Kristen Winningham: I was recommended by Lee at RH to check out Parkside. Truly one of a kind service. I’m not one to change out decorative pillows every season so knew I wanted something that would be more timeless. I love the way it all came together and now the living room is my favorite space.
Christa Woods: One could not hope for kinder, more knowledgeable, and thoughtful people to assist and lead you. The advice I’ve been given, and happily for me, includes a smorgasbord of choices. Their service holds true even when the store is packed. And then there is the vast array of quality products for bed, bath and home. Many items must be special ordered and to accommodate that process they are generous in loaning samples for you to take him home. In all of Indianapolis Parkside is my favorite place to shop.

Across the years she’s always created a unique look that brightens the dreariest of days. Unique but always spot on to my style.I love making my Parkside bed each morning- and I learned from Shandon: make your bed, because even if you accomplish nothing else of a day, you’ve accomplished something. Robyn Moore: I am a former customer who drives from Bloomington to purchase linens from this store. It’s a good 1 hour and 1/2 drive. Shandon has great quality linens which is why it’s worth the drive. However, I will no longer buy linens from her for the reason that we were treated poorly today. We walked in and her store had quite a few people for small space. As we walked in we were yelled at to wait outside. There was no notification on the door. Due to covid we knew we would probably need to wait outside. We totally understand and respect this rule. We also were wearing masks before even coming in. When we were told we could come in we were ignored. The owner was rude when she did speak to us. Also, while we were waiting to be helped the owner made a snide remark about how her email stated no husbands and no children. Well, I never got that email. If I had I would have had my husband wait in the car. Or, she could have politely asked for just one of us to come in which we would have respected. I understand that we are in a difficult time. However, I would think an owner of a small business would be grateful to have customers. I will now be looking for a new place to buy quality linens.

Nightwear is wonderful-always feel luxurious. European kitchen linens are great in wearing well, with stunning designs and colors,I've had bath rugs now over 10 years old. Have bought perfume toiletries, linen care products and some lovely, unique gifts at Parkside. I've gifted a good friend in MI-(near Traverse City) who said: "You give linens one would never buy/find for one's self-they're so gorgeous!"They generally have SALES twice a year with great savings. Parkside has the highest quality linens I've ever found; you WILL get your money's worth!

We were pleasantly surprised to meet Lane Hatcher. She certainly excels regarding her knowledge of her job. She explained to us all the information we needed regarding materials and the different types of "Sleep Number" beds. Miss Hatcher made it easy for us to make a decision on what bed we wanted. In addition, she excelled in sharing her knowledge regarding bedding. We could not help but notice Miss Hatcher as she thoroughly checked her own work to ensure there are no errors or inaccuracies. She provided us with timely, accurate and substantial work in a friendly manner. Joe Pennington: Terrible customer service! Jim put a pending charge on the sleep number credit card without my authorization. Got home with his "quote" and it wasn't even what we had asked for. Decided the quality of the bed was still great and wanted to go online and buy the bed. But the charge was still pending. After long conversations with multiple people I found out it came back to the salesman at the store. Took reaching out multiple times to finally get it to clear. The initial charge was on Feb 1st. The charge finally cleared Feb 26th. Now we can purchase the bed, but the coupon code we have is no longer valid and now it's going to cost $500 more than it should have. Great product, but the people need held accountable.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SLEEP NUMBER!!!!!
Doug Bivens: We had a sleep number bed for years, and we loved it. So we decided to upgrade, and we couldn't be more disappointed. The beds themselves are not as comfortable as they used to be, and they stay hot all night. I even added the dual temp unit to try and cool off, to no avail. But the part that gets me is the 100-night trial with no-hassle return does not apply to the $3000 base. So you can return the mattress, but you're stuck with an overpriced base that works sporadically. Sleep number disproves the theory that you get what you par for.Edit: Also, don't pay for any upgrades, like mattress toppers or remotes. If you threaten to return the bed they'll throw gifts at you. Seems like they should have just made a better bed.
James Webb: Make sure you understand the WARRANTY and how COMMON it is for the air chambers to leak. I purchased a mattress from this place a year and a half ago and now one side of the bed deflates slowly and does not hold air so constantly I wake up laying on my box spring. Under the 15 year warranty I am still required to pay approximately $200 to have it repaired.. When I spoke to the customer service representative she mentioned more than once that it is a COMMON occurrence for an air chamber to leak. I do not think it should be "COMMON" for an air chamber to leak less than two years after owning the mattress. Not sure how this is acceptable..it would have been nice information to have prior to purchasing the mattress.

Jill Martin: Do not buy this product! The mattress you experience at the showroom is not what they deliver to your home. We paid $5700 for our mattress. It is the most uncomfortable, lumpy, uneven, saggy, horrible mattress I have ever attempted to sleep on in all of my 54 years of life. Air escapes, my husbands ribs are killing him, my sides hurt. It is complete trash. I'd rather sleep on a Goodwill mattress than this one. I knew I had a 100 day free return policy, so I called customer service for a return and they informed me in order to return my $5700 piece of trash mattress, I would have to pay $2,654 for the base (box spring) that is not returnable. This company is such a rip off. The would do so much better if they would just be far and honest. I could have been a life long customer, but instead, here I am telling you my story, HOPING I can keep one person from making the same mistake I made. PLEASE do not buy here. If anyone wants a free base, contact me.

Rossella M. Piccoli: One of my best shopping experience ever! Returning customer here. First time (almost four years ago) my family bought one CalKing platform and mattress, one Full organic latex mattresses, organic duvet, quilt and mattress covers. We visited the Indianapolis shop, we bought from the owner. It was an huge purchase, but we needed all this stuff and I'm pretty picky about organic goods. We are still so happy with all the products. They are organic and sooo comfortable! Last summer we bought another Full mattress and mattress cover. Same brand, same product, so we just give them a call. All the purchase was followed by Tom. The product was slightly damaged, maybe during the delivery. I didn't even need to call them. They called me maybe 10 minutes after the delivery. Tom fixed everything, arranged the damaged part delivery with no one single call from me. To be honest to me this was the best part. I hate to call firms and ask for what I want, I just don't have time to waste. Thank you so much!
Kathy Dansker: We have tried to visit the Indianapolis store 3 times in the last two weeks. On two different Saturdays and a week day. The sign on the door says OPEN but the store is closed. I checked the website and it also said open during the middle of the day. There is a billboard a mile away that says open 7 days a week. We were looking to purchase several beds for a vacation home. You totally lost out. False advertising.
A Yard: The latex mattress and bed accessories we purchased are truly all-organic and the best products on the market. We were also very fortunate to have dealt with the owner as he provided a wealth of knowledge regarding his products. This was the main reason we decided to make the big purchase, along with other sales incentives he was able to offer us. Although most might find it quite expensive, it’s definitely worth it as it is a very sound investment. There is a 20-year warranty on the latex mattresses, which are fully customizable according to one’s comfort needs. All in all, we are very pleased and satisfied with our purchase!

Went in today to look around.. honestly, the plan was to go there, take some notes on prices, what we liked, and move to the next store.. My wife and I were lucky enough to meet Craig when we walked in the door. He was super nice! He patiently waited on us to discuss our options and took our assault of 1,000 questions like a pro. We ended up picking one we really liked and surprisingly didn't even go anywhere else.. which is a big deal for me, as I planned on this process being an entire day to find the right one at the best possible price. If Mattress Firm Corp. Reviews these, get this man some recognition, or at least a beer.. he's the type of salesperson this world can use more of!
I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with mattress firm & I am OBSESSED with my new bed. CRAIG helped me with my visit and I couldn’t be happier with his customer service & how great he was with me. He was very helpful with finding the right bed for me, with my specific likings. He took his time with me and didn’t rush me at all. I ended up getting the nectar premium copper 14” memory foam mattress. I’ve never had a bed this amazing & ever since getting it I’ve slept like a baby! I’d most definitely recommend this store if you’re searching for a new bed. I’m now on a payment plan which works with me financially, thankfully!! I AM TELLING YOU — GO TREAT YOURSELF TO A BED UPGRADE WITH CRAIG. This was my first time EVER buying my own bed, I had my old bed for at-least 10 years and it was my childhood bed, so just a cheap bed. I was iffy about spending that much money on a bed but it’s been so worth it. I don’t regret it not one bit. I’m in such a better mood every morning from just sleeping so much better & I look forward to going home from work and getting into my bed every night. Having a better bed really does effect your everyday mood & your nightly sleep. So, go to mattress firm, you won’t regret it!!!!

The employees were awesome about explaining which mattresses qualified tor the best discounts, what financing options were available, and when you could schedule and expect communication for delivery. The staff member who sold me my awesome king size mattress was a very kind lady who offered me a test pillow of my preferred firmness and helped me choose the adjustable base with the right controls and vibration settings. I will definitely recommend Mattress Firm Greenwood to my friends and family for the customer service and quality options!

They ended up getting a bed they wanted and needed.I bought a bed from Mattress Firm about 7 years ago and was happy with them. In a couple of years or so, if that long, I'll be in the market for a new one and will definitely be returning.
