Jim Lahr: We had a party of six that met for lunch. We all had something different from salads to Pizza to sandwiches. The portions were very generous I had the breaded tenderloin which was very good. It was at least 9 in in diameter. Be aware that their burgers are all double patties. I had one of their craft beers which was an Irish Red and it was tasty. This has a sports bar atmosphere with plenty of TVs all around.

D K: Great food, Great service, Great time! Had a large family event on a Sunday afternoon celebrating my son's birthday. The staff and manager on duty (MOD) were super helpful in making sure everyone in my party felt welcomed. The servers had no issue taking multiple orders and splitting the checks according. Food was brought out hot and quicker than expected, given the party size. The servers never broke their smiles and were courteous to seniors and children, which is sadly rare nowadays at many restaurants and entertainment venues. The place wasn't packed, which I'm sure helped, but there were still plenty of guests and other families eating during the same time as well. The patio/outdoors courtyard area was closed because of broken furniture do to high-winds/storms the day before (at no fault of the brewery), but for our safety we were advised to stay indoors as the area was off limits. Even with only having access to the private party area--which is very spacious and able to accommodate 40+ ppl comfortably-- the toddler/kids were still able to play and safely run around without bumping in to chairs, tables and family members. It was also nice being able to close the doors to the main room to have privacy while watching the women's NCAA Championship game, or rather give other guests and families privacy while we cheered, laughed and had fun. I would highly recommend, especially if looking for a family friendly restaurant/brewery venue that won't break the bank, the food is served hot and the beers are served cold, and is close to the northside of Indy.Vegetarian options: YesKid-friendliness: Baby, toddler, kid friendly atmosphere. Plenty of space for smaller kids to move around without bumping in to neighboring chairs/tables. Courtyard in the summer is a nice area for kids to play. Parents please attend to younger kids and teach them how to be respectful of equipment when visiting so all may enjoy.Parking: Plenty of parking. Ian Stroud: Quick write is is this place is awesome! As you can see in the pictures there are tons of TV’s to watch sporting events. Music was just the right volume. Really cool vibe here. For the food I got the Chipotle dry rubbed wings served with celery and carrots. You can add sauces but I am purist and love these with the dry rub. They are delicious. We also split the Quesadillas and these aren’t your mothers quesadilla. These are a meal. They’re huge!!! You can add ground beef, salmon, shrimp, pork carnitas, and steak asada. I chose the pork and was pleased with the flavor. All of the food we ordered was seasoned really well. Our server was Lisa and she is an absolute doll. You can’t help but love her with her infectious smile and laugh. She told us about other restaurants the group owns and we will be trying those in the future. To your success. Austin Graff: Tomlinson Tap Room is a craft beer spot inside the old city market in downtown Indy. It's on the second floor with bar seating and plenty of tables nearby to look down on the market on the first floor.Although their beer list is impressive, I'm not a beer guy so I opted for a local sour ale and was impressed. Their drinks are on point.What is not on point is their food. I ordered a cheese and break dish and it was not very good at all. Not the worst, but below meh.Regardless, this spot is GREAT for a happy hour after work or a break from shopping in the market.

PAUL CLAY: This looked like a great place to have dinner. At the door I was told 30 minute wait unless we sat at the bar. One entire side of the bar was open and over half of the tables were empty. After I sat at the bar I realized why no one wanted to sit on that side. The air vents for the AC unit were blowing so hard on that side that you could not set a napkin on the bar without it blowing off. My wife had to put here hair in a ponytail like if she was riding a motorcycle to keep her hair from blowing in everyone's face. We asked if it could be turned off because of the wind vortex that was created by the multiple air vents and the bar tender said no. I ordered Shrimp & Grits and Mac & Cheese. They both came on cute little cast iron skillets that are supposed to keep your food warm. The Mac & Cheese noodles were half raw / severely under cooked and served cold (I took 2 bites). The Shrimp & Grits looked and smelled great but was served refrigerator cold. They were less than room temperature (I only took one bite). The bottom of the cast iron skillet was colder than the bar. I pushed both items away from me and up to the bar so that the Bartenders would know that I was disappointed with both and that I was not going to eat them. I was very frustrated. I was sitting in this odd wind tunnel with high speed air blowing on me from two different directions and severed cold undercooked food by a bar tender that did not care. I paid the bill, left a 20% tip, asked for two togo containers, grabbed a fork and some napkins, and gave the food to a begger standing outside the front door. Hopefully the homeless man does not loose more teeth from the crunchy raw pasta in the Mac & Cheese.

Tommy Zaharias: The experience at The Eagle was so spectacular because of the service. We were greeted with great attitude by Olivia S (small blonde). Words can't describe how long it has been since I had a great server like Olivia. She was very attentive and was very frequent on our water refills. She not only got our order correct but she made really great recommendations. I would recommend the apples with your grilled cheese. You won't be disappointed. Would highly recommend requesting Oliva during your next visit to the Eagle.

Ashley Payne: We started with the bacon and it was really tasty. A perfect blend of spice and sweetness. Then everyone ordered the chicken. The chicken is really really good but the sides could be better. The succotash was under seasoned; it had all the right ingredients but lacked flavor. The Mac n cheese also lacked flavor, the cheese sauce was very rich but lacked any depth in flavor. It needed salt or spice or something other than just having a lot of cheese. I would give it another try because the chicken and the hot honey were both really really tasty.

Kimichelle: Waitress was anazingggggg one of the best! She accommodated my kids so well, even showing them the drink bottle choices when they couldn't decide. The hoppy meals for kids (for adults too!) had vegan options, came with fun accessories and ice cream! Wish we lived closer, this would be our spot!!

C: Stopped in during lunchtime for the burger battle competition. Our server was very nice and attentive to our orders. We got a couple appetizers to go with the bacon jam burgers. The fries were very good and the street corn was also very good. Unfortunately the burgers themselves missed the mark as they just had cheese and onions and was missing the bacon jam they were supposed to come with. Because of this, they ended up tasting like White Castles. Thankfully the appetizers and our server being attentive saved the meal. We will probably come back and give them another shot.

Jose Jose de Avila Morelo: My fiancee and I were trying the hamburgers, my fiancee won the hamburger battle contest. the burgers have a good flavor, they are juicy and the bread is very fluffy and very good flavor. the bad thing is the caramelized onions, they left them for a long time and they were burned, that detracts from the overall flavor of the burger. a good point of this restaurant are their sweet potato fries.
