perfect. Five minute walk, the staff were very nice and professional.
Chuni: This is beautiful boutique hotel, high end and well maintained, good bar and restaurant, and a walkway to mall. But what really stands out are the staff! In most hotels the staff are nice, in special hotels the staff are extra nice, but here the front desk staff are extremely nice and friendly! Kathrine remembered my name from 6 weeks ago when I stayed here, she’ll offer me a water w/o asking, and always offer assistance, yesterday I requested a microwave, the maintenance tech had already left, Aniyah from the front desk personally brought it up for me, I’ve been traveling for a while now for work, and have never seen such dedication from a front desk employee!!They deserve a big raise! They’re doing a phenomenal job! Thank you for the great service! 🙏🙏
randy hayes: First trip to Indianapolis in a few years. Decided to stay at the Le Meridian since it's downtown and close to everything we wanted to see. The entire staff is extremely helpful and the property is very nice. Aniyah at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Both employees at the front desk were what I'd like to see at every hotel stay!!
MGD: Beautiful Boutique Hotel housing the AMAZING St. Elmo’s Steakhouse…Beautiful Rooms, Great Service combined with Much History!!!

Courtney Gerald: The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and that hotel itself was amazing. The bed was a soft as a cloud in the bathroom was perfectly clean. The location is great and walking distance to many restaurants and bars and stadiums. We ordered room service and the food did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Colton Haney: Absolutely LOVED my experience at this hotel. I stayed here based on the recommendation of a friend. While the room was comfortable, well decorated, and clean, what made my experience top-rate was the staff. Zahra was there for my check in - she was friendly, guided me through the hotel amenities, and made me feel welcome as a Marriott elite member. I then engaged with Caitlin, the night auditor, who helped me get an additional key. Finally, I also engaged with Kathrine, Kati, & Amber on my way out of the hotel, all of whom were welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!
Adam DeJans: Rooms are a bit small, but the location is excellent! Very close to a lot of downtown attractions. The staff was all very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

KRISTINE Black: I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this hotel and the TOP NOTCH STAFF. As a germiphobe myself.. and my adult daughter who is even more of one...we both were SO comfortable here. The air...cleaner than clean! The room... sparkling.we have 2 small dogs and 2 cats. When they say pet friendly...they mean it! They even remembered our pups names when we took them to walk them. We were hit with the minus 10 degree Temps and spent a lot more time in the hotel then planned as a lot of events got cancelled in Indy. It was a pleasure The beds...the shower...so comfy! The staff knew we has a rough go getting there with the ice. They were so sweet at check in. I adore this hotel!
Stephanie: It's always difficult to decide if reviews are being too harsh and how they will align with your own expectations. Unfortunately, when it comes to Le Meridien Indy, I have to agree with the critical reviews. This is definitely a 3-star hotel with a 4-star rating. The hotel has been renovated, but parts of it still manage to look rundown and unclean. As other reviews have mentioned, the hotel is very small, and one of the main draws for staying here (beautiful lobby/hangout area) was closed consistently for private events. I was looking forward to the Corner King room that I had booked- only to be extremely disappointed once we actually saw it. Technically the room was located in the corner of the 6th floor of the property, but there is another building attached to the hotel... Our room was definitely a Deluxe, but we paid for a Corner. Very deceitful. It also lacked robes, slippers, and complimentary water bottles. All in all- the decor is cute and the staff is mostly friendly, but this is definitely not a luxury hotel.

The Alexander: what do users think?
Tristan Rhooms: The hotel was located walking distance to the field house and Lucas oil stadium. The lobby, including the bar and conference room area, were beautiful giving a nicer ambiance to the hotel. Rooms could’ve been maintained a little better. Shower floor seemed to have streaks of cleaning products left behind, tv was a bit outdated for 5 star hotel. The bed and electric blinds were the best part of the room. Additional notes about the stay are that CVS closes too early. If you are staying more than 1 night and okay with a 5 minute walk to get your car, park at the Union Station Garage (You will save $$$).
erica Dillard: The hotel was very nice and let me mention the staff was great from start to finish. My husband and I were only in the city for 3 days but with the service we were provided we will definitely be back for a nice weekend getaway soon. The staff at the Market Table along will make you want to revisit the Alexander in Indianapolis. If you looking for a nice hotel downtown Indy look no more, this is it! The rooms are a little small but next time we will do an upgrade to something a bit larger. Photo ops are all around so take advantage of it. It is a must and I can't wait to return 3Nearby activities: Kilroys and Gainbridge Arena
Blake Poston: This property is stunning. The art alone is amazing. I love this hotel.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
april darst: The rooms are the classy. With every situation they took care of us treatment of royalty. Very clean rooms, great 5 star room service . Staff trip over themselves to help you. Manger was super friendly plan to come back next time we are in the area.Rooms: Clean and relaxing!Food & drinks: Food service was fast and fancy!
Jonathan Bryant: Rooms were nice but beds were a little stiff. Hotel has nice areas like the lobby, bar, and restaurants. Staff were good just not always helpful. Location is really nice and close to downtown.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Katherine Kramer: I had a very nice two day stay here. With the exception of a lack of hot water one morning the rest of the stay was fine. Parking and the restaurants here were a bit expensive.

Ambassador Dr. Angela J Nealy, PhD: I was there assisting Dr. Alicia E. Mckoy with her keynote. I recorded the keynote, took photos and just listened to an awesome program.Alexander has such an eclectic array of one dimensional to three dimensional art. The service and servers were outstanding.I highly recommend this facility. I shall definitely return.Ambassador Dr. Angela J. Nealy, B.S., M.S., Ph.D.
Cherry: This is a very unique hotel that I would recommend to anyone who likes art and out of the ordinary. You can see many everyday items (some obsolete) turned into art. Be sure to check out the Bird Man and the Madame CJ Walker display. Get a close look or you will overlook important details (like the cleaning person missed the red sauce on the white light switchplate in my room). The birds made from old albums are also a must-see, unless you are an album collector. The rooms are pretty and spacious. I slept well on my king-size firm mattress, but it seems that the hotel needs to spend more on them, particularly insulating for sound. One can hear conversations from the room next to them. If that doesn't bother you, then you will probably have no complaints after staying here. The showers are lovely and there were plenty of towels for one person. The pub is poppin' but I didn't try the food. People just seem to be enjoying themselves and there were many folks in there on a Friday night. The hotel also has a cozy patio for outdoor dining or snuggling. I don't think there was enough space for dancing.I would stay again, but l'd bring disinfecting wipes. One word of caution: You will be charged if you remove the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, or body wash from your room. This is written on a pricing sheet beside your bed, but you might miss it if you are enchanted with all the breathtaking sites.Thankfully, I read the sign.Go have a great time. This is a stay I will remember fondly for a long time!
NATASCHA FLOYD: This place is amazing! Not just the beauty and ambience of the hotel but the staff is incredibly hospitable and professional, too! We stayed here for my birthday and booked 2 rooms via an internet booking agency but there was an issue showing only 1 room when we arrived. The staff at the Alexander hotel were quick to remedy the situation and I mean QUICK! They booked a 2nd room a the same rate without hesitation. Then there was an issue later with the booking site. They still charged for the 2nd room. Tried to rectify the situation with them but got no where so called the Alexander directly and they took care of the problem right away! Erin and Brady are phenomenal, give them a raise! This was our 2nd stay at The Alexander and we love it every time. We will be back! And we will be booking directly next time! Thanks again, guys! =)

Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis-Keystone: what do users think?
Katie Watkins: The location was great and easy to get to Keystone Mall and restaurants. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. The hot breakfast was great to have instead of a typical cereal breakfast at other hotels. The pool was nice, the water was a little cool for my liking but it didn't bother my kiddos at all. I do wish there would have been a hot tub. Otherwise, the overall stay was great and we will definitely return!
Gabrielle Uveges: This hotel was very nice & clean. Pool was great! Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

stien davis: In our final evening, three separate groups of soccer families had gathered in the lounge. Late in the evening, without approaching us or any conversation of any kind, the night manager CALLED THE POLICE to have us removed from the lounge. We bring 20 families to tournaments each year to Indy. Never again will any of them set foot in a Hampton.in response: even if that were actually true, that someone came to our specific group and asked us to leave, we would have. Calling the police showed a lack of respect, maturity and any people skills of any kind. And for the record, we had an off duty police officer with us. In my humble opinion, your night crew is ill equipped.
Tara Duzan: Very nice hotel. Very clean and new looking. Customer service top notch at desk and with maintenance when we had a problem with our door. Good breakfast and nice snack area. Would definitely stay here again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Julie Scholten: This stay was outstanding. Kudos to staff, especially Princess, who assisted us with problem we had. She went above and beyond to resolve it. Cleanliness is impeccable, granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We had 2 rooms as there were 8 of us, 2 of which were babies. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great experience!!
Yusuf Celikbag: I don’t eat pork products because of the religious reasons. There was a western omelette for breakfast and i ask the gentleman in the kitchen if there is pork in the omelette. He said yes. He saw me just getting a bagel, then he made me egg and cheese, and brought it to my table. What a kind gesture..
Carl Kroboth (CPK3RD): The rooms are clean and modern and the location is great. However, room 105 should be booked as the very last option. The noise from the lobby funnel's straight down the hall, and the administration off door opens and closes all night. All conversations from the front desk can be heard clearly as if they are in the room.
Robert B.: This hotel is great. Room was huge, clean and well appointed. Free Breakfast was awesome and exercise room was very nice. Love the free coffee all day and the treats for gold members. Definitely recommend this place for an enjoyable stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Sorry the review was delayed, supposed to log in to do a review according to the link we used but Google would not allow a sign in to send the review. Khalilah Pannell: Love the decor
Brittany Lenertz: Hotel was great - clean, friendly, rooms were spacious, and it was VERY quiet in the rooms. Great stay for a great price.
