Best Western Plus Indianapolis Downtown: what do users think?
楊爵銘: 附近交通便利Nearby activities: 離展覽場不會很遠
M: Everything about the place is serviceable but below average. Elevator is tiny. Rooms and beds are small but nice. Everything seemed clean enough. No bugs as far as I can tell. No extra blankets, pillows or even a pen in the rooms. Got a decent deal price wise and staff was nice enough. Hallways and general location seems iffy but alright so far. Definitely below average compared to other hotel chains I've used. The biggest issue for me was the fact that there is no latch or lock on the bathroom door. It even slides so you can't block it in anyway from the inside!
Daniel (BBraw1indy): Had a GREAT time!My best friend and I have stayed here before, and as usual, we had an amazing weekend get-away!!! The Hotel parking Is FREE, and it's the ONLY Downtown Indianapolis hotel that IS!!! Nice, Clean, convenient downtown location, and I would TOTALLY recommend it.We were in town for the IndyPride Parade & Festival.!!! It was a GREAT weekend.!!!"HAPPY PRIDE EVERYBODY!" :-)
Sara Whitaker: The staff here was amazing and so kind and helpful. We booked room through Hotel.com and I regret doing so through that website. Next time we will book through BW now La Quinta website and not a third party.Upon arrival staff greeted us, showed us where additional parking was and Jasmine was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. Then upon departure we had issues with Hotel.com with sending our virtual payment over to the hotel and Tish who was working the front desk at BW went above and beyond to get the situation resolved with the third party booking agency. We can’t thank her enough for taking the time and helping us. She was remarkable 😊And the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room was very clean. Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay there again.
Huey Harris: Tish you tuned a great experience into a horrible negative experience. You are the reason this hotel will not have my business any longer. You were very unwelcoming and anyone in their right mind can see you have major issues. From screaming at your manager over phone. If that was her. To making guests feel not welcoming. You walk around with a hateful look and I. Not the only one who notices this. I had several guests in lobby whispering. About your nasty 🤢 attitude and unprofessional attire. Who wears flip flops while working that's not professional. Who tells guests your room was about to be cancelled at check in, when there were notes saying I will be checking in at 5ish and I called ahead of time. You Tish are the reason I will take my money elsewhere. The owners and partners are not in business to loose customers but make money by increasing revenue off of returning guests. But I will not return because of the way I was treated that prompts my 9yr old to say dad she's mean.Trish Trish Trish treat guest better unless you will be working on the streets picking up trash
Sara Zervos: Good place to stay in downtown Indianapolis.Friendly staff, clean rooms, parkingon-site
Christopher Fowler: I attended a a party there was not in a room it was in a common area
Joshua Perry: It has a really bad considering it's downtown. The room was normal but in the middle of the night "somehow" the secondary lock was triggered and couldn't get back in the room. Staff said they couldn't do anything and tried to give me another room so I just busted through it. Staff said they called night manager but I asked in the morning and nobody ever called. I believe they thought we were drunk and they were trying to rob us, will never go back. The manager below is trying to say we were in adjoining rooms? I don't know where they got that. In the morning the manager didn't even know what I was talking about when I brought all this up. Nobody but my girlfriend and I had a key and the woman at the front desk brought up a broom to open it up. I'm not sleeping in another room when my belongings are in the one that paid for. This below is an outright lie. My girlfriend and I were the only ones staying there and we were always together. Even if we were in adjoining rooms which we weren't, how did another guest we didn't know get in the door, get out and not bother to steal my electronics?
Pluto: The stay was phenomenal! The customer service was the best I’ve ever had. Very professional and the the location couldn’t have been better. Ms. Nancy Dougherty gave me and my entire team a late checkout to help accommodate with our late flights back to Colorado. Wonderful experience! If your looking for great service and a comfortable stay then look no further.

Tom S: We had a bug in our bed, with blood on the sheets. They wouldn't refund our money for the night. Hotel manager accused us of bring the bug into the hotel. The hotel manger handled it very poorly. Good luck staying at this place.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More

Amber Long: We stayed 4 nights, Thursday through Monday. The room was nice and had everything we needed. Breakfast was pretty good for hotel food. The lobby had a nice coffee machine and also water/lemonade/tea station. The pool could have been warmer. There were not enough towels on some days.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Chris C: Had a nice stay! The staff were helpful, and my 5-year old loved the lemonade in the lobby. Bathroom was bigger than other BWs I've stayed in.Food & drinks: Coffee/espresso/hot water machine and lemonade/cold teas available in the lobby
David Brinkman: Beautiful new facility, sub par staff.Men's room in lobby had no soap (2 days). They only had small ( 4 or 5 inch) plates in the breakfast area. Sausages were burnt. The place has a lot of potential, but they need training/guidance.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Kenneth & Amanda Poole: Reserved room a few days ago as I was coming to Indianapolis for a funeral. Easy reservation, upon check in, clerk was very nice and respectful. Room was clean and cozy. Will definitely stay here again if in Indianapolis.
Hollie Shelton: This is hands down the nicest and cleanest Best Western Plus that I have stayed in. Even the stairwells smelled good. They have a fancy coffee machine in the lobby that has a lot of options; as well as green tea, lemonade, and sweet tea. There’s even a machine for yogurt. The waffle station at breakfast had sprinkles, chocolate chips, and cherries! I thought that was a really nice touch. My interactions with employees were all pleasant, too.I have nothing but good things to say about this property! We even joked that we’d come back to Indianapolis just to stay in this Best Western Plus.
Jon Kline: What a great stay! The staff is nice and the rooms are recently updated. I appreciated the small touches like a ton of USB charging options in the room. There are also two EV charging spots. The breakfast waffles were very good.
Jessica Becker: We stayed here for a large sports tournament. The breakfast each morning was wiped out, granted lots of athletes but the overall setup was very small and if your expecting a large number for events you plan ahead. Our room was fine, clean. But we had to have our key cards reset multiple times from the 1st night. One wouldn't work, one would. Our daughter couldn't get in after being out with a friend. The day we went to leave, none of our keys worked. We had to go to the desk twice that morning for new cards, making us late for our event. Never had so many issues with entering a room before.
Peyton Ello: LACK OF HOT WATER!!! homeless man chased us out the mf building! NOOOOOO WAFFLE MIX IN THE MAKER! NO HABLO INGLES! LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN HOTEL ROOM! HORRIBLEEEEEEEEE SERVICE!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Nina Barnes: The location was exactly where I needed it to be. The room was clean and neat. However, the water in the bathroom never got hot. It was barely warm. The front desk lady, who checked me in, was snippy. I had requested a room near the pool, however, was placed on the 4th floor. The pool was closed the whole weekend, yet I didn't find out until I reached the hotel. I booked on a website. The hotel had me sign a rules list stating that they patrol the hallways between 10pm and 7am to ensure the guests have a peaceful rest...any violations of this rule list would result in immediate eviction. But there were guests with loud music until 1-2am and screaming from another room.
Alyssa McBride: Booked a room online and upon arrival I was denied check in because the didn’t accept my debit card. The same card they had already charged. They didn’t refund me and they fought the dispute with my bank so I had to pay more money to book another hotel. Staff weren’t very helpful either.
Mombie 440: I stayed here this past weekend. While the rooms were adequate, and breakfast was subpar, but again, adequate, my frustrations were with reservations. I called weeks ago to book four rooms and was very clear, checking twice that this was for four rooms as most Indianapolis hotels were selling out. When I arrived only one room was reserved which left the rest of our group scrambling for a room to stay at the last minute. This definitely threw a monkey wrench in our plans. The staff was nice, but there was no service recovery because the rooms had already been booked.
brittney taylor: This is in addition to my last review please see below for that. I was originally suppose to be charged $280 for two nights stayed one night and was to be credited 1 of those nights because I complained about them not having hot water and putting me next to barking dogs to manager Bridgette N. And the company went back in the system and charged me for 3 nights!!! Then they took off one night so I’m still being charged for two nights. I’m going through fraud department now. Don’t waste your time

Best Western Plus Indianapolis North At Pyramids: what do users think?
ramin valamagham: The worst hotel to stay that I do not recommend to anyone, wrong and rude management. In this hotel, when my family and I arrived, the pit bull dog brought by the staff's sister attacked us and my child and caused us fear and terror! Unfortunately, due to the extreme rudeness and fear of our complaint, none of the managers They did not apologize and were not even seen! This is not a safe place for anyone, especially those with children, there are incompetent managers and tricksters. Their cameras recorded the terrible moments of the dog attack, but they were afraid of our complaint and sought to lie and give us a discount, which I did not accept.
Hussain Muammar: I had no option but to stay here 1 night. Found 3 hairs in my bed, and it was all wrinkly. I'm not sure if the sheets were changed, and it was not a good experiance. The breakfest, if that's what u wanna call it, was not good.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Denese Cowherd: Communication is a must and this place fails greatly at it. Staff is still friendlyCleaning staff is wonderfulBut that front desk needs improvement in communicatingRooms: Clean and stocked
Adam Kline: The best way to describe our stay was a prison sentence. We traveled with a larger group that tried to enjoy time in the lobby/dining area. We had a few card/board games and for the most part, were cognizant of the guests around us. There were a few times the volume of our group was loud but nothing that we felt would warrant multiple visits from the front desk associate who advised us he was receiving noise complaints. By the end of the night, the number of complaints he claimed to receive were well over 25. Other than our group, there wasn't more than a few other guests staying at the hotel. Where were the noise complaints coming from? Speaking of the end of the night, at 10:30 a security guard, not employed by the hotel, stopped in and told us we had to leave the area at 11:00. We asked for an explanation as we've never been given a curfew for a hotel lobby in the past. We were told we had to leave because that is the way it is. At 11:00, a different security guard stopped in and threw us out of the lobby. Again, no real explanation given. Oddly enough, this did not happen the second night, although security was there at 11:00, we were not asked to leave? The rooms weren't bad. Ours was decent but one family discovered their room to be uncleaned after checking in. The front desk was able to quickly place them in another room. Another family didn't have a working HVAC unit. The hotel didn't offer them any assistance.
John Nevin: I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Room was clean and smoke free. Big plus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Another plus. Breakfast was blah but that's normal. Three fire alarms in the early morning. Minus. Though fireman was nice. Tub stopper didn't work. Minus. And finally, construction noise is challenging. Big minus. But when it's done this little hotel will be easy to recommend.
brandie finkley: Hotel is currently upgrading the facility. However the staff on site were very professional, room was clean and I didn’t experience any problems with noise. Hotel is close to highway
Jay & MaryAnn Martin: We were able to get a room without making reservations, and they were very accommodating. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The fan kept clicking off and on all night (with enough noise to wake me), and the drain in the vanity seemed partially plugged. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying.
Morgan Baker: A great location, right off the highway easy to find. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel did not recognize my membership status at all, and I had to wait a while for an employee to return to the desk. Also major renovations are still underway, so the lobby was unwelcoming and not clean. Breakfast was provided, mediocre. Would have looked and felt nicer if there wasn't construction dust everywhere. Pool was closed. Building did appear secure and we had to buzz in after hours.

Jeremy Kramer: This hotel is under renovation therefore the 4 stars. Beds were comfortable and the room we had was quite clean and spacious. Hot free breakfast in the morning was ample, with waffles sausage links, eggs with cheese, fruit and about anything else you could want. Service was good. A good night's sleep was needed and it provided!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Elizabeth Allen: Yes they have some construction work going on, however it’s quite clean which is impressive for an active construction scene. Beds and chairs are comfy, customer service is friendly and helpful.
Jose Murillo: I don’t know this part of town but you can’t come in unless you ring the front desk from a phone outside the door. To me that screams bad part of town or high security…I was questioning my decision to stay here but it was a one nighter so the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Slept well and continued my road trip. Not much else to say as I didn’t stay but 9 hours.
gary kozee: Place smelled of weed everyday. Saw the same guy come and go several times. Must be a place for dealers.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Roxanne Lewis: The rooms is great the staff is great and I like that the general manager James Stern is such a helpful person and fix problems right on time I recommend everyone to come here when you do ask for James Stern GM he will help youRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
geralyn hoerauf: Checked in late evening after checking other local hotels and finding no vacancies. Staff did not ask whether we were rewards members and had to be promprted to search for lower price options thru Rewards, AAA, AARP. Corridor and room finishes have been updated (and are nice), furniture is pretty old and TV small. Room was comfortable and clean. Elevator was a mess. Good enough stop for the night.
Margaret Samana: Lovely place and close to a lot of restaurants.Rooms: Wish the windows opened a little. Room smelled a little off. Other than that it was good.Food & drinks: A lot of stores and restaurants near even a Liquor store in the same parking lot.

Best Western Airport Suites: what do users think?
Steve Smith: This Best Western was by far the worst chain we have every stayed at. From check in to check out nothing would rate 2 star. Customer service was missing if you could even find help. Coffee was cold and what little food they had was nasty. Maintenance is needed in the bathroom, microwave isn't working and the elevator is scary to say the least. As we travel a lot I thought we would try someplace different and BW was selected. Never again.Did i forget to mention after a 3 day staff the cleaning staff provided us with a nice loud bang on the door at 8am. I must assume they wanted us out so they could come in and take a break or something as they certainly aren't doing much cleaning. Please cancel my rewards card..
Jefe Kennels: Had a terrible experience with this place. My room was nice but that’s about it!! Customer service was an absolute ZERO and the microwave, mini fridge, and thermostat didn’t workRooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Sarah Rana: Very good place for spending night big room and facility kitchen cabinets mini fridge lot inside space good staff clean service and morning time free fresh breakfast all day coffee and very good location at main road , very good things is this hotel all facilities in very reasonable prices, around other hotels are not like this as it is nice place . 5 stars from me
Tom Meerschaert: Everything was fine.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Nicole Drephal: Hotel staff greeted us on a speaker call with their friend, got in elevator, made such a loud noise thought we were going to die. Room was 49°, its absolutely disgustingly dirty, had to buy blankets to sleep with, other roomhad hair in bed. Blood on wall in hall way, will never stay here again!! I wouldnt either if I were you! Would add photos but it wont let me!
Steven Majurin: Dirty shower. Dirty blankets. Half the lights didn't work. Room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Would not recommend!
Brian Marks: Not especially nice, but serviceable. The bed was very hard/uncomfortable, the room didn’t have a working phone to call the front desk, and it was a bit beat up.
Shane McClain: The room was very inexpensive considering location relative to downtown. The room was surprisingly nice and I feel comfortable saying the online photographs don't do them justice. The front desk was very kind and helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to poor water pressure. The shower was less than impressive.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
T Tracy: While our room was fine for staying one night, there was an outlet that really needs to be looked at as the lamp wouldn't stay on unless the cord was in a certain spot. Breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast although the temperature of the food could have been warmer. But, what made this hotel nice was the fact that my daughter left a charger in the room and we didn't realize that until we received a phone call from them. They offered to mail the charger if we had already left the area! We actually were still in the area so I went later that day to pick it up. But to me, that shows a business that cares about their clientele! Most hotels will keep items for a while I'm sure but they wouldn't call you about them! That was very much appreciated!
oye Robert: It's just cool and quiet, that's a real quiet town to me though.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
MLVC Channel: A mild experience. The wifi sucked and several rooms away we heard noises. The airport is not far away causing landing noises. Not the quietest place. You can hear people in other rooms. The place was clean. The shower would be warm for only 10 minutes then it would go cold!Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 1/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
J D: The hotel room was comfortable but the customer service was very poor. The guy that checked us in was lazy and rude. He was too busy playing on his phone instead of doing his job. We asked him a question and he acted as if we were interrupted his phone time. Customer service is a big 0 at this place.
s c: -Stained bed sheets and blankets-Electrical outlets falling apart-Room service does not seem to do any cleaning
B May: 1 star because 0 isn't an option. employee stayed this weekend for a work trip, bed broke and cut employees leg open. hotel staff refused to move rooms and fix the bed. the bed was fixed the following night with the hotel room being left open for any one to walk in and steal all the belongings. following night fire alarms sounded all night. expedia tried to get partial refund for inconveniences and hotel manager refused.
Darren Strom: Better than some in the area. Rooms are hit or miss. Don’t bother asking the staff. You’re from another planet to them.
Aleigha Williams: There was hair and roaches in my bed when I entered. I left.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Court Hutsen: We stayed here because it was easy access to the freeway for the Indy 500. I waited to long to book a hotel room so I paid an extremely high rate for our 1 night here. This hotel could be so much better than it is currently. I'm not as picky as my wife is as far as lodging options. But the room has potential. It had a queen bed on one side of the room and a pull out couch on the other. The room was spaced out nice with 2 TV's. It had a sink, countertop space, mini fridge that fit a fair amount of drinks and food and a few other nice touches. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I think it was slanted to my side. Lol!! I felt like I was gonna fall off it all night. My wife was less than impressed and I woke up with a back ache. But the purpose of the stay was 1 night quick stay and easy access to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and that I'd give this place a 5 star. Plus if you were flying into Indy or using the airport for any reason this hotel is a couple minutes from the airport. The staff was super friendly upon arriving and we asked for a couple extra towels and pillows and they were happy to help. They did have free breakfast in the A.M. but we left so early for the race we didn't take advantage of it. Overall I probably would stay some place a little nicer but it did serve it's purpose for what we needed it for.

Christina Bennett: Cozy and clean hotel rooms. The room was clean, and they do have a continental breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and you are close to many restaurants. Brian Critchlow: Always treated great by the staff. Always get a clean room. The location far enough away from traffic to get a good night's sleepRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Yolanda Costner: Just be aware of booking by a third party and prepaying for your room. They tried to adjust my rate by adding the amount for that one night stay. After contacting the booking agent, the manager was called to override the "extra nightly fee." The afternoon staff was not very friendly. Other guess checking in stated that she was on the phone fussing with her daughter. When she told them their room wasn't ready for early check in, they turned on the reception area light to wait in the lobby as most folks do while waiting for their room. The worker turned off the lights and told them they could not wait. Then she asked them if they wanted to cancel their reservation! We all kept our reservation because we wanted to be in the same hotel and had traveled from various places outside of Indiana. After we received our rooms, none of us were giving any information about the facility, breakfast, or check out time.Other than service, the renevated motel rooms are small and cozy. They were very clean and well maintained. We actually had a fairly brand new smart TV in the room. We didn't realize until we arrived that the rooms could only be accessed outside-but that was our fault of not looking at the exterior more closely. We put the iron board and iron up against the door to alert us IF anyone tried to break in. Our group had three rooms, and we all agreed to never stay here again. They did honor our request to put all the rooms next door to each other. After the Pacers game, we did stop by the front desk to get information about breakfast. The night clerk gentleman was very professional and kind; however, we decided not to eat the 6:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. continental breakfast and left way before the 11 a.m. check out. We did appreciate that the Twin Peaks restaurant was conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel.

Jessica Krohmer: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Though, beds were advertised as queens and were definitely fulls. Breakfast was hot and good and the staff was nice enough to prepare it early for us one morning so our team could eat before we had to leave for the day for our games. Pulling in, the area seems a little out of place but we had zero issues with out stay. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay again!!
Ashley Nicole: We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Miss Mary was super nice and helpful at check-in. The rooms are clean along with the hotel. The girls had to leave before breakfast technically started (7 am), so Maria and Chris were very nice and made sure to have breakfast ready early for our girls to have the fuel they needed to play their tournament!
Michelle Holland: Needs a bit of updating. But. Clean and quiet!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Gretchen Burch: I came into town for my daughter's cheer competition. The hotels nearest to the venue were just simply out of my budget. This was a such a win for us! It was only about 15 min from the convention center. It was super clean and the front desk staff were really nice and super helpful. Breakfast was great and was actually available a little later than most hotels which let us sleep in a bit. All in all, it was great and I know where I will be staying next year!
JR Ray: When requesting reservation, was told best they could do was $210 a night. My convention ended early and they refused to refund me and when went to my room I was told shouldn't have been cleaned as they only clean every 3 days (eww). They cleaned it and then my prescription pills were stolen. When asking who cleaned my room, Shannon who was apparently a manager but refused to identify as such didn't care, didn't apologize, and was quite rude to me. Once I called the policemen she left before the police could question her. Phones don't work AND dry air in rooms. Kicker rooms are posted for $94 online now. This is also a hotel in the bad part of town. You can find other hotels who don't gouge prices and steal from you closer to downtown.
Lettie Swyers: I didn't stay here. Booked room through Hotel Planners. I called a week before my reservation and Hotel Planners wouldn't refund my money.

Holly Phillips: Staff was very kind and accommodating. Was upgraded to a room with jet tub (which was a much needed after three games of hockey in one day) and allowed me a late checkout so I could clean up after my last game on the last day before my couple hour drove home. Room and facility was clean, breakfast was good and again, staff was 100% amazing.
Joanne Jeter: We were in town for a convention and the location and price suited our needs perfectly! The gentleman helping us (Montae) was so pleasant, helpful, and kind in making sure we had everything we needed! The breakfast was great and very well attended.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Chris Kerwood: I will never stay here again! On the last night of my stay somebody decided they need my catalytic converter(s) more than me. I found this out in the morning. The hotel did nothing to protect my vehicle which was parked in their lot right under a light pole. Also later I heard from locals that they had a huge problem with black mold which is why the floors in the rooms are no longer carpeted but vinyl flooring.
MM Seawood: Family 👪 friendly, reasonable rates and awesome staff. The breakfast served was excellent: fluffy waffles, sausage 😋 links and incredible hot coffee. It was home away from home!
