Michelle Bann: Nice place for the kids to let out some energy but definitely needs some updates. Everything is a little ran down and not the cleanest.
Karen Erickson: Save your money, place is dirty. Only one arcade game worked barely and when you ask for help. Employees say. “I’m not in the clock yet, or he’s in break” and it just opened an hr ago. Soccer was closed. Kiddos were bored after 1 hr. Go to rascals or urban air. More for the money.
Michael S: Great place for kids to be active when the weather is suitable for outdoor activities. Zipline, rock wall climbing, and laser tag. Not to mention the trampoline space. The indoor soccer league is always here too.

Sarah Kiefer: This is one of my boys' favorite places to burn off energy. They prefer it over Urban Air (probably because it has laser tag) and Sky Zone. The lines to do the different attractions are usually shorter than Urban Air. Parking is crazy when they have a soccer game at the same time. Always worth it.
daryl hanger: Was a fun way to spend time with my nephew. Was not all that busy on a Wednesday evening. Lots of different activities so you can bounce around and keep yourself from getting bored. Dodge balls need to be replaced because it is hard to get enough speed on the ball to get it to your target with any zip.

The ones who participated had a great time.The venue offers lot of bounce action as well as a zip line and an elevated obstacle course.They have a small lay down arcade and laser tag!For those who get hungry or need a quick rehydration, a snack area in the arcade.
paige miller: I would honestly say don’t come here. I tried reaching out to this place for a couple weeks before I even booked my kids party. No response. So I went ahead and booked a party since there was only 1 time left for the day of their party. I still had questions that needed answered so I continued to reach out. Still no response. They eventually sent the waiver and the waiver was much more detailed than the actual information when booking on the website. So I said “my children are old enough but don’t weigh enough so I want a refund” after I emailed about the refund that’s when I FINALLY get a response. whatever lady called me, rude as hell. Said I couldn’t get a refund, had an attitude, told me to come in and weigh them which would’ve been pointless. I’m not even upset about the $200 deposit. I’m upset that I was about to have my two autistic children’s party there with people who clearly lack compassion. Had I took my twins there to weigh them. It would’ve been a whole other situation for me because they would’ve wanted to stay. I wasn’t even offered a credit or anything which is fine. But whoever works there and is around children seriously needs an attitude adjustment. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful. So the attitude was completely unwarranted.

Noreen Shoop: It was a great place for a birthday party for my seven year old grandson and friends. It is very well supervised and has a wide variety of things to do. My favorite was the zip line. It was just right for my first time. My 4 year old granddaughter went on the zip line at least 10 times or more. She loved it. Most of the kids did the laser tag, which I also loved. It is a great place for a birthday party for young and old

L G: I’ve been taking my kids here for several years now. We’ve had a couple of birthday parties here as well. Every time we return, the place seems to get worse. It’s expensive. I’ve never seen an employee smile. No one works the snack bar so if your kids are thirsty you have to use the water fountain or hunt for a vending machine that isn’t broken. If you don’t pay for their expensive party package (I never have enough kids to buy the whole package) they won’t let you buy any pizza or pitchers there and won’t allow you to bring any outside food in. For the price, go to Urban Air or SkyZone.
hollie schmidt: Birthday package was not what was expected .pizzas was from little cesars. When we show up we was told instead of 3:30 to 5:30 like the website says. instead its 3:30 to 5:00. We pay a half hour to eat and are not allowed to do anymore activities in that half hour but to eat And then leave .

Sailor Traub: We had a kids birthday on a busy Saturday afternoon. Somehow, they pulled off an amazing event for us.Ash was our party liaison and she was amazing. You should request Ash! She killed it.The pizzas were on time, she kept our drinks full and served us cake.All the kids had a great time.There were some games that weren’t running and despite the great weather, they wait for Memorial Day to fully open everything outside.The prizes were good and the cards for games worked well. Allen Conley: Sadly a place a loved as a kid has gone down hill... after spending over $100 in credits for me and my son to play games together realized alot of the games were not working or broken like the coin pusher 2 of the 4 sides was down not working... the prizes are high for the tickets you win like a small maybe 6in stuffed alien was 1500 tickets it will probly cost you 50 or 60 bucks on credits to win 1500 tickets to get that $1.50 alien... sadly we won't be returning and deff don't feel like we got $100 wourth of fun instead felt like we wasted money out of our $100 + we spent we took home about $8 wourth of pokemon cards as our prize

For kids, this is probably okay if they are under 10 years old.. I'll continue to take my Grandkids to Rascals Fun Zone in Whiteland they loved that place ! This was a let try it, and We hated it .....Won't be back...
Kara Critchlow: Had such a good time with my 9 & 11 year old here tonight, arcade was awesome even with several bigger games down for maintenance there was still plenty to play. Girl working in the food area tonight 3/6/23 was so sweet and helpful. Guy working the ticket counter was so patient with my kiddos who have 2000+ tickets and only want prizes that cost 5-20 tickets apiece - it was closing time and he didn't rush them at all, let them pick it out individual jolly ranchers and all! Reasonably priced as well - we will be back for sure!!

Lilly Mejia: Incrediplex was one of my favorite jobs. I worked here for months doing 1-10pm plus weekends. I truly enjoyed having this job and miss it dearly. Once I heard we were permanently closed i was so sad!! I truly miss the family like environment it was !!!

Did that the week before everything shut down in March 2020 because of COVID. Got stuck with a card full of credits that can never be used, and what really sucks is that you guys shut down permanently but those memories my daughter and I have from there will last forever. ✌🏾💯
Kaelan Fifer: The courts never seem to be waxed or clean. It’s always slippery, me and my friends couldn’t play a full game because we kept slipping and sliding. When I first started going there the courts were perfect but they just seem to be poorly managed.

Mary Montgomery: I've used Funnie and Friends for my own children's birthday parties and most recently used them for face painting at the preschool I am the director of. They are so patient with all of the children (even those who have a REALLY hard time choosing, like my 4 year old). The energy and caring they show with the children is unsurpassed. Funnie is a clown who doesn't do full makeup because she understands that, it might be too scary for many of the kids. I will definitely be using them again!

David Houpt: great time but snacks a bit to high
Kent Iglehart: The organization of this place is really poor. Parents aren’t allowed in upper levels which makes it almost impossible to help younger kids. My older son was bored because he was too scared to go by himself and I couldn’t go. Also, the toddler area is very isolated and doesn’t sit next to an area that is an easy transition. Overall I wouldn’t go back.

summer walls: This place is so cool. My 4 year old son loves it. The play area has like 5 levels of endless climbing and sliding. There's a separate area for ages 4 and under also that's pretty cool. They have a bunch of cool games that you buy a game card to use for them. Upstairs there's a cafe type area that's huge, where you can order pizza and drinks and snacks. Inside that area is a bunch of nice, comfy booths to sit in and areas to have birthday parties. The only downfall is that its a bit pricey. I would recommend checking in and buying online before you go. You have to pay by the hour as well. I will be going back.
Sherri Harmon: I brought my granddaughters there to have a fun day. There were a few bullies there(starting at the age of 3). The parents did nothing, it appeared many of the parents left their children in the play area while they hit the arcade. There was a very nice attendant that made one of the bullies get out of the play area. I also would think they would have better security measures in place. I don’t think anyone would think twice about hearing a screaming child being forced to leave, let’s face it most children don’t want to leave somewhere they are having fun. There were several people working however, they were just huddled talking. I can say when you went up to the service area you were waited on immediately. I think a couple of them could have been keeping an eye on the play area.

Chris: Absolutely no supervision of the park by any of the employees. Employees are supposed to supervise certain attractions and they are no where to be found. Literally see one employee on the floor.

Kyle Herron: Skyzone was supposed to open at 9a.m. They didn’t open until 45 minutes after they were supposed to. I would have gone to another location but the employee said it would only be another 5-10 minutes (at 9:15) and I had already prepaid for the time. Once inside, we saw that three of the main attractions were broken and not in use.

Sarah Rossier: This Skyzone location is the worst location in central Indiana. It was formerly Defy, then sold to Skyzone. Since Skyzone took ownership it is not clean, equipment is broken and unsafe, and teenage staff manage the facility. The bathrooms would not pass board of health code. There was no soap. Broken trash receptacles spilling dirty paper towels onto the floor. Toilet paper on the floor. Dirty socks and trash on the floors and couches throughout the facility. There were 3 attractions that were broken and closed. The vinyl floor covering on the trapeze/swing steps and platform is bubbling and unsafe surfaces for participants. Staff do not regulate teenage patrons and allow them to enter with no parent or adult supervision. Accidents regularly occur in the dodgeball activity due to no regulation of age permitted. Small children are allowed in the same activity as teenagers with no supervision by the Skyzone staff. When my 7 year old was injured by a 14 year old, I had to search for a manager, who did nothing to resolve the situation. He was more concerned with maintaining the attention of his staffer who was complaining. Teenage staff were belligerent with adult patrons. I do not foresee this facility staying open for long due to unsafe equipment, unsanitary facilities, and lack of corporate safety protocols and infrastructure.
Sherry Bradley: I would have preferred to give less than 1 star.A lot of activities for the family, cleanliness and professionalism of staff need serious work. Paying full price but having a majority of the activities closed is highly disappointing. There were some good aspects but the bad definitely outweighed the good. We will not be returning unless staff is revamped. I would encourage others to stay away. They were rude, careless, and more interested in hanging out with friends and hitting on each other.
Joe Knipp: Kids always love this place. Never any issues as far as that goes. However they need to change the scheduling times online for the tiny jumpers. I scheduled for 1030 and then was told it ended at 1030 when I arrived. The manager still allowed me to jump but the staff seemed annoyed when I brought it to their attention. Will still be back. I know now to schedule for an earlier time.
Allyson Marrs: This place was fantastic. We’ve never been to a sky zone before and decided since it was raining it be a good option for the kids. We have a 9 and 7 year old that ran and jumped nonstop. Their was a younger employee their that even started throwing the ball back and forth with the group on the flat trampoline area. Place was very clean. I didn’t rate 5 stars because of the customer service at the snack/food counter. The employee was not welcoming or helpful, It took over 10 min to get 2 pretzels then she forgot to give us cheese and it took another few minutes for her to acknowledge us. Other then that it was well worth the 2 hours we spend there.

Ashlee McPherson: Took my kids as a reward for good grades and they were also on Spring break so we wanted to have some good old fashioned fun. Very big and well staffed but there were a few things I believe to be unprofessional also I felt one of the workers working the kitchen had an attitude and really didn't want to be there so made me kinda feel like i was bothering her to order my family food. Also it took 30 mins for us to receive our pizza and it was not good at all. Also where you go up the stairs in the corner to go on the floor they had cleaner and all kinds of things that was accessible two children just out in the open I didn't like that at all screams unsafe. We did enjoy the photo booth and overall my Family and I had a wonderful time !!!
B Legg: Daughter had alot of fun! I think they might want to run thru a quick inspection before opening everyday. 1st to arrive in the morning and We found a loose sharp object that probably came out or off one of the couches located throughout the facility.
Megan Baker: Kind of run down. I had my son’s birthday party there and they weren’t very organized, party hosts weren’t great or attentive, I ended up doing a lot of the work myself, we didn’t get everything we were supposed to from the package we bought. I won’t be having another party here.

Courtney: Had my son's birthday her last weekend. We had been a couple times before but usually go to the south location. Our party room floors were so gross. My shoes felt like they were sticking to the ground. There were no staff on the floors to watch the kids. We had parents from our party working the Zipline. Which was fine for the kids in our party but not for every child there. There is also an area where you can swing from a bar into the pit. There is a large pole that is used to pull the bar towards the child so they can each it. There were no employees there and kids were jousting each other and shoving each other off the side. So the kids that wanted to use it correctly could not. There were stations shut down because we were told there isn't enough staff to have everything open. We were told there was no staff but yet I counted 5 behind the counter socializing. I feel like maybe they should of paid for my birthday party since we were the ones helping all the children because they weren't. And I don't just mean the kids in my group. Staff was very unprofessional and seemed like they had no idea where they needed to be. Very disappointed.

7Rachael Haverstick: Always have fun going to Sky Zone. This particular one is nice as its not only the trampoline area its also got inflatables. There are sections to this one for certain things i.e. theres a dodgeball area, a basketball area, and an area with courses to practice multitudes of skills.
Jason Newlin: The staff was friendly, but hard to find at times. There was a large variety of things to do, even on a very busy Saturday.
Doili Labang: This place is good but price was high and they have limited time. I found better places and prices. It’s urban air is so much better than sky zone and so much better prices n not a limited time that mean when my are tired go back home than my kids are happy. When I go to sky zone I bought 2 hr ticket when time up my kids was still wanted to play more but they can’t so they have upset and angry with me and go home no happy. Bye sky zone.
Joe Eaton: Awesome place. We had soo much fun. I was worn out after 1hr and 1/2. Great time for kids and adults. love the par core area and Dodgeball.!!!! The kids live the glow nights. Be ready to be worn out.

Rebecca Bice: Great pricing on tickets and food! Lots of staff members keeping up on everything. Only one way in and out for kids and you can oversee them from up top if you have multiple. Kids loved it. Definitely come again.
Josh: Ubelievable you have to have Sky Zone socks. My kids had the exact same socks on with the sticky things on the bottom they were just plain 🤷♂️ A lot of competition out there that except those socks.

Arnesia R: I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the museum while in Indy!!! This may be a children’s museum but it literally has attractions and cool exhibits for adults as well!! Now, while the museum was great my daughter and I truly went to go visit the Scooby Doo Mansion Mayhem exhibit and huge Scooby fans it was awesome!!!! (Also, I want to add the cost I referred to for am adult ticket isn’t accurate because I was paying too go to the special exhibit that was mentioned earlier.)
