Fran Marburgh: A bit unorganized but may be due to just finishing the Halloween season. Staff was cordial, parking leaves a little bit to be desired. There are 3 businesses that share the parking lot, so parking is a bit aggravating and confusing if you come in from the Michigan Rd side. I was able to find about 80% of what I needed, and in the colors I needed which was a bit surprising. Overall not a bad place to get party supplies.

Brandon Stanley: I ordered Halloween balloons with an attached picture. My balloons and tassels were received by staff and had the complete wrong tassels. They looked like they were for a baby shower. I called the owner and he acknowledged the mistake. I asked if he could fix it and he told me they didn't have time. We were not able to use the balloons as they looked like they were for a baby shower instead of a Halloween party. They told me they would refund $75 of my $331 purchase which shocked me for a mistake that they admitted was their's. When I replied that I thought that was unreasonable I received no response. Terrible customer resolution. They were given the opportunity to fix it and did not then won't reply when I try to reach out. DO NOT USE.
Jessica Barnett: I am event planner and I know when I need great service and great products that I can count on Banzi Balloons. They always exceed my expectations. It's awesome to have a good partner in this crazy events field!
Danielle Eure: We have just moved to the area and wanted to make our 3 year olds birthday special. This company was completely accommodating in our ask for a super hero themed bouquet on short notice. When we picked up the balloon bouquet, we got in the car and the ‘3’ balloon popped. This was after walking from the business to our car, less than 20 feet away, less than 1 minute door to door. When I went in to ask about replacing the balloon, I was told that replacement would be at half cost. When I noted that we had just picked up the balloons, I was told they had been inflated for 20 minutes. After spending $100 for balloons, I would expect them to last longer than 20 minutes. At the start of this experience, we were considering this company for future parties. At the end of this experience, for the cost of $7 this business lost a customer.

Jenna Gerth: They were phenomenal. I called today at 4pm needing a large balloon by 4:30/5. Basically ASAP. Brian answered immediately and was SUPER helpful. He and his wife own and operate the business. I explained what I was looking for and Brian, over the phone walked me through where to go on the website. He even gave me his number to text him when I put the order in so he could look it up and send it over to those that were actually store (he was out making a delivery) so they could make it. Some of the absolute best customer service. I absolutely recommend to anyone after my experience today, especially since they can do a single large balloon, or a large “sculpture” or set/display of balloons. Whatever you could possibly need.

Aman S: Good quality of work, but the the same time very rude, and terrible communication, the main number you call are listed under 2 or 3 different companies on Google, the guy that answered went on a rampage and let all his anger out over the phone on why I called his personal phone over and over, if you didn’t have it listed under different companies that wouldn’t of happened! Now towards end of purchase everything was finalized date/time/address and was even credited after choosing a different layout, then I get a email saying the mileage to travel to you is outside of our coverage area so there will be an additional charge for delivery and pickup, at this point I had no option to cancel and was put on spot to cover just wish this would have been mentioned on the 1st call when they took the address, just hope it wasn’t a stunt they do after all orders.
Jennifer Hastings: On Friday at 4:10pm I at the Rathskellar Restaurant preparing my sons rehearsal dinner set up. Our tables really needed balloons and I found Banzi to be nearby. On a long shot for our 7pm event I called and connected to a voice recording. Hanging up without a message I circuses balloons were out. Then Brian called me from caller ID and I mademy plea for 30 balloons in the color theme of Butler University. Not only was Brian driving when he called me, he looked up the colors of Butler and told me his wife and baby could deliver the balloons by 6:30. I don’t know how he did it but he truly went above and beyond from a service perspective. As you see, our event looked perfect with this final touch. My son is the first of his friends to marry in the Indy area, we will be definitely recommend if Brian and Banzi for their needs.

Julie Russ: We have used Pretty Funny Balloons for both birthday party balloon entertainment and also for birthday and Valentine’s decorations and have been so happy with both. Brian kept the kids and adults entertained during our daughter’s birthday party and we look forward to having him again. The decorations they come up with always look amazing and far better than what I imagine. For example, I said my son likes construction, expecting a Mylar balloon with a picture of construction and instead we received an excavator made of balloons! Everything we have ordered has lasted well-past the event, weeks even. We actually still have a (non helium) unicorn from October. It’s February. They are truly talented and totally worth it.

honeybee D: I have not been to party City for a couple years the last time I was at party City I bought some chocolates that my daughter used to like and I think a little other little trinket or whatever other than that I hadn't been to party City since 2015 and that was when I went there for spirit week and my actual half sister's friend Alicia was working there at East Washington Street in Indianapolis at party City that's the last time I had been at party City aside from probably I want to say it had to be 2018 or 2019 with the next time that I had went to party City I did not go to party City at all this past week nor had I been any other times but I do like the stuff that's there and I would recommend people go there and I hear it's a really nice place to get birthday balloons at the only other time that I had been there other than those times was for a health fair one of many health fairs I actually went and had someone go pick up some balloons for the event at again the East Washington Street location Darrell Williams went to pick them up for me in 2016 but I'd say that it's a worth going and checking out especially for kids parties they have a lot of cute stuff

Hogsett said the order won’t go into effect until July 9 to give residents time to get masks, but officials recommend residents who aren’t already wearing them start now.
We are implementing this as of 2020.07.03 8:00AM, all person (s) entering our building are required to wear a face mask.
All pickup windows will be narrowed to a 15min time frame, if you come early you will not be allowed access to the building until your time
If you are late you will have to wait until the next open time window that no one is in our building.
No more then two (2) people are allowed in the building at any time.
We will no longer help load/unload any items, larger items BRING HELP! we will not help.

Lace: I came to party city trying to get two number balloons to blow up for my dads party tonight at Top Golf. No one was in line but a caucsian worker with shaggy hair grown out hair color with glasses was very rude. Of she tried to be a smart in front the black man.she said out “I'm not sure why she wants balloons and we’re about to close”. Like ma'am you closeat 9:00pm not 8:32pm 😒. I put the balloons back and walked off gracefully.

Scot M: First time here. Decent halloween decorations. Bought a couple items for my office at work.Bought a red balloon for an IT theme. The helium didn't last a day. Meh.
Noah Noah: Planning an event and went in to check the price on helium for balloons. Surprisingly neat store given that Halloween was a few days ago. I give 3 atars as an average. So don't let that discourage you. They did have the helium, it would cost over $1 per balloon if we decided to use helium.
chibi vijayan: Decent selection of Halloween costumes and accessories. The aisles are too narrow to stand when it's crowded.
Kurt Van Hise: Would give 0 stars if I could. Store owner is a terribly rude and inconsiderate woman.

Michele Zimmerman: Love the new store layout! Decent stock. Good prices.

Logan Runyen: purchased two balloons from another store to be blown up at another. 4 girls stood there with straight faces and said it’s 2 hours blow them up. All while they stood there doing absolutely nothing. Useless and worthless. Save yourself a trip and don’t even bother going in!
Brittany Alexander: I was in the store trying to get spoilt for over ten minutes. No one assisted nor greeted me. Then the girl says if you want balloons there’s to hour wait. You could have said that when I walked in. I was in the balloon section the entire time do you watched me. As I left the young girl chuckled and said have a good day. This store is being ran by unprofessional kids!

Kim Lewis: I go here for my costumes and some party/craft supplies that are hard to find.The reason for the heafty star deduction was I bought a Mrs Claus costume. It was opened and the attendant assured me it was just someone trying it on so ok paid full price. Fast forward to family pictures and I keep getting a whiff of bad BO. It took a few for me to realize the costume REEKED (even after its initial wash)! I had to use my trusty PitStop and two additional washes to get the stench out. Once I noticed the smell, I saw there was staining on the skirt. They came out with a quick spray and wash. But seriously, you put something like that back on the shelf and sold it at full price?!

Chanique Wilson: I went back in September for my sons bday balloons I had gotten the balloons online per usual didn’t need to show my purchase same balloons that were on the wall had got them filled with no issue fast forward to now November I took my daughter balloons there to get filled only to be told by THE SAME PPL that I need to show a receipt which I didn’t have to prove I bought them online but had the SAME EXACT BALLOONS ON THE WALL and I did purchase from party city website Dorinda the manager said “ you not gon get nothing filled unless we see a receipt” nasty attitude then tried to charge me $36 for helium lol I gladly went down the street to Walmart and purchased my own helium tank for $20 and blew up all my balloons poor customer service cause she could’ve kept her attitude to herself wanch

Ryan Moloy: I went last minute for Halloween costume accessories. While a lot was sold out (understandably) I still found some helpful items as did my wife. The line at the register was long but it moved quickly. Very impressed with how they handled the packed store. I'll definitely return when I need party or costume supplies.
Dewaynes Everyday Play: First time ordering online and it went as expected so that was a plus. Usually something goes wrong but this makes me trust them for future things.
N Mahlan: The display of their halloween decorations at the entrance of the building is awful. As a parent with small children I find it despicable having to walk by a bloody lady screaming as soon as you walk in. The screams echo through the building even if you get past it. There should be a little more discernment on Party city’s part on what and where a decoration like that is placed. I went in for party supplies and quickly had to turn around and leave.
Brandan Igoe: Always friendly and usually order for delivery. Always get exactly what I order in the time frame given.

Heba Mannaa: Used to be my favorite go to balloon and party shopping place, however this time my experience was not good at all. I bought a $25 balloon pack of fortnite and it deflated in a day (before the b-day even) i took it back and they replaced it with another one that did not even last a day !! I had one from the dollar tree in the same room and got a day earlier - it lasted over a week ! I felt it was such a waste of money and not planning to buy anything helium related from party city again
James Hall: So much cool stuff here. I didn’t realize what all they had until I went in there. Obviously loads of balloons and themed party things but also costumes, colored plates and trays for food, costumes and accessories. Really a pretty neat place! This location is much better than before when they were at Clay Terrace.
