Biomat USA: what do users think?
Devin: Stephanie was really nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time
tabatha cooper: Jennifer was so helpful..they crew made the experience as easy as possible and they pay was great
Troy Jones II: Great Service!
Eric Scott: Complete and utter incompetence. After an hour and 45 minute intake procedure including nonworking kiosks and staff having to look up the intake process, I was left waiting in the donation chair/bed for 30 mins while the staff discussed personal issues and gathered 4 deep around another patient to discuss if they should give her the gatorade first or the saline first. When the third assigned phlabotomist finally began my procedure she stuck the needle in so far that it punctured the other side of the vein and disqualified the donation. So after well over two hours my compensation was $5.00. When I came back this morning, they said you will have to start all over with a new two hour intake process and then we will see if you can donate today. If you are smart you will stay away from this business, far away.
Amari Smith: Very great experience, I was helped very quickly and felt comfortable the whole time thanks to NikkiPoo on the floor in the back 👍🏾
ladybug ivo: I think Shameki is absolutely great at what she does, she makes me feel comfortable
Luke Hazelbaker: Went to go donate for my first time and was denied because I smelled like my pet. Don’t think I ever heard of a reason to deny someone like that but if y’all have pets, I wouldn’t not recommend going to this establishment.
Javante Sanders: Nikki Boo is the best!!!!
Austin Moulton: Nikki good wit it💯 she'll get you right
Napoleon Savinon: Great place to donate.Always quick nice and kind people especially mrs nikki!
Anyea Gilbert: Jennifer was the best I love her she kind and nice

William Horne: Nikki Boo, is the best been rocking with her since Capital, keep up the good work #3446
Ephriam Gilliam: I had a great experience and donation. Nikki was great with my donation process
James Holloway II: I enjoy do donating because of the nice beautiful people, the short amount of time it takes, and great compensation. It's a win, win, win!😁
west hv: Nikki is The most wonderful employee at this location, I really enjoyed stopping in this morning!!!! 3070
Glen Ndirangu: Nikki s She’s awesome
Officer Qawam Ipar: I love nikky s

CSL Plasma: what do users think?
Nick Willits: Long wait times whenever you need to see the nurse. Otherwise, friendly staff
Farris Sloan: False advertising, the other centers pay more
John Orland: Good experiences overall. Long lines sometimes. Mostly nice staff!
brittany shepherd: I have been to a few different donation locations, including some that were not CSL. And the 46th st location seems to be the easiest one to get in & out of. If you go at the right time, there is often a very short wait & sometimes no line at all. Most of the staff is friendly, but there is always that select few employees that don't even speak to you. Some have it written all over their face that they do not wanna be there. Over all, I would recommend.
Krutil Patel: My first time donating there, Isabella was there to make sure the process went smoothly and she alleviated all the fears I had in donating. She is an excellent employee and displays friendliness and professionalism, two distinct attributes I found admirable. And it's not just her, whenever I am donating - I always laugh at how funny the staff over there is.
Jacqueline Simmons: Thank you Ms Carmyn for always being professional and I hadn't had a successful donation in about 2 weeks so I'm grateful that you had the touch to get me flowing to successfully donate plasma!
Mike Perrine: It's clean but they are extremely understaffed and it's slow moving here!!!! Especially on weekends!!!! I got to go to another place!!!
Trent: jackazzes dont answer the phone
Pierre Williams: A shame that the doctor has not been at work doing his job. No telling why? I thought they needed donors. How can you donate if the doctor doesn't show up for work.He was there last week. But he didn't do anything. Smh
Cady Luley: Kisha was very friendly and helpful!
Brandon Williams: The staff are wonderful. My problem is it's too quiet now that someone complained about the music. Just because someone doesn't like the culture doesn't mean everyone else has to suffer. They should go to Greenwood or Whiteland. Maybe they'll be more comfortable. Update stars are disappearing. I've been waiting 3 days now for protein checks or whatever. I have taken the bus 3 days in a row to hear it's not in. But I can deal with that being late. What I can't deal with is you could save me 2 bus rides a day by answering a phone. Why do you have a phone number but refuse to answer it.
Kelly Griffin: Kisha was very helpful, polite and curious. Pleasure to be around. Definitely will return.
Jade Holmes: I arrived and was greeted right away. I got right in and Kisha was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and so nice to work with.
Elesa Leavell: Kisha was very professional a huge help!! Made my experience very
Tanner Simpson: Kisha was very professional throughout the entire onboarding process. She was extremely helpful, friendly and made the process quick and effortless
Alexis Nodini: Kisha was very professional and kind
Collin Miller: Yes I came in today to donate the young lady Keisha was very professional she made me feel very comfortable and very helpful with the information that I need to donate today keep up the good energy
anai ramirez: Very professional by Kisha
Kevin May: When I walked in the young lady Keisha she was very professional she had a smile on her face she made me feel very comfortable and she helped me out with all the information that I needed to be a new please keep that same energy
Jonathan Gamble: Kisha was very nice and made me feel comfortable she had a great smile the whole time
Elizabeth N: I started donating plasma about 2 months ago at the location. I was eager to donate for a worthy cause and earn some extra cash for an upcoming vacation.Boy was I so disappointed. From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell that this was not a location that values professionalism. The front staff cared more about goofing off with the other employees and dancing to the very loud music that was not at all an inclusive radio station.... To be continued.

GCAM Plasma Center: what do users think?
Tam: CLEAN, NEWER EQUIPMENT, FRIENDLY & INFORMATIVE STAFF, HIGHER COMPARABLE FEES, UPBEAT ATMOSPHERE, AGAIN VERY CLEAN
Drew Thomas: Really a class act looks like a professional doctor's office. Their blood pressure machines are ultra-sensitive so if you're hypertensive you may not qualify like me.
william dake (Bill): Fast, friendly, trys to answer questions full explanation
quenton campbell: Staff is amazing and ready to help when n wherever needed. I've donated from coast to coast I've past 20 yrs n this place is fastest and most comfortable experience donating plasma I have experienced. And rewards are so much better than CSL 💯💯💯
Jennifer Stahl: Best place to donate by far!! Great staff! I've never had a wait ...
Joe M.: Employees are rude and rough.. had to stick me three times to get blood. Two in front of me had to leave because the nurses could figure out how to get the needle in their arms properly. They got my plasma.. took them two hours to pay me. I will not be coming back here
J: Lift at Vasa down the strip from this place. Came out of the gym to their sticker on my windshield. Extremely unprofessional behavior to be touching other peoples property without permission.
Derek Masters: Kimberlee is so awesome best with the needles and a smile that can make any bad day great!
Dick Gosinia: Nice friendly and personable people
Todd Nungester: Everyone here is laid back and fun to chat with. I just started donating recently and everyone has made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I don't know why people are giving them low reviews because I've been here 4 times and it's been a great experience every single time. Thank you all!
Crystal Hayes: I love love love how nice and inviting the people here are it speaks volumes to the plasma industry. I had the best experience ever for my first time although I had to come back a second day to donate for the first time it was just a little bit frustrating for me but everyone in here helped to ease my frustration dealing with that situation. Big shout out to miss Shey she stuck me and I did not feel it she is the best sticker that I have came across. Ms flip Kim she has a nice smile and bubbly personality she is cool. Miss stitch she will bring you back to life and be such a sweetheart doing it. Miss eyriona (hope I was close in spelling), she has the most prettiest hair and she sticks well as well and she is just nice in her own subtle way. Again first experience was great however this second experience people still were nice but I do want to say there is another Kim who I would rather not stick me anymore she went extremely too deep and takes things too far for my liking this may not be the best field for her doing that or maybe she should be retrained just my experience go have your own but again these people are so nice the reviews are spot on they are some really really nice people
David Walston: Did a great job of getting me in and out got promotions lil better than competitors 2
Miles Redmond: It was clean not crowded got in and out quick
Angel Eyez: Center employees are very rude, they will not allow you to sit in the "waiting" area to wait for your loved one. Very disrespectful, calling donors by "pet names" unprofessional. They seem to carry themselves like they are better than you....very disturbing! I wouldn't dare use this center to donate at. Good look to the loved ones who wait for their loved one!!!
LBaby: We donate our plasma to help saves lives and make a lil extra in doing so. I have never been to a center that does not allow the donors family members or significant others to wait in their big empty waiting area. We take public transportation and we don't donate on the same days or center....any time my boyfriend is with me at my center the staff only ask how he is...now Grifols everytime asks me to wait outside doesn't matter the temperature outside or if it's raining. The staff at Thompson rd Grifols have no compassion only a job to them and it's very irritating. They should take their position in this life saving moment to be considerate and have compassion....can't teach that in training!!!!
Lisa Lewis: I have gone there off and on since last year and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone there are sweethearts!! I highly recommend them!
Toni Seabron: Fast service, very friendly staff, I love it.
MostDope 317: Gina is a rude lady who doesn't care and seems racist. Most of the workers seems this way. They didnt care to do their job correctly. She needs an attitude adjustment. BADLY.
Laurin Birdwell: Very clean facility! Amazing, helpful staff. Very thorough and just a great place to donate plasma.
Susan Cook: I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've been here twice so far and have had nothing but a great experience. My veins are not great but they have gotten them both times. Everyone has been pleasant and helpful.
Tateyana Harris: Overall the cleanness of the place is exceptional. They are fast but what I don't like is the fact that alot of employees allow who they want to in the back to donate (like the flirty ones) if your bp and heartrate is high you should not be allowing people in the back to donate or inputting the wrong information in the computer just because you like someone or flirting Very discusted in how your front desk vital technicians work.

Octapharma Plasma: what do users think?
Jeremy lyons: At times the center is under staffed, in the prescreen line there was over 25 people and only one person screening patients and in the back waiting area there was nobody and multiple open beds. Better strategy needed to control flow of people.
Antwon Satterfiels: I don't normally go but when as needed but I like to help people by donating plasma but my experience the other day was horrible. I went the other day and it was terrible they had problems with their equipment and had people waiting all day which I was one of those people. And when it was my time to donate the lady was very unpleasant and rude to me it was a very bad experience I don't expect to ever go back.
Jay Hines: I originally wrote a negative review, but the staffing in the facility are friendly and tend to patients needs! No card payment problems thus far. With more staffing and a lower wait time this place would be a 4-5 star.
Collin Dahlquist: It is a little slow due to lack of staff at times, but the staff are friendly and the overall experience is not too bad!
Alice Tillman: Normally great service every time i come!Daniel was so awesome today as usual. I jus love his compassion and his personality. Thanks Daniel your the greatest!!!
justin herald: This is my 2nd time donating here it has taken me 1 1/2 hours to get my protein examined. They have 1 employee doing the pre screen and have 6 booths this is horrible experience
Anne Wilkins: Overall good experience; kind, professional people/staff. The facility was clean and the process was relatively quick and efficient. Most all the Phlebotomists were well trained in how to stick their clients. Further, if there were any issues with regard to this, it seemed as if they had effective processes by which to address these sorts of situations.
Sandra D Rosser: I enjoy coming to the plasma center but the wait is my only hang up and the employees are great people’s they try their best to get everybody through the process
J.J. W.: Clean place process is quick location is right off the hwy they need more screeners.
Bill Hamer: This place is ridiculously slow. Came here in the evening 2x and it was a 3 hour wait each time. Came here when they first opened and it's been over 90 minutes. 3 visits and nearly 8 hours of waiting time. I told my friend we will NOT be coming back here in the future because time is valuable. Maybe not to them but it is to me. I do NOT recommend coming here. Unless you don't have a life anyway.
Kyle Harris: Should be zero stars. Horrible place to donate. Only go here if you want to spend 4 hours here almost every donation and get paid poorly. 100$ 1st donation, 100$ 2nd donation, 90$ 3rd donation. Then 35 or 45 depending on your weight. Asssssss. Staff was pretty cool tho. Everybody was nice that’s why it gets a star
Tawanna Jordan: Everyone was awesome! From the front employees to the back employees I have no complaints whatsoever!I was a new donor from Texas!
carl mcfadden: The wait be way way too long, like 11:30 to 3:30 with only 10 people in line. Unstaffed for months but that has to change eventually, right? Never. It’s a new donor wait almost every time, and they dropped the payments for the process. Four hours for $35 equates to what $7.35 ph, and $40 is the second donation. I didn’t look to post this but I was asked. But it’s set up so it’s difficult to share your concerns through contact us so here it is, east Washington street location provides a terrible experience 7 out of the 8 donations per month.
YOYO: I think too much side conversations are happening, which then causes prolonged waiting times, increased customer/patient frustration, and sometimes workers are distracted. The wait for most check-in is approximately 1-2 hours! If this could be addressed, then I believe, at least, my experiences would be better.
Regina Cooper: These are the laziest workers ever. I sat in a room for three hours. Go to Csl you'll be in and out they do the job there paid to do. Btw they make thousands of your plasma your getting 20 bucks for.
Daniel Lennen: Very polite and professional service. 1st visit took too long, over 5 hour wait. Believe they should be a little faster with new donors. Other than that it’s not too bad doing regular donations. I’ll never go anywhere else. Also Octa pays more than anywhere else.
Damon Poe: Very professional, up to date treatment of donors. Also a very comfortable setting.
Tasha Davis: Nice place to donate Indy
Dakota Wohlstadter: Poor staffing I was a new donor and waiting six hours just to do the questions and physical
Mark Hale: Very professional
James Hogan: The staff is very friendly. I feel very comfortable. Sometimes there is a wait but most times I am out in about 2 hours

Talecris Plasma Resources: what do users think?
James Elmer: Best donation center I have been to very friendly staff and very clean and they have been able to get me stuck on the first try ever time will. Be telling all of my friends to come here
Prax Hayes: Fast service and great employees
Desmond Everett: Update everything good now clean place and good people! Keep up the good work and happy holidays!
Brittany H: Do not go here unless you want to be treated as less than. They definitely are not accommodating in the same way others are and they treat you like trash. I like Biolife on Rockville Rd. They treat you like what you are doing matters.
Kennie Melton: Great staff..cool environment
Cheyenne Baker: The staff here is AMAZING!!! They always take care of their clients. I recommend donating here for sure!!
Skyler Stackhouse: This is one of the nicest plasma donation centers I’ve been to! Staff is extremely friendly and it was very clean. I will be coming here again! Excellent customer service!!
Mr Farfan: This place is different then the others my visit has been ok it hasn’t been pleasant but things did work out. My first time coming was the same as usual as other places Physical & starting the process. I noticed that they have less staff after coming here for less than a month. I came in the other day and they have a sign in the front desk “ Maintain a 10 min wait” I waited for 40 mins just so I can schedule an appointment.Besides that the place is clean & the staff is above & beyond. Latasha was the first person that took care of me & did a physical. She was very nice.
curtis: I have never donated in my life, I hate hospitals & needles 😅.I came here because a friend of mine worked here and told.me about a payout "who doesn't like extra money"I do wait a bit each time no complaint but I understand! I have never had 1 rude person here since I started 3 weeks ago! All the ladies & men are very nice here.I was completely new and they made me feel good and comfortable and not like a idiot. I been drinking a ton of water and eating healthier so my draws now are super fast! All the ladies in the donation area are my favorite 😂😂😂. All have a personality of mthere own and don't care about race, age ect.I absolutely love comming here for the service and the conversations! Thank you!
Courtney Marie: I been waiting In the new patient around for an hour . But as soon as another new donor walks in he goes straight back to the back ! Definitely do not recommend this place , very unorganized, very unprofessional. Won’t donate for this company agian Z I definitely walked out cus if that’s how your treating people you not bouta put no needle in my arm .
Shannon Carmack: I hadn’t donated in 45 years and needless to say, the process has changed quite a bit!The wait was longer than I planned but that was because there was only one nurse on site that day. But once I started through the screening process everyone was super nice and patiently guided me through the steps. I just want to say thanks to all the ladies that made my second “first” experience a great one! 🙂
Britney Grogg: I’ll start by saying the staff is super kind, funny and they’re a delight to chat with! They have one of the best new donor payouts I’ve ever seen with plenty of bonus opportunities. The problem is that you have to go through the trouble of setting an appointment with a 15 minute window and if you miss your window, you have to reschedule and there may not be another open appointment slot. I was 20 minutes late from work, missed my appointment and when I tried to set another, it was all booked out for the evening and that is my fault. But when you show up on time, you’re still waiting up to an hour before you get called back for a screening and then after the screening it can be another 45 minutes before you get in the chair and the donation process is about 40 minutes. So I set an appointment at 8:30 and I’m not donating until after 10 and not leaving until after 11.It just screams “we run our our time and really don’t care about yours.”
Yvonne Rinehart: Trash....rude...inconsiderate of your time and everyone seems to hate their job....definitely would not recommend!!!!!
Bryan Reid: Ive only donated a few times, but coming here for it was a mistake. Not all of the staff is bad at their jobs but some of the people there dont know how to do their job. I got bruises because someone stuck the neddle in my arm too far, then i get stuck in my other arm, and they didnt even tape me correctly and blood started pumping out my arm all over me. Some of these workers need some serious training and it show. I didnt eve get paid half fo being bruised and stuck bot once but 3 times. Ridiculous.
Chris: Do not go here, they have terrible customer service .
Densell Handley: Come one come all out for a place to donate
Jonee Adams: I have been calling over and over again to donate as a new donor. They never ever answer the phone and I don't want to just show up and not be seen. Hire someone to answer the phone my goodness.
Pierre Williams: I came to wait on a friend. The place was empty. A rude lady that worked there heavy set with short reddish color hair told me I had to leave and I can wait outside.I thought this place was trying to help others with a life saving plasma. Doesn't have much to do with them being nice.
Steve Brock: This place makes you have an appointment, yet you get here and it's packed and you're waiting an hour plus to donate. Wondering why even have to make an appt if they can't honor it. 😑
Shane Chadwick: Staff are friendly, helpful, informative and efficient.
David Stewart: I waited 20 minutes past my time. Took my blood pressure and it was high. Waited another 15 minutes and barely missed it. So I got one day deferral. Time is limited and I can’t be doing stuff like that! So I waisted my time. Never had this problem before. I may not be back! The same thing happened so I wonder if I could donate at another place!

CSL Plasma: what do users think?
Andrew Willard: While the two people I spoke to was polite; so I'm not holding what I'm about to say against the employees..If you live in a homeless shelter, halfway house, or in my case a sleeping room don't bother going in.Your to broke to donate plasma!
Dan Martin: Never had a bad time here they always on it
Kayla Gammon: Today was 1,000% better
Drew Thomas: Right now they're paying $100 for the first five donations for new donors. Or if you're like me and we're gone for a couple of years. They're much better than octapharma!
Rachel Jones: I’ve been to only 3 different plasma donation businesses, but of the three, this one is the best! They move quickly, are knowledgeable and good at their jobs, and in a crisis remain calm and get done what needs to get done in a quick and calm manner.
Vicki Hunt: I went to donate today and while my returns were going inside my Veins I closed my eyes thinking on things That has happened to me this week And all the sudden this man walks up by the name of Darren Rips off the blood Pressure cuffs off my arm scares the h*** out of me. The needle went into my arm further. Proclaiming I was asleep 1st of all I don't care if I was asleep or if I was awake I have a needle in my arm and you're gonna come up and rip that off my arm That's completely unprofessional I will never ever go back To this place The staff is unprofessional. Then he proceeded to walk away and talking about me being asleep with other donors My experience there will never happen again cause I will not come back I will go find another plasma center to donate
Tameshia Brown: The wait time was short. The workers were very polite.
Darell Greer Jr: Never had a problem with the plasma center I think they are the best one to go to
Marie Becker: Clean and friendly. Make sure to bring warm clothes.
daniel lennen: Was trying to help out by doing my part in donating. 1 security guard was very disrespectful, getting into people's faces while at the keyosk about sanitizing hands. Talking down to people and in no way polite.Check in staff act like they hate their job and it shows greatly while checking in.Staff needs to realize not everyone donating actually need to for the change!
James Marlin York Sr.: Very clean & well organized. I have not spent more than 2 hours at this location. Including my initial first visit. I've never waited in line to use the kiosk, they get you screened, and hooked up donating very quickly. The fee's are reasonable. $100-1st, $125-2nd, and $100 3,4,5,6,7,8. I will definitely continue to visit this CSL Plasma Center!!!
Yeah Its TA: The Ladie with the Gold teeth in her mouth is disgusting and so is her attitude. She ask me out and I didn't respond 😂. So now I'm deferred every time I go in. They lie about your Pulse (140) because the machine doesn't work and they don't want any New donors. I couldn't even make it pass my 3rd donation but this is the only CSL like that in the Country I have been to. And I donated in 4 States including Indiana.
Theresa Hubbard: The staff is very rude i corporate should have better control over this center makes donating very unpleasant should have never went there next time I'll read the reviews
Brittanie Kuhn: Don't waste your time. After going here almost every week twice a week for the last six months I was permanently deferred without their doctor even seeing me no drug screen nothing. All this after going to my family doctor as requested by csl on washington st., and having a form filled out for them and cleared by my doctor with no explanation from them and no way to appeal. Had to return the paper go back to find out what happened to be told to call and ask for a nurse with no one answer or return phone call to have to return a third time over this situation just to try and figure out my status. Every poor communication, besides dealing with staff cussing and acting a fool and one of their staff a lead employee almost getting into a fight one night. When they were closed down for sewage issues the other csl employees talked bad about them now I know why.
Tony Brandenburg: Disrespectful. Nurse refused to acknowledge request to check veins. Made me go through whole first time doner process before checking and then refusing me. Due to being unable to find vein. Save your time and go to a biolife facility where they don't think they are better than you. Easy to understand why security is armed, cause staff has absolutely no respect for their clients.
Daniel Holt: quick and friendly
Nicki Merriman: Love this place! Been going to this center for 7 years.
The Punk: First time was okay, friendly, however a friend of mine came by to get something out of my car while I was donating. Front desk wouldn't hold my keys for 20 min and i had to walk home in the rain, no umbrella, and back just to get my car.2nd time no one was really that polite, even when I called ahead. While donating my whole arm went numb and I was about to pass out, I tried to get someone's attention because I was scared, but I was ignored. I won't be coming here again.
Salzkorn “Summer”: It was my first time, so it took quite a while to get through the process (video, questionnaire, physical, etc). It was not a happy place to walk into. The staff were clearly disgruntled. I don't blame them, because a lot of the employees had quit recently. I did my best to lighten the mood by complimenting and joking with those who would accept my friendly advances. I don't blame any staff for their bad attitude. My only true complaint is how shockingly cold it was in there. My hands and legs were a deep purple, and frozen solid by the time my session was over. I couldn't feel nor wiggle my toes the entire time. I understand it's likely due to the storage of temperature-sensitive fluids such as saline. But PLEASE, CSL Plasma, hear my plight and warn customers to wear/bring warm gear as a precaution. I was trapped there with a needle in my arm, freezing to death.
omar hudson: Bad place they are playing with people bonuses and not paying the bonuses out
K: Over half of the staff is unprofessional. One staff member in particular that appearss to be in authority in the front always seems to be in a "mood" and VERY overly controlling towards the whole front processes (even when extremely unnecessary for her to do so), causing the whole atmosphere (other employees sometimes included) to be tense and aggravated. The attitudes seem to trickle to the back "bays" affecting many other staff members. There seems to be a total break down of politeness and professionalism. I've been rammed in the leg with a cart with zero acknowledgment or even an apology, been left hooked to the machine in a far off bay finished and forgotten about while employees chit chatted away leaving me there until I had to yell for them to take me off, and some just barely acknowledge you at all.The blood pressure machines that also take your temperature (determiners for whether or not you were able to donate that day) often malfunction. Depending on who you get, they may let you wait 10 min to retry, if you don't pass their screening. I've personally been turned away for a bad reading just to return another day and watch them allow someone else a second try. That's pretty infuriating especially after getting up early, making sure I've drank plenty of water and eaten very healthy breakfast, made arrangements for my family during my absence, and driven (gas$$$) to get there, just to be turned away at the whim of a disgruntled employee! That's essentially taking food out of my family's mouths! I've been turned away for a temperature of over 99deg, even though I personally took my temperature with 2 different thermometers before I even left my house (97.5 FYI), and checked again when I got back home! They refused to check it a second time! I get the whole "COVID" precautions thing, but not taking 5 seconds to retake it is ridiculous! Machines malfunction. It happens. Letting me retake it would confirm to them that maybe their machines need recalibrated or replaced. You would think that because of the seriousness of covid, they would want to make sure that they were working properly!Luckily there are a handful of outstanding employees there that disserve a raise and a medal!! They make the process (if you manage to make it through) bearable.

CSL Plasma: what do users think?
Ammie johnson: I love this place nice friendly staff very clean
Zenova: Kerry is by far one of the nicest and best workers they have here. If he's available always ask for him. Never had a bad stick with him. And he always makes sure I'm doing good throughout my donation. Thanks to all the staff members here they always treat me great. But just a little extra shout out to Kerry!
rookiepwns: With the exception of a few employees that do pay attention to things going on, majority of the employees either don't/won't communicate with either other employees or the patients when it comes to seating and wrapping up a visit. On my last visit, I waited long enough after my machine stopped for the person next to me to be seated and complete their entire donation, before anybody came by to collect and wrap me up.
Michell Enochs: I have been donating sfor 20 years..last year decided to go to this location after many years of going to e Washington. Until going to Madison I had never been defferd.. and I was told not to take a picture that I wasn't even taking I was lookingvthru filters to stay awake.. I don't know her name but she is the reason I will never go back.. she pays no attention to u unless u might cough. And she is rude.. and she has a really bad attitude.. I will never come back..
Brittany Nicole: The staff is unprofessional , ghetto and clearly wasn’t trained properly. 1 outta 5 would not recommend
Angalee Shepherd: They were really polite, answered all my nervous questions and I didn’t bruise 😀I am looking forward to my next visit.
brian johnson: If u go at the right times there is no line staffs super nice.
CA Webster: Donated for the first time last week and things went fine even though the whole process took 4 hours. Then second donation I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to help me, then waited to go over tattoos again and then waited over an hour to finally see the nurse. When I got in to see her she was rude and interrupted me and was generally unhelpful. I asked to talk to a manager who tried to make excuses about the queue about how they "were busy" even though they kept taking people who came after me. I went through the screening but ended up not donating because I was so frustrated. I went home after 3 hours. Terrible service, don't go here.
Jose Salomon: Is there an coming back bonus?
Jake Woods: Very rude staff, rude old geriatric and big uggo nurse can both rot
Karley Sipes: Very nice and outgoing staff :)
Toby Rexroat: They keep u waiting for to long, Talking to muchinstead of getting people in and out. Sma Saturday are ridiculous Slow as hell Spend more time in lane than actually donating
Nicholas Shipman: everyone was nice and helpful for new donors it's 100$ for the first 3 times which is a plus donors take atleast 45 mins to 2 hours depending if you eat drink water and esc then it should go by faster
Logan Porter: first donation went smooth the staff were cool and i was helped pretty quickly
Rob: Sat in the lobby ignored by staff and skipped by other patients. Two different people said "I'll be with you in a few minutes," one walked away and the other kept helping other people. Probably cool if you're a returning donor, if you're a new donor, not friendly.
Keith Rose: A great place to help people in need
Jay Johnson: Worst donation place I’ve ever been to. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and rude staff. They also pay no attention and you could be there for hours, while watching people who came after you leave. If you can donate at any other location I recommend you do so.
Jenny McCullough: Clean nice staff quick in and out
Angela Lloyd: Went there today the Manager was extremely rude, She let my Adult son with the same ZIP Code go through when it was my turn after getting rude with me and she told me I didn’t live in a ZIP Code and then after they already ran my son through she went and got him and told him he couldn’t go either she was being rude with everyone she was a old Gray haired lady that tried to diet blonde man size woman ik I live in North Vernon and went all the way to Indianapolis she told me I wasn’t in the district when I asked her what Districk I’m in then because it was a closest one she tried to send me farther away to Bloomington I called Bloomington and they told me I was supposed to go to the one on Madison in Indianapolis she just didn’t like me from the start
SammyPOTUS: Tried to call numerous times to ask a few questions, got put on hold for 5 minutes roughly each time, just to hear somebody finally pickup. So, like a decent human being I say "Hello!", but get no response. Instead I get 3 to 5 seconds of silence and my phone telling me the call ended. Terrible customer service, and a tremendous lack of care for people trying to sort out very simple issues. The only reason you should go to CSL is if you're a first time donor, or you live next to one. Otherwise look for smaller places nearest to you, they will probably take the effort to at least pick up the phone.
Dayquan L: They turned me down and permanently banned me for having a tattoo in Roman Numerals that stand for 614 (Ohio state buckeyes/Columbus Ohio) today after about a hour and a half of waiting . And they are rude like your bugging them and it’s a inconvenience u came in . Go to Saturn they were nice and process was quick . Wish I could have my time back
